I'm from a small town in Arkansas and use to love my dentist experience back home. I have been unsatisfied with the dental service in the big city. A lot of them don't even clean your teeth anymore. They just take x-rays and then tell you if something is wrong. I was so unhappy with dental care on Nashville, UNTIL my daughter's appointment today. The staff is friendly. The hygienist took time to explain the process to my daughter. Plus, she actually cleaned and polished her teeth. The Dentist was equally professional. A great experience!

We've been going here through the last 15 years, 1st Dr. Hill, then a couple different ones now Dr. McNichols. Always great work, help with discount plans, great cleanings and checkups for all ages. So close & convenient! Then get prescriptions at Kroger or Walgreens next door

I’ve been a patient here for a few years, would recommend. Very nice and welcoming, and very diverse. They don’t try and push any unnecessary procedures. I love it that they show you the pictures and X-rays and explain what they see. It helps me make more informed choices. They are also really great to work with if you don’t have dental insurance. They always tell you the prices up front, which is really helpful.

Scheduling an appointment needed to improve. They canceled my appointment. When I rescheduled my appointment the reception did not record it. I called the morning of my appointment to find out there was none. I was about to take the afternoon off from my job. Why is there such a turn around of doctors? It appears that every time I come in there is a different doctor. All of them appear to be nice. However, each one is telling me something different about my teeth an a different treatment. There is no consistency. I have spoken to several other patient that goes to Nasboro family and they are saying the same thing.

Everyone was so nice, helpful, and very professional. They have all the latest technology and will come to you in the chair to discuss all the finances. They're pricing is reasonable and will work with you if needed. I had a cleaning and 6 cavities filled in one day and the entire staff made sure I was comfortable and took their time getting everything perfect.

Had a horrific toothache that kept me up all night. Called @ around11:30 and had an appt at 1:00. Never even been here before but they got me in and the Doctor was so good, I only felt a little pain with the 1st two injections and never felt anything after that. It took her all of under 2 minutes for the actual extraction. It was virtually painless. The staff was super nice and were very doting. I actually felt relaxed and calm due to the staff amd environment. I finally have a Dentist office I can call home. If your mouth is super sensitive or you tend to be wimpy when it comes to dental work, this is the place for you. Novocaine has worn off and I am in very little discomfort. These people are a blessing 💝

Loved my hygienist Donna she was very thorough and honest about my diagnosis. Her attentiveness and caring is what I really appreciated. I spent more time with her than my actually doctor who I met for maybe 5-7 minutes in the two hour check up process but I guess that is to be expected. I really found a place I feel like can be my new permanent dentist!

The service was exquisite. Everything that I look for in a Dental environment, I found at Nashboro Village. I was greeted at the front desk and explained all paperwork needed for my appointment. All insurance was verified and paperwork was ready for me to fill out. She also stood by to explain any questions that I might have had. I was called back by Angie and she was so patient with me. I am all for the advancement of technology but that's not what I needed today. Angie adapted quickly to this without a mumbling word and put my fears to rest. She actually took the time to read my history and was knowledgeable of what I needed during my apointment before I even asked. To top off my visit Dr. Williams was very thorough in explaining what she viewed on the x-rays and explain what would be needed for further treatment. Her smile was very welcoming and This back or very personable. I was assured they were there for all dental needs I may have in the near future. I most recently had to wait over an hour for a cleaning apt, which was disappointing but hopefully that won't happen again. They had a couple of people call in sick and they could have called me just the same as they call to confirm my apt. Other than that they do a great job, Dr. Hill and his team are fantastic and very professional at all times!

I'm very glad this is the one I ended up at. 4 something very overwhelming and necessary and financially daunting, I do not feel like the situation is impossible, and I'm somewhat hopeful after my visit today. They all treated me with respect, kindness, and had good intuition regarding what I was able to process and handle (the pacing of unavoidables), I am grateful of the way the hygenist treated involuntary responses...and did not make me feel that my inability to control the shaking & twitching etc. was a personal flaw. Such levels of Respect is not a given in this world. A rare and valuable environment for which I am appreciative.

A little on the unorganized side, I received miss information a bit. X-rays were extremely thorough, just not communicated well. I had to come back for a cleaning because it wasn't scheduled to get it all in. I come back and the lady, later found our Sylvana did introduce herself at all. I did t know she was not the dentist until after the cleaning. She wipes what came out of mouth above my eyes, which I didn't like. She gave me a cancer screening and charged me for it without saying I wanted it. And I'm used to getting my cleanings with the dentist. Having someone in your mouth and you don't know the name or title and they are singing along to a rap song is not professional service.

Great Staff. Their all so very polite every time I come and I go a lot, I have 4 children that go there teen and up. And my husband. They even referred me to a great pediatric dental in Antioch for my littles. They have the same prices as other dentist. But hear they have financed plans as well. Haven't used that yet so don't know much about it. Con: I hate xrays and they seem to take a lot. Maybe its necessary, but that's just my opinion. There's not really nothing bad to say. And their always giving away free stuff with their name on it pens, this time I got chap stick, that's not big for some people, but I like it💝
