When taken in back the assistant was prompt and explained procedures with clear and patience. The dentist was Very skilled and kind. She offered education and treatment plan. Excellent care. I have been going to parkway delta for about 5 years. I can’t say enough about the kindness of the staff and exceptional customer service I have experienced. Dr Constantine and his staff truly care about their patients. I most recently called from my vacation in Mexico with an awful tooth ache and asked for a referral to an emergency clinic when my plane landed. Dr. Constantine meet me after hours on a Friday to help relieve my tooth pain until I can get a root canal. Thank you Parkway Dental.

I’ve been going to this dental office for several years now and they are the best. The office is bright and cozy and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. Shoutout to Jenny who goes above and beyond to explain insurance things to me. The hygienists are all great but my past couple visits have been with Lexy, she is amazing and she does such a thorough job while cleaning my teeth. The dentists are also great but I typically see Dr. Determan. He is awesome, he does a great job of explaining procedures and things that are happening with my teeth. I also appreciate his attention to pain management and checking to make sure as comfortable as possible, which as a Black Man I really appreciate. You should check them out!

Dr. Constantin pulled a tooth, grafted bone and inserted a post over a 6 month period and he was great. His costs were very competitive, he was very knowledgeable , was extremely attentive (and successful) to managing any pain and his work was excellent. In the time when Healthcare system minimizes (if not discourages) diligent care for patients and doctors spend less time with patients, this doctor truly shines. All clinic staff share the same values and provide excellent care. Reasonably priced services, longer clinic hours, after office hours emergency care and the list goes on. Dr. Constantin takes all the time he needs not only to treat what needs to be treated but goes beyond to prevent future issues. Examples - fixing gaps between teeth, giving a chance for the tooth to heal to prevent extraction, etc. You may spend extra time in the office, but it is worth it. All the staff is great - it is one solid team that provides genuine top-quaity care. Thank you! 2022-07-06 Update. Dr Constantin truly cares about his patients. You may spend extra time in his office, but you surely get as much of his time as needed for your situation. He is very attentive to his patience, definitely going above and beyond in dental care you can get anywhere else. I have terrible dental anxiety and everyone working was incredibly empathetic to my situation. I usually try to avoid even going to the dentist, but I had a dental emergency. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day, then again squeeze me in to an earlier time slot when I called and told them I wouldn't be able to make it to the later time slot. Everyone was so patient and comforting when I was emotional because of my fear. I am very comfortable at this location and will not go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Parkway Dental Center for several years. I have had many cleanings and several crowns. The staff have always been friendly and care givers have a good bedside manner. Especially when it comes to ensuring pain free procedures. Recommendations seem honest. Appointments have been well organized with text reminders and staff prepared on time. They make good use of technology: text appointment reminders, digital x-rays, digital 3d mapping for crowns, video of inside mouth to explain care recommendations. With the advent of the pandemic they have adopted new protocols, such as accepting patients through different doors, taking all patient's temperatures, intake questionnaires, etc. There are risks in a dentist's office with covid but I think that Parkway is taking every practical step that they can to keep patients safe. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and plan to continue going to this dentist. Update 11/5/2021: - My significant other had not been to the dentist in years. She developed one of those "now it's an emergency" type situations. I texted Parkway to see if they could help. They made an appointment the next day, diagnosed and resolved the issues (requiring fairly major procedures). She is now a happy customer. - I have developed some pain under a crown installed a few years ago. They have made appointments within 24 hrs to check it out and take care of me. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of care that I receive. I would continue to recommend Parkway to anyone looking for a dentist in the twin cities.

Doctor Constantine is a really cool dude. I went in to get a root canal because I have sensitive teeth after a filling, and I went in to parkway dental to get it done. He came in, and explained to me that I didn’t need a root canal. I was already there, he could’ve just taken my money and done the procedure I asked for, but instead, he gave his expert opinion on why I didn’t need it. He saved my money, time, and saved me from a painful procedure! Very nice and honest man, and a great welcoming dentist office. All the staff are very nice.

I finally went on a limb and got an implant for my front tooth after all these years(30+) and Dr. Constantine is very caring, gentle and very professional. There’s been complications with my front tooth and he said he’s never had any any issues with his implants before me,(but due to the loss of bone structure of not having a tooth/root over time, to maintain that bone density to hold the implant). He stated he will make sure I am happy with my implant & no extra charge to fix it. That is unusual-most drs/dentists would charge for that extra time & headache to fixing anything! THEN... the day after I received the msg to make the appt for my permanent crown, I had taken my daughter out shopping for her birthday. We stopped for lunch & I bit into a sandwich w/bacon & busted off my temp tooth(I had been so careful for the last 90 days-I couldn’t believe it!) I Called as soon as we got home & they were able to get me in the NEXT day for another temp! They are such a great TEAM at Parkway Dental and I’m glad I chose them to do my work! I know I will be happy with the permanent crown when I get it! Update on crown: dr. C is trying his darndest to fix my gums over the crown because there have been issues due to the bone loss from where my tooth wasn’t there for years, and my gums are not being cooperative! I appreciate his diligence and trying to figure out how to fix my gumline there! And his team, he has a great team working in there w/him!

Had a dental emergency on a Sunday evening, called my primary dentist to explain what happened. They offered no help what so ever and asked for me to call back during normal business hours. Angry and upset I drove to the emergency dentist in Roseville- ran into Roxanne who was working behind the desk- explained to her what was going on and she gave me Dr. Constantin business card- fast forward 12 hours- Dr Constantin opened his dental office 2 hours early to see me, a patient who had never been seen by him. Dr. Ferreira was very pleasant and did a thorough job of assessing the situation and repairing the crown without excessive xrays. Really appreciated the conscientious care and attention to detail. I did have to wait for almost half an hour to get in though, which was not the fault of the dentist, and spacing for seating in the waiting room should be at least 6 feet until we’re done with COVID.
