I’ve been going to AFD for 8-9 years. I can’t say enough great things about this place. The people are so genuinely nice, they always seem to have the newest and best equipment. I had 2 fillings done today. I never felt the needle, and I was in and out in 34 minutes. Dr. Steve is the best!

As someone with significant dental anxiety, a friend recommended Angell Family Dentistry to me after I mentioned I hadn’t been in 5 years. When I called Angell, the staff gently and compassionately coaxed me into a same day appointment. It was the best experience I’ve had at any dental/medical practice. The office staff is well versed with insurance and billing questions, my hygienist is very thorough and gentle with me, and the dentist understands my reluctance to do certain procedures (I have an old crown that will have to be worked on eventually). Because of all the staff, my anxiety has lowered considerably and I’m so glad I made it to that first appointment!

Today was my first visit since the Covid shut-down. I felt very safe. Staff was masked, carpets replaced in the exam rooms with more sanitary tiling, spaced seating in the wait room where limited chairs were placed, you must be let inside by staff in order to keep patients distant and safe. I have been a patient at Angell Family Dentistry for a few decades and have no thoughts of moving elsewhere. The care I've received by every single staff member has been exceptional. Both Dr. Angell Sr & Jr are extremely up-to-date on new processes in the dental world. I trust them when they tell me a problem can just be "watched for now" or when they tell me it must be fixed "now." Don't hesitate to make this your dental clinic for you and your family!

My kids and I come here for all of our general dentist needs. The staff and providers are so friendly. Everyone takes time to smile when you walk in, walk down the hallway etc. Everyone seems very professional and their operations are organized and thoughtful. We've had have some pretty invasive procedures for my kids and they're still not afraid to go back which says a lot. Dr. Stephen Angell is so compassionate and talks to them as he would his own kids, as do the staff. I really can't say enough about this clinic. We are so happy there. What a gem in this small area of town. Oh and there is an ice cream shop nearby which my kids have been treated to occasionally after their procedures. That is a huge incentive 😁

Both doctors are on top of the latest in dental technology and meticulously plan the details for each treatment. Most of the dental prosthetics are produced in the office while you wait. The craftsmanship is top notch! The doctors are very personable and engage in excellent conversation while efficiently attending to the needs of multiple concurrent patients. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable and efficient as well as warm and engaging. The front office staff take care of all of the insurance billing transactions and always provide a warm welcome.

I had an awesome experience at Angell Dentistry! From the moment I walked I already felt better about being at the dreaded dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable about their field and they tell you everything they are doing as they do it, which I found very helpful. The doctor was very calm and friendly and explained in detail what he wanted to do and understood and addressed my concerns. I was even told a crown and other filling work could be done in just ONE visit, not multiple visits over several weeks like other offices. I finally met with their office manger who walked through a very manageable treatment plan and explained multiple options for payment. Overall it was a really great experience after having many horrible ones over the last 20 years. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I had a root canal done here on May 21, 2020. It was my first experience with this dentist office, and they were fantastic. The root canal was completely painless, and I was walked through the procedure and the cost step by step in a timely, professional manner. The office is modern and clean, and the entire staff (front desk, hygienist, and doctor) were very friendly and welcoming. And they were VERY thorough with precautions regarding COVID. Excellent dentist office!

As it turned out I ended up needing a root canal. Dr Steve told me they had time and could take care of it for me. I was out of the office an hour later very happy. *RAVE* I've had a phobia of the dentist chair for as long as I can remember. I a long time avoiding a visit, and as the years went by the anxiety of even making an appointment only seemed to be too much to think about. I recently came back from getting some work done at Angell Family Dentistry and I cannot properly put into words how marvelous the entire staff and care is. This the only dentist I would fully recommend. I felt comfortable, in great care, and they have been able to do what I thought was totally impossible...eliminating my fear of the dentist chair. :-) Our kids have been there too and tour kids get excited and love going there! Ever since we brought them in a few months ago they kids are excited about the dentist and race each other every night to get the floss, brush and mouthwash. Go and see why Angel Family Dentistry is the best dentist office around. I'm glad I did.

I sat for 3.5 hours today and Dr. Steve and Amanda accomplished a root canal, crown, filled a cavity and removed roots to a missing tooth and inserted a bone graft. They operated together like a well oiled machine. They kept me apprised of what they were doing through all of the procedures, making sure that I was comfortable at all times. After care was thoroughly explained and I was told multiple times to not hesitate to call them if I experienced any problems. Cindy was very thorough with handling the billing and submission of the claim to insurance. All in all the entire office is run professionally and every member of the team is kind, welcoming and caring. I highly recommend Angell Dentistry!

I had such a wonderful experience! I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old that had to come to the appointment with me. The 5 year old had an appointment too and they did such a wonderful job making her feel so Comfortable without me in the room with her! She came out with a big smile on her face! Both Drs. Angell have treated me well for several years. I like the fact that , because i really dislike Novocaine, either doctor will do my crowns or fillings without it. Ive had numerous crowns and a few fillings put in by Dr. Angell and his son over the last 2 years and every time Ive gone in to see them, they've done an ecxellent job.
