The care and humor they provide keeps us coming back. They are experienced and kind. We drive an hour and half every 2 months for my daughter’s braces checkups. It feels like family. We’ll always go there. From the minute you step up to the reception area to the end of our appointment, we feel our needs were taken care of. Be patient they are super busy trying to make sure they take care of all patients. Well worth it.

My daughter needed braces! They took good care of her. She really liked Milena. Melina was really gentle with her. All the staff were friendly and professional. I liked that Melina talked to my daughter who is 12 instead of ignoring her because she’s a child and only talking to me. We had a great experience.

For what it is, Familia Dental serves its purpose well. It’s a busy place with friendly staff. I always have positive interactions with everyone, and they do good work; however, I always end up waiting a long time to get in even with scheduled appointments. Their building seems to have hit an inherent capacity based on the space they have available, and there just isn’t much more they can do to speed up the process.

The staff is really nice and competent. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because we always wait 20-35 minutes past our appointment time before even getting called back. If that issue could be remedied, I’d give them 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience with Ms. Webb she was very polite gentle and patient. She makes the uncomfortable situation of being at a dentist very delightful. I would definitely recommend this office! My oldest son is so scared of the dentist and gave me no problems for the first time I really can say the employees at this office are all great. I mean even the receptionist was a gem helped me get my whole family in it was a great experience!

Have had some horrible experiences at this office in the past, but I must say the front desk staff they have now is on it!!! Fast, professional and efficient. Was checked in the other day by a younger, slim black woman (sorry boo I don't remember your name 😩) who made multitasking look like a natural trait that everyone should have! She was dope af. The dentist (ortho) came out fast and was very informative when filling me in on next steps. Good job on the new front desk staff Midtown!!

My name is Santana, and I was not at all pleased with today's services. After reading all these great reviews I was ready to give it a try regardless of location and my personal fears. Welp my gut was right. The person who checked me in was friendly for the most part. I could tell it was about to be busy from all the people checking in. I checked in before four Hispanic families and they all got call back before me, that was a red flag, I was like so they check in my ethician? Because when I finally got checked in, the assistant was African American. She wasn't friendly, barley said anything, doctor came in done quick review of x-rays why I came, and did the referral for the root canal I knew I needed from previous dentist. Then the aide finished my cleaning, didn't floss after my cleaning. I didn't hear them so the count and measurements like other offices. I am not dentist or dental assistant, but I know enough to know this wasn't right

I have been here a few times for teeth cleaning and fillings. Dr. Ashley, Lead DA Ms Webb, and DA Elvis provided me with care. They did an awesome job. I appreciate them for doing their job well. I was comfortable and my fillings did not hurt. 🙌🏽 My time in the waiting room was about five minutes which was great because I didn’t want to be there long. 😁

Came with my daughter for a consultation appointment that was for 4pm was not took back till 5pm. One of Milwaukee dentist office where you better plans to sit long. I work inside a clinic and we never did this to our patients no matter what the issue was. They claim to be short staff but never once called to cancel appointments. Overall the place is great especially the staff they are AMAZING I felt really welcomed and loved.

Not only did she assist me with EVERYTHING today Monse also helped me get a SAME DAY braces consult which usually takes months! Make sure that you reply to the appointment reminder texts/emails or you will show up to the appointment and find out it’s been cancelled. The facility is decent though the front desk staff can be a bit loopy and give the runaround. I would definitely recommend that they throw all of those stained chairs and carpet out...it isn’t a good look for a healthcare facility. I also don’t think the play area is properly sanitized because it always smells like hot funky feet when the door is opened.

Great customer service from the lead at the front desk and the manager was great as well it was nice to be treated with smiles. Then upon going to the back the assistance and doctors where really nice and very and comforting to my grandfather and his teeth. Went in for cleaning and pain. Check in person professional as expected polite -courteous. The waiting area was clean and organized. However when I went to ask a question about Wi-Fi access, which they do not have, the person at the opposite end of the counter was having a personal conversation & seemed irritated I asked her the question. Some admin staff are clearly unfamiliar with office protocol, the conversation was overwhelmingly personal and within earshot of patients. Many try to be professional in their own way. They could use more training and customer service instructions. The hygienist was amazing! Very professional very attentive asked & answered questions. the hiccup was during x-rays, she attempted twice to do my x-rays and they're causing me great pain. The dentist was extremely unprofessional; she decided to chastise the now nervous hygienist in my presence. The dentist who is also an instructor, didn't demonstrate to the hygienist proper procedure until the 3rd attempt. I took umbrage with that. Moreover, I had to ask the dentist about particular concerns with my teeth she did not address during the examination. She didn't mention things like cracks in my teeth and some deterioration at my gum line, until I called her back to the exam room and asked about it. I would have left without that information. I never did get a cleaning I got my teeth polished. Referrals were provided as expected. Usually when you're leaving the doctor's office or things like that, a courtesy is extended, people say goodbye, have a nice day, do you need an appointment or something like that, no one said anything except the very person who checked me in. She should be promoted to office manager cuz they surely don't have one. Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, I may return but more needs to be done to address customer service, professionalism and just overall patient dental care.
