Fear puts us in bondage and it are master. Which is why I haven't gone to the dentist as much as I should. Most of the ones I've experienced puts to mind little shop of horror not a compassionate professional. Which is why I'm glad my dentist Kendra Hackman proved me wrong. I felt no pain. I was given all my options with information about my choices and different paths to choose. Not to mention that Having an untreated tooth infection can actually increase your risk for heart disease by nearly three times. Obvious decision. By this time next year I hopefully won't have a jack o lantern smile but one of symmetrical beauty. Which doesn't everyone deserve?

I chose this dentist because it had good reviews and it also took my insurance. At first I tried to call but they didn't pick up due to busyness, but immediately sent me a text telling me to book an appointment online. So I booked my appointment online. I got there and they said that their online booking doesn't match with their actual booking and I don't have an appointment. This was unfortunate but they told me they could get me in. I waited not knowing when my appointment would be but an hour and a half later they called me back. All of the workers are extremely nice and the doctor that helped me was great. I had a few cavities over the years that I haven't been able to fill due to my insurance and the cost and we're getting pretty bad but they offered to fill them the day of. Overall this is a great place to go if you have not so great dental insurance or if you're in need of a good dentist. Highly recommend.

I came in for an emergency dental procedure, I was a first time patient and they went out of their way to schedule me into a cancelation spot rather then having to wait a couple weeks, I arrived early but was called back on time and and the overall time from check in to pain free was under an hour. The dentist was direct about what was wrong and what he recommended but I at no time felt judged like you do at many dentist offices, I was never talked down to or made to feel bad about my oral health and I have problematic teeth. Instead I was treated with compassion and concern about my pain and the dentist wasted no time starting the process of addressing the cause of my pain. Then planed to address issues that may become problematic in the future with follow-up appointments. Overall a very quick and easy experience. And they accepted my insurance so that was great.

The doctor was nice and informative, as well as the dental assistants. The front office staff need improvement in their customer service. The wait time for each appointment I have had, 25-45 after appointment time, and was asked to wait in my car and they will call me when a room was ready. That is ungodly ridiculous! Overall not a bad visit, just beware of the wait time!

Kendra is absolutely terrific. Like most people, I imagine, are traumatized by the way going to the dentist used to be. This dentist completely changed my feelings about going to the dentist and getting whatever work is needed. She is amazing, organized, pleasant and empathetic to patients

Receptionist was sweet, as was the dental assistant that saw me and handed me my script for my abscessed tooth. Only complaint is the girl who did my x-ray was pretty unpleasant and unprofessional. Seemed put out by my mere presence. Otherwise, overall experience was fine.

Dr. Muhammad and his assistant Jessie we're amazing. They made my niece feel at ease and once the med kicked in all 4 wisdom teeth were removed without any issues. The wait was longer than expected but I would recommend Bright Dental. Dr. Muhammad gets the job done.

I needed an extraction on a broken tooth, the receptionist were pleasurable, I loved my DA (don’t remember her name). Dr. Mohammad was quick, thorough, and open to any decisions I wanted to make. For my first cleaning appointment I waited 3 hours, it was not thorough. My most recent dental appointment was 2 hr + dental appt wait for fillings. Not punctual or considerate of patients time. I needed my teeth filed correctly & the dentist told me he wasn’t sure if he had the right “part” to do that—what?! It took over a month to get my fillings done so that it wouldn’t hurt when I eat since the first round didn’t work out. I’m thankful I had dental insurance available, but I’m looking for a dental office that isn’t as busy...

I have almost crippling anxiety when it comes to the dentist, for a good chunk of my life everytime they'd pull out the anesthetics I'd start to bawl my eyes out, and panic, and most dentists get irritated and tell you nothing is wrong, a lot of dentists don't know how to take out teeth while remembering they're working on a real live person, but I don't have that problem here. They are fast, efficient, respectful and humane. I'm so glad I found this place.

Had a bad tooth and my regular dentist office wasn't returning my calls. Bright Dental got me in 4 days after I first called and the doctor actually listened when she anesthetized me and gave me enough to to not have any pain, which is a first. They were kind and caring enough to continue seeing patients during a pandemic! Truly awesome and wonderful people!

I will say that the clinic is busy, and I appreciate that they service the dental needs of folks from many diverse cultures. My interactions with the staff were cordial and professional, with a special shout-out going to the two assistants who worked with me. My children’s first experience with the dentist could not have gone better! They were quick but thorough. My kids are actually looking forward to their next visit in 6 months. From the moment you walk you in the front desk lady anahi was so wonderful and helpful she even gave them stickers tooth brushes before leaving. The staff was very friendly and doctor was very competent and knowledgeable. I went in for four impacted wisdom teeth and the doctor got them all out quickly and with ease, one of which was completely hidden under the bone/gum. I overheard a nurse cleaning a young girl's teeth the room over and she was so patient and kind, explaining everything to the child so she wouldn't be scared. Very skilled at what they do. I am very glad I went here and highly recommend them.

Has been such a wonderful doctor and his assistant Diomer is an AMAZING person he was one of the very few people who wasn't aggressive when it came to tightning my braces or doing impressions. I did not have to wait. Very timely. The office mangers at the desk were so pleasant that honestly it was shocking. Not in a bad way. The atmosphere was wonderful. The doctor and staff made sure that all my questions were answered. I have lupus and other illnesses that weaken my gums and cause extreme dryness. To have some listen to me was awesome.More than professional. I will return. I think I’m hooked. I have a new dentist now.

It is a very good clinic but the only reason that makes me give them 3 stars is the wait time. It takes them at least 2 hours to find you room so if your appointment is at 9:00am for example, you may not finish until 5 hours later !!! They schedule a bunch of patients at once

Everyone is usually very nice and the orthodontist there is great he actually cares and is very accommodating. But his assistants some of them should really fix their attitudes for work wether you’re having a bad day or not you don’t get to catch an attitude with a patient at any point.

I’ve been looking for a dental place for awhile . It’s very pricey for dental procedures no matter if you have insurance or not . It’s sad that Wisconsin has horrible coverage for dental . Well anyway I’m on disability insurance of course it doesn’t cover nothing I wasnt blessed on having perfect teeth far from it . Anyways I found bright dental took my insurance somewhat of my work was covered . Dr.Mohammed is such a great dentist he really cares on saving you teeth and he takes his time explaining what he thinks should be done with the tooth that’s bothering you. I would recommend if you having trouble with your teeth and have state insurance or any insurance. You should see Dr.Mohammed. Also the office people and the dental assistants are excellent too . That’s why I give this office a five star! Thanks for all you guys do 😊

‘Bright Dental’ was truly an intimidating place for me at the beginning, as it had been years since attending a dentist at all. NOW I needed TWO teeth pulled!! It didn’t take very long at all upon meeting staff members like Dr. Mohamed who helped answer any and every question I had about the process. In fact, I could name just about any employee I encountered while at ‘Bright Dental’ and discuss at length just how patient they were with my seemingly endless and perhaps repetitive questions. I would recommend Dr. Karan. He was quick gentle & he talked me through each step while performing RCT. His assistant was very down to earth & funny. I just wish he didn’t perform this procedure in 2 step process because I’m ready to get it all over with. The healing process itches so bad I’m using orajel to numb my gums so I won’t scratch them with floss picks

1st visit was A little discouraging. I got there 20 minutes early and ended up waiting a total of 50 minutes. I wasn't informed or checked on in the waiting room during that time. The second visit was much better. The staff did seem friendly and helpful but I think acknowledging patients more would help. On my first visit it seemed that Staff talked a little bit more amongst themselves instead of focusing more on the patient. On my second visit I had some hesitation and doing the procedure. After talking to Dr. Mohammed and being reassured I felt so much better He was very professional and explain things He did a great job on my root canal and filling.

Had a terrible toothache, many bad teeth failing from illness. Was able to get me in and extract ALL of the rest of my bad teeth (10 at least) in almost no time at all. Was in the back and numbed up in under 5 minutes, everything was done 10 minutes later. I gave that man and his nurse a huge hug. I was in so much pain, it was a great relief to have it taken care of so efficiently. I’ll be going back in a month or so to get dentures. Very excited to have a normal smile again.

I called Wednesday and got in Friday for 2 extractions of broken teeth one molar one wisdom tooth sideways in my jaw and cracked. Took about an hour to be seen and told I needed that done plus a root canal on the front teeth and some feelings and caps for them I can’t afford the caps at $650 a piece. But once I was seen everything went very well. The numbing was the worst part hurt so bad made a grown man cry no lie 10 all together &$#@*+# hurt. But I did not feel anything at all after that it was smooth sailing no pain. A fat numb face yeah but no pain. Best dental visit ever I’ll say dr. Mohammed was excellent at his job and the nurses were very kind an sweet and not to hard on the eyes lol. But yeah all together great place and one of the only ones to take my insurance. 4stair because of waiting time in operating room or cove actually not much privacy there either another reason for the 4 stair rating. But still great place recommend it.

After going to a another Dentist that wanted who told me that my son and I had cavities and that we needed to do fillings now. I felt she just wanted to take my money. Not having a good dentist I canceled my Appointment. Then my mother in law gave me good reference of her dr. @ Bright Smile. I decided to give it a try. My first time today there and will keep on going. No Cavities and just a routine visit.

Bright Dental has very knowledgeable and professional staff!! My daughter had an appointment for braces!! After many attempts with other offices and hundreds of dollars, I must say I found the right place at Bright Dental!! The office manager Berenice was very great and knowledgeable in the information she provided regarding my daughter's braces!!! She helped me with my down payment and setting up a reasonable monthly payment plan!!! The receptionist Anahi and Alejandra were very helpful and polite when making my son's appointment!! The Dental Assistants Alondra and Margarita where very cheerful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had regarding the care my son was going to receive!! They kept me at ease about the care!!! They explained in detail about the care of his teeth and what they were gonna be doing!!! Dr. Mohammed was also great and very knowledgeable with the information he was giving me while caring for both my children!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Dr. Alsamarraie is a professional and has an expertise in dentistry work. He was able to remove a wisdom tooth that was sitting right on top of my mom’s nerve, which was something many dentists including surgeons that we saw were hesitant to perform such surgery. He was confident in his knowledge and ability to perform a successful surgery. Strongly recommend him!!!

The dentist and staff were friendly and professional but the waiting time was unfairly long. My son’s appointment was 2:30 and his name was called after 3:20 p.m. I think this place is overbooking patients. Please take this into consideration. The usual wait time should be 15-20 minutes max.

They told me that in 1 hour they would arrive at the place and they would attend to me, so I did when I arrived I gave my medical plan I gave my information to register and in reality it took less than 5 minutes for this, when I was going to sit down they called me quickly to access inside with the procedure, they took the x-rays and told me that they had to extract a tooth because there was no remedy and I already had an infection, that's why the pain was so strong that I had, they gave me anesthesia and proceeded to remove it completely, in reality neither I realized when they took her out I didn't feel any pain either, they prescribed me antibiotics and something for pain, an hour after I left the office I had to go eat something that I thought I wouldn't be able to, but I was able to both days the wounds weren't bothersome, actually I loved everything about this place, the comfortable place, the girls were cool, the dra. same waooo in reality I felt very comfortable so much so that I decided to make my new place where I will take care of my teeth I will no longer return to what was going on before, since I liked everything from the beginning and more than that they were able to help me with my pain in just one hour, I didn't have to wait a week with antibiotics like other dentists, I really recommend it 100%, you won't regret it I assure 💕 (Original) Sinceramente no sabía de esta ubicación,me atendía en otro dentista, pero llevaba ya con dolor de muela varios meses ya q no pude conseguir una cita con el dentista q siempre iba,me hablaron de este lugar y no dudé en llamar para q me atendieran de emergencia, en realidad no tenía esperanzas de q me atendieran el mismo día , pero para mi sorpresa no fue así !!! Me dijeron q en 1 hra llegará al lugar y me atenderían, así lo hice cuando llegue entregué mi plan médico di mi información para registrarme y en realidad fueron menos de 5 minutos lo q me llevo esto, cuando me iba a sentar me llamaron rápido para acceder adentro con el procedimiento, me sacaron las radio grafías y me dijeron q había q extraerá muela xq no tenia remedio y ya tenia una infección x eso el dolor tan fuerte q tenia, me pusieron anestesia y procedieron a retirarla x completo, en realidad ni cuenta me di cuando la sacaron tampoco sentía ya ningún dolor me recetaron antibióticos y algo para dolor , a la hra de haber salido d la oficina me tuve q ir a comer cosa q pensaba q no iba a poder , pero si pude ya a los dos dias las heridas no eran molestas, en realidad me encantó todo de este lugar, el lugar cómodo,las muchachas una chulería, la dra.igual waooo en realidad me sentí muy cómoda tanto así q desidi q va hacer mi nuevo lugar donde atenderé mis dientes ya no volveré mas al q iba anteriormente , ya q todo me agradó desde el principio y mas q pudieron ayudarme con mi dolor en tan solo una hra , no tuve q esperar una semana con antibióticos como otros dentistas en verdad lo recomiendo al 100% no se van arrepentir se lo aseguro 💕
