I’m a natural redhead and need more novocaine and time to numb sufficiently. Dr E. Spindel did an amazing job of getting me numb to perform 2 crowns at the same time. My tongue remained workable and I was still able to swallow! Many other dentists had me numb for 14+ hours which left me with difficulty swallowing. Well done!

I came in earlier this week as a new patient after not seeing a dentist in 4 years. I was delighted at how friendly the staff was upon coming in for my appointment. Alyssa was my hygienist and she was the absolute best. I had a ton of anxiety for this appointment and I needed a heavy scaling. Alyssa helped me stay calm and got me through the first quadrant. She also gave me tips on how to keep my mouth healthier going forward. Two days later and I can see and feel the physical difference in the health of my gums and teeth that have been cleaned. Alyssa and the whole staff is amazing and I’m so grateful to have found Spindel Dental!

They've been very accomodating of my schedule and they are always great when I've had to go in, but my recent experience with how my bill was handled wasn't great. I went in to get a filling fixed and while it was partially my fault for not asking ahead of time if it would be covered by insurance, I was not told that it wouldn't be covered until after it was done. I was then told that they would only charge me half of the $288 cost as a courtesy. Dr. Elizabeth Spindel then told the receptionist not to submit the claim to my insurance as it would be rejected. I paid a portion of what was owed and left. I called my insurance on the way home and they were baffled as they do not have a time frame that needs to be met for filling replacements. I called the office back and had them submit it anyway. My insurance accepted it with no issue and I now owe less than Dr. Spindel told me. It makes me wonder if any other services were handled the same way.

I am a bit nervous (like a lot of us) when it comes to being at the dentists. I needed to have a chipped filling repaired and an old silver one that was leaching replaced. Dr. Spindel was extremely gentle injecting the anesthetic and rubbed my cheek to help it disperse. She talked me through the entire process from the drilling, filling and curing to the ultrasonic cleaning. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and allowance. I highly recommend them.

I've been going here for a little over two years and am always impressed by how thorough, polite and all around wonderful the staff is. I'm always in and out quickly without feeling rushed and I've never had to wait to be seen for my appointment. The office has stepped up their game even more than I thought possible with their precautions set during the pandemic. I'm able to wait in my car before being brought into the office, and they ask a series of health screening questions and take your temperature before your appointment. I was a little nervous going into any sort of office atmosphere with Covid-19 this year, but I've honestly never felt safer than in their office. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been going here for regular cleanings for a few years now. I've never had any kind of dental work (cavities, root canals etc) and I try not because the dentist had always given me anxiety with other medical conditions I have. I had a rafting mishap during COVID and I called before I was back thinking it could be a long while to get seen. She was willing to see me same day, but I was still on my trip, so it was the following week, but still, they were able to get me in much quicker than anticipated. Dr. Spindel was way awesome explaining everything since its all new to me, and I was so relieved at how quick and painless the fix was, even with my very sensitive nerves. I'm so grateful, and still hugely impressed with how natural it looks, especially considering it's the front teeth. My coworkers and family already had forgotten and didn't notice it's that weirdly natural looking, I'm so pleased! Thank you so much for going above and beyond, and really this was probably the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I'm definitely feeling like I'm in good hands now! I'll just take care to drink my coffee in straws so hopefully it will look and last a nice long time! LOL!

It had been some time getting back to the dentist. I was really nervous to even begin the process. However, the team at Spindel dentistry are phenomenal. In the past, I had been made to feel badly about my oral hygiene which added an additional level of anxiety. Again, every person I came into contact with were professional and genuinely kind. I hate to admit that I had not been to the dentist in a few years because of some bad experiences in my youth, so I was really not looking forward to my teeth cleaning. However, when I arrived at Spindel General, I was immediately comforted by the warmth of the office which feels like a well-loved home, and the friendliness of the staff who were not the least bit judgy or pushy. My cleaning was thorough and Linda the hygienist was very informative and gentle, and made me feel like even though I had a few issues that we would get through it. Tori came to assess me and checked in a few times to make sure I was ok which was really lovely. I am so grateful for Spindel General and Cosmetic Dentistry because my teeth have a whole new lease on life!
