I came to the dentist here after not going to one for about 7 years because I was afraid to visit a dentist. I was so anxious coming into the office, but the staff made me feel so safe, they were so accommodating and welcoming. Now I can come back to the dentist for cleanings every few months without any anxiety. They give great dental advice and explain everything thoroughly, and are gentle when they clean. I’ve now visited this office 3 times and they’ve been wonderful every single time. Everyone is so friendly! Highly, highly recommend!!

Update previously given 3 starts. Bedford Dental Care has stayed in contact with me. That means a lot to me! I've very thankful for that! They still accepted me as patient! I have dental anxiety (like many others do). The lady who scheduled my appt was pleasant on the phone. I had a new patient appt in September. The dental team (hygienist and dentist) were kind/ helpful. An employee was scheduling another appt for me, and I guess another employee was trying to schedule for the same date and time. I did get scheduled for this date and time BUT the other employee was making me feel like not welcomed I guess. She was frustrated I was scheduled for that date and time. I manage an office myself. I understand you cannot please all customers/ patients and it can be hectic, I get it, I really do. But the way she came across made me feel like I did something wrong. The employee scheduling me kind of defended me. I do appreciate and graciously thank the dental team for the few appts I had at this dental office.

I give this practice the highest praise! I went to Gentle Dental recently and felt very underwhelmed by their service and shady pricing so I decided to look for a family practice instead. I am so glad I chose Bedford Dental Care. Karen, their receptionist, is a gem and she was amazing when booking my appointment. While on the phone with her, I asked if my partner could also book his appointment and she was more than happy to do so on the same phone call. She called us back the same week to ask if we wanted to move our appointments up and have them on the same day back to back. She’s so considerate! I was ready to give this place five stars before I even arrived. The appointment itself was, as I call it, pleasantly unpleasant. Getting your teeth cleaned isn’t always the greatest process but my technician made sure it was as comfortable and painless as possible and she did a phenomenal job- my teeth feel so clean! Everything was explained fully, my questions were answered in a way I could understand, and booking follow up appointments was as convenient as can be. I will be coming here for dental care for as long as I am local.

I've been going to Bedford Dental Care for about four or five years now and I'm very happy with both the service and the facility. I have been seeing the same hygienist for the entire time I've been going and she's great: personable, friendly, gentle, and thorough. I've never had to wait long and their use of the ultrasonic cleaners makes scraping sounds a thing of the past. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality dental experience.

I had a very complicated dental problem that required resolving a large abscess, front teeth extraction, bone grafting, and front teeth implants. Dr. Connolly and his team put together a comprehensive sequential plan and did a fantastic job on every aspect of these procedures. He personally called me at home after each phase to assure I was doing well and having no complications. He and the staff are incredibly friendly, skilled and professional. The results were well beyond my expectations. I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Connolly and the Bedford Dental Care staff and would confidently refer my friends to them for any of their dental needs.

By far the best in the State of New Hampshire! I first visited the practice in 1988 and have received nothing but the best of care. Dr. Loveless helped me through many years and at times took out-of-hours calls when I encountered issues with my teeth. I now see Dr Guthrie and receive great care - Very detailed with his work making sure it's the best. I’ve been a patient at Bedford Dental care for 24 years, as have my husband and three grown children. We moved an hour away 12 years ago but continue as patients because we can’t imagine going anywhere as good as Bedford Dental Care. I can’t speak highly enough of their practice. As usual, my visit to the dentist was perfect. I had a wonderful "guest hygienist" named Jen who did a great job today. I would actually want her to be my regular if I were to loose my current hygienist who is also great. This is the best Dental Care around in my opinion. Today,11/22/2021 I had another 5 star appointment. As usual, Dr Guthrie is such a professional. I had another crown done and two smaller fillings replaced, "he is the best". His assistant today was a very nice young lady named Rachel. This young lady has a incredible personality and was very efficient in doing her job. She is a valuable asset to Bedford Dental Care. Should I need more work in the future I hope that I would be lucky enough to have both these professionals again!🙂

I was experiencing some tooth pain and Bedford Dental Care was able to get me right in to see Dr. Rafizadeh. She expertly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me to see their endodontist, Dr.Fooks, for a root canal. I had that done today and with Dr. Fooks’ expertise and Kasey’s excellent assistance they performed a completely painless procedure. I can’t believe how great my tooth feels! I was back seeing my own patients that same day!

I am someone who has typically ALWAYS been anxious about going to a Dentist, but from day ONE, Dr. Guthrie and his team have been AMAZING!!!! The office is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff from the front office to the techs, dental hygienist, nurses and Doctors are warm, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and accommodating. They are easy to talk to, have a great sense of humor and have a way of just calming me down EVERY time I’m there. ( and it doesn’t involve handing out medication). Where else can you go where the Doctor, themself, will call the patient to check on how you’re doing???? I can go on and on but honestly, I just want to stress … you will NEVER find a practice like this for any of your dental needs! I HIGHLY recommend this practice! You won’t be sorry!!! This is a great dental office! Had a great cleaning with Jen, she was very gentle and did an excellent job. The office is super clean and very high tech. Loved getting a text confirmation for my appointment, instead of playing phone tag. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even though I didn't have any serious problems, Dr. Guthrie still took the time to sit with me and review my dental health. He explained all of my options and gave me his recommendation for each issue. Already scheduled my next cleaning for February, definitely going to keep going here. A tooth with a crown on the left side rear of my gum developed a cavity under an old crown. Dr. Gutherie suggested that the crown needed to be replaced and the cavity cleaned. The whole process from start to replacing the crown was painless, seated in a comfortable dental chair. The temporary crown was great, no discomfort. The permanent crown is wonderful. Great work with Dr.Gutherie and his assistant Rachael.

Today July 6th I went to Bedford Dental to get my teeth cleaned and X Rays. Darcy did a great job and was very cordial! Dr. Yue checked my teeth and did a great job explaining how my teeth are doing. If you ever need a dentist I would strongly recommend Bedford Dental!! Emily was very personable and professional! Great job Emily!! Dr. Yue was great, very professional and explained all my concerns. I would highly recommend them! Today March 7 2022 I went to Bedford Dental. Rachel brought me in and took care me initially. She did a great job checking out the issue with my teeth. Another lady took x-rays and pictures and did a great job. Doctor Yue did a great job explaining my options and Julie did a great job explaining the cost of each option. If you need dental work I would recommend Bedford Dental. They are competent, friendly and caring!!

Friendly &welcoming staff. Had my first cleaning since covid changes and the office has everything in place to make you feel safe- checking temps at the door, waiting in your car, and one way office traffic patterns. Most of all the the staff was so nice. Despite, all the gear the hygienists have to wear in order to be safe, April was cheerful, friendly and you could appreciate that she was most likely sincerely smiling through the three layers of protection. Undoubtedly the best experience I have ever had in a dental office! And that’s despite getting 2 crowns during one visit no less! Dr. Guthrie and Bella were outstanding in making this experience pleasant & comfortable for me, as well as completely successful! My crowns look wonderful due to Dr. Guthrie’s expert skill and Bella’s artistry... Bella was amazing at ensuring that my crowns matched my other teeth! And it’s really impressive to me that despite having several crowns fitted in the past (by other practitioners) this is the first time I haven’t needed additional grinding and fussing to make my bite feel right!

I am 65 and I do not want dentures. I worked up the courage to go to Bedford Dental. It is a one stop dental office. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I have some fear of the dentist chair. You know that sudden zing of pain that usually happens? It never happened and I had three dental extractions and two dental implants performed by Dr. Johnson. She is awesome. There was minimal swelling after each procedure. I learned a lot from Dr. Johnson about caring for my gums. I will see Dr. Guthrie soon to finish the dental implants and a crown. I am well on my way to keeping my teeth. I already recommended Bedford Dental to family. I saw Dr Guthrie and Bella today. We finished a lot of work. They were both fantastic. Bedford dental is the best. I had another cleaning with April and exam with Dr. Guthrie September 30. Bedford Dental is doing more than CDC recommendations so I felt safe. As usual everything went great and I am seeing improvements with the health of my gums due to BDC recommendations.

Met Dr, Lankford and he was fantastic. Today, I had to have two teeth removed. I never even felt the Novacain! Dr Lankford is absolutely fantastic. During my first visit, my phenomenal hygienist helped me enroll in Health Through Oral Wellness, something my insurance offers. I probably wouldn't have signed up on my own, but Im glad she helped me sign up because now I can get the extra benefits I need for my dental health. Having neglected to visit the dentist for over a year due to fear from my past dental disasters, I needed to have three cavities filled today. I wasn't looking forward to this day, but honestly this procedure was a walk in the park! I am writing this review just 5 hours after the procedure, the novocaine has worn off and there is only a slight ache (which is to be expected.) I am so impressed with Dr. Guthrie and his assistant Bella. They make an excellent team and I truly felt that I was in good hands throughout the whole procedure. Numbing is always the worst part, but I could not feel those needles. At all. I was amazed! Dr. Guthrie is so kind and careful, which really put me at ease. This visit was actually relaxing, even more relaxing than some manicures and pedicures I have had! The best part about Bedford Dental Care is not having to be afraid of the dentist anymore. If you get nervous going to the dentist, give Bedford Dental Care a try. They're the best!

This dental Office is awesome from start to finish. I recently moved back to the area and a few weeks ago I received a text message on my phone saying I had a dentist appointment?! Well, my wife had made an appointment for me without checking my schedule, as she knew I wouldn't on my own (thank God she can't do a Google review on me) Well anyhow I went in and had the initial consult, which was extremely thorough and a great value to have everything explain to you in detail. Next I had my cleaning which was quick and painless and again very in-depth. Unfortunately for me after years without going to the dentist it was determined I had several cavities. Funny how that works? I spent three hours in the dentist chair yesterday getting cavities filled and it was honestly a great experience. They take so much care and ensuring you were comfortable that I literally fell asleep for an hour. I don't see how you could have a better experience with a dentist office, I highly recommend this place And Dr. Guthrie specifically.

The best dental practice PERIOD. For the last 18 years I have told people that the best thing about living in New Hampshire was my dentist. No Joke. As a person with some significant fear of dental procedures I have been thrilled with my experience at Bedford Dental Care. Dr. Loveless and his team have provided my entire family with wonderful, pain free, care for these years while only recommending care that was absolutely necessary. I cannot say enough about Dr. Loveless, his team and their care. Recently I learned that my body turned on itself destroying one of my teeth (resorption). What a shock… and yes fear… what would it be like to have a tooth removed and a dental implant put in. Could it be any worse? It was my front tooth. I was told by personal friends that happen to be dentists that it was almost impossible to match an implant when it was a front tooth. The day of reckoning arrived, it was time for the “big pull”. I was a mess to say the least. Bottom line… it was completely painless. I almost fell asleep during the processes. Dr. Johnson was great and the gum work looks perfect – thank you. Now it was time for Dr. Connolly to do his magic and create a tooth replacement that looks natural (coming from the gum itself) that matches the natural tooth next to it. My dentist friends were correct, it was going to be tough to match and it required several attempts. Any other dentist would have given up and merely placed veneers on both front teeth to match them. Not Dr. Connolly—he would not relent until he had it perfect and in end, it is absolutely perfect. I am thrilled!!! Thank you Dr. Connolly and team. Bottom line… Bedford Dental Care worked together as a team to provide me with a perfect solution. No member of this team stopped short of perfection – it was a matter of pride for each of them to get it perfect and they did. Be it the front desk greeter, the dental care providers or the professional staff that complete the process, Bedford Dental Care has perfected the dental experience. Thank you so much!

Where do I start with this place?! The moment you walk in you're greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. You can take a seat in the tastefully furnished and well lit waiting area while you enjoy a complimentary beverage from the Keurig or a water bottle from the fridge while you wait (I always wait until AFTER my appointment for the coffee xD). Dr. Ko is absolutely phenomenal and you get the feeling she truly wants what's best for you and your oral health. Her assistant is fantastic as well and will do whatever she can to help make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire procedure. You can tell these two know what they're doing and love what they do. Just walking through the halls every employee you pass has a smile on their face. For a place so many people dread going to (the dentist), Bedford Dental Care is by far the best (and last) office I have ever and will ever go to. Never having a tooth extraction, you can imagine my anxiety. Arriving at l0 am, I met with a delightful team of nurses, anesthesiologist and my doctor, I was made comfortable and engaged in conversation to help me relax. Saline drip inserted and the doctor administered the meds so i could go to sleep. I began to feel drowsy and the next thing I knew, I was talking again and everything was over. I felt fine, I did not have any pain and the experience was not as frightening as I antidipated. It is now the day after the surgery and I feel great. Bedford Dental Care has a superb team for this type of oral surgery; I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY!

I actually have a lot to say about Bedford Dental Care. I have been a patient there for about 4 years now and I am finally writing them a review because I have more than enough detailed and accurate experience with them. To start, the first time I went there was for a regular cleaning after having not seen a dentist in seven years! They never once made me feel judged and they did an excellent job. I have a receding gum line that is incredibly sensitive because i have been in desparate need of braces and my teeth have been pushed so far out of alignment that the gums have receded in an area. The dental hygienist numbed the sentive area and worked very thoroughly and carefully throughout my over crowded mouth. Another time that I was there for a cleaning, i told a different hygienist that i get nauseous easily and cant deal with the taste of blood so she did frequent rinses and let me hold and control my own suction tube. They are SO accomodating! Every hygienist that works in that place, i have pretty much met them all, and they are ALL incredibly professional and caring! Now this most recent time I was there was today. I had to have two wisdom teeth removed in preparation for braces next month. Dr. jones and his team did this procedure right in the office and I couldnt be more pleased with the care I received. I was so nervous that I actually threw up twice before the procedure but Dr Jones himself grabbed the bucket and rubbed my back while I puked. He then gave me an anti nausea medication. He let me sit and relax and feel better before making sure I was ready to continue the procedure. He then administered the anesthesia in very tiny doses at a time to make sure I would feel okay. This helped so much! They gave me this beautiful blue fleece blanket to keep me warm and comfortable during the procedure though I dont remember much of anything until I came to again afterwards. Everyone was smiling and told me i did great and they had gotten me unhooked and escorted my bf back my room to help me to my car after giving the both of us detailed instructions on post procedure care. All in all, nobody loves going to the dentist but I HIGHLY recommend Bedford Dental Care for any and all of your needs. The place is absolutely beautiful and filled with incredibly caring, competant, and professional people. I have not once had a bad experience at this place. So if you are like me, and struggle to bring yourself to a dentist, try this place FIRST because you wont have to continue your search.

I have had to have several composites replaced on this tooth & over the years, the tooth has become yellowed & discolored around the edge where it was chipped off. I have gone to Dentist after Dentist but none of them could ever fix it to where you couldn't see the discoloration...that is until I found Dr. Adam Lankford at Bedford Dental Care. He did an unbelievably beautiful job on my tooth!! It looks the best I've ever seen ~ He is also my dentist for my InvisiLign braces and with Dr Lankford it has been a very smooth process. We are right on target and he is just an amazing and caring dentist.

I had a problem on Sept.3rd when my the root canal and cap on my tooth came out. This was right after the holiday weekend. I called Dr. Gordon Loveless and got there answering machine at 7:00am on the 4th and a call was returned at 8:00am, setting up an appointment at 11:00 am. His wonderful staff was already ready for me when I got there. In no time at all my tooth was put back in. In 1 hour I could eat on that side. I can not say enough about him and his staff. They have helped me many times. They are very caring people.
