I shared a negative experience my mother had when getting her dentures from Aspen in Manchester. But when we called back in, they instantly met with my mother and did a whole new set. They treated her great. They were attentive, understanding, and made sure she was very happy before leaving! Thank you all for helping resolve the issue and doing so professionally and with kindness! I had a great experience at Aspen Dental today. All of the staff was so friendly. The dental assistant made me feel so comfortable as well as the office manager and the dentist was fast and to the point. She made everything make sense and my dental plan so easy. My mom's dentures are very old and some teeth were falling out. Aspen took us same day we called. We went and not only had her denture fixed but also purchased a set of NEW dentures. VERY, VERY affordable. Mom's wicked happy.

If you aren't covered for dental they actually have someone talk to you right out your appointment to try different options! They care and talk to you like a person I have had some bad experiences with dentists but I went here today and the whole vibe is different ( in a good way) I would definitely recommend them!

I had some bad dental experience, late highschool had experience with a dentist office in Nashua that was eventually closed for scamming state insurance with unnecessary root canals. So I was worry about going to the dentist's basically giving up on my teeth. Had a wisdom tooth that cracked I was an extreme pain call Aspen dental and managed to snag an appointment at the Manchester office soon. The x-ray and examination process was very well done accurate and everyone was very kind and respectful, they pulled the effective tooth immediately. The dentist / office came up with affordable effective plan to get my teeth back in shape. For the first time in a long time I have hope and feel like I'm in good hands.

The Office Manager Christina Pilotte steels the show here. I mean EVERYONE is so kind and caring,however putting Christina up front dealing with us grouchy patients is a smart move because she has a special touch that you can’t say about everyone. You NEED someone like that dealing with the tough stuff. She also helped me figure out financing and without that I would have been in bad shape. Aspen really is great and I’m so happy I went here first🙏🏼

I wanted to share my experience. Even though I wasn't seen by Aspen this is to show good people still exist. I came in yesterday in horrible pain. I am in need of a root canal. I had a root canal scheduled with another dentist however it was next week. I have realized I wasn't going to be able to wait until next week. I explained my situation to the lady at the front desk (wish I knew her name, she deserves to be recognized) she looked at the schedule and realized I wasn't going to be able to get in any sooner. She then suggusted I call an endodontist in Manchester because they are really good about getting people seen urgently. She was correct I have an appt at 10:15am to get my root canal done. This lady did not have to help me, and could of just said sorry we don't have anything available. I am so thankful she said something. I may have still been waiting if it wasn't for her. Thank you! Very good dentist. I got my appointment quick and I had a bad tooth that was hurting bad. Within 2 days of calling I got the meds I needed to control the problem. It's going to take 2weeks to have it fully taken care of partly because of infection but I am definitely happy with the service so far

The office manager went above and beyond to make sure I got the payment plan I needed and worked SO hard to find appointments that would work with my difficult schedule. My husband and I went to Aspen Dental to look into getting our teeth fixed. We went in for our first visit, which by the way is absolutely FREE!! YES FREE! They were extremely kind and courteous as soon as we walked in!! The whole team was wonderful! We were extremely nervous and they immediately put us at ease!! I was big time disappointed. The phone center people quote prices that they have no buissiness doing so when you go in its totally different. I think they do it JUST TO GET YOU IN THERE!! Then your hit with the real numbers.... After my mom's procedure we will not be going back there.

Aspen Dental really gives you the attention and detail you need The entire staff is warm and friendly and everything is discussed thoroughly with you. There is none of that rushed feeling you get from other practices and they all make you feel like they really care about you as a person, not like just another insurance claim to file. They go over what procedures need to be done and how you can afford them. They have several financing options. Even though I couldn’t get every procedure done, I am happy with what I could get. Aspen Dental has all the latest new technology, the rooms are all bright and clean and the staff and Drs are all friendly and catering and willing to take the time to answer all your questions. This is the only dental office for me!

I visited Aspen Dental this morning, after not having been to the dentist for far too long. To say I need extensive work is an understatement. Everyone, from Amy at reception till I ended with Christina in billing was beyond exceptional. I won’t continue to name names, as I would hate to leave anyone out, but everyone involved in my consultation was so personable and professional, the equipment state of the art, and the Patience and understanding in listening to my concerns and expectations, while considering everything regarding my situation, was beyond impressive. I have been very reluctant to visit any dental office, but it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. My experience at this particular location was beyond wonderful. The women at the front desk was so kind, I already felt comfortable . Emily greeted me after I checked in. Vechelle took me for some x-rays. Vechelle was very professional , extremely kind and warm , and makes the experiance of metal being stuck in your mouth a pleasant experiance. Thank you Vechelle! Dr. Jay is a superstar ! Dr. Jay came up with an amazing treatment plan based off of my assessment. She was honest , spoke plainly , and was so kind ! I have some advanced issues that all in all scared me , however , Dr. Jay's focus was repairing my oral health and assured me everything will be ok. I have never felt so taken cared of , and have never met a dentist as passionate , kind and attentive to my health. I have never been so sure about my choice of care. Thank you Dr. Jay !! Last but not least Carli, my hero of the day ! Carli is the treatment plan coordinator and she was INCREDIBLE. There is nothing more stressful than working out payment details , especially when it's something as important as oral health. I have a full time job and dental insurance but unfortunately that only helps a little. Carli went through all my options with me , she understood the cost being an issue and her main concern was MAKING IT WORK. She SUCCEEDED!! Because of Carlis assistance and Apsens multiple lender options beyond Care Credit, I can move forward with my treatment. Carli was professional , kind , patient and understanding. Thank you so much Carli!! I am a new patient , I walked into Aspen Dental today with anxiety and fear. I came from a bad experience at a different Dental company . I brought my mother here to have full mouth extractions and dentures made. Dr. Jay has been wonderful & everything has gone well thus far. Tammy has been so incredibly helpful, kind and patient with my mother, helping her thru the process of having the the molds made, fittings, etc. She even went out of her way to consolidate two appointments into one after learning of my mom’s living situation (assisted living) and finding out that I’m the sole caregiver for both of my parents (both are 80yo). This was one of the kindest things anyone has done for me in a long time as my time is spread very thin between work & family obligations. 14 years ago I got dentures at Aspen Dental, the very basics, and they lasted 13 yrs (guaranteed for 1). I'd still have them if I hadn't been so careless with them. Today, I got a new pair (again at Aspen) and I'm delighted, to say the least!! It took just over a week from impressions to fitting to going home with a new smile! Dr. Angelyn De Guzman and all of the assistants and office staff are so professional and personable and kind!! I HIGHLY recommend Aspen!!

Both my Husband and I had dental emergencies and we both have Dr. Mohan and GiGi. First was my Husband and they did his exam and then told us what needed to be done. It was more work than expected but they worked with us and we were able to get started on what needed to be done and get him out of pain. Around Christmas was my turn. I ended up needing an extraction. The day I called they scheduled my exam and tried to get my extraction done that day, but were not able to fit me in but were able to get me in the next day and gave me medication so I could finally sleep after 4 days. Both Dr. Mohan and GG are amazing and make sure that we were comfortable and in no pain with our fillings and extractions. I would definitely send and recommend any of my friends and family to Aspen dental to see Dr. Mohan and Gigi. Everyone in the office is great and they sit down and work with you and talk everything over so that you know what’s going on what you will need to have done in the future and how to prevent anything further from happening. Thank you Aspen Dental and Dr. Mohan, GiGi, and your office team for your great care and customer service. We will obviously be back!

Daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Staff was extremely kind and professional making my daughter and me feel comfortable with explaining the process prior to visit and post-op instructions. I gotta say the bad reviews on here are bull, this place was great! Got an appointment quick got scans and they even did a filling. Dr Jay is amazing super kind and all the dental assistants and customer service were absolutely on point! If you're looking for someone who's going to take care of it right away and be honest with you this is the place to go they don't push anything on you or make you feel uncomfortable at all awesome staff thanks guys.

Very good service and great prices. Was seen promptly. Oral surgeon was amazing. Spoke to us both and made us feel comfortable. Her assistants bed side manners could of been better. The assistants name calling and way of addressing us was very demeaning and insulting. She had a hard time grabbing a manual blood pressure and struggled yet didn't ask any questions. She also questioned the oral surgeon a lot in front of us making it feel at times that the oral surgeon did not know what she was doing.

I was treated very well from the moment I walked in, my first time here. Tanya, the receptionist, went out of her way to help me thru my insurance and put me thru to qualify for help paying my bill. She is just awesome! The nurse that did X-rays and prepared me for the doctor explained everything to me me as she did it! Very polite and friendly! Dr Jay was just as polite and also explained everything to me and made recommendations, with no pressure. She was very good at what she does, I was comfortable with her working on me! I had pretty extensive oral-facial surgery along with plastic surgery. Aspen worked me into their schedule around my appointments at DHMC. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. But yesterday, 9/16 they got me in for an emergency fit, because i could not hold my teeth in my mouth after not wearing them for a week. Tammy, a dental assistant, was amazing! She used a grinder and took away the sore spots and put a medicated filler on my dentures to help them fit. She did teaching about how to put them in and remove and about how to care for my dentures. She also scheduled a follow up appointment. I left the office well cared for and much more knowledgeable about things i was doing right and wrong. Thank you Tammy!

I had an excellent experience. I think it's a given that dental work is uncomfortable, even painful. It is for me, every time. So I won't consider the discomfort or pain of prodding my mouth in this rating. The office manager is solid. She's very personable, energetic, and (this is very important) knowledgeable about her work. She explained to me what the dentist, previously, could not. Basically, I wanted a chipped tooth repaired. But don't want to wait months or pay huge sums of money to get a chipped tooth repaired. However, the dentist told me that I have to get ABCDEFG done BEFORE I may work towards repairing my ugly, chipped tooth. I didn't buy it. I thought it was just a ploy to get more money (maybe it is). I wanted to prioritize the chipped tooth over cavities and periodontal cleaning. The manager explained to me that my chip requires orthodontics, which requires something like the 'Invisaline' braces, which require clean teeth that have no risks for infection because infections can worsen underneath the 'Invisaline'-style braces. That made sense to me, which I needed to ease my mind and hand them my debit card. I received a periodontal treatment and it was not comfortable. But it was done professionally, fairly quickly, and carefully. I got a cancer screening, deep cleaning, antibiotics, and maybe something else. Everything was explained and justified. I was given some medicine . and an electric toothbrush afterwards with follow-up orders. I feel much more confidently about cleanings and regular maintenance now There was a slight scheduling error, which upset me. But they gave me a last-minute, same-day appointment, so I had to acknowledge that and not hold a grudge. Seriously, I called at Noon and they gave me an opening at 3pm. That's cool.

The Staff at the Gold St. Manchester NH office were AMAZING!!! I have experienced A LOT of trauma in life both personally but also from severe mistreatment by my childhood dentist... I was extremely nervous and anxious to see a dentist for the first time in YEARSSSS and even had to take medication for anxiety just to walk through the door...From the front staff, to the amazing X-ray technician, to the hygienist, to the Dr, to Allison at check out and also to Ms V...V you were so kind and understanding-I’ll NEVER forget it 😊 and I want to thank everyone for being so compassionate towards me and what I’ve been through!!! I am pretty confident I can go back and NOT need to take anxiety medicine again. GO TO THEIR OFFICE...They are not only very professional but also they have HEART!!!

He was kind and walked me through everything before he sedated me. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful, they really put me at ease. I was not expecting to be feeling this well after having my wisdom teeth surgically removed!

I don't have insurance, I was quoted $329 for the removal of a molar. Come to find out they quoted me for a surgical removal, but they were able to pull it. So I only ended up spending $198. On top of that, Dr. Saxena was absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional, but she was funny, and made the whole process better than I could have hoped for. As for the other staff, I had Courtney as her assistant, and she was just as wonderful. I will be coming back for future dental work.

I did get a little frustrated at the end of the day when they were fitting me for my denture and they were pulling on my lips. The the lady seemed agitated that she was there so long and a bit frustrated. Told them multiple times I was on vacation and not from the area and I was only there because I cracked a tooth and the woman that took me back kept trying to sell me invisaline and other services I felt like I went to a timeshare sales show then the dentist gave me a shot to numb me he came back 5 minutes later poked my gums it still hurt so he tried to give another shot but it sprayed back in my mouth then didn't wait for any he did get in to take effect he stuck a tool in my mouth and yanked my broken tooth out it was worse pain than the tooth to begin but they did squeeze me in without an appointment. And the tooth is out and causing pain.

Even the arm of the big light fixture needs a good scrubbing. Counters we're dusty and the floor needed sweeping and mopping all the way to the corners. Chairs are getting ratty looking and need to be replaced. Time to put some profits back into the business.

I needed 12 teeth removed. Needless to say this is a nerve-wracking process. Just had them pulled yesterday with upper dentures and a bottom partial put in. Everyone there was so sweet and patient with my nervous energy. Aspen was also cheaper than the 2 other places I considered. I actually broke down and cried once it was done, simply from the anxiety and the thought of being able to smile with pride again. And they were there to give a hug! My dentist was Dr. Bhat and she was top notch, professional, caring, understanding and knew her stuff. And my assistant Bella, is the greatest. I told her just last week while I was in for a reline that she had a very good bedside manner so to speak they way she was talking to me through the procedure I had done, telling me I was doing fine and keeping me informed of what was next and how much longer I had, etc..etc... reassuring me... that meant a lot to me and I'd highly recommend this team to be the same ones I'd want to have if I had to go through that ordeal again! After my cleaning and polish I was told to wait to see the doctor/dentist. I sat for 15 mins. listening to the dentist struggle with a 6 yr. old who was crying and biting the dentist. The dentist was trying to fill a cavity on the 6 yr old. After 15 mins. of listening to the dentist struggle with the 6 yr old, I figured it would be at least another 1/2 hr. or more before the dentist got to me... so I got up and left. I'm sure my insurance company will be charged the same amount even though I only received 1/2 the service. Very disappointed but my dental insurance is crappy and only Aspen Dental takes my dental insurance so I have not other option.
