I had the most amazing and calming dental service here at Washington Dental. I had some fillings and extraction done and Dr. Sophie and her assistant Grace were able to get the job done. I suffer with a lot of anxiety and the assistant Grace was so kind in helping me calm down and help me be less nervous. Dr. Sophie did an amazing job and I would 100% recommend. The receptionists, especially Annabelle, were some of the nicest ladies I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a dental office! They were so helpful and knew exactly what to do to make this trip less painful and expensive. Wait times weren’t bad at all and making an appointment was super easy, just call. I came here because I had an excruciating (wisdom) toothache. The front desk is super friendly and helpful. They took me, same day, in less than an hour with no appointment. Because I couldn't open my jaw wide enough for typical x-rays. However, the gal was super sweet and was able to get my x-rays by using a big machine where I just had to bite down and smile. Dr. Kim is absolutely amazing. YES. He's that good! I was amazed by how quickly he extracted my tooth. Of course I didn't feel any pain but also no pulling, tugging or yanking at all. He extracted it so effortlessly. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes - and that's because I need more anesthesia. Otherwise I would've been out in less time.

Who says you can't get fantastic service in South LA. Washington Dental goes above and beyond to try and assist you with all of your needs. The front desk girls are so friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful as well and will try to answer all of your questions. I've been going to them for teeth cleaning for a few years now and this last time I went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted. I was very nervous about it, but they put me at ease. The specialist had such a great had and he extracted the tooth in matter of SECONDS! but first he made sure I didn't feel pain before he extracted it. I was in and out within the hour which was great for me as I hate waiting. I highly recommend them. They do have state of the art equipment as well and for those afraid of needles they provide other sedation options.

Nothing but good things to say about Brenda. She's been amazing at talking care of my teeth. She gave me pointers on how to better take care of them, floss, and she's super nice and friendly. Not to mention that Dr.Kim has been amazing. Takes time to walk me through what's going on regarding my treatments, helpful, and sweet while making sure I'm comfortable during any treatment. Staff have all been friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really got lucky being able to find them when I had a dental emergency and have been coming back since. I love this place! It was a great experience since we walked in. Marlene was very pleasant and comforting. My kids have been scared to go back to the Dentist due to a prior incident at another dental office but she made sure to make them feel comfortable. All the staff was very helpful and I was very thankful that as a mother of 3, they were able to get them in all in 1 day. They were all very friendly and very professional. The office is maintained very well, I felt safe sitting in the waiting room amongst others (as the office practices COVID safety protocols), and the support staff were incredibly kind. I had been looking for a dentist to fix my front teeth for a while, after reading some of the reviews I decided to make appointment, my initial appt was good Marlene was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the service took so long to complete due to my appts being scheduled so far a part…other than that the dental assistants were great! Andrea was very helpful in getting the lab to have my crowns done by a certain day since I had scheduled family photo shoot, she took the time to call the lab and requested for crowns to be done sooner if possible. She also did a great job with my Zoom whitening procedure. Maria was super nice and made me feel very comfortable, she worked along Dr. Kim through out my whole procedure of crown lengthening, and placing my temporary and permanent crowns! She was very attentive and patient with me, even gave me a few pointers on how to take care of my new front teeth crowns! Dr.Kim is very nice and I love his additude, He truly gave me my perfect smile!

I usually just come in for my regular cleanings. I love my hygienist. There is free parking. Everything is computerized. And they accept my ppo insurance. It’s a nice office.

Washington dental was the only office who called me back. They scheduled me to come in today in the morning. Dr. Kim and his staff are EXCEPTIONAL! Choosing a dentist is a VERY IMPORTANT decision and should NOT be made lightly. You only get ONE set of teeth in your lifetime, so be WISE! My initial interaction over the phone with Esmeralda was professional, polite and efficient. My first visit was SMOOTH! Clean office, very spacious, plenty of parking and overall "clean environment". The xray process was quick and Dr. Kim was very clear in explaining the path he wanted to take with my teeth care, he was patient, informative and professional. When I returned in 2 weeks for a cleaning, I had the pleasure of meeting Martha. Martha has the lightest hands EVER! I couldn't believe how efficient and effective she was; especially WITHOUT causing unnecessary pain due to HEAVY HANDS! Marta is INCREDIBLE! OVERALL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WASHINGTON DENTAL! If you CARE about your TEETH, bring them to the PROFESSIONALS who share your vision!
