This place is very nice. The office is very clean and modern. The procedures are very easy and quick. I would say my only issues are they try to sell you things like braces too much and when you need an oral surgery the surgeon that comes to their office doesn't take all the insurances the office does for other services. As a result I have not had wisdom teeth removed after about a year of knowing I have to because I have to find somewhere else to go and go there. I don't like that, it makes me super anxious. I want to get it done there as I respect the level of service I get there and aren't scared to get work done there. Going somewhere completely new for the surgery is terrifying.

Top quality care and extremely well managed clinic. Dr. Mogharei will take the time to work with you to build a very well thought out and strategic plan around your dental needs. I came here after being advised by another clinic to perform many expensive procedures that it turns out I did not need. Always get a second opinion if you are doubting your current provider. You will probably not find a better clinic or dentist than this one. As someone who moves often, I have had to seek treatment at many top clinics all over the world, but I can finally say that I will always seek to continue my treatment and care here. Six months ago I hired a veteran as the groundskeeper for my property. He had lost most of his teeth in an accident 2 years prior. He was unable to have any solid food and had lost over 90lbs. All his efforts with the VA for dentures had proven futile. I mentioned this to Dr. Mogharei and he offered his services free of charge. Today this man has beautiful set of teeth and once again able to have solid food. I am honored to have a compassionate dentist like Dr. Mogharei and commend him on a job well done.

It was only my first visit but it was wonderful. From greeting to checking out I had nothing to complain about. They explained everything in detail so I had no questions to ask at the end. Excellent first visit! The office is top-notch, modern, and beautiful and the dental chairs were very comfortable. All the staff I interacted with (Alexis and Norma) were very friendly and explained everything to me in great detail. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and kind. Dr. Mogharei has an empathetic approach and incredible skill both with routine dental work and cosmetic aspects-- I honestly would choose to fly back here for work if I ever moved! I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist and get rather anxious at medical offices. Dr. Mogharei and his team honestly do an amazing job at relieving dental anxiety and making you feel comfortable during every procedure. I truly never write reviews, but I think it’s important that I share how amazing this place was to me, as this level of compassion in healthcare is hard to come by. Long story short, I have a difficult history with healthcare and have gone periods of time being uninsured, so I’ve experienced being on the margins of the US healthcare system. This place and these people felt like a haven in the wake of those past experiences. I would recommend this practice to anyone I love, anyone who feels nervous about dental care, and anyone who would appreciate a hand hold and gentle approach to their care. To be frank, I cried in this office today, and was met with love and embrace. Fantastic doctor and staff. Very patient and willing to work with you to help your anxiety. I would not go to the dentist if it wasn't for Dr Mogharei. They'll even put music on, with noise canceling headphones so you can pretend you're literally anywhere else.

Dr. Mogharei is the best dentist I have yet come across. He attends to every single fine details during his work on my teeth. Either restoring or recommendation to better my smile 😃. He would seek to my tolerance of pain level before he starts any injections to my gum. No procedure has been done without showing me why or explaining to me what is about to happen, and the quality of the work (crowns, fillings, cleanings) was always excellent (this shows years later on X-Rays and photos we are taking). By far the best dentist I’ve had. My wife and I love this office, and have been coming here for 4+ years, and don’t plan on changing dentists anytime soon. Dr Mogharei and his staff are super professional & make me and my wife feel welcome each and every time I go in. They do a great job of talking you through what they’re doing, especially Dr Mogharei. Most dentists I’ve been to in the past are very impersonal and not transparent. I don’t have to worry about Dr M upselling me on stuff I don’t need, which is rare in my opinion. What I wrote above still holds true today. What I like is that he stays on top of all the latest equipment and procedures for his patients. The office has relocated just 2 floors up from his old office. I have got to say what a beautiful space to come in for appointments and I am sure they all are happy to be in their new state of the art location. Great dental experience. I came 20min early to fill out my new patient information and was greeted with smiles. My appointment started on time which was a plus for me. The dental assistant that took my X-rays was friendly, well educated, and very helpful. She really made my dental treatment and the entire appointment comfortable and fun. My dental cleaning was comparable to a spa treatment. The Hygenist made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She was very professional and made my teeth feel squeaky clean. Dr. Mogharei was very patient and explained to me my entire dental treatment , gave multiple options and considered my concerns. I’m not a first visit win with my health providers but this office was a home run . I’m moving forward with the Dr’s recommendations and can’t wait for my next visit!

I normally don’t write reviews unless is really bad or exceptional. This dentist is exceptional. I’ve been going to dentists since I was a little kid as I’m not blessed w great teeth. What is so amazing about Dr Mogharei is that he’s like an artist!! His hands are so light. You will never feel the injection which is the most painful part of the process. Ive never met a more gentle dentist. Most doctors and dentists are businessmen these days so when you meet a dentists that doesn’t want to rip you off and genuinely is there to help you, we should celebrate that doctor. We need more dentist him.

He examined my tooth problem the same day I called and gave me options as well as explained to me what was going on with my tooth, I was referred to an a root canal specialist that saw me right away and took care of my tooth pain. I couldn’t be happier with the quick service and most importantly a dentist that is honest when diagnosing a patient. I started going to them about 10 years ago, however I have not seen them in 5 years due to insurance changes. However, my first impression of them remains the same...they don’t push to get extra work done that is cosmetic. I’m always wary of that in LA and felt that way about my previous dentist. This is a big city where cosmetic surgery is the norm and while to each his own, I don’t want to be pushed into it. I am not judgemental of others, I just don’t want to be pressured. They are very professional and, I feel, trustworthy. Glad I came back after 5 years. Now, if the staff could do what the previous one did and have a set up where we can soak our hands as if we are getting manis before getting dental work that would be awesome (but not a requirement - lol).

The Mogharei spa! Well, not exactly, but the staff and doctor do a lot to help make their clients feel comfortable. During the procedure, Dr. Mogharei will even offer headphones and a phone with music streaming to relax you, and he explains everything thoroughly and politely before and while executing his treatments. He also checks to make sure that the pillow under your neck is well-placed, while his assistant is equally concerned with your maximum comfort. And then there is Dr. Mogharei's skill. I have trusted my dentistry to Dr. Mogharei for years, and his work is pristine and well-executed. In my mind, there can be no better dental experience. Highly recommend!!!

I had been referred by a friend who had been going to Ali Mogharei for many years. I was having issues with my teeth after I had gone to my regular dentist. After revisiting my other dentist about my concern I decided to see another dentist, in case my dentist missed something. They were able to schedule me in the very next day I called! When I got the office it was a few minutes that I waited before they called me in, and shortly there after Dr. Mogharei came in to talk to me. All I can say is that he was extremely meticulous in the exam and looked at every possible reason for my discomfort and although I didn’t get an answer for my discomfort I was quite impressed with his concern and the time he took with me. Even though his office is out of my way I will definitely continue with him for my dental needs and I'm confident that he’ll figure out what’s my sensitivity from my teeth is coming from, and resolve it.

The receptionists are friendly and offer you something to drink when you arrive, and both the hygienist and Dr. Mogharei were thorough and informative. My first visit was a cleaning/exam, and the second was to replace some old fillings. What I love about this dental office is that they take the things people really hate about going to a dentist and solved them. Instead of having to listen to loud drilling sounds, they offer you headphones and music. While your mouth is being stretched open for drilling, they put vaseline around your lips so they don’t dry out and crack painfully. They move quickly, but also tell you what’s happening each step of the way so that you’re not left wondering what’s going on or how much longer. Really happy to have found this place!

I'm an active athletic person. I get hit a lot. I came to these guys with a cracked root on my number nine that was going south fast. It had already been root canaled and crowned countless times over from other dentists. It was getting infected and time for it to come out. Ali handled my extraction, recovery and implant in addition to all the temporaries that i either lost, spit out accidentally (surfing) or threw in the trash compactor (don't ask). We did my entire front grille. I'm more than happy with the results. I've got a natural healthy smile now and, although I didn't mind missing a front tooth, I have to admit that it makes a better first impression - especially in this town. Thanks, dude.
