I have been coming to this clinic for over 10 years. The dentist has changed recently, but I am still just as pleased. This morning, my daughter needed a stubborn loose tooth to be extracted. They were very kind and made us both feel totally at ease. Highly recommend!

If you need a kind, knowledgeable and compassionate dentist care team, this is your place! Samantha, my dental hygentist, was gentle and kind. Answered all of my 10,000 questions and thoroughly explained everything to me. As for the dentist himself, he is the nicest dentist/doctor I’ve ever met. He worked with me on a plan that fit my budget which is so rare. He is quick and efficient with a gentle disposition. The receptionist was also friendly and professional. Don’t walk, run to this office!

Although I was a little put off by the small amount of parking spaces, I felt at home when I made it inside. Amber, the receptionist, was so welcoming, professional, and patient with me even though I forgotten my dental insurance card on my very first visit. The wait for my check-up wasn't long either. I was taken to my room by the sweetest woman ever, Ms. Johanna. I love her energy and knowledge of her job... She was quick in her process and she always informed me of what she was doing... Ms. Johanna explained how serious gum disease is and how important it is to take care of our mouths... I got to meet Dr. Willis and he seemed friendly, professional, and funny. Throughout the whole visit, I never felt uncomfortable. This will be my dentist from now on! Keep up the great work Markham Family Dentistry!

I am always anxious when I go to the dentist and Sheena (spelling?) was great! I have never had a cleaning that relaxed and pain free. I had excellent conversations with the person doing the cleaning and every other employee I came into contact with. The dentist is also very responsive to questions, which I also appreciate. After two years of not seeing the dentist (COVID), I went to Makham Family Dentistry and worked with hygienist Jojo and dentist Dr. Bowie. They were very kind, professional, and efficient. They quickly examined, cleaned and addressed the issues with my teeth. They were very professional. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them.

I loved how inviting the staff were. I was then taken back to the room where this absolutely amazing woman sat down with me and explained everything. She made me feel very comfortable and safe. I then met with the dentist and I instantly felt secured in their care. Hands down the best Dental Office in central Arkansas. If you have ever had bad experiences in the past, I 100% recommend this place. I could not ask for better service. The staff are just as nice, caring and compassionate and knowledgeable as Dr. Windham. I have gone to other dentist outside of Arkansas and even in Little Rock but Dr. Windham is one I refer my friends and family too repeatedly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Windham and his staff for around 10 years or better, and I won’t go to anyone else. They are always so caring and compassionate, always willing to accommodate my dental fears and insecurities. I’m better now, but I even use to request gas for a simple cleaning, and they were happy to oblige. Dr. Windham helped me to overcome my fear of the dentist, and he does fantastic work! They also have a great financing department that works with you on payments when needed. Love, love, love this team!

She is extremely informative, she makes you feel comfortable and she is highly personable. The moment you walk into the Clinic, you are greeted by smiles and laughter. From beginning to the end of each of my appointments I'm always pleased. At check in I'm properly Covid screened and greeted with a smile covered by a mask, which is important to me. Once in the back, Jojo is one of the nicest dental assistants I've ever encountered. She's very thorough and attentive. She makes sure im comfortable and in no pain. She gives me all the info I need to care for my teeth properly. You can tell she has been doing this a long time. Upon checkout, there is a nice lady who keeps me on track of what's going on with my insurance and she makes sure my hands are sanitized before i leave. They even open the door for me when I leave. I love this office: great staff, great services, great hours. We moved to LR from out of state and have been going here for almost 3 years. I have bad tooth sensitivity, have had root canals and crowns, and just don't like going to the dentist. I've never had nitrous oxide before, but am so glad they offer this! As a transplant from Georgia, finding a good dentist was very important to me. I have had a lifetime of dental issues and painful experiences and never have I felt so comfortable than here. I am a high sensitivity/anxiety patient, and even during cleanings with JoJo, she makes sure that I am feeling 0 discomfort. Dale is always there to give me a good laugh, offer advice and is just so supportive of my dental journey (which has been seriously long). Though there have been some new faces, I can say that I have so much trust in how this team works. Billy had some huge shoes to fill but has really proven himself in how he cares for my mouth and invisalign journey. I can bother him with a million questions and he always has an accurate and thoughtful answer (and sometimes a sassy comeback ;) ). As far as pricing goes, I definitely feel that I am getting high quality work for what I am paying. They really work with you and are very upfront about treatment costs. So that, coupled with the customer service, will keep me as a lifelong patient. Dr. Windham has definitely curated a stellar staff and environment.
