All the ladies there are really nice. The hygienist was busy, so Dr. Lundy herself started my cleaning until the hygienist was available to take over. I appreciated that. The hygienist even sat with me after my appointment to help me find a night guard on Amazon because my insurance doesn't cover it and I'm too cheap to pay the quoted rate of $400+. I only gave 4 stars because I was not happy with the front desk person in the beginning. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk person was already helping a patient and there was a patient (male) in line. I stood behind the guy in line and waited patiently for a few minutes. Then another patient (female) walked in and stood to the side of the line (she came in a 2 mins or so after me). The front desk lady looked up and told the male and female patient that she had checked them in and someone would be calling them back shortly. As I stood in line still waiting to be checked in, both of them got called to the back. A few minutes later the front desk person acknowledged me, asked my name, and checked me in. I should've gotten checked in before the female patient since I was waiting in line first.

Dr Lundy is very professional and does her best to sure each visit and process the patient understands exactly what she is trying to accomplish. Amazing! I was able to complete all new patient intake forms online at my convenience. Communication was simple and easy through text messaging. The office was extremely comfortable, not too hot or cold, and had great lighting. The staff cared to get to know me and conversations were personal and professional. Best of all I was actually seen at my appointment time. 10 am means 10am. When a doctor respects my time, that is noticed. I’m sure something could be improved, but this dental office model should be franchised. Im excited to go back to the dentist! Great job Dr. Lundy and staff.

I typically don't give 5 stars to anyone but Lundy Dental deserve all five of those stars. My wife and I went together, the staff is super friendly but professional. I didn't feel like my business wasn't wanted. I worked with Abby who really made me feel comfortable. I have Dental anxiety, very nervous, fearful of the possible pain from other dentist without compassion. Abby got me in a super massage chair, explained everything and listen to what I wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Lundy Dental. Check them out first.

I’ve been going to Lundy Dental for about 5 years now. I tend to have a lot of emergencies. When covid first hit, I had an emergent pain and I texted Lundy Dental. They opened their office just for me, had staff come in just for me, and they all wore double masks and double gowns with surgical hair coverings. I could see bruising around Doctor Lundy’s mask because the mask was on so tight. I needed an emergency root canal, so she called a colleague who opened his office just for me and I got the root canal the same day. Anytime I’ve had any type of emergency, all I have to do is text Dr Lundy and someone responds immediately. No matter the time, which I feel bad about. I had an emergency this week, and almost texted at 10pm last night but I decided to wait until this morning. I texted at 7am, which is before they even open. They immediately texted back to say they’d check the schedule when they got to the office at 7:30. They texted me at 7:27 and said to come in at 11. I agreed, and then looked in the mirror. I sent a photo of my swollen face and said “if you have any cancelations, I can come in earlier”. They instantly responded “how about you come in now?” So I did. It took me 30 minutes to get there because I don’t live in Little Rock. When I walked in, I didn’t even have to sit down. They took me right back and did an X-ray and saw the abscess and a tooth that couldn’t be saved. Dr Lundy outlined my choices and I opted to have her pull it. I was terrified that I am going to die of sepsis, and was scared to have it pulled while it’s in active infection. Doctor Lundy calmed my fears. I previously had a tooth pulled, over 20 years ago, and it was the worst dental visit of my entire life. Doctor Lundy apologized that I had to go through that back then, and then reassured me that this wouldn’t be near as bad. She was right. I didn’t hear the bone crunching and she didn’t have to put her hand on my forehead to pull the tooth. I feared the worst, and it wasn’t too bad. Lundy Dental is mostly female, very progressive, and high tech. Her dental chairs even massage your back while you’re laying there. The massage chairs is the reason I chose Lundy Dental. Doctor Lundy is the reason I stay, even though I moved 32 minutes away. I will be her patient for life.

When my dentist. Dr Lee left Monarch Dental. I thought to myself. Where am I going to find another dentist as good as Dr. Lee. I searched and searched. Dr. Lundy is EXACTLY the kind of dentist you would want for yourself & your family. We all want doctors, nurses-even friends-who are kind, patient, gentle, accommodating & empathetic afterall. Dr. Liza Lundy is all of the above & then some. This may sound like exaggeration, but I assure you, it is all based on my (the mom of two of her patients & a patient myself) REAL experiences with & around she & her staff. For my youngest son, she was/is the difference between a lifelong, healthy view of dentists (& other healthcare workers) & a lifelong extreme fear of them. My son-4 or 5 at the time-had the most horrific, painful dental visit (the first time he had had any kind of procedure done other than cleaning & checkups) for some fillings at a local, franchised, allegedly kid-focused dental clinic. Even though I'm probably a helicopter mom when it comes to healthcare for my boys-especially when they were younger-I didn't realize what was happening, I was kept from the room as a matter of 'clinic protocol' & for some reason, I wasn't as aggressive an advocate as I should've been for him. To this day, it kills me when I think about how I failed him. HOWEVER...Dr. Lundy took a very scared little boy (& his now even more overprotective mom) & turned him into a confident, trusting, comfortable patient. She immediately put me at ease with her chair-side manner, her knowledge of dentistry & ability to explain everything so comprehensively & her genuine concern for my child's dental & emotional health AND her ability to put him at ease & build his trust. Today, my boy is 13 & loves Dr. Lundy & staff like family. And even though he still struggles with dental issues (very crowded teeth is one) & has had to have some procedures done, he completely trusts her to do the right thing for him & & to make it as comfortable for him as possible. Truly a miracle to me. My oldest-22-is a patient as well. He hasn't had the same kinds of trouble as his brother, but he too knows what a blessing & thoroughly competent dentist we have in Dr. Lundy. Let me also say that the front office people & every employee I've ever encountered (& I've been enough to encounter plenty🤭) there have the same kind of caretaker character. The hygienist was very through cleaning my teeth. She didn’t check what insurance coverage on X-ray or the extra treatment coverages. The insurance only covers just so many X-ray per year or extra stuff not covered. I hope I don’t have to get into with Lundy about my bill because I didn’t agree or was ask if it ok. She did this on her own so she should be Liable for unnecessary X-rays and other treatments. Thank you

Love rescheduling and being hung up on? This is your place! Giving 3 because the initial level of service was good. However, 2021 has been horrible. Staff will not communicate appropriately as to when the dentist will be in the office! What good is a dental office without a dentist? I've called multiple times to get an appointment only to be told the dentist wouldn't be there, or to have it rescheduled the day of. The day after rescheduling my most recent appointment, I got a call with a different appointment time and then again informing me there would be no dentist in the office - which would have been good information when it was rescheduled. When I expressed my frustration to that person, she argued with me, refused to transfer me to anyone else, then hung up on me! Apparently pandemic level service is treating your patients like trash!

I am eternally grateful to Dr. Lundy for her incredible dental expertise, patience, and ability. I went to 4 dentists in Florida before traveling all the way to Little Rock to see Dr. Lundy for my problem front teeth. I had sent her the ex rays before going, and she got a sense of what I needed, and when I got there, she knew instantly that the best solution would be a bridge instead of an implant. A bridge costs about 1/4th of the estimate I received in Florida. The lab that made my teeth did exquisite work, and it was in a matter of days because she had told them it was a rush job. Dr. Lundy was meticulous in her work, and was very concerned about my pain tolerance. I have had anxiety about my tooth problem for several years but now my smile is beautiful. Dr, Lundy's staff is very special as well. It felt like family. I am so glad I traveled all the way from Florida to Little Rock to get my teeth fixed. Her new office is beautiful, her prices are more than fair, and I trust her implicitly. I know she was looking out for my best interests, as well as my pocketbook. I recommend her highly!!
