I moved here from Washington, DC where I had outstanding dental care. I didn’t think I would be able to find such care after leaving my dentist of many years. How wrong I was! Dr. Kinzler is absolutely excellent. He has resolved my issue with highly sensitive teeth. I appreciate his kind demeanor and the fact he listens well to my concerns. The hygienist, Mandy, is fantastic! I highly recommend this practice.

Best dentist in LR! Good location. They genuinely care and answer all questions throughly. Love how they remind me of my appointments.. by text and by a phone call. Also the waiting room is always decorated so well for every holiday. It makes going to the dentist less dreadful.

Wonderful staff! Dr. Lorenz was my dentist for years and years and I miss him. However, Leslie is still there ( she is fantastic) now assisting Dr. Kinzler. Dr. Kinzler is my new dentist and I feel that I am in very capable hands. He is kind, knowledgeable, meticulous, and caring. I now have a new crown which is comfortable and so natural looking, perfect match. I also want to mention Robin who is a new hygienist for me. She did a great job, thorough and encouraging with lots of expertise. My experience could not have been better. I highly recommended Dr. Kinzler and his fabulous staff!

My regular hygienist retired so I had a new one today and she was so nice. Very competent. This clinic has been my dental provider since the mid nineties and I have always felt like my teeth are in good hands and staff is friendly. Nov 2022 update - had teeth cleaning today and as usual everything was great. Everyone here is extremely competent and soooo nice. Dec 2022 update: they made a new mouth guard in November-- when I tried to wear it I had a problem with the fit. Took it in today and they happily fixed it.

My experience was superb! I was escorted to the new side, as bright as ever with new dental chair and the works! My dentist and assistant were excellent! I recall him saying," I'm not going to give you any." So I expected some level of pain was forthcoming. They have a new dentist Dr. Kinzler who is very nice and professional. Unfortunately they ran additional side x rays on me and my daughter which resulted in my bill being twice as much as it normally was. I was not made aware that this was going to happen until after the fact. They did remove some of the charges which I appreciated, but my bill was still much higher than I was prepared for.

I’ve always been a “flight risk”when it comes to seeing a dentist and my previous experience -not so good. So, I’ve never been a regular, repeat customer but as faith would have it…I had a dental emergency. They were able to schedule me the following day. Office staff was friendly, professional and even the doc had a great demeanor which lessen my fears. Who knew - I give them 5 Gucci stars!!!

12/14/22 I had a visit today at the Buchman Family Dental office, for my annual cleaning. As always every one was super kind and always make the experience of a dental visit enjoyable. I never have any issues with the services I receive from Dr Buchman. He and his staff always take excellent care of any dental issues his patients may have. I’m very pleased with my services. I had to have a tooth pulled and some other work done that could have been very painful!!! Dr Buchman did a fantastic job!!! I love 💕 my dentist!!! Skillfully gave the shots so that the proper numbing was done for him to complete the job!!! 08/03/22...Still wouldn't go anywhere else. The care and patience they have had with me...well, words can not suffice. They have been a true blessing for me. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Staff is great...Dr. Lorenz is wonderful. ADDENDUM: I am a participant in the program 'Arkansas Dental Donations' and Dr. Lorenz and Buchman Family Dental graciously accepted me as a patient. I was over the moon with excitement, but skeptical because I have seen and been personally affected by how some people that are needing a helping hand are treated. Yet, I can and will say that I have been treated with a continuance of that graciousness, along with respect and integrity. I have had trouble getting to my appointments, but they have been so open and patient with all of it. I will never be able to express the depth of my gratitude for it all.

My Experience today with Buchman Family Dental was amazing! Dr. Laying had been my Dentist fir over 20+ plus years but with his retirement I got to meet the new team of the Buchman's today. Shelley has been a staple for many years bringing that comforting smile and welcoming reception. The staff which most were new to me since I was away in Charlotte the last 3 years and returning to a new faces. Mandy, my new Dental Hygienist had a warm demeanor, quick to see if I had any concerns and we had laughter during my x-rays and cleaning. Jessika was very willing to assist with charting my gum and molars. This team works 💪 strong and cohesive together. Then I had the opportunity to meet and get my first Dental exam from my new Dentist, Dr. Kinzler who was just as comforting as the rest of the team. I look forward to this team taking care of my dental needs and the experienced, knowledgeable and calming environment. Please let Buchman Family Dental take care of your family's dental needs. You won't want to go anywhere else one you have a visit with them! I had a dental problem over the weekend. I called at 8:00 Monday and was seen that same morning . I had a great experience. The staff is also very nice and helpful I had to have a tooth extracted. Dr Buchman and his staff feel very comfortable and relaxed. I couldn’t believe how quick and painless it was ! So pleased by the experience. I love the staff! Dr. Buchman is very caring and considerate. Five stars!! Went for routine cleaning & Dr.Buchman found a possible need for a root canal in the future. He referred me to get an evaluation proactively, instead of waiting for pain & infection. This was a first for me! I’m very appreciative !!

Long review, but pertinent. I have had issues for several years with previous dental experiences. I don't respond to local anesthetic properly and often experience significant pain from dental procedures. All of my previous experiences have made me feel like the dentist didn't believe that I was actually in pain. Dr. Buchman and his staff had the complete opposite approach. I have never, ever felt more valued and heard as a patient. This is the first time I've ever had a dental procedure and experienced absolutely no pain. I didn't feel rushed, my concerns were addressed, and ultimately Dr Buchman and his assistant Brittany made me feel highly valued as a patient. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! I thoroughly plan to bring my entire family to this facility, despite the fact that I have to drive an hour from my home to come in for a visit. The service, compassion, and excellence I experienced deserves the highest praise! I would drive 3 hours just to have a dental experience that went this well. Thank you so much for taking me on as a patient!!

I saw Dr. Kinzler on my first visit and he was possibly the nicest doctor I've ever had contact with in any medical field. He seemed genuinely concerned about what to do to help my tooth pain and was just gentle and kind. His dental assistant was very nice as well! Dr. Kinzler will be giving me a crown to fix two small fractures in my tooth and for the first time in my life, Im not terrified of the procedure knowing he'll be the one to do it. This office also got me in a month earlier than I was originally scheduled when I started having tooth pain. Im so glad I found this place and I'm excited to be a patient here now! Oh, and Dr. Kinzler sent a sweet hand written card to welcome me to the clinic which was a nice little extra. This office is great and I cant recommend them enough!

Great dental office. I was in the chair today half inverted reliving every crown I have ever had in my mind. Whenever I walk out of this office, I know, “This issue is going to be ok”. It is nice to have the confidence of 30 years of experience. ***** Just got my implant today, completed by Dr. Lorenz. Glad to be back with a mouth full of teeth. I have not shopped for a new dentist in 36 years. All good. ****** Great check up today with Mary Dudley. No cavities. New implant is great and better than a real tooth. It does cost a lot of money and does use up my whole Delta Dental benefit and my whole 125 plan! No complaints. Very happy with Dr. Lorenz and team.

Great experience with my daughter today. We both had a teeth cleaning. Everyone there was very professional and wearing masks and taking all precautions currently recommended. Robin did great with my daughter (who usually is a little difficult when getting her teeth cleaned). Dr. Buchman was great as well and very understanding and was wonderful with my daughter and made her feel comfortable.

Professional staff. ADA compliant (I'm currently in a wheelchair, so that's a big deal for me. They worked with me so that I could transfer from my wheelchair to the dentist's chair.) The building does need more handicapped parking spaces, particularly van-accessible.
