Exceeded expectations for me. Everyone was courteous and professional. Seems like a happy office and no patients are screaming in pain with the office being busy. They showed me my cracked crown and did the all the checks. What I appreciated was the absence of a sales pitch or push for work. "You need ten root canals." Just kidding. They were on top of my main concerns which was thrush and my extreme tooth ache when I ate meat. Great first experience. I'd advise to understand your insurance before you go as you may need to put money down to start a treatment plan. Just think normal dental costs but they finance through care credit of needed. Prices are what you expect from a dentist.

Wagner dental is the only dentist office we will ever go to. We have been coming here for almost 7 years, we even moved out of town and we are always willing to make the drive for our appointments, always great service, caring staff and personal care. My first visit to Dr Wagner was in 2013 when an old crown came off. We had just moved to Las Vegas. At that time it was just him and his father. The practice has certainly grown over the years. Not a surprise since the level of care is extraordinary. In 2018 we moved to Texas but each year we schedule a trip back for our dental care. A couple of years ago Dr Wagner told me "It's a long way to come to the dentist". I responded that I'd never let anyone else work on my teeth, and I still feel that way! I have experienced terrible teeth, sensitivity for years. As a last resort, I have gone to a dentist to discuss veneers. Wade Wagner was awesome! He discovered a couple of things wrong with my teeth that no other dentist has found, and it likely has been sitting there for years. He also was against the idea of me getting veneers since I do have very nice teeth and I don’t need them outside of this sensitivity issue. I very much appreciate his honesty. He referred me to another dentist to fix the issues that he found. Awesome dentist! Ethical and honest! Very pleasant! The staff was super nice as well.

A very rare occurrence for me. I visited Wagner Dental and from start to finish everything was far above expectations! I never saw state of the art equipment like I saw here. As a child, I LOVED my dentist but as an adult, I simply did not have a positive experience at the various dentists throughout the Las Vegas Valley. My denture split in half, I made an emergency appointment and Wagner dental did an incredible job in the repair. It looks brand new and the fit is just like having a new denture. I eat apples, corn on the cob no problem and with no adhesive. Great job Wagner dental.

Wonderful senior citizen’s experience. Both my husband and myself had appointments at the same time at Warner Dental. I was so impressed with how organized the staff was upon our arrival. They had coordinated our two different procedures. They were prepared to handle my husband who is physically handicapped with his dental assistant which allowed me to go with my dental assistant to my procedure. They made our appointments work simultaneously and allowed us to streamline our time at or appointments. As senior citizens, we can not thank them enough for their professional and tender care towards us.

I have plaque issues around my teeth and my heart. So, getting my teeth cleaned is a medical priority and necessity. The hygienist Brooke is superior and since the Wagner office moved to Summerlin I have had great service and professional advise by Brooke and I value her opinion. I have my teeth cleaned every 3 months and I look forward to seeing Brooke again in August. Keeping plaque at a minimum is life altering and life planning. I survived open heart surgery and keeping my teeth clean is a must. Plaque is my enemy and I appreciate the great dentists and hygienists that work to keep me going. That are few tomorrow's if plaque wins.

The first couple places we visited were not the greatest experience. They always wanted to do the most expensive procedures. It was never about what was best for my teeth and my bank account. I found Wagner Dental on Yelp they had great reviews and I read them all. When I got there, the office is very clean really up on technology and words can’t explain how amazing they are, from the front desk staff to the doctor and to my hygienist GLORIA. She treated me with outstanding compassion, patients, respect and understanding. She explained everything to me step by step and genuinely cared about my questions. I need several visits of work done and I’m actually looking forward to going back. Let me tell y’all, Angeles come in all forms and the Lord puts us to serve where we are best fit. I went to Wagner dental for my first time years ago, maybe 2013ish when Dr Ron was still there, he was absolutely amazing. I hadn’t been back since his departure. I went back last week for my first time since then and the office was clean, the staff was nice; I wanted to see Dr Cannon, but when I got there i was told my appointment was with Dr Ken Wagner and he didn’t even see me; it was Dr Nelson who ended up seeing me. I really like him though, he was nice and informative. Ends up I need to go back for some deep cleaning; which I did years ago. The only real issue I have and the reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because I do feel like the girl that put my treatment plan together was trying to up charge me for services that I did not want. When I told her I didn’t want a specific thing, she said, well I’m just going to keep it on the plan. She also pressed me to pay up front for the services, even though I was not having them done at that time. I opted to pay for half up front but she kept the things on the plan I did not want, so the half I paid was too much because she wouldn’t remove the things I did not want on the plan. So, I am a little concerned about over paying. Other then that, the staff was very friendly; the dentist was great and the office is extremely clean.

Once again Wagner Dental knocked it out of the park. I cannot even explain how thorough Rosalba and Dr. Wagner were with my teeth this morning. I have been going to Dr. Wagner for about 7 years now. I have probably referred at least 25 friends and colleagues to Wagner Dental over the past 12 years . . . by far the most professional, polite, competent, clean, and efficient dental group I have ever encountered. Runs like a well-oiled machine without making you feel like a cog. I have never waited more than a few minutes past my appointment time, and I have never been left waiting in the middle of a session without knowing exactly what they were doing and how long it would take. No "I'll be right back" and then gone for 20 minutes with no explanation. My hygienist is the best in the world, but I'll keep the name to myself so there's not a rush of people requesting that person! As an adult, I have never been able to find a dentist who actually took the time to really look deep into the issues of my mouth until I met Dr. Cannon. He's a calm and rational doctor who actually cares about his patients. He's also gentle and soft spoken but also has a sense of humor whew! Awesome experience! I was asked to text from my car and wait until they texted me to come in. When it was my turn, I entered only 2 other patients were in the waiting room. All chairs were 6 ft. or more away from each other for social distancing. The reception team greeted me and took my temperature. The dentist office was clean as a whistle. The attendants had masks on and were social distancing as well. Everything including payment was done from each individual room. Great experience. The team at Wagner Dental is very considerate and takes the safety of its client's seriously. A great place to go even when we aren't in a pandemic. Throughout the process they made sure that pain was managed. The dental assistants were nice and helpful. My dentist was nice, informative, and caring. Ever notice how dentists are always up in your grill? It must be part of their job, to invade your personal space. It's like the human being jammed up against your side on a crowded subway train, breathing on you from an inch and a half away. So my requirements for a dentist are quite simple - he or she must be clean. I've thoroughly searched Las Vegas dental offices over the years in my quest for sparkling cleanliness. None lived up to my standards till I discovered Wagner Dental. I was delighted to see how clean the restroom was. It had the look and feel of a luxury hotel restroom that gets serviced every half hour by a well-groomed custodian with flawless hygiene. They should hang a 'godliness' sign on the door because cleanliness is indeed next to godliness. As I was seated in a clean exam room, Dr. Wagner came in wearing fresh clothing and spoke to me using clean language. He explained my dental needs but as he lowered my seat, all I could think about was how clean the ceiling tiles looked. Needless to say, I go to Wagner Dental for my cleanings because it's...well, clean, for lack of a better word.

I'm currently getting treated for some swelling in my gums that would never seem to go away. In the past, I went to the dentist every 6 months to just get my teeth cleaned. Now, I'm finally seeing some real results! They use this antibiotic stuff in their cleaning that straight up kills the bacteria to keep it from coming back. I saw improvement immediately. This dental office is clean, professional and so friendly. From the time you walk in the building, get treated for your appointment, and walk back out the door, it is a pleasant and great experience. The front office staff is wonderful and welcomes you right as you open the door. They are easy to work with and I appreciate that. I have been seeing Dr. Nelson for my Invisalign. The process has been great the whole way through. Dr. Nelson is clear on how everything works and just wants you to be happy with your smile. I am almost done with the trays but there was still a small area on one section of my front teeth that I didn’t love. He listened to my concerns and was able to come up with a plan to fix it. Another couple trays and we should be good to go. I am happy and excited with how my smile has changed in the last year. My kids also had cleanings yesterday. The hygienists were awesome with my young kids and so sweet. Unfortunately they did find that my 6 year old had a cavity. Dr. Wagner was able to fit him in for a filling, same day, and was able to give my typically nervous kid the numbing shot and do the filling very easily and quickly. I was afraid my son would come out traumatized (as his usual response to shots is pretty dramatic). To my surprise, he was in good spirits when he came out of the exam room and said “it didn’t even hurt that bad.” Thank you Dr. Wagner and staff for making my family’s dental experience a breeze.

I’m embarrassed to say, but it has been a while since my last dentist appointment. I was SO nervous, embarrassed and scared! To my surprise, as soon as I entered the office the front desk receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) was extremely kind and welcoming. She made jokes about the office craziness during their restoration and apologized for the wait (which wasn’t long at all). I was then greeted by Maggie, my dental hygienist. Maggie was so sweet and helpful! I needed X-rays , cleaning and etc. She explained each step along the way, offered to change the Tv to my favorite channel and provided helpful tips on how to keep my dental hygiene up, without coming off condescending. Maggie made me feel extremely comfortable. The cleaning was thorough but not once was it painful. Then Dr.Lawler came by and usually I feel like doctors can be so short and stand offish (the worst!). Lawler was the complete opposite! He explained what was going on with my teeth and his suggestions. He also asked several times if I had any questions. If you are looking for a new dental office or if this is your first time in a long time, this is the place to go. It’s family owned (which I love!) and they do a great job. Happy I found them! 😊

The minute I walked in and sat with Angela I burst into tears and she just patiently listened then Dr Nelson walked in very calm and just immediately went to work on what we could do for now and a plan for the future. This morning I went in for an annual exam, xrays, and cleaning. I was a first-time patient. The office was very clean and super organized. The staff was punctual, courteous, efficient, and very competent. They sent me reminders about the appointment, saw me on time, and performed the work fantastically well. The young lady who took my xrays was great -- all is automated, so much easier on the mouth than traditional methods of taking xrays. Heather, my hygienist, was top notch: patient, thorough, knowledgeable, with a wonderful manner about her. I can honestly say that in 40 years of visiting dentists, she was one of the top two hygienists I ever met. Dr. Wagner was terrific as well. Reviewed the xrays, did an exam, gave me advice (since all looked well with my teeth), and welcomed me back if I had problems. Marlene got all the paperwork and payments right and gave me my next appointment. Very impressive indeed . . . I'm coming back!

Rick Nelson DDS is possibly the best dentist/orthodontist in town! It's the absolute truth! He's also very handsome (Giggle-giggle...). When I was 9yrs old, I had a tumor growing behind my left cheek bone. I went through numerous procedures and even had surgery on the inside of my mouth to try to remove it. Part of it was removed, but the rest of it was left in because it was too close to my eye. So we went to see a world renowned ENT in Salt Lake City, Utah. He decided on radiation treatment everyday for 3 mos. It worked, but I would have to deal with osteoradionecrosis which stunted the natural growth of all my teeth, so I had a whole mouth full of weak teeth. All dentists and oral surgeons were afraid to work on me because the radionecrosis wouldn't let my teeth heel right or not at all. Yes!, you guessed it! Rick Nelson DDS took me on, regardless of what the other dentists said. Everything he has done on me has been 100% success. Still got a lot of stuff to come in the future, but I don't worry, cause I'm in very good hands.If you go to Wagner Dental for dental stuff and you don't have Rick Nelson DDS as your primary dentist, you need to switch over. You won't be sorry! Love ya Rick Nelson DDS!

I have been to 3 dentists in two months, being indecisive because some offices are just so sketch. I called this office and was able to get in the very next day. They had my xrays that were done weeks ago but allowed me to take theirs (better quality) The denstist, Dr. Cannon and his assistant Dawn were so easy going and inviting. He actually showed me my xrays and explained every part and taught me a few things as well. I needed follings and they were able to secure me a spot the very next day as well! So I got half of them done. They are not stingy with the pain medicine and make sure you dont have any discomfort. The two work well together. My cavities were making me incredibly insecure about halitosis. They filled them and sculpted to make sure my teeth fit together when I close my mouth. The Dr. Pays attention to detail and won't send you home if it is not perfect. Weirdly enough, I actually cannot wait to go back to get my other half filled. This is a truly professional establishment! PS, thanks for the chapstick!😂
