This place is AMAZING. I am visiting from California. I just received fillings a few weeks ago and have been in excruciating pain. I found this place online due to great reviews and convenience. I walked in without scheduling and they noticed the pain I was in. They helped me out immediately and gave me a consultation. They didn’t pry me with having to get something done now. They made me comfortable, feel welcomed and like I was talking to family. If you need anything done, go here. Excellent service.

Had a crown fall off and thankfully they were able to get me in promptly and feeling much better. Staff was great. Gladys was very gentle and efficient. Miguel helped me figure out some future dental plans. Dr. Duffy helped me with a temporary solution to ease my immediate pains. Moi was cracking me up at the front desk. And there was a super nice lady that helped me with the finances, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name!! I’m coming back for more work. Great dental team.

The doctor and staff here are the best! They treat you like you're one of them and know how to make you feel comfortable even in a dentist office. I had to get a treatment done that is usually split between 3-4 days all in one, even with other patients being helped in the meantime. Dr. Lee is really all about his craft and it shows, he also likes to be sure his patients are okay before going any further with his procedures. Des, Nancy, and Mark were on top of everything and made sure everyone was set up for success. They made my dentist experiencing memorable in a good way which is why I'm leaving this review! Amazing work!! I went in for an emergency root canal from out of town and have to say everything you read is true. Dr.Skelton took me in immediately and spent 3 hours till almost 11 pm for me with absolute kindness and patience. And that is another thing the patient care here is excellent having to come back in for my permanent tooth not only did it match perfectly! I was graciously looked after by Desiree. Highly recommend :)

I called up on a Saturday and got right in. So beyond grateful as I was in a lot of pain. The whole process was extremely fast, quick and easy. I was in and out within a few hours on a weekend with no appointment. Which when your in dental pain that’s what you want. Dr Duffie took care of my cracked tooth with his lovely assistant Gladys. However my favourite part of the experience was the very sweet Alex at the front desk whom has an amazing personality and makes you feel comfortable from the second you step into the office.

Not only did they fix the issue, but they put me down a better path to save my tooth. All the workers there were phenomenal! Had an amazing experience here. I came in because the whole left side of my face was swollen where I had a rotten tooth that was infected. I was nervous because I haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS, but the staff made me feel comfortable. My root canal was painless. Everyone there is very welcoming and attentive to you, and despite our unfortunate financial situation, we didn't feel judged and they were immediately ready to work with whatever we could afford. This is one of the few places that has left a lasting good impression in how professionally they handle themselves and the genuine care they show when they are taking care of your needs. Friendly staff, as fast as they can be while staying thorough. Perfectly painless tooth extraction. Update: Second visit for another extraction. The staff is pleasant and friendly, as well as committed to thoroughness and quality of treatment. This tooth extraction was much harder because the tooth was decayed, but they still got it all, in good time, and without any pain on my end.

Was able to walk in without an appointment and they got me taken care of right away, I shattered a tooth earlier in the day and was dealing with pressure and headaches. They didn’t specialize in the implant I have so they made scheduling with my regular dentist seamless and even provided me with my x rays to make sure I didn’t struggling with having to go through that process again.

Doctor Duffie, and his assistant Gladys were just the best. I came in for a pain I was having in my left gums that I couldn’t eat, and Dr. Duffie figured out the problem immediately. They planned to remove my wisdom tooth because it was causing the problem. I was scared at first but after they numbed the left side of my mouth, they popped that tooth out in less than 5 mins. Super quick, easy, and painless would 100% recommend and go back to them again!

I had a painful dental emergency (a cracked tooth); they got me in right away with no trouble. The office is clean, bright and serene. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt like a welcome guest. The entire team is very friendly, yet also completely professional. After a brief consultation, the doctor confirmed that my tooth was indeed cracked, explained what he could do to fix it, and what the cost would be, with no subterfuge and no up-selling. They stayed late (10 pm!) to accommodate me. The work was done perfectly, providing immediate pain relief. Three weeks later, I returned for my permanent crown, and again the team was awesome. I feel fortunate that my frantic internet search led me to this office, and I highly recommend this amazing team for all your dental needs. I am beyond grateful.

I called numerous “emergency” dentists and this place was the only one that could get us in same day- let alone within the hour that I called. These reviews have got to be paid for lies. I have experienced the worst service from them, other than 1 nurse who treated me extremely kindly. I have to call several several times during business hours to get an answer. Once I got an answer, I was out on hold for an hour. I called from another line, several times, and finally got an answer, and explained I had been on hold the entire time. I know for a fact that at least whoever is at the front desk DOES NOT CARE. Go somewhere else if you want someone to actually care about helping you. This place is not that.i was also promised a call back after I had complications after they pulled out my tooth, and did not receive one until the day after. This has been an awful experience and , I KNOW it's infected and cannot get any help. stay away. Go anywhere else. They don't care. Update: the office has shown a lot of improvement in my past few visits. I appreciate the office manager for taking the time to address the situation in multiple ways.

My anxiety was through the roof because I knew I’d need an extraction done, but the staff especially the dental assistants, Mark and Ruby, and Dr. Duffie quickly put me at ease. Update: I had a post-extraction appointment two weeks after my extraction and I still stand by my previous review. The front office were very personable. Dr. Duffie is amazing! Such a caring dental provider. I also had a dental cleaning during this visit and the dental hygienist, Desiree, was so wonderful. She was nice, personable, and very knowledgeable. We talked about the importance of flossing. Of course we all know why we should floss, but she provided additional information I've never heard before at any of my previous dental offices. I left feeling good, and I hate dental offices lol. I recommend this office, not just for emergency needs, but for your normal dental needs as well. I will be returning.

I hardly ever post reviews, but this one was long overdue. Been here twice. Once for an emergency extraction of an impacted tooth that was causing extreme pain. I had a tooth extracted- for the appointment to do the x-rays etc was 50$. I spent about $400 all in for the extraction of this particular tooth. Isabella greeted me, and took my x-rays, she was very nice. Marc the tech sat with me and made me feel at ease before the doctor numbed me up and did his thing. Very nice guy. Dr. Skelton did the thing, he numbed me up like CRAZY. They just moved offices, the new one is very nice . A follow up appointment was included too no extra charge. Thank you!!

The entire staff was excellent. I came into the dentist facility with the most excruciating pain I have ever felt (worse than child birth). The staff got me in to see the dentist and hygienist immediately. Quickly they determined I needed a root canal, and took care of a terrible situation. They had to correct someone else’s mistake, and never made reference to it, they just took care of business. The dental hygienist was extremely compassionate and empathetic. The Dentist was fantastic and very empathetic. He knew his profession well and knew exactly what to do. Both took X-rays to ensure the area was rectified with the work performed. By the time I left, it felt like the three of us were a team and best friends. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their care. I would recommend everyone to use their services. On a Saturday afternoon my crown (that had only been installed for 3 weeks by another facility) had come out. I needed it re-cemented quickly. Emergency Dental of Las Vegas was able to accommodate me. The front staff was friendly, each of the assistants were very friendly (unfortunately I did not grab their names). I worked with Dr. Skelter (I may have butchered his name) and he was knowledgeable, to the point and answered any questions I had. My crown was cemented back on and I'm more confident with this installation than with the previous dentist. I would definitely recommend. I paid out of pocket for this procedure and it was affordable. If my new coverage is accepted here I will return.

He was very professional and was able to secure my veneer in no time. His support staff was very nice, professional, and supportive to my plight. I retured to Vegas from visiting the national parks and was experiencing excruciating tooth pain. I was able to be seen by the dentist before they closed and he was able to give me some relief so that I could travel/fly home. The receptionist, the assistants, the x-ray tech and the doctor we’re all very polite and did what they could for me until I can get home and see my own dentist. Never thought I would have to look for an emergency dentist but I’m glad I found this one!

Never expected to be writing a review of a dentist but here we are. I required an emergency wisdom tooth extraction after about 30 years of avoidance. I was reluctant to go but had to catch a flight the next day so it had to be done. After far too much paperwork and some local anesthetic , it was time to do the deed and - no exaggeration - in 10-15 seconds it was all over. No pain. No fuss. Gone. Since then I’ve had zero pain (not taken any painkillers) and had zero swelling. I can’t believe it either! My experience was as easy and pain free as you could wish for. Thank you.

I had such a great experience here! From the moment I called, due to me having severe tooth pain they were able to fit me in with a hour! When I checked in, I forgot his name but he was so pleasant from check in to when I got discharged! The dental assistant who assisted was such a sweetheart, she was patient with my questions and understood the pain I was feeling! Then to doctor Duffie, excellent doctor! I have a severe anxiety disorder, on top of a phobia of dentists. I went in for a treatment for receding gums and a sharp toothache. I walked in terrified, but the staff (shout out to Nancy and Alex!!) wasted no time in answering all my questions -- as elaborate and nerve wracking as they were -- and quelling all of my fears. The service was painless, and they are more than willing to take things at YOUR pace. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist's office. Took a few X-rays, then the lovely part where the assistant Des came to chat with me about post op. My regular dentist couldn’t get me in till Monday and it was Friday night and I was in terrible pain. I googled them and saw their wonderful reviews so I called and they got me in fast. Mario, the receptionist, was very nice and personable and got me quickly taken care of and brought back. I was very nervous because I had to have a tooth pulled and the dentist and his assistant were so nice and compassionate. We were joking the whole time and she even let me hold her hand while my tooth was extracted. Everything was explained to me and I was so happy to have some relief. I love that they are open on weekends and have very flexible hours. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs and I will definitely be using them for all my future dental needs. Yesterday, I came in for an emergency extraction of a decayed tooth with an immense amount of pain. I called that afternoon when I couldn't handle the pain anymore and they were able to get me in within two hours. I was so scared and embarrassed that my teeth were in such a state, but they were so nice and straight to the point about helping me. I was afraid that the extraction would hurt but Dr. Duffy answered all my questions and assured me that at any point if I was hurting, he would stop. But he numbed me up really, really well!! I didn't experience any pain whatsoever during the procedure and they even let my husband be in the room with me during the extraction so that he could hold my hand the whole time. It was over in around 15 minutes. I feel so much better now. Dr. Duffy and the rest of the staff were all very professional and polite.

They didn’t actually see me but I was out of town with a tooth abscess in a lot of pain and scared since I couldn’t see my dentist until I got home. First of all you can just go walk-In. I have heard from many of my friends that they believe that there are no good dentists in Las Vegas. Not true. I have an amazing regular dentist, but he's nearing retirement age and I have to start thinking about finding another practice eventually. I also lost my job in 2020 and lost all my benefits including dental insurance. My regular dentist also does not provide services after-hours. About two weekends ago I started having major pain from a lower cracked molar. The pain started radiating into my head, ear and neck. I started doing research online for an emergency dental practice. I called Emergency Dental of Las Vegas and they handled my call quickly and efficiently. They were not located close to where I live, but I was desperate. They asked me if I could be there in an hour. Hell yes! Unfortunately, my tooth could not be saved because it was cracked all the way down to the root. They had to extract it. Alex the front office person was very detailed and explained to me my payment options. I had opened a CareCredit account the night before so I used that towards the payment of my bill. Dr Skelton, though he is young, is a very capable dentist with a great bedside manner. Danielle his assistant was awesome too. All in all I would definitely use their services again either for emergencies or regular dentistry. That's how much I think of their practice.

Had to get my wisdom teeth extracted. It was last minute and they still easily accepted me! The teeth were horribly impacted and starting to come in sideways, the roots were also SO gnarly and twisted and obliterated. They handled it with grace and still took care of these extremely difficult teeth like champs, theyalso tossed in a great much needed deep cleaning and were super friendly and conversational all the way through. Great staff, smooth procedure. They helped with aftercare very well too. 10/10 recommend them.

I had severe toothache and needed a root canal. They took me as a walk in during covid, receptionist and staff were all very pleasant. I have no dental insurance but they offered a payment plan after getting approved for a care credit line. I have been in excruciating pain for days and was breaking down by the time I they took me in. That being said, the dentist and techs were extremely nice, and made me feel really comfortable. Root canal can be a very scary procedure but their care was very therapeutic. I’m really glad this place exists!

Went in for a veneer issue. Dental assistant Deserie and Dr Trobough were amazing and thorough. I had a veneer that popped partially off and needed to be cemented. Unfortunately via X-ray and exam it was fractured. Dr Trobough advised it appeared stable till I could get back to my dentist but to be very careful and no biting into dense food. Also assured me he and his colleagues are here if anything changes. I appreciate his conservative approach and his goal of preserving the veneer Deserie is a competent and caring assistant. She set me up in my chair. Performed preliminary checks. Blood pressure and X-rays. . She made me feel welcomed and has a very calming nature. The office is modern and though I see the dentist regularly this office has high tech hand held X-ray tools and a tool that looked like an ultra sound. Very clean and nice lobby. If you get yourself in teeth trouble while in vegas give them a call. UPDATE: Later that day: I was careless and bit into food and completely fractured the veneer off my tooth, it was not salvageable. I called the office and Mario advised over the phone the probability of glueing the 2/3 piece of veneer back on was grim. But I was welcome to come in and see the Dr. Trobough . Dr Trobough was encouraging me to mask up and make it back to my dentist in San diego, there was no pain, and he said he would be in the office through Sunday if anything changes. Unfortunately, I didn't know when I could see my san diego dentist plus the tooth area was really bothering me. I asked Dr. Trobough for options. He advised he could do a composite filling over the tooth, it wouldn't be perfect but it would smooth out the remaining tooth, and fill in the space. I was onboard, he also told me that I still had to see my dentist ASAP as the process is a TEMPORARY fix to get me by. Deserie did the prep and Dr. Trobough did the layering and sanding and applying..... no pain or discomfort at all. I was so happy with my result. After it was all done, he handed me the mirror and said he did his best to make it look decent. I posted before and after pics, I was VERY PLEASED!

To be completely honest, I haven't been to the dentist in almost 10 years. It terrifies me and gives me anxiety but the time has come where I can no longer just ignore and put it to the side. I came home from work the other night with a throbbing pain from a really bad cavity. I've never experienced a pain like that before and usually i can get temporary relief from Tylenol but this time it just kept getting worse. I ended up not being able to sleep that night and finally made the decision to go to the dentist. I stumbled upon Emergency Dentist and was able to make an appointment same day. Alex helped me get all my documents signed, which was pretty straightforward and easy through my phone. She was also super helpful in breaking down the financial aspect of everything for me which allowed me to figure out what was best for me since I don't have dental insurance. Really quickly I met with Gladys who got down the guise of what was going on with me and took my X-rays. She was really kind and nonjudgmental when I expressed to her how embarrassed I was of my cavities. Miguel then took over and explained the results of the X-rays thoroughly while making me laugh. It helped distract me from the pain and eased my anxiety. We ended up starting my root canal on the tooth that was bothering me which was led/done by Dr. T. Every step of the way he informed me of what was being done and also rooting me on. I basically cried the whole time I was there but no one ever made me feel bad for it and I felt the determination of the whole staff to helping me relieve that pain. I let them know I had work in a couple hours and they wasted no time in getting me started. The communication through the whole process with me and each other was the best part down to their kindness! I appreciate them so much and wouldn't have made it through the rest of the day without their help.

Last night, my crown fell off while I was eating. My first thought was to contact my dentist, but shes always booked weeks out. I googled "emergency dentist" and found this place. I am soo glad I did! Miguel took fantastic care of me. He was so friendly and great to talk to. He did a great job of explaining why my crown fell off and what my options were if this happens again in the future. Thank goodness he and Dr. Skelton (he was awesome too) were able to re-cement my crown. I was in and out in 90 minutes. They took my insurance so it was very affordable. Don't hesitate to come here if you need dental help fast. Glad to have this service in the valley. Thank you guys so much!!!
