Best Dental Office! They treat you like a family member. Everyone in that office at Lake Mead is wonderful ! More so, they provide financial assistance the best they could. Just let them know what you propose and they will work around it. Talk to Michael. The Best Service Ever ! I love Dr. Nathan Cherrington! He takes time to explain in the simplest manner, not in a hurry ( as experienced with other doctors ) , as he wants you to understand better and appreciate the work to be done. He is humble, he always smiles, and you know that he loves his work, his people and all his patients, It just naturally emanates from him. He exudes positive energy !

Cherrington Dental definitely has customer service figured out. My experience was really awesome. After checking in, I was shortly called back and was given a tour of the office. I’ve been in Las Vegas for the past year and a half and believe me finding an “ethical” dental clinic with good standards is not easy! Until I came across Cherrington Dental! They are so professional, easygoing, clear, concise and very human! To begin with, they have the newest 3D panoramic X-ray which had me stunned cause the other clinics I’ve been to previously still used the disturbing camera in your mouth which is so annoying!!!! They have everything necessary you might need! Moreover, the doctor’s assistant Nathalie who was taking care of my teeth cleaning etc was so patient, ethical, and answering all my questions and concerns; in addition, Dr. Cherrington is just so ethical, humble, caring and explaining everything going on and he examined my teeth too (Dentists in other clinics I’ve been to do not even look into my mouth, they just relied on the X-ray pictures). Thus, the entire staff is amazing and they explain to you everything regarding your teeth, payment, insurance… Furthermore, and am pretty sure most of you are wondering about is their prices and let me tell you that it’s affordable and cheaper than the other clinics I’ve been to and they use the best upgraded material for your teeth! Am thrilled to finally have found a decent Dental Clinic in Summerlin! Thank you Cherrington Dental Team you’ve made my day!

This is a very friendly & professional office. Each dentist and all the staff are knowledgeable and focused on providing the best care and interaction with each patient. The best compliment I personally can give them is to say that any visit I've had there has been the least unpleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist. During the exam and while the dentist was preparing my tooth for a crown, the staff provided me with earphones and dark glasses. Andrea Bocelli's beautiful voice relaxed me & drowned at the sound of the drill in my head, and the dark glasses dulled the bright overhead light. The hygienist remembers anything about me that I've ever mentioned about my family and/or recent trips I've taken and continues building a rapport and relationship. This office is a model of how every business should be run if their goal is to provide high quality service and a comfortable, relaxing, and welcoming environment. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was ripped off by another dentist who actually broke my tooth on purpose to get me do another crown. I was so frustrated and upset when I arrived to Cherrington Dental and explained Dr Nathan my whole horrible experience, he listened and was super patience (I am sorry I was being so defensive) but I just wanted someone honest and do a good job, no to break my teeth! He and did a perfect crown! I went back to book another procedure, I like them because they're honest, do such an amazing jobsand I feel confident that they will not rip me off! They're amazing! I started with Cherrington Dental as they were recommended to me me and accept United Concordia insurance (military insurance). The staff is professional, patient and good at their jobs. I have been in for teeth cleaning and some feelings. The cleanings were easy and thorough. For the fillings, the dentist took extra time to make sure I was fully numbed and took good care of my teeth. I would definitely recommended this practice!

After visiting another dental office in Sun City Summerlin(which I had gone to but left Abruptly because of sanitary reasons) I was so pleased and thrilled to come to here. The cleanliness and sanitation was top rank.Gloves are changed frequently, face masks worn properly... I even observed cleaning and wiping down right after my procedure was completed! They seem to take extra precautions and I don’t know if it was because of these times but I felt like I didn’t have to worry about it which is a concern for me. This review was completed after 2 visits I wanted to be sure things were accurate.. Dr A is so professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable and explains anything you have a question about! Alejandra is also exceptional. For the first time in a while I felt good about my experience at the dentist office. They are even able to replace a crown WITHOUT The normal waiting…temporary crown, then coming back for the permanent etc. I left with a brand new smile! I would for sure recommend this office. You may have to wait for an appointment but it’s worth it….you probably have been putting off the work anyway right???

I just have had an initial consultation so I haven't had work done yet, but my initial impression is I really loved this office. They got me in quickly. The front office staff was very professional, which I just am not seeing at some other dental offices. The doctor was very warm and kind, making me feel like he actually cared, and he was gentle when examining my mouth. When I asked about sedation dentistry and laughing gas, he said they offered both, and when I said I didn't think I'd need it for the cavities, he said it was OK if I did, and that others have gotten it in those circumstances. I felt that showed he wasn't judgemental of dental cowards like me! The dental assistant was very friendly and professional as well. The doctor's treatment plan was conservative, which I really appreciated. I haven't found a dentist since moving here recently (had the same dentist for 10+ years in Maryland) and I am hoping I have found my dental home! Scheduled my cleaning and cavity appointments and we'll see how those go! Update: I have had 2 cleanings and fillings since this first review and still loving this place. I also had a loose implant I’d had for several years from Costa Rica and the dentist fixed that and I never have had a problem again!

I hadn’t seen a dentist for at least 10 years. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and they got me right in. Everyone in the office was super friendly and didnt judge because my teeth need some work. One of the reasons I hadn’t seen a dentist was because of a Pryor incident with a dentist that was extremely arrogant and made me feel like dirt. Although I need some work done, they came up with a plan that I will be able to work with and will eventually have a beautiful smile once again.

Kind, friendly, patient staff. I have had a lot of oral surgery, and DR. Cherrington is very careful to make certain I do not experience pain during the procedures. Assistants and hygienists are also wonderful. Front desk staff are great at treatment plans and outlining what insurance will and won't cover. Estimates are usually high, so I'm always pleased when my actual billed charges are lower than the estimates. Overall a really great practice.

I was impressed with the little gift bag.....even though it included a bag of Carmel Corn which is bad for teeth in so many ways, LOL ! I appreciated the little tour and the fact that one of the assistants came in and talked to me while I was waiting. She was just sharing general chit chat after she had already heard my story of why I was there and knew how unhappy I was with my recent dentist. I had a list of questions about my options concerning my tooth and what the first dentist had told me. Cherrington came highly recommended to me and I wish I had started there. I have to return to A-List dental to get my crown they made for me and if I am still not happy and or still in pain.......I will only come to Cherrington to solve any future problem and possible root canal !! Didn't feel the other dentist was listening to me.....but left Cherrington knowing what all my options were. Thank You for some peace of mind and the best second opinion I needed!!

Got my teeth cleaned by Alejandra (Ale) and she is the absolute best. Worked on my teeth for one hour. A very precious young lady who loves God and people! Very professional and gentle. I had been told by another dentist I would need a root canal. They were charging me $900 when I get it done and another $900 when the crown comes in. I was trying to save up to get this done. After a year and so discouraged, I try Cherrington Dental. It was the best decision I could’ve made. $200 and all that I needed was 15 min of cleaning out and filling the cavity. They saved my tooth and the filling was smooth! Very well done and the most painless experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I really appreciate this dental practice and I feel so blessed to have ended up here. This is where I go from now on. Compassion, honesty, gentleness, efficiency, and cleanliness. Seriously...I love this place.

The staff is very friendly, Michael at the front desk does a great job at explaining my out of pocket expenses and helping figure things out with my crazy insurance. I was extremely impressed with my first visit to Dr Cherrington Office. Everyone was very nice and professional. As a new patient I was impressed with the fact the first thing they did when they called my name to go in the back office, that the first thing they did was to give me a tour they of there office and a gift bag. And they did not give me my new patient paperwork to complete until I was in the exam room. Which made it much easier to complete. And everyone explain the their roles and procedures beforehand. Post quarantine review: last visit June 2020 I don't have dental insurance and just wanted to get a cleaning so I read all the rave reviews on Groupon and bought a cleaning. They were able to get me in right away. You need an appt and to wait outside due to the quarantine. The office was clean and professional and you can tell that they take great pride in doing good work. The hygienist was very friendly and kind. The doctor was great too. They took time to get to know me and it felt very comfortable. After my cleaning they even gave me a little gift bag of toothpastes and popcorn and a journal! Very cute and pleasant experience.

I love going to Dr. Cherrington and his office! They are friendly, caring, and careful, and their office has a nice and calming feel. Our last dentist was wonderful, and when we moved, it was hard to change - but once we found Dr. Cherrington, it was easy. Normally, I have anxiety over going to the dentist, but that has disappeared. I completely trust Dr. Cherrington and have complete confidence in and Amanda, the hygienist we go to.They saw me immediately when I had a problem with a retainer (from a previous dentist), which I think says a lot about their concern and caring, and I have always felt respected and appreciated as a patient. Amazing dental office. I had my first time exam and a few weeks later I scheduled my root canal appointment. Dr Cherrington was very nice and explained everything that I needed to know before we got started and called later that day to make sure I was doing fine . Really awesome-looking place! I was treated very well when I first arrived. Their equipment is high tech stuff and everything is super clean. Some websites still say they take Medicaid, but unfortunately they do not! I showed up anyway because of a miscommunication on the phone. They had a new patient special where they'd do a free x-ray and dental exam, but I don't see the point in finding out what's going on with my teeth only to not be able to afford treatment with their office. Why accept the new patient special if it is financially impossible to become a new patient? I apologized and tried to explain that it wasn't personal against the office or the people at the counter and just a money concern. I had the "deal" repeated multiple times. Stars are for the bats on the television in the waiting room.

I really appreciate Nathan as a Dentist. He is genuine, caring, and compassionate. Unlike just about every other dentist, he does not try to persuade me into expensive and unnecessary procedures for his financial gain. Once, I even visited him with a sharp pain in my tooth. Certain that I had a bad cavity, I was prepared for a filling or worse. Instead of taking advantage of me, he explained that I didn't have a cavity, instead I had bitten down hard on a peppercorn and aggravated the nerves in the tooth. Went in with a loose bridge knowing that I had one tooth that had to be removed. After the X-ray and a discussion of the situation decided to remove the bridge and see how the other tooth was. After removing the bridge found that both teeth needed to be removed. Extraction went well with the dentist waiting and giving more pain killer when I experienced some pain. Good instructions post operative and they worked with me on the payment.
