Kathy and the team were most pleasant! At this time I am unable to use my voice so she was very sensitive to my needs. I was really interested in just a regular cleaning and she scheduled me on the same day! Alberto the hygienist was amazing! He was really good at what he did and encouraged me to come back in 6 months. Thank you to everyone in the office. I highly recommend this specific absolute dental where they are most pleasant understanding and go above and beyond.

I love absolute dental. I have always had a good experience. Me and my whole family go to this dentists. Ricardo is beyond helpful! He made me feel welcome and confident with my teeth. Had an appointment for a check up and cleaning and let’s just say that the Hygiene team they have is amazing. Cynthia was so gentle and very knowledgeable and her assistant Ale was so nice and sweet. They are the only reason why I keep going back. They are an amazing team!

I love this absolute dental. This is by far the best absolute dental with the friendliest staff. Steph who works the front is awesome an is so welcoming! I was very nervous about sending my kids back by themselves an one of the guys named Chris made my son feel more then comfortable. I wish he still worked here! Wow where can I even begin. From the moment I entered the door I was greeted by the world's nicest receptionist (I believe her name was Kenia!). She checked me in perfectly and was able to answer many of my questions that I had. I have had many problems at other Absolute Dental locations (mainly having to do with raising prices on me and randomly changing my appointments) but, not here! Kenia explained what my insurance would cover and what the next steps might be. I have never been so comfortable at a dentist's office (I have bad anxiety and my prior experiences with other Absolute Dental locations) but, with Kenia's help I was able to go into my appointment comfortable and ready for whatever was in store! I highly recommend this location based on the hospitality of the receptionist alone. (note it is still a dentist office so it still sucks)

So ever since I have had my wisdom teeth come in the last two months on my bottom jaw, these people have been my point of contact and have been great at it. I had three consultations with meds in between to prep me for the procedure. They even took my request for sedation. Their out of pocket rates are not even as bad as you’d thing. Reason I say this is because I got insurance for the first time - I’m late - and the total out of pocket(for me) was $488. I have an office near me that is walk in welcome and has three amazinggggg Drs. The front desk staff is ready to help and fun to talk to at Nellis. The Art office has highly personable and professional dental assistants and just over all Absolute Dental has exceeded my expectations.

I just had a great experience at this office, I came in due to having pain on my jaw, I wasn’t able to eat. The general dr let me know I have a big cavity on my wisdom tooth and she said I had to get it out. It must be my lucky day because they have an oral surgeon here today and he did my consult and said he could do the extraction today. I asked if I can get all 4 wisdom teeth out and he said yes. I am so thankful for Dr Landron and the surgeon Dr Lu I can finally get a good night sleep.

Got recommended this location from a friend for their amazing service. Wanted to get a teeth whitening so I called to make an appointment. The receptionist Kenia who made the appointment for me was very helpful in answering all my concerns! I told her that I did not have insurance but she told me not to worry. She helped me easily sign up with their "smile saver program". It was a quick and simple process that I didn't know they offered. Will be coming back & of course recommending this location for their courteous staff & service.

I had a crown done and had a pretty smooth experience. I was attended shortly after arriving for my appointment, and the assistant Leyvili was amazing. I really can’t praise her enough and this location is lucky to have her. She made what should’ve been a boring, simple, crown replacement much better with her amazing customer service skills and energy. Dr. Landron was extremely professional and did the crown procedure with no issues. I have been to this location before and it was always good, but after this visit I just had to come here and give a few words because they really went above and beyond today and if i ever need any dental work done again, I’ll make sure to come here :)

I like Absolute Dental, but good luck calling this office to schedule an appointment. 22 months into the pandemic they still have an announcement on the hold system that says “Due to COVID-19 we are currently experiencing higher than normal wait times…” So, we’re supposed to believe that thousands of people every day for almost two years need to schedule dental work at this office because of COVID-19, making this the ONLY business in the country that’s busier than normal because of the pandemic. 🤦‍♂️

They told me I had no insurance it was just a discount plan when I presented my insurance card to them they saw they were wrong and took care of it but still they do need to realize what a discount plan is and what an insurance plan is hasn't changed my mind about Absolute Dental I will always be there to have my dental work done I was treated with respect and kindness would recommend Absolute Dental to anyone

This office is amazing! I don't have a regular dentist and found myself needing to have an emergency extraction done on my bottom left 1st molar. I was able to be seen as a walk in on a Tuesdat, which did take a bit of waiting but it was 100% worth it. Each and every single staff member was kind, courteous and had spectacular bedside manner, which is difficult to come by sometimes. I want to give a special shout out to their office manager Yolanda. While I wasn't able to have my extraction done the same day due to their office being swamped with just opening for full service after the Covid19 lockdown, she was able to find an amazing Dentist that was able to see me at one of their other locations on Thursday morning. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for me.

I've been here two times and both times were good experiences. The Dentists and Dental Assistants were extremely nice to me and I had two fairly pain free experiences. The first visit was for an x-rays, exam and deep cleaning. My wait time was less than and hour and I had called the office the evening before so they squeezed me in. The deep cleaning wasn't too bad, teeth felt sensitive but I wasn't in agony. My second visit included a root canal and 3 fillings. I was called back after a 10min wait. Aside from the initial sting of the needle there was absolutely no pain! Both the dental assistants and Dentists were extremely caring, asking me every little while how I was doing, if I was in any pain or discomfort. Even the guy who did my deep cleaning a week before stopped by to see how my gums were feeling. So all in all I had a nice dental experience.

I took my 3 daughters into their appointments this Sunday morning. Yes I said SUNDAY morning. The front office staff was very welcoming, we only waited about 10 mins before being called to the back. Brandy was the assistant that took care of all three of my girls and I must say she was very patient, kind and gentle. They even offer same day treatment. My oldest daughter had a filling done by Dr. Phan and her assistant. They were awesome, they made sure I understood the treatment and made my daughter and I feel very comfortable about what was happening. I would definitely recommend Absolute Dental Nellis to my friends and family. We had a great experience. 👍🏼

I found this place because my daughter (8) woke up on a Saturday morning crying and saying the side of her face hurt. She couldn't eat or drink. I immediately took her in there and they took her right in. She ended needing a root canal and a cap. I have since visited. I got my teeth whitened, two caps out in the front. I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Liang. He and his medical assistant (I didn't get her name) were so awesome and caring. The whole staff there makes you feel comfortable. I'm moving to Alaska but I will fly back here when I want more major dental work done. Thanks you guys. You're the best!!!!

Five stars just is not enough. This is the most comfortable I've felt in a dental office in like forever. The staff was fantastic, and a huge thank you to Katrina for helping my understand what my options were. She explained everything with great detail. Forsure to recomend.
