OMG, three days of horrible pain in my right side, Erika and Dr. Kwon were able to remove all four of my wisdom teeth in half an hour in a painless procedure! Unbelievable service, everyone is so nice! I recommend TPD to anyone!

I'd highly recommend Trader's Point Dental. The staff are always friendly, the hygienists are always great and make every effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They offer convenient hours and are up to date with technology, whether that be appointment reminders/confirmations via email/text to flat screen TVs above each of the treatment rooms. UPDATE: Two years later, I'm still just as impressed as when I first left the review. I just had a recent appointment, and they did a great job of taking the necessary precautions (air purification machine, check-in process, etc.) to make me feel comfortable even in the midst of the pandemic where you obviously can't wear a mask to protect yourself.

I came in for a second opinion on a possibly cracked tooth and I’m so glad I did! Dr Kwon explained my x-rays and addressed my concerns in a courteous, professional manner, and I’m happy to say I get to keep my tooth!!!

Highly Recommend! I have struggled to find a good dentist in my area until I found this place!. I’ve had the worst possible experience with the dentist since 2017. From making me feel comfortable, to doing the care well and knowing their stuff and also with them working with you on insurance etc as we know dental work can be very costly! My Dentist retired years ago. I was reluctant to search for a new Dentist. I was referred to this practice, and I am very pleased I took the advise and gave them a call. The front office staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. That made me feel at ease. When I was with my tech I felt very comfortable and not as nervous. Once the Doctor came in and explained the things that were going on, I was very pleased. I felt a lot more at ease. I found my new Dentist office and I am very happy. I called Dr. Sang’s office at Traders Point Dental as a new patient needing fairly immediate attention for a broken tooth. I was scheduled for later in the week but was called back the same day with an available appointment the next day. The office is very well run, clean and the staff is so kind and caring! Erica was with me for my appointment, Dr. Sang was kind and very thorough, I knew what my treatment needed to be and all costs were explained up front. I have found my new forever dentist! The staff was very nice and took time to help with questions. The atmosphere is very inviting and décor is nicely done just making it an all around "good" feeling place to be even though you're at the dentist. The consultation with Dr. Sang was professional and thorough and I felt comfortable with his suggestions of treatment. And pricing is affordable. Dr Sang is a great and skilled dentist who has put together a very knowledgeable, dedicated yet super duper friendly team - which includes the awesome Mackenzie who is such a lifesaver when it comes to helping you figure out the insurance part of it. You just really have to make an appointment and experience for yourself why this dental practice is always highly recommended and deserves their 5 stars. The building is located at street level with a convenient dedicated parking lot that has a handicap parking spot located close to the front door. Inside is a very clean, colorful, well lit lobby with plenty of seating & courtesy hot drinks! Also, they love it when you bring them cookies 😊

I put an ask out to friends on social media seeking recommendations for a new dentist after a frustrating experience at another practice. Traders Point Dental was one recommended to me and from the moment I called to ask if they were accepting new patients, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I have had a couple of appointments now and the environment inside the practice is warm and welcoming. Every staff member is friendly and it is very apparent they enjoy where they work. It is a true breath of fresh air. I feel cared for and like I have a voice in my treatment plan. They are very transparent with procedures and pricing. The doctor is nice, patient, listens, and answers questions. I have since moved my family to this practice and we are all so grateful!! Highly recommend!!

This was the most amazing dental experience I could have imagined. You expect places to be professional and good customer service should not have to be listed as another bare minimum at a service industry. So let's talk about the coordination, efficiency, and skill. This was a very very smooth operation. They were very well coordinated smooth and well polished. They explained what was going on and why in the level of detail thatI needed. They were so skilled with the procedures that they did (fillings and prep for a crown) that I could barely tell they were doing anything. I traveled 2 1/2 hrs based on a friend's recommendation to go here. I will definitely be back!!

I needed to get into a new dentist for some difficult teeth issues… the staff was so kind & listened to my entire history! The office was very technological… and they really took the time to get all the X-rays just right. Once the doctor came in, he reviewed everything with me, took additional pictures so I could see the issues & laid out the whole treatment plan. He even suggested a few different ways to go about getting my smile in perfect order again! Additionally, they were really on top of getting my insurance in order before starting treatment… very very impressed!!

About a month ago I went to see Dr. Kwon for a second opinion for an extraction and implant. Him and his team were so nice, understanding, and put me at ease. He showed me all the images and explained everything and answered all my questions. The ladies up front were able to help with all my financial questions and all of my emails were answered so quickly. I had my extraction and implant yesterday and it was a breeze. I was very scared going into it but it was so painless, quick, and they were so encouraging. Tonight Dr. Kwon called personally to check on me and see how I was doing. Wow. I've been to several other dentist in the area but have not had service like this. He is worth the drive from Brownsburg. Thanks Dr. Kwon and staff for all of your help and for putting my fears of the dentist at ease. I look forward to coming back for my follow up.

I truly can not say enough GOOD things about this dentist office. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist but I actually do not mind going to Traders Point Dental. They are so awesome. They are caring, personable, and stay with you most of the time, your not left anxious and wondering what's going on. There are TVs on the ceiling! That helped distract me so much. They give you a warm towelette to wipe your face afterwards, may sound silly but it's about the little things. I have completely dove into my dental care with these people and I can't say I'm excited to go back but I'm definitely not afraid and that's everything! I do have to say that the cost is extremely reasonable as well, especially for the care and atmosphere that you receive.

My gold crown that I had put in years ago broke while eating and it gave me so much discomfort. Dr. Kwon fixed it so that I was back to eating with ease. Im so thankful, bc Dr.Sang and his staff were able to identify, diagnose, and suggest treatment options on my first visit. I switched to Traders Point last year and at my first appointment, I knew I made the right decision. The office is very nice and all of the staff has always been very friendly and professional. The rooms have tvs on the wall and ceiling which is a good distraction. The staff and dentist show interest in each patient and are always thorough in explaining anything. I also brought my 3-year old for his first cleaning, and he had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this dentist!

This was my first time here. I had a chipped molar and a bracket loose on my permanent retainer. The technician was great. The dentist came in, took photos of my molar and put them on the screen. He walked me through the procedure to make sure I understood. Then got to work. He was attentive and efficient, there was no dilly dally with the tools in my mouth. They capped my molar and replaced the resin on my retainer perfectly.

Such a lovely and clean facility. Air purifiers running in every exam room and all staff were wearing PPE for COVID-19 safety. My hygienist Allie was very sweet and incredibly careful; it was the gentlest cleaning I've ever had. And the front desk staff were very kind also. I had mentioned in passing when booking my appointment that I would be willing to come earlier in the day if anyone cancelled (especially since originally I was just scheduled for X-rays: cleanings were booked into May) but I got a call the morning of my appointment for them to tell me they could get my teeth cleaned that day, too because someone had cancelled. I was just so impressed that they'd made a record of that and followed through.

It was easy to make an appointment. Everyone I've interacted with so far has been so nice. They handled my insurance and were able to tell me what was covered. The office was very clean and tidy. There's tv to watch while your teeth are being cleaned (and they even offered to switch channels for me). Their COVID protocols exceeded my expectations- they had nice big air purifiers in each room, with a hose to pull air away from my open mouth. I felt comfortable that I was safe. I don't provide reviews regularly, especially when providers or products deliver as expected, but Dr. Sang's team has been absolutely wonderful. I switched dentists a few years ago and only wish I had made the change sooner. I have two children ages 6 and 4. Both have only experienced Dr. Sang and his team and LOVE going to the dentist. The team makes the visit go so well for young children. I used to hate going to the dentist too but my experience has changed based on the quality of interaction with every team member. We recently had a visit that lasted much longer than expected with my oldest child. This is what prompted me to write the review. An after school appointment with two tired kids could have turned into a nightmare, but it never did. All the team members had smiles, worked as efficiently as possible, kept my daughter informed and happyish (she was the one going through all the additional work). I was extremely pleased at their professionalism and attitude. We will be patients for a long time.

Again, it was such a great experience with Dr. Kwon. I’ve been traveling back and forth to Texas and haven’t been able to come in for quite some time. We knew one filling was needed but, upon further discovery four were needed. Now, normally with such a dramatic change we’d need to reschedule but given my travel schedule Dr. Kwon was able to do all four. Also, there were major issues with sensitivity of a molar that required some problem solving to deaden the pain. Dr. Kwon patiently followed up with different methods until the pain was gone. His calmness, professionalism and natural skill really shone through under these circumstances. Everyone is friendly the moment you walk through the door! I like the safety protocols in place when arriving for your appointment, example.. call when you arrive, wait in your car until staff calls and let you know they are ready for you. Great service, friendly staff, clean and welcoming office. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, I find it anxiety provoking, so between that and a busy schedule, I hadn't been in a few years. There was no judgement from the staff, they were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job with the cleaning - even offered some numbing gel (I declined but still! how cool!). I came back a few days later to have an old filling redone and I was in and out in less than 30 min! While getting a filling isn't enjoyable, it was the best dental procedure experience I've ever had. I had a doctor's appointment before I had my dental appointment and was running behind they pushed my appointment and got me in. When I came in the receptionist was so sweet and kind. By far the best experience one could have getting wisdom teeth removed! All of the staff are kind and caring! They will do beyond their best for you! I have very high anxiety and haven’t been to a dentist in years. They took very good care of me and understood my situation. Even letting me talk about why I was so anxious, not a single time did I feel jurged. I was even given a stress ball to hold and keep! When my breathing was getting a little fast, Melissa showed some A+ customer service. Simple by standing next to me and doing the breath in breath out thing. Right before they started I asked for laughing gas (adding an extra step they weren’t prepared for) and in seconds they had it on me. During the removal Dr. Sang and Melissa kept telling me that I was doing a good job, and basically cheering me on! After I got home I took a small nap and awoke to a fallow up call! I wasn’t ready for that but 100% appreciated it! Dr. Sang himself was the one to call me, and just did a quick reminder on the steps I need to be taking for a quick recovery! My permanent retainer from braces broke and I needed a new one, something my normal dentist couldn’t do, so I called around and found this location and I’m glad I did! They told me all the information about my options and their typical procedure on how they do things. The dentist is awesome! He told me exactly what he was going to do and was talking through it as he performed the procedure and gave great patient education. Almost every other dentist I’ve gone to doesn’t really give you a plan on whats happening, explains what theyre doing or what to expect and he does a really nice job at that. Also my new bracket feels great ~ and he gave me a little extra cement on my lower bracket since it was a little thin. Great dentist!

I chose Traders Point Dental mostly because it was close to work and based off of reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect. After having major procedures done twice I will say I'm very happy. The staff is friendly and Dr Kwon is excellent. I've even got calls personally from the doctor a couple of days after a visit just to check and see if I'm in good shape. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

These people will tell you the costs upfront and how much will be paid by the insurance. I had to change my dentist because they would not tell you the costs upfront. The doctor explained the process of the treatment and the medications. The dental hygienist, Caitlyn, was absolutely awesome. She was very professional and asked me many times if I was comfortable while she was using ultrasonic cleaner. The equipment and the facilities were modern and clean. As a pain sensitive patient and nervous about going to the dentist, I was very happy with my experience with Dr Kwon and his staff! They very attentive to my needs, answered my questions and just overall really caring people. Dr Kwon even took time to call me the following day to check on my progress. Their facility is clean, modern and tech smart too. I just loved the two televisions in the exam room, there's one overhead so you can watch TV as they work! I broke a tooth Friday night, just before the three day holiday weekend. I knew the Dentist office would not be open until Tuesday, so I managed to limp by until then. I called them first thing Monday morning and got in within an hour and a half. They were very friendly and professional. Dr. Kwon was excellent and it is obvious that he really cares about what he's doing. He worked on my broken tooth for quite a while, making sure it was done right. His Dental Assistant was wonderful. She was friendly and instrumental in helping me stay calm through the whole procedure. I thought for sure that I would be in horrible pain when the numbing faded, but I really wasn't. Now I have a temporary crown, and the permanent crown is on order and should arrive in two weeks. I strongly recommend Traders Point Dental to anyone who needs a dentist.

I have been to so many dentists previously trying to find a good one. Honestly going to the dentist had become my least favorite thing to do until now. The people here are amazing! I have had a crown, three fillings, and cleanings since I have been here and never once regretted my decision coming here. They take the time to know you personally and if you are uncomfortable with something they will discuss it with you and talk about alternative treatments. And there prices are so reasonable for boutique dentistry. I paid more going to Aspen dental then here.

Going to the dentist comes with some anxiety. But, on my first visit to Traders Point Dental, the staff made me feel at ease. From the moment I walked I felt welcome. While cleaning my teeth, the hygienist talked me through every step of the process. Would I recommend Traders Point Dental? Yes. Because Dr. Kwon and his staff made what has been a bad experience in the past more manageable, as far as my anxiousness about visiting the dentist.

I have been going to Traders Point Dental for 4 years this December. It's been a blessing! I had pretty severe anxiety about visiting the dentist due to a lifetime of negative experiences. When I called up TPD and mentioned my anxiety, and asked if they would accommodate me, they assured me they would - and they always have. Dr. Kwon takes the time to get to know you, carefully explain procedures, and patiently takes all questions. In fact, he saved me from what could have become an extremely bad health issue four years ago. See, three years prior I had a root canal done by an unethical dentist and my dentist in Bloomington never caught the mistake - Dr. Kwon did the first visit. He came to me and said "Did you know you had metal in your jaw?" Yup, my previous dentist never told me that tiny pieces of broken metal tools were left in my mouth. This caused an infection, but Dr. Kwon caught it early and he referred me to an excellent oral surgeon. In the years since, I've been a loyal customer. He's helped me with cavity fillings and even getting a couple crowns (once from my surgery and one when an old silver filling broke a tooth in half). Whenever I have a ton of questions, he is so helpful. He, like me, also identifies as a first-generation college graduate and he understands how people come from different socioeconomic backgrounds. Growing up, we were very poor and on Medicaid, and then I worked in nonprofits for years without good insurance; so I never had consistent dental treatment. I so appreciate how the staff has never made me feel ashamed for not knowing things or having so many fillings from my childhood. For the latter issue, my tooth broke on a Friday at 1:30pm and they took my in for an emergency appointment at 2:30pm - their new doctor works on Fridays (I forget his name) and he is EXTREMELY patient as well (I was legit asking him and the hygienist "I accidentally swallowed part of the tooth - am I going to die??!!" and they reassured me when my anxiety was in a downward spiral). The dental hygienists are also great - Chandra is my regular one, although I've had visits with several others, and they have always been great. They always try to get to know you, and even (I believe) take a couple notes for your file - I'll usually get a follow-up question at my next 6-month visit based on something I said at the prior visit. The front desk staff are WONDERFUL, from helping to get appointments taken to getting checked-in. Remember, I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist, and the folks welcoming me in really make a difference - they help me feel comfortable. Finally, the environment is nice. There's plenty of bottled water and even coffee, alongside several chairs, couches, and (surprisingly) some computer stations in the waiting room. The patient rooms do not have those terrifying posters of decaying teeth/gums that so many other dentists have (um, legit a reason why I was terrified of going to previous dentists). Instead, the patient rooms have a TV you can watch while sitting and another TV you can watch when you're reclining during a procedure. I love going to appointments in the mornings so I can watch Supernatural on TNT :D I still have a LOT of anxiety about the dentist - that will never change. But Traders Point Dental is so wonderful, that I actually look forward to visits.

Great Dental Team. Advanced equipment, nice office ammenities and a variety of ways to make dental care affordable. BUT, #1 thing about them is how much they consider and take care of you. Cliché, right? But my education and professional experience is in relationship building and this office has IT. I've been with them 6+ yrs now and here is what I can attest: they pay attention to who you are personally; they give you encouragement and optimism in your dental health care; they respect your time, but never rush; dentistry is an art to them and they apply their skill with humility, (that is my favorite part); they are gentle and detailed. The office has stellar communication skills and systems. Everybody in the office is on the same page each visit and a year later when you come back. Each person in the office clearly explains what is going on as you interact from reception to hygienist to Dr. Kwon. And while they have a variety of care options, they will ask and respect what your preferences are. They are even open and forthcoming about pricing. If they offer you an option or have a care plan for you, they will tell you the cost right away if you want to know. I always want to know. I've had root canals, implants, cleaning and cavities done at Traders Point Dental and I can certainly say that it has been a really good experience. Dr. Kwon is awesome. He calls you directly after major procedures to see how you are doing. That is rarely done anymore so it was a nice experience. I was worried about the root canal and implants and can absolutely tell you that I felt no pain afterwards. It was amazing! The staff are always pleasant, friendly and professional and are such a compliment to Dr. Kwon. I've referred as many people as I can to their offices. So, I generally dislike the whole experience of going to healthcare providers because it's usually a hassle. So when I recommend one, it's impressive. I have been going to Dr. Kwon for years and continue as a patient there, despite having moved across town two years ago. Wait times are minimal. The office is beautiful to be in. Staff are always professional, skilled, and friendly. I feel like they really are there to be a part of my "oral health team." Dr. Kwon and the team at Traders Point Dental (TPD) are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone. I moved to Indy and hadn't found a dentist yet, when my wisdom teeth started bothering me. I received a recommendation from a co worker about TPD, so I called them and they got me in the very next day. Upon arrival to the office the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Kwon gave me an honest and direct assessment and explained his recommendations as how to precede with my dental needs. The staff at TPD then gave an accurate cost assement and time line. An hour later I was leaving TPD with the successful removal of my wisdom teeth with what I can only imagine was possibly the least painful and least uncomfortable procedure ever. I thought having teeth pulled would have been rough but Dr. Kwon made it quick and painless I was astonished with my recovery rate. I have been to multiple Dentists in the last decade and TP Dental is the best one I've ever been to. Everyone employed there is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always answer all of my questions thoroughly without making me feel silly for asking. Dr. Kwon always listens to my concerns with patience and never makes it feel like he's rushing through my appointment. The cleanings are very thorough and they measure how healthy your gums are so they can track any potential problems and address them right away if necessary. I've never seen a dentist office record my gum health so methodically before. Last I was in I came in with a chipped front tooth. It was chipped on the side in a hard to access location. I figured that the tooth would just be smoothed out on the side but he did a filling instead and filled my tooth out again while also making sure to take care of any decay in the area. He also went to the trouble to take care of a food trap that would have caused more decay. He matched the color of my teeth perfectly and no one will know that I have a filling there unless I tell them. Dr. Kwon also listened to me when I said that I was in pain and gave me more numbing before continuing with the procedure. Dentists in the past have always told me its normal to feel a little bit of something, but he made sure I didn't feel anything at all. Overall while I was unsure and insecure during the entire procedure due to my own anxieties, the staff were always wonderful with me and the final product turned out excellent. I also received a follow up call the same day to check in and see how I was doing. This place sets a new standard for attentiveness and quality.

Always an excellent experience. If you are looking for an excellent dental exam and cleaning experience you're at the right place. In addition, they have the best hygiene practices for COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. The dental hygienist wear a full face shield, eye protection, surgical masks, gloves. You are brought in from outside wearing your mask only when your room is sterilize from previous patient and ready. They use dental aerosols extraction in each room with the patient to minimize the spread of droplets or aerosols. You also use eye protection the entire time you are in the room. You don your mask directly following the procedure to exit your room. What's better than great service and high standards in safety for staff and patients?

I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Kwon is by far the best I have ever had. Recently I opted to have a filling without Novocain and I honestly did not feel a twinge of pain. Dr. Kwon said I am tough, but I say he is the best because I have not experienced that kind of gentleness with any other dentist. Also, a year or so ago I needed extensive work on my 2 front teeth. Being an engineer, I was impressed with the fact that they have two TVs in each cleaning room: one on the wall and one on the ceiling that you can watch while you are laying back and they are working! I was referred here by my fiancée, so I had it in my mind to check out this location as my new dentistry facility in Indianapolis. Yesterday, the time had come to make an appointment. I was greeted by a friendly staff member on the phone. This fact alone made me feel more welcome right away, as I detest and get very frustrated with recorded operators and voicemail systems. There had been a cancellation for this morning, so I was able to be seen within 24 hours of calling. I'm sure this is not typical, but in this case, I was fortunate. Upon arrival, I had only a few papers to sign, as most of the paperwork was forwarded to me in advance in order to fill them out in a more convenient manner. My name was called shortly after (within 5 minutes of) my appointment time), and I immediately had x-rays taken. Following that, my check-up and deep-cleaning took place in a comfortable setting with TV's forward and upward by, again, a very friendly staff member, Chandra. She was very concerned about my well-being and was emphatic about me conveying any discomfort that I may have so she could relieve it. Dr. Kwon stopped in during my cleaning to go over the images of my teeth, and then the cleaning resumed after his plan and assessment were brought to my attention. I had also been interested in getting my teeth whitened, so after the cleaning was completed, Chandra made a mold of my teeth, so that whitening plates could be made from them. Lastly, I made my follow-up appointment, and headed back to the front desk to have my payment processed by yet another friendly staff member, Jessie (my apologies if spelled incorrectly). My expectations of today's visit were beyond surpassed, which made my experience in wont of being repeated. I will be back, and I will be sure to recommend Trader's Point Dental to anyone looking! Thanks again to the staff!

No disrespect toward anyone in the dental field, but quite frankly I hate going to the dentist. The whole process is not appealing to me. I first visited traders point dental 3 months ago and the experience was unlike my previous dental office. When I walked in a very kind and pleasant secretary greeted me and dr. Kwon is a very kind and intelligent man. Above all he understands having someone hovering above you prying in your mouth can be uncomfortable but he is very supportive and thoroughly explains everything. I had my second appt today and it was great. Dr kwon was very understanding and made the process quick and effortless. I was greeted with a very clean office and a smiling secretary when I arrrived. Lastly dr Kwons assistant was amazing. She was very kind, helpful and over all amazing to deal with. I have defenitely found my permanent dental office. No high pressure sales to get everything fixed right this minute and no shaming you for letting your dental health slide a little or being a chicken. My first visit was a deep cleaning. 2nd was a follow-up cleaning & I had a cavity filled. 3rd was another cleaning. I have an appointment set for next week to have another cavity filled. Caitland, the hygienist had reviewed my file prior to getting me from the waiting room because she knew I WAS / AM A BIG CHICKEN! She was so gentle and as sweet as could be. The office is modern. Examining rooms have TV's. Front desk girls are very helpful. Location is perfect for me and parking is also good. I love this group!

I had a few cavities that popped up since the last time I was able to get xrayed. Dr. Kwon and his staff are amazing they make sure that you have everything you need and keep your mind off it by having the tv on the wall in front of you and above your head which is so nice. They also give you the option of having your gums numbed before a cleaning and for me that is exactly what I need. My teeth are so sensitive and this is the first place I have ever been where they make it even an option and I am not jumping out of my chair in pain trying to get a cleaning. I also like the fact that Dr. Kwon always calls to check on you at the end of the day to see how everything is feeling and how you are doing. Never had that before either. All in all he is an amazing dentist and even though I now live almost an hour away I still choose to keep him and his staff as my dentist!!! Thanks so much Dr. Kwon!! I love Traderspoint Dental. Dr. Kwon is an awesome dentist and has customer service down to a science. Besides having two TVs in every exam room (one in front of the chair and the other on the ceiling), along with beverages available in the waiting area, his hygienists always make small talk with you (How are things going? What are you up to this weekend?) in a really personal, friendly way, and then when Dr. Kwon comes in, he'll follow up on the same train of conversation (oh, I heard that you have a big trip coming up/oh so you had a lot of family come visit). I think they also take personal notes about patients in their charts so they have an idea of who you are as a person when you sit in their chair on subsequent visits. Anyway, they have taken really good care of my teeth and so I have kept going back for the past almost six years now! Highly recommend!

Some people are scared of clowns, roller coasters or balloons; I am mortified of the dentist. I explained that when I first called to schedule the initial appointment, to Dr. Sang when I first saw him and the hygienist too! I wanted everyone to be aware. When I say I feel so comfortable in their office, it is the truth. Dr. Sang personally called me the day after having some teeth pulled and I've been hooked since. The hygienist Chandra, who's had to deal with my scared self, has made me feel more than comfortable to express my concerns and stop her if necessary. Listen and I'm very serious about this.As a African American women he take highly offensive to business who we think talk to us wrong or not even addressing when we walk into your place of business, but just to keep it real we dont want to admit when where wrong. Now just hear me out ! The dentist hear herd me out in the waiting talking loud as hell and he ask me to go with him to his office and address the situation which I was wrong, but he did not hold it against me or treated me any differently even though he had patience in other room he did not ask me to leave or miss treated me at all. I guess what I'm trying to get you to understand he is a Hell of a dentist that you would want to take care of you. Now I've been going to this dentist for over 3 years now not like I should ,but when I go to the dentist I would only what him, so his office staff is respectful, polite and friendly, but Traders Point Dental Is the only place I would want to go. I had a severe toothache. I was so scared, read the reviews and decided to try and make an appointment. I called there weren’t any available appointments for a week. I was so beside myself I didn’t know what to do. I got a call back 2 minutes after I hung up and the receptionist told me the doc said come in. Dr Qwon and assistant were speedy, informative and professional. Did absolutely everything to minimize pain during the exam and the procedure. I will definitely be coming back for future work. Doc even follow up called later that night to make sure I was ok and ask if I had any questions/had pain. Do Not be afraid to come to the dentist. You need the care, I got the care I needed AND they were caring/professional.

Dr. Kwon spends time with each of his patients, and not a couple minutes, a significant amount of time. He walks you through everything that needs to be done to maintain a healthy smile! He also checks after your hygienist has cleaned your teeth that they were properly cleaned and inspects for gum disease. I have never had a doctor truly love making his patients health a priority as much as Dr. Kwon! His office staff is also friendly and will to help work with you and billing and insurance.

So first of all, I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist. Every aspect of it, but Mr. Kwon and his team made me feel as comfortable as possible. I never been so calm at the dentist. Now I have been having issues with my wisdom teeth for over a year now, and the last dentist I went to was in the my mouth for less than a minute and then handed me my papers showing me the cost without any explanation. Mr Kwon took his time and then when he was done he sat down and he explained to me what all the issues were, along with showing me pictures of everything he was talking about. Now today I went in to get one of them pulled and I was shaking I was so nervous! But once again, Mr Kwon and his team made me relaxed and I felt at ease. He went to work and was done before I even had time to figure out what was going on! The best part of it all is that he's AFFORDABLE. They were willing to work with me on my budget and even offered to set up a payment plan. What was originally going to cost me almost $600 per tooth with my last dentist only cost me $250 so far for my bottom right tooth. This place is the greatest and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!!

The hygenist consulted with Dr. Kwon who assessed my tooth then recommended a crown was necessary to prevent further damage. Within two visits, I had my permanent crown installed and back to normal. I went to TPD on November 26, 2018 for the first time and I couldn't have been more impressed with the facility and their staff. I had three wisdom teeth removed and two teeth removed that were broken below the gum line. Suffice it to say that I was a nervous wreck before actually going through with the procedure, as I have been putting this off for years. I am more than ecstatic that I finally got the courage to take the plunge! The discomfort that I have been feeling for all these years is now remedied, and I owe it to TPD.
