I'm the kind of person that finds one doctor and never leaves. But I switched dentists to come here! My husband started going here and then I called while pregnant with an urgent question and the staff was so helpful even though I wasn't a current patient. So now our whole family goes there and have for years! They are great with my kids. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment because they book up so fast, but that's a testament to how great they are! We love Dr. Isaacs!

I doubt many people find a visit to the dentist’s office comfortable and relaxing but I can honestly say, after my two fillings this morning, I feel rested, relaxed, and happier! Dr. Isaacs and Misty both worked on my teeth today and I am grateful for their gentle, caring, professional treatment. Started going here recently as wife had been going for years and I had gone to a different dentist but they aren't in network with my current insurance and she recommended. I have only gone now twice for cleanings and just had my wisdom teeth taken out. I wasn't sure how it would be but it feels very family like which I liked in previous practice. I really have enjoyed it and am going to keep going here even though on other side of town. Highly recommend this dentist.

Tracy is my usual hygienist and she is always welcoming, comforting, and always keeps you entertained while in the chair. I've been a patient of Dr. Isaacs' at least 15 years, maybe longer. He and his staff are extremely professional, yet very personable. The office is clean, bright, comfortable, and state-of-the-art. Which is why I chose Dr. Isaacs as my dentist, and refer family and friends to him as well. As a matter of fact, my mom and aunt are also patients. Dr. Isaacs and his staff are all about prevention, and take time to discuss your current dental health as well as suggesting and demonstrating improvements with bushing and flossing. They also offer education on preventative measures such as oral cancer screenings. Dr. Isaacs is able to provide some services in-house, that would normally require more than one visit to complete. Which is is very convenient. Dr. Isaacs has been very cautious during the pandemic, and continues to be. I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Isaacs and his staff are. So I highly recommend you schedule an appointment and find out for yourself.

As someone now over seventy and who has lived in many places, I survived the Bronze Age of dentistry and have been under the care of a fair number of dentists. Of the latter, I would rate Dr. Isaacs at the top. He is eminently skilled, patient, and meticulous. He also has a superb team backing him up, among them Misty, Kathy, and Jori. If you are searching for a dentist, Dr. Isaacs (and his team) might be impossible to surpass.

Even though Michelle has left while she was there she had been my hygienist for many years and always did a great job, now I’m seeing Tracy and she is just a friendly and is just as good as Michelle so I feel very good. Wow wow wow. I’m not one to leave a review but Dr Issac and his staff went ABOVE & BEYOND during my visit. I had to get a tooth extracted. Going into it I was nervous because of past experiences at other offices. If you are looking for a dentist go to Dr Isaacs. He just called me to check up on me after my operation today. I am grateful for a dentist that 1) took his time with me, none rushed experience 2) provided me with all the possible solutions to treat my teeth 3) a staff that made sure I was comfortable 4) they had my best interests from the moment I walked in 5) I booked an appointment on Monday and was in within 72 hours 6) the care package they gave me after the operation 7) they didn’t judge my teeth and made me feel important. If you are in need of a dentist and are scared, don’t be scared, go to Dr Isaacs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They deserve everyone one of them. As a new patient it can be intimidating to go to a new dentist. However, I was greeted and quickly felt comfortable. I had a great appointment and was glad to choose Dr. Isaacs as my new dentist. I also had my 2/3 crowns done by them and oh my goodness they did such a good job! The dental staff at Dr. Isaacs' office are extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Isaacs is the same. All of the personnel appear to get along well with one another, and do so for the benefit of the patient being serviced. The staff are attentive to their patient's comfort and needs throughout whatever procedure each individual is undergoing. The outer waiting room is a pleasantly decorated and comfortable, but one's waiting time for scheduled procedures is often minimal. Check-in is as pain free as the general procedures that follow such. Dr. Isaacs was referred to me by my daughter a few years ago by my daughter who is also one of his satisfied patients. I have been a relatively satisfied, content customer ever since my initial office call. I have appreciated the personal, yet professional care that I have received throughout each dental experience.

I LOVE my dentist's office! Dianne is my hygienist and she's the absolute best. Everyone is so nice. The office is always clean. The atmosphere is very welcoming. A lot of people seem to dread the dentist, but they do an excellent job making you feel comfortable. They always take time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. I’ve been going to David Issacs for the past few years for teeth cleanings. I recently had 4 cavities and was a nervous wreck about getting them filled. Needless to say I had my appointment yesterday and I’ve never been so pleased. Upon entering I was paired with Ms. Cathy and told her how anxious I was feeling. Her and Dr. Issacs were incredible in making sure I felt comfortable and wasn’t in pain. They gave me a blanket, helped talk me through every step of the process and treated me like they would have treated a family member. I thanked them both several times for the amazing care. This was my first visit to Dr. Isaacs office, on first impression everyone "appeared" to be nice. My dental hygienist Tracy introduced herself and everyone in the office to me. She gave me a full tour of the facility and let me know they wanted me to be comfortable. I met Dr. Isaacs who was very nice as well. I had more interaction with Dr. Harris who was just a nice and sincere as Tracy. I left the office feeling as though I had the best experience I have ever had at any Dentist office I have ever been to. I It also became clear to me it wasn't just an appearance of being nice these people were displaying, that is who they really are. First time with Dr. Isaacs and he noticed a problem I've had for 5 years before I even said anything. A previous dentist did a poor job on a crown and gave up on fixing it, and I just decided to live with it because it wasn't terrible but wasn't perfect and I was tired of telling my dentist it was wrong and being told I was mistaken. Dr. Isaacs noticed almost immediately that it wasn't quite right and did what he could to fix it, and it's a lot better. I had no idea what I was missing by having a GREAT dentist instead of my previous mediocre dentist. It's your mouth, not a 1980 Toyota Camry, don't settle for subpar work like I was doing with my last dentist. First impressions matter, and with that kind of eye for detail I know who I'll trust to fix my teeth in the future.

I first saw Dr. Isaacs a few weeks ago after not having been to the dentist for 8 years. Every dentist I've had throughout my childhood and young adult life left me with hating the dentist's office so much that I didn't care how bad my mouth would get so long as I wouldn't have to go back. After much debate and a few coming-to-the-light discussions so-to-speak, I finally set up an appointment with Dr. Isaacs. The hygienist was very pleasant and the first visit was a breeze. They took X-Rays and inspected every tooth for their records. He came up with a treatment plan and path forward. The first step was addressing a root canal and a crown on a tooth that had suffered severe decay. Like one of the other reviewers had mentioned, I also was given detailed financial expectations and I knew exactly what to expect to pay upfront for each appointment. This made my budgeting plans extremely easy to expect what was on the way. Fast forward two weeks later... After the endontist appointment, I was able to get in for a crown appointment with Dr. Isaacs. Since the first visit was very pleasant, I was excited to come back for the crown which I knew was going to be a painful process. After writing that, I now realize that if you were to have told me a few months ago that I would be excited to go to the dentist I would have laughed out loud. Anyways, so I went in for the crown procedure the exact same day of the root canal procedure. The assistant was very helpful, very funny, and answered all the questions I asked with patience and an experienced knowledge base. Dr. Isaacs made sure that I was numb to the point where I wouldn't feel a thing and that was great! The assistant reassured me that if I ever felt anything to just raise my hand, because they have a lot of tricks to ensure that pain was prevented. The procedure was a long one and I was there for a few hours. Dr. Isaacs was detailed-oriented and patient. He has a calmness and benevolence to him that makes me very happy to have him as my dentist. He was very diligent and wanted the crown to look very nice not just from the aesthetic point of view but also from the functional perspective. The crown was made at the office during the visit and I was done with everything by the end of the day. It's been just over a full day and while I am still a little tender the crown looks fantastic, it feels like the original tooth before the decay and I'm really happy with the treatment. My experience with Dr. Isaacs and his staff have led me to adopt a better hygiene plan to the point where I am excited to brush, floss, and mouthwash and I've not missed a beat ever since my first visit. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I wish Dr. Isaacs and his staff the very best.

David has been my dentist for many years. He helped with a deteriorating tooth that eventually needed to be pulled. Afterwards he and his team worked to install a dental implant. Am very happy with the care provided during the lengthy multi-step process. I should add that I expected to experience a certain amount of pain yet didn't experience any worth mentioning during any of the procedures. As odd as it sounds, the implant process was as "pain free" as one could ask. Am very happy with the result.

This past weekend I chipped my front tooth eating dried mango. It was a ceramic lumineer. I went in to have it looked at, and to my surprise it was fixed the same day. I was expecting to have to make a follow up appointment but Dr. Isaacs (my uncle) has available an on-site CNC mill that he loaded up with a 3D image of my damaged tooth. Within 3 hours I walked out there with a complete smile again. The staff was really great. I could tell Cathy, (dental assistant) had a lot of experience. She was able to match the color of my surrounding teeth after a few stain/polish cycles and I'm really happy with the results. All around, great experience and very professional!

Let me start by saying that I was one of those unlucky people who inherited terrible oral genetics -- my teeth never developed enamel. Ya know, the thing that protects your teeth from immediately turning into a dimpled, cavity-riddled nightmare. I don't have it. Every cleaning looks like a crime-scene. My teeth make the dentist and his crew work for it. + TEMPERAMENT / BEDSIDE MANNER + I've been to over a dozen dentists in my 31 years. They've all done their best, but they've all been average. That's not the case with Dr. Isaacs. He's an even-tempered guy with integrity and compassion. He's never made me feel ashamed of the state of my teeth. Every visit to the dentist for me has always required a new treatment, and he and his staff -- from my hygienist, Tracy, to the front office gals, like Tayler -- they are all sensitive to financial constraints when deciding what to do next. + FRONT-OFFICE / FINANCIAL EXPECTATIONS + The way he runs his office is exemplary. The woman at the front, Tayler, printed out my entire treatment plan and then hand-wrote notes on each visit to clarify exactly what was being proposed AND at what point my insurance would run out. I have complete and total clarity on what to expect financially. + PROCEDURES / EXPERTISE + So far, I've had a full crown and periodontics done at his office. The PERMANENT crown was done all the same day and it's beautiful. It matches my other teeth flawlessly. The care they take to match colors is truly a work of art. I even referred my mother (who lives 2 hours away) to come get her crown here and she is elated with how exceptional it is. Periodontics is a super painful procedure, but my hygienist, Tracy, is an angel. After Dr. Isaacs thoroughly and painlessly numbed me, she took over and was gentle, warm, and comforting. I can't imagine going to anyone other than her ever again. I have to get a tooth pulled from an old root canal from a prior dentist who did me wrong. But before scheduling me for that, he referred me to an Endodontist for a second opinion (he agreed). This demonstrated to me that not only is he humble enough to invite outside expert input, but he is clearly an expert in his own right since the Endodontist concurred with Dr. Isaacs. I'm on the hook for an extraction, a crown, and several deep cavities (and a replacement filling), so I will update this review as my treatment plan progresses. At this point, it's been as smooth as a trip to the dentist can be hoped for. Description of work: After a thorough consultation, together we developed a treatment plan that aligned with my financial realities. So far, I've had a full crown and periodontics done at his office. I will update this review as my treatment plan progresses (a tooth extraction, another crown, and several deep cavities).
