Clean facility,greeted upon entering the facility. Dental assistant was nice and friendly, honestly answered all my questions. Dr. B was great. Took an additional ex ray to show me his recommendations. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way. When I felt pain he immediately stopped and addressed my concerns. Fast, friendly, funny. Made getting a wisdom tooth pulled less scary. Called me to see how I was doing after the procedure. Thank you. I would recommend Clarity dental to everyone. Continue to make people Smiles pretty!!!!

For the first time in my life I wasn’t afraid. I don’t go to the dentist unless it’s an emergency because everytime I have a bad experience but everyone was so nice from the person at the front desk to the person that took my x-rays to the hygienist to the doctor. They constantly were making sure I was okay and comfortable. I needed an extraction and the doctor made sure I was numb before starting. I am very appreciative of that because I usually feel something. I have already scheduled my next appointment. Thank you for the best dental appointment I’ve ever had in my life!

I had my first visit with Clarity Dentistry today and was very pleased. The front desk staff were pleasant and got me right in for my check-up. My hygienist and the doctor were both very professional in their approach to evaluating my dental health but also spent some time in getting to know me. Has been my favorite dentist office probably ever. Everyone is friendly, and though I typically am only there every 6 months, I feel like I know the staff so well. And Dr. Bowen sticks to his word of not pushing unnecessary treatments, which is a welcome relief. I recommend them highly.

My absolute favorite dentist office. I moved a while ago, and have to commute over 40 minutes to make it to Clarity now, but it’s completely worth it. They’re always kind and on my team to help me in the most cost effective, painless way possible. From simple cleanings to root canals, I’ve had it done here, and I cannot recommend them more.

I have been going to the same dentist my whole life but moved making the drive over an hour away now, and their prices became so high. After hearing from a family member that she goes to Clarity Dentistry, my fiancé and I decided to try them out (his usual office was closing anyways). Everyone was so nice and friendly, very informative, and the process was so smooth. I also felt like they did a better job actually cleaning my teeth than my original office. Pricing was also extremely reasonable, as well, especially for someone who doesn’t have dental insurance. So so glad I made the switch!

Dr. Bowen saw me on an emergent basis this morning, working me in to his already full schedule and coming in early with his office staff. They were prompt, professional and worked diligently to relieve my pain as quickly as possible, including performing an emergent root canal. This was all done as a courtesy as I live on the North side and am not even a regular patient of his. You can't find this service (both professional and /or caring) anywhere. The office has earned my utmost respect and I highly recommend them!

I got my wisdom teeth pulled here on the 20th. It’s the 22nd now and I’m not doing bad at all! The procedure was so quick that I got all 4 pulled in 30 minutes. There was extremely minimal pain, and everyone that worked with me including Dr. Bowen made me feel much calmer and at ease. Not to mention their patience with many reschedules due to my mom’s unplanned surgery. I’m very appreciative of all of their help as I’m not dealing with much pain at all post surgery! All very nice people and very considerate of those like me who have dentist anxiety. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first experience with this company, staff was super nice and friendly, the dentist Ross seemed down to earth also easy to talk to. I’ve had issues with several dentist in past history. I have not been to a dentist office for many years. Honestly, I never enjoyed the experience. But recently I wanted to get an exam and cleaning so I started searching for a dentist office closer to where we live. I found the Clarity Dentist Office and likes the reviews. I was so right! I cannot say enough how enjoyable my experience was. From the receptionist, all the dental staff, to Dr. Ross, it was such a pleasant visit. If you go, Colleen was my hygienist and she was awesome! I definitely recommend this office!

Hands down the BEST dental crew/office that my entire family (of 5) have ever experienced. We've been seeing Dr. Bowen & his staff for over 3 years. Dr. Bowen sees the indivual in each patient & definitely goes 'above & beyond' for us. He, & the hygienists, are so thoughtful & great with kids, too. The office staff are all patient & professional. I absolutely love this dental office! I had my first appointment today and so did my 4 year old. Everyone in the office was so nice! They took time to make sure my son was comfortable for his 1st ever appointment, they had cartoons on as soon as he walked in the even pretended to clean his Spiderman's teeth and made him a balloon sword! Hands down the best dental experience I have EVER had!

Honestly, my experience here makes me feel silly for avoiding the dentist for so long (years... too many years). I was initially scheduled in September (it’s July) for a first visit. I asked to be called if there were cancellations and got in just a week later. Amazing follow through by the client liaison! I was very impressed with the technology used to confirm appointments and complete forms before my visit. Simplicity and ease 10/10. My X-rays, retainer cleaning, evaluation, and fluoride were completed seamlessly and the hygienist (Colleen, you rock girl!) was detail oriented - down to putting sunglasses on me so her headlamp didn’t blind me. Dr. Ross was kind and thorough - even checked on my experience with his team to call out any improvements on the spot. If you need a dentist in Franklin Township, Clarity Dentistry is a solid choice.

The staff at Clarity are all very friendly knowledgeable. They care about your overall health. If you have a concern they don’t know the answer to, they will do the research and get back to you. They list your options for care upfront and I have never felt pressured to make a decision. I also love the fact that they do not try to sale you extra services like whitening. They will answer your questions about such procedures, and help you make the best decisions for you. I have avoided going to the dentist for a long time because I get tired of the hidden agendas. I never feel like this office has anything but my best in mind.

I'm a returning patient. The first time I was a little reluctant because it wasn't going to be a 24-hour place where I get my dentures the next day. They accepted my insurance so I went through the weeks of appointments. Now I'm returning because the Dentures they made for me were lost in Texas. Even though I have to pay out of pocket this time, I would never go anywhere else. They are Simply the Best! They are worth the wait.(patience is not my virtue) They are Professional, friendly, and the work they do is second to no one! This will be the third set I've had made, The first ones I've ever paid for, & I drove a thousand miles to come back from Texas as opposed to going down to Mexico and getting a cheaper set. I always leave this office highly impressed at the professionalism and cleanliness of all the staff. I am so thankful that I found a dentist that is such a caring professional. You always hear about someone who was born to do a certain job. Well that is Dr. Bowen. I am 62 and have been to dozens of dentists in my lifetime and his demeanor and friendly personality are the best I have ever experienced. You can tell he really does care about his patients. What a real blessing Franklin Township has such a great dental doctor to turn to for our dental health needs.

I read reviews before deciding to go to Clarity, and I must say I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, beautiful facility, tv to watch during the cleaning, and I was in and out. Very happy with my decision. Update: October 15, 2020 (and still going to Clarity Dentistry since day 1), I had 2 small fillings done and a dent in my front tooth fixed. By far, THE best dental experience I have had in my 50 years of life! I was called today to see how I was doing, which is an awesome gesture and one that I've not experienced from a dentist office. Again, the entire staff is friendly and genuinely care about you experience in their office. I recommend EVERYONE to go to Clarity Dentistry!

We just started coming to Clarity Dental this past month but they have been great so far. My daughter has been twice now and Everytime has been a good experience. We were going to another dentist that was never efficient and if we made an appointment it didn't matter we waited at least an hour everytime to be seen even be seen. It was like they over booked. I had only been to the dentist once in 20 years and had quite a few issues with my teeth. The one trip I had made was for an emergency and just took care of a filling that fell out. The staff at clarity we’re all extremely friendly and helpful the quote that I received was much more reasonable than I anticipated and the course of action all seemed reasonable. In another couple of months I will have completed all the work that they suggested for cheaper than I would’ve ever imagined they worked with my insurance very well and even if I had not had insurance well it would’ve financially Been something I would have stretched out a little longer to be able to pay for everything it all would’ve still been very affordable compared to what I expected. The dentist who did my work called me the next day after both of my appointments to check on My condition and inquired as to if there was anything else that I had noticed that may need to be addressed. I could not recommend the more highly

I haven't been to a dentist in years because of multiple bad experiences. When I chipped a tooth (due to underlying decay), I called Clarity because my wife and kids went there in the past. I expected the same bad to not-as-bad experiences I've had in the past, but they are great. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been there twice now (I have a lot of work that needs to be done), and both times had stellar work done. Two extractions yesterday, and two fillings scheduled for next week, and I almost look forward to it. No more fear and trepidation about better oral health.

Very informative, walked me through every step, while also being concerned of my comfort in regular intervals. And it was the best, most thorough cleaning I've experienced. Did not leave any jagged plaque that was too difficult/took too long to remove like my last place. Overall, the place was transparent enough to walk me through my xray images and give me a breakdown of what I need and it's costs. My only regret was not asking more unrelated questions, like whitening options. Definitely can feel the care in what they do and how they can help you.

This place is very clean, has nice, new equipment, and the people are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I see them regularly for my checkups and they were able to get me in quickly when my crown came loose (a crown that was done by a different dental office). They do always recommend my husband and I get Invisalign every time we go. I’m not sure how much we actually need it, or if they offer that to most people.
