This is the nicest, most professional dental office I have ever been to! They make you feel important and comfortable from the moment you walk in until you walk out the door! Both of my children who are typically nervous at ANY type of medical office were completely comfortable and cracking jokes! Brenda is our hygienist and Dr. Matthys is our caregiver. I can't say enough nice things about New Teeth! Now we ALL love going to the dentist office! (Which is SO much more than just a dental office. Wow!) Highly recommend to anyone needing that extra special touch! The smile from daughter in the photo was just as big when we left!

The entire staff at New Teeth Dental are absolutely amazing. Our little ones love going to the dentist and the hygienist are so patient with all the questions they have about the different tools they use. The girls at the front desk are so kind and accommodating and Dr. Kalli is a wealth of knowledge. We make the drive from Katy so about 60 miles and we don’t mind the drive/distance because the level of care we receive is the best we’ve experienced in the dental world. I highly recommend going to get your teeth checked out here

This whole group is incredible. The staff are kind, attentive and so helpful. The facility is clean and has books for the the kids in the waiting area. I took 4 kids there and they did appointments back to back, had a movie playing and were so amazing explaining what was happening to the kiddos. My favorite is how focused Dr Hale is on breathing and mouth structure for children to help alleviate future issues. Best dentist ever !

Everyone here is great. I had to get a tooth implant after I had a tooth break on me and they were excellent through the whole process. I had to reschedule a couple times because of some issues and I was never felt to be an inconvenience. Also, one of my favorite things, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be brought back, they really respect your time and are always on the ball. Definitely recommended.

Hands down one of the best dental offices and total body health and wellness places around! From the beginning I have had nothing but great experiences with this office. The front staff is always polite, engaging, and informative. They make you feel welcome from the second you step in. The office is beautiful and well laid out. You don’t feel like you are cramped and sitting into the next patients room. The state of the art technology is great and I love that I am explained why they are taking or doing something and for what benefit it entails. The dental assistants and team members really cater to your needs and make sure you are doing well during your appointments, comfortable and all questions are answered. Dr. Matthys is doing my MRNA appliance and during the initial consultation I appreciated how she broke down my sleep study and explained why I would be a candidate for a sleep appliance and what benefits something like this would help me for my overall health and well being. During my appliance delivery, she was also there to make sure everything fit right and answered any questions or concerns. Looking forward to my journey and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for improvement in their sleep, airway, and overall health!

Had my first appointment at New Teeth this week and they were amazing! Lots of very kind people who were happy to answer all the questions I had about my teeth. The 3D scan technology they use to visualize your teeth is also EXTREMELY cool and helpful!

My normal dentist was unable to see me on short notice after tooth pain, and referred me to New Teeth Dental Solutions. They were able to see me immediately. Dr. Matthys quickly determined the culprit of a periapical abscess under a previously root canaled tooth. She assisted me with a immediate referral to a specialist endodontist and prescribed antibiotics to deal with the infection. After secondary swelling i became nervous, I called the dentist, hoping to be able to get in touch with anyone. She quickly came to the phone, addressed my concerns, and offered a easily understood explanation and a different antibiotic. Everyone at this dentist has been an absolute pleasure. Strongly considering a switch to this dentist which is 30 minutes from my home due to their professionalism and heart.

This place is great! Two of my children see Dr. Kalli Hale for VIVOS and have had amazing results. I bring my brother to Dr. Elliott and he is amazing (my brother has a primary immune deficiency that has an oral component along with it). Dr. Elliott is very knowledgeable and kind. I see Dr. Kyle Hale for an implant to replace a tooth that an endodontist refused to treat because it already had a root canal years ago. I refer everyone I know here!

I have very sensitive teeth and had bad experiences with other dentists. I was very nervous going to the dentist but had pain. I found this place. Every time I have been greeted so kindly. All the nurses and doctors have been caring and gentle, making sure I do not feel pain. I never feel rushed. They are very informative and take the time to answer my questions. They are clear up front of the pricing. Fair prices. I have gotten a crown and cleaning. I have been 4 times all great visits.

I'm so glad I took my newborn here to get a revision for this tongue tie release. I went to an ENT previously who clipped his tongue with scissors but still had pain with breastfeeding and difficulty with latching after the procedure. Then I went to see Dr. Kalli Hale who did a revision to his tongue and also fixed his upper lip tie using a laser. She explained the procedure and the importance of performing exercises afterwards to ensure that the scar did not form another tongue tie. Although the procedure was expensive, it was worth every penny and she followed up a week later to make sure everything was going well. All of their other staff was very professional and kind as well - from the first phone call to leaving the office.

We got our newborns lip tie fixed here and every single aspect of the visit was perfect. All of the staff was so nice, courteous and reassuring. I haven’t had dental insurance in years and had some work that needed to be done. I was very anxious about it and the staff here is absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, understood and cared for. I had two fillings done and they constantly made sure I wasn’t in pain and reassured me. We absolutely love everyone at New Teeth in League City! Everyone is always so sweet! You feel a genuine sense of care from everyone when you're there. We have seen Dr. Ng, Dr. Mathis and a quick visit with Dr. Kali. They have all been so patient and understanding with my kids. They take their time to make sure my daughter understands what they're doing, they let her ask questions, they listen to her if something hurts and they make sure she is comfortable before continuing. We live in Humble and happily drive almost an hour to this office and it's worth it every time. To say how great my experience was cannot contain the fullness of my first time there. The staff are unimaginable kind and super caring and truly want the best for their patients. My six year old had some issues with cavities and Dr. Hale helped us figure out the root cause and said she needed a tooth pillow. I switched to this location about 6 months ago and I am very happy I did! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and asked what you are there for. That’s huge for me because most places you go into make you wait without a greeting. My dental hygienist is very thorough and answers any questions I have and makes the experience personable. You really feel like you belong here and that they want you to be there! I also switched to new teeth dental because they use a more holistic approach. They check your blood pressure, the PH of your mouth and scan your mouth with a blue light. One thing I wish the dental hygienist would do is ask if you want fluoride before doing it and not assuming that every patient wants it. I personally do not use fluoride and have to tell them before they do it. It might be standard to just do it without asking, but it would be nice to be asked before hand because if I wouldn’t have known that’s what they were about to do, I would have gotten the fluoride without even knowing. But once I knew that’s what they were about to do, they had no issues with me saying I didn’t want it which is great! Overall highly recommend this dentist office!

I LOVE my dentist and everyone at New Teeth Dental. I see two different hygienists and they are both amazing and so caring, as are the staff. Having autoimmune issues has made me more sensitive to receiving dental care, so I absolutely love that I get modern, state of the art care, but with a holistic approach. Before moving to League City, I used to drive an hour to come to this dental office because they truly are a RARE clinic when it comes to honoring patient wishes and understanding the body and mouth from a holistic perspective. My little one is also taken care of here and the peace of mind I have is worth its weight in gold! If you haven't experienced a dental clinic with a biological dentist, you NEED to get to New Teeth Dental! I can't wait to start my Invisalign journey with them soon!

A1 experience here at New Teeth. I always used to cringe at the thought of having to go to the dentist. From the time I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Best dentist I've ever had! I had a dental emergency (snapped off a permanent crown while flossing) the week before Thanksgiving, not only did they fit me in the following day, they were beyond comforting! Sydney answered all of my questions, reassured me that they could fix it, she walked me though what to do until it could be fixed! Zero wait time, dental assistants are sweet as pie, and the dentist is calming, informative, polite and did amazing work. I've gone back for a second visit and Dr. Ng remember me by name and the service was as amazing as my emergency visit! I'm sending my husband to them! 100% recommend!

If your looking for a nice place that works with chickens, this is the place! I have fear anxiety and had horrible dental experiences as a child, that left me to afraid to take care of my teeth. I finally decided to tackle this task, and glad I Went to New Teeth and to Dr. Katie Matthys. She is very caring and explains everything and is very gentle and listens to all your questions. The staff is very friendly and will do whatever makes you most comfortable. They even play music for you or TV. They take their time, no rush and really pay attention to your comfort! They constantly ask if your ok as they go. The injection I was dreading did not even hurt!!!! She kept the syringe low so I did not even see it. I first went to Dr. Kalli Hale about 5 years ago when I wanted an old mercury filling safely removed. Going to New Teeth has been an absolutely wonderful experience from the beginning. She has always remembered my family and the details we've shared with her about our lives. When my oldest had cavities at 18 months, she was very conservative with treatment and I felt confident she was not going to scare me into anything that wasn't necessary. Now she is helping my oldest daughter with her airway issues and I am absolutely amazed and so thankful to see her adult teeth growing in straight. My husband and I could actually see a difference from the time she started wearing her "tooth pillow." Now my husband and I have both seen Dr. Ng for fillings and a deep cleaning. He is very skilled and we have appreciated his work on our teeth. When our 5 year old needed a couple of fillings done, we saw Dr. Matthys and she was so good with her! My daughter said she didn't feel any pain and said she wasn't scared because she "didn't have anything to be afraid of." There's so many more things I could say about New Teeth! Each experience has been absolutely delightful and we look forward to our appointments!

Fantastic dental office. Will recommend. The staff is friendly, patient, and accommodating. It's worth the drive from Pearland. Pricing- After getting a quote for significantly more money for expansion from a holistic dental office in Sugar Land, I found the dental office from the VIVOS website. I contacted 7-8 different dentists and their pricing is reasonable for this type of treatment. The office is very upfront and transparent with initial and replacement costs which was refreshing. They have reasonable pricing on tongue tie releases compared to other dental offices in Houston. Practice- Dr. Kalli Hale seems very knowledgeable about airway expansion. She found some issues with my oldest son (i.e. teeth grinding) that his previous dentist had not noticed. She has read James Nestor's book "Breath" and seems very up to date on the latest dentistry. The office has recommendations for ENTs for tongue tie releases and offers myofunctional therapy. Insurance- They don't take our dental insurance (i.e. DELTA dental). We drive from Pearland for the airway expansion/VIVOs system. Other holistic dental offices wouldn't help me file insurance claims and had me looking on google for codes to file on my insurance. Kailee Gibbs at NTDS put in a lot of leg work to get my expander filed against my health insurance over a 1-2 week time period. They successfully filed on my son's insurance for his expander. Thank you for all the help! Kailee called my previous dentist, ENT, and a sleep study MD to make this happen.

I have no idea where to start. First: This place makes you instantly feel at home. All it took was one visit before it felt like everyone knew who I was. When I walk in the door I am instantly greeted with a “hi michael, good to see you.” At first I thought they just memorized who came in at what times because there was no way every single person knew who I was. But it’s true. They do. And they make you feel like you are part of a family. 2nd: I used to hate going to the dentist. I’d always walk away on the verge of a panic attack because of how much my appointments hurt my teeth and made me bleed. Not here, they are super gentle and are sure to make you feel comfortable. I haven’t bled once nor have I walked away with my teeth in pain. It really helps ease my anxiety. If you have anxiety about the dentist I highly recommend here. 3rd: I have to rave about Dr. Hale specifically. She specializes in breathing and airway centered dentistry. I am currently wearing an appliance that is expanding my jaw in order to rid my airway obstruction. Dr. Hale has made this journey incredibly easy and has helped me want to take better care of myself. Just last month I was having issues with my appliance. I went to see her the day before she was leaving for vacation and she took time over the next two days, during her vacation, to personally check up on me and make sure My teeth were no longer hurting. I was truly amazed at the care she was giving me. I have never felt more at home at any kind of business then this one. Please consider giving this business a visit, you won’t regret it.

I can't say enough wonderful things and Dr. Kalli Hale and her office. We had just moved to the area and one of my daughters was having issues with her dental cage (used to stop her from sucking her thumb) . Dr. Hale saw us that week and it was discovered that (a) she was lip tied (b) her speech (c) her bedwetting was all due to the misplaced of her tongue -- mind blowing I know. We have since gotten her into a mouthpiece at night and she sees a myo therapist weekly. It's been amazing to see the improvement in her speech and her bedwetting is almost gone! She only has an accident when she doesn't wear the mouthpiece, and she no longer sleep walks. Fast forward... I just had another baby and my midwife discovered he was lip tied. Again I called the office and Dr. Hale saw him 2 days later. If you and your family aren't seeing Dr. Hale, you are not going to the right dentist 💞 She has seen all my children (ages 9, 6, 4, 1 and now our 2 week old)

When I was younger, I chipped one of my front teeth and had it fixed, but ever since I have hated going to the dentist because I fear that somehow my partially fake tooth will get ripped out during a cleaning. New Teeth hears my fear and genuinely wants to help me through it. Literally every single person I have spoken with at the office is so kind and welcoming! From booking my appointments with Cydni, to having Brenda clean my teeth (and getting a card in the mail after - so sweet!!), or getting a procedure done with Kim and Dr. Kalli, to getting a follow up call after the procedure from Veronica. They really care about their patients, before, during, and after their visits! I have also had my teeth cleaned by other people (I just can’t remember their names…) and seen Dr. Jetton and Dr. Ng. Just to share my story. My son was 12 when we found Dr Hale at New Teeth. He had a tongue tie release about 6 months prior with Dr Garrett. We had went to 3 orthodontist consultations that were wanting to pull 4 healthy teeth due to my son’s mouth being so small with a narrow palate (due to his previous tongue tie.) He has had phase 1 braces and expander previously at age 9, which was supposed to help with this, but obviously did not. I did not feel comfortable with pulling his teeth and felt this plan was outdated. I am lucky I have a lot of knowledge in tongue ties, due to me being a lactation consultant. I asked Dr Garrett is she knew any airway centered dentist in the area and I am so glad I did! Finding Dr Hale as been a blessing!!! She explained she can put expanders on the top and bottom to help with crowding. The progress has been amazing! Treatment is still ongoing, but she does not believe my son will even need braces anymore! I would encourage any parent whose child needs braces to get more than 1-2 consults and follow your gut! New Teeth Dental is cutting edge! Not only is Dr Hale an amazing doctor, but also very sweet along with all her staff!

I drive over 4 hours to see Dr. Hale, Jackie and the rest of the staff at New Teeth. I starting going to Dr. Hale when I lived in Houston several years ago. I moved to the DFW area and visited a couple different dentist in the area. Funny, every time I tried a new dentist they always found something new that needed to be fixed and new procedure they suggested I try which may or may not be fully covered by insurance. I always get the straight up truth from New Teeth. Yes, there are always new techniques and ways to do things in the industry and the New Teeth staff always are on top of the techniques and equipment, but they are always up front on what the advantages and disadvantages are and what the cost is. NEVER any surprises! This week, after several delays on my part, I was finally was able to get into the office for a cleaning and some work I needed done about 6 months ago. Eight months pregnant and Dr. Hale took care of me. Three hours in the chair and no lunch, what a trooper! Thank you Dr. Hale and Jackie for your continued professionalism and patient care. The four hours in the car will always be worth the time and effort to me knowing I am being taken care of.

I honestly hate going to the dentist, ever since I was a child. The experience was pretty traumatic for me, and I hate to say I’ve neglected going very much as an adult, because my fear was so great. Last year I finally decided to address the dental issues and my fear. I saw the reviews on this facility and decided to give it a shot. I am here 7 months later and still have more work to do, but I am getting it all done. And I wouldn’t have been back , like many other places I tried & failed to reschedule, had the Dr. Nygun, and his staff not been so accommodating...they really seem to care and all have been trained well. While I don’t “enjoy” or “like” going to the dentist, this is about as good as it gets.

From the first phone call to the latest visit everyone I encountered was amazing! Dr. Hale fixed my 3 week old baby’s lip and tongue tie in a matter of minuets. I was able to hold him the entire time and breast feed right away. She was informative on what to look for and what to expect with an amazingly accurate time line. And even allowed an after hours visit (her day off and the office was closed!) to ease my concerns! The staff was also incredibly helpful especially when it came to dealing multiple insurances. After hearing that I also had a fairly small toddler and was having difficulty finding toothbrushes small enough for her they gave me a couple of small toothbrushes for her to try. I recently completed two appointments at the League City location; first was cleaning, like always was a snap and a couple weeks later two extractions, one which we knew might be a bit difficult. The extractions also went well, even though I had considerable anxiety as I recalled the extraction of another difficult tooth many years ago. I'm probably the biggest baby when it comes to dentist. I had a major infection in my tooth, and I thought taking some antibiotics would kill the infection. I was unfortunately wrong, and unfortunately it got to the point where my entire face was swollen. I've heard great things about this particular dentist, and I had no choice but to go. I'm so glad I did! I hate that I can't remember the name of the dentist that helped me ( he was a younger male with an unusual name ) but him, and the entire staff did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. He asked several questions to make sure I was okay during the procedure, and made sure I felt no pain. What a relief to go to a dentist who cares more about how you feel, then just getting a "job" done. I have found my life time dentist.

I have been a patient here for 25+ years. Most recently I was having some pain with some very old fillings from my teenage years. They were the old silver fillings which are technically mercury amalgam fillings. There are mixed opinions (FDA etc) on the removal of these fillings for health reasons. I had seven in my mouth (both sides; upper and lower) and decided to have them removed because of the tooth sensitivity I was having that I mentioned above. They gave me the choice to have all of mine done at one time or on multiple appointments. I decided to suck it up and have all seven done at one time. With the help of nitrous, I got through the appointment in about 2 1/2 hours. Come to find out, when Dr. Hale removed them, she found additional decay and cavities underneath the old mercury fillings, hence the sensitivity. Having that much done in one day can leave your jaw sore for a couple of days but I wanted to get it over with. I did go back in the next day for them to adjust my bite again simply because the day of the procedure, my mouth was so numb I could not bite properly for them to truly get a good fit on the new fillings. The second day took about 10 minutes and was painless. I will also say that New Teeth has never suggested work that needed to be done that wasn't actually needed. I have never had "phantom" cavities. If you are reading this review and are looking for a second opinion on potential dental work, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice. They do accept most insurances.

This is a legitimate biological dentist and is suited for anyone and everyone. They are professional and VERY polite. We drive almost 2 hrs to go to a biological dentist. If you are not familiar with what that is, look it up. Basically mercury is not used here and is removed safely if you have amalgum (mercury). We are VERY PLEASED with New Teeth and have seen Dr. Jetton twice for my whole family. We havent seen Dr. Kalli yet, who is the actual biological dentist, but will soon. Very good experiences!

I read on here someone is the biggest baby when it come to going to the dentist but I think I got them beat...I too had an infection thought i'd self medicate with some antibiotics I already had that wasnt expired...well big mistake it only got worse my cheek swole up...so I went to another dentist (because they were open on a saturday) they referred me to an oral surgeon but I came here instead and I am so happy I did...They are all so amazing especially Dr Jetton and the manager, Jackie. I feel at home in their office...They aren't rushed they explain everything and aren't there to over sale anything actually he was trying to get me to not do unnecessary extra stuff the other office suggested...They are more worried about doing the work that needs to be done instead of just making money...I will be getting 4 extraction 2 fillings all under iv sedation (outside anesthesiologists come in just for this) on Valentine's day so when it's done i'll update my review...So far if I could give more stars I would...Thank you New Teeth Solutions for being so caring and explaining everything in detail all my options...Actually oddly look forward to getting all this finally done
