Professional and personable staff. They make sure you know what your out of pocket responsibility is upfront so you don't feel blindsided. The hygienists never rush through the cleanings, the pride they take in their profession is clearly shown. The doctors are top notch, especially Dr Robert Katz. He's going to make sure that you have the smile you want. He is patient, listens and responds to your concerns.

As a child I was horrible keeping up dental care. I paid for it when I ended up needing a root canal years later. Dr. Katz was patient explaining everything and took the stigma and fright of that procedure away. That was 26 years ago. Since then I have needed other procedures and have had wonderful outcomes. If you need a dentist, I would highly recommend this practice. Now that his son is in the practice, there are 2 great doctors and wonderful hygienists. All the staff is friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong here!

I am very pleased with my recent treatment I received from Dr. Reza. He is very professional and knowledgeable and has friendly bed side manner. I was seen to have my wisdom teeth removed. I was scheduled two separate appointments for each side of my mouth. When I expressed my concerns to Dr. Reza he ensured me that he had performed thousands of oral extractions and was sincere in providing me with quality care. Amanda, the assistant was also very friendly. She went over the care instructions several times to ensure I understood how to care for my wounds at home. The receptionist is also very dilligent and organized. She sends out frequent reminder text messages and calls for follow-up appointments. I will say the staff is really what makes this office worth while. The aesthetics of the office could use a little love.

Summary: An exceptional dental care team 12-23-2020 Update: I had a pain free cavity filling session this afternoon by Dr. Katz. The service I received was fantastic. I highly recommend Farmington Avenue Dental Care. They are the best. They emphasize the use of PPE and shields to keep their clients and themselves safe. I felt very comfortable during my visit today. I received the same excellent dental care and friendly customer service as always. I highly recommend them.

I have to say I'm not the best at my dental upkeep and a good part of that is the terrible dental care I've received throughout the years. Which resulted in only going when I absolutely needed it. I had a tooth that had cracked in half, with a piece had fallen out, with a bad amount of cavity happening. This office was AMAZING, I can't stress that enough. The staff was great and friendly, most importantly non judgemental. And the procedure was smooth and painless. It's over an hour since I left and still there's no pain. I was referred to this office from a friend and I will definitely be coming back as a regular patient and not just for my post op. Thank you for such great care today 💜

I have had good fortune of having Dr. Katz’s Farmington Avenue Dental Care in Hartford, West Hartford area as my dentist. I went to Dr. Katz’s dental clinic on Farmington Ave Dental Care with throbbing pain on my tooth dice few days and after careful evaluation and consultation Dr. Reza and Heather took care of my tooth with necessary procedure of root canal, filling crown and prescription and I walked out relieved. It was amazing. Dr. Reza And Heather were good with handling my dental needs with care. I recommend my friends and family to this office.
