The staff at this office is extremely kind and helpful. I brought in a patient with special needs and I couldn’t believe the patience, respect and compassion exhibited by The Dentist and his assistants. They handled the challenge with great professionalism and heart. Such mannerisms are hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!

I been coming here for years and always had such a great experience the staff is wonderful including the girls in the front Saribel and Jazmin. I did for the first time had a bad experience with Dr. Jung he didn’t numb me enough and when I told him he seemed bothered and annoyed he was rude and didn’t finish the work completely when I had an appointment for it. He was very unprofessional gossiping about staff while he was working on me his assistant seemed uncomfortable that he was gossiping. Overall I love this place but while never go to dr. Jung again!

I felt very insecure about my first visit. I havent had dental insurance for many years so I knew it would reflect on what these professionals were going to see. The staff were very professional but in a personable way. The dental assistant explained all that she was doing and explained what the purpose of it was and what the outcome would be. The dentist explained the treatment plan and it eased my anxieties. The front staff was a very friendly and informative young lady that was also super helpful.

I def rec here i been coming here for over 21 years i never had issue or any complaints. There all great and nice. I been bringing my 9 year old daughter since she started seeing the dentist. She likes here too cause ladies and dentist make her laugh so thanks Care Dental Ctr A++++++++++

I was a patient of Dr. Cho in New London CT.. Having a history in the dental office field some time ago, it didn't take long to recognize how skilled of a provider he was. Upon learning that he had relocated to the Hartford office, the distance was a non consideration.. I would be more than inclined to make the drive. I just had two crowns inserted which I drove one hour to Hartford because I only wanted Dr Cho to do them. They are perfect! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Even with all of the grinding sounds and instruments, I felt nothing! I may as well been resting in a beach hammock!

Love it, first place I go and the cleaning in your theet are so good, and the doctor that filled my cavities OMG great hands didn't hurt nothing and believe me I panic Everytime I go to the dentist but I will definitely recommend this place ❤️

Front desk is very nice and accommodating. Bilingual if anyone speaks only Spanish. I've been going here for about 10 years. They've been spot on about my filings and 2 root canals. One of my filings got loose last year and they fixed it right away. Thier work lasts. Open on the weekend. Attendance is key so arrive on time and you get seen on time. Even when I call and say I'm going to be late I am seen very quickly. I've made appts in the morning and afternoon. In the morning they are usually busy so dont be late. They take state insurance. I've referred 3 people here and they love how clean thier teeth feels after. Seriously highly recommend.

My sister had an appointment today and the wait was not long. When she was called in, they took the time to answer our questions in detail before proceeding pulling one of her teeth . My sister got sick after the procedure and they were very attractive. They are very professional and you are treated with respect .

Very good Services!. I always feel I'm in good hands at Care Dental. My teeth are clean and well examined every time. Appointments are easy to make, the facility is clean, with well lit parking in the front. The staff is friendly and respectful they have a diverse bilingual staff as well. All forms of insurance is accepted, adults and children are always welcome.

I have had a very good experience at Care Dental in Hartford, CT. I came in with a lot of problems and had terrible dentists in the past.. So I went there very scared but the Dentist Dr. Lee was really great explaining everything to me and a treatment plan which I have been doing. I did have to have a tooth in back extracted. Dr. Lee was gentle and it went so smooth. Then my second visit I meet with another Dentist who is the owner but I forget his name. I had some cavities, but they are so caring and compassionate people. I hope to have more good results as my treatment is on going. I never write about service but I thought I should tell people who are scared to see the Dentist and put it off not anymore and go to Care Dental in Htfd CT.
