Everyone was exceptional. Dr. Zimmerman's assistant was phenomenal. She made sure I knew exactly what was occurring. The front office staff worked me in on a very short notice even though I had never been there before. I am new to the area but have found my new dentist family. Dr. Zimmerman put me at ease while the work was being performed. I could go on and on about how important customer service was to them. All I can say is Thank You for being there when I needed you.

I got fitted for a permanent bridge yesterday. I was a little nervous about it after being there for 2 hours in the chair, I came out of there feeling totally confident about the work they were doing. It was quite amazing what all goes in to the work, making the impressions and all. The staff is so knowledgeable and so kind. Dr Zimmerman is a great dentist, as well. Took my boyfriend here, who is extremely afraid of the dentist! The ENTIRE staff was exceptional!! The office didn't even smell like a dentist, which I was expecting (latex gloves and fluoride). I have severe dental anxiety. Many dentists have tried to comfort me by telling me I didn't need to worry or fear. Low and behold, I would have a terrible experience one way or the other. Zimmerman dentistry is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, and they were truly sincere about my anxiety. I've always feared going to the dentist, but those fears have been put to rest by Zimmerman. Hands down best on the coast. Entire staff is friendly and caring.

I have always had a good experience when O go to this dental office. Dr Zimmerman is very good and has always treated me as if I was his #1 patient, I have had a lot of work done through this clinic and I always return for more services. Today, however, Dr Zimmerman was not in and he had another dentist in there for him. I do not remember his name but he was also very good. He made me feel very comfortable. His bedside manner was over the top. He was very professional and he did an excellent job on my procedure. Everyone at the Zimmerman Clinic is very friendly, Courteous, and most of all very professional.

Best dental experience, ever! I have always had bad teeth, since I had baby teeth my teeth were just bad. I've had a fear of dentists since I was a little girl and my uncle was my dentist so he didn't have to have any sort of bedside manner. I had a filling done yesterday and the entire experience was very warm and welcoming. Everyone asked how I was doing and if I was comfortable. I will need some pretty extensive future work done and when discussing this with Dr. Jeff Zimmerman and the hygienist, we all came up with a game plan together. They listened to me and I felt like I was part of the decisions. I haven't had much of that before and I've been to dentists many times in many states. I would think anyone who has a fear of the dentist should visit Dr. Zimmerman. He is wonderful and I'm so grateful!

At Zimmerman Dentistry you will feel as though you’re part of the family. Always greeted with a smile, always friendly and always concern about your overall well being. I’ve been to others here in Gulfport and this is by far the best move I could have ever made! One of the other Dentist I was seeing , basically wanted me to rob Peter to pay Paul ( if you no what I mean) but the prices here are very affordable. First time with hygienist Sonia was a good experience. While taking numerous x-rays she gave encouraging feedback and answered my questions. Both she and Dr. Jeff offered a couple options for handling an issue and thankfully, he will perform the one I favor. Betty was helpful in checking insurance, confirming coverage and setting up a short appointment. Really appreciate these people and their skills. Hope rhey remain in business a long time.

Wow, what a great bunch of professionals. My wife and I went in there to get some dental work done, we are only in this area for a short time and the DR. and his whole staff went out of their way to recommend a treatment plan and a way to get it done in our short time line. I have seen Dr Jeff for cleanings for about a year now and have had an old filling replaced. I have had no problems with any procedures. The staff is always friendly & helpful, and everything appears to be clean. They are making the dental experiences as pleasant as possible. Fast forward to my dental appointment, first available time during pandemic. The staff had taken necessary precautions to make patients feel safe. Front door was locked, one person at a time was let in after having been screened, temp taken, etc. My hygienist, Sonya, spent extra time with my cleaning since I was overdue. I had no uneasy feelings and no problems. Overall, a five star experience. A few months later, I had an issue going on that I had concerns about, could be serious trouble. I had a consult and I could not believe how much time Dr Jeff & his assistant Terri spent with me. They answered all my questions with thoughtfulness and common sense and I know their solutions are the right thing for me. Still a 5-star experience.

The pricing is fair, the dentist and assistants are kind and attentive, they have nice music in the background, and they let you know should you have any issues to call them and they’ll fix it. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and get in on schedule. My body rejected my broken tooth so I was given the choice to have it pulled or do a root canal to save the tooth. The root canal is a process but completed without pain. 11-4-19 Gulfport 10am My experience today was positive. 5 stars for sure. I will return in 6 months. I have a dental office within steps of my work office and I would choose to come here any day! Best hygenist ever. She did an amazing job. She left absolutely no tooth untouched! She didn't come to play with any tarter....ok! I have Always Dental. Zero dollar copay. Paperwork took about 6 minutes. Called back within minutes of my appointment (My fault. I could have been a few minutes earlier.) Full mouth xrays, deep cleaning, bite wings, routine stuff, goodie bag, etc.... I was able to schedule my 6 month follow up before I left the dental chair. I got several text messages before to remind me and confirm and 2 after thanking me. The doctor was nice, but the Hygenist put in work. It had been 10 plus years since my last exam. She encourage me to continue what I was doing and added a few extra things. Overall...great visit. No cavities! Yeaaas me!!! Psssst...! The hygenist is like Santa. She can tell if you're naughty or nice. My hygenist could tell I floss, but she could tell I used floss picks more often. Anything is better than nothing, but flossing is better. Update: 2nd time back. More of the same. All went well. Great over all visit and experience. I would recommend them. 6-29-2020. 1-17-22 This is maybe my 5th or 6th appointment. I go in twice a year for normal stuff. I just hope my job does not change my insurance. I don’t want to go anywhere else to be honest. If you need a dentist and hygienist, I recommend Zimmerman. They really do treat you with kindness and professionalism. 7-25-22. I don’t know why y’all keep sending me this survey. Still, I am singing your praises. I am always happy with my visit and attention to details. Full mouth cleaning and check up. All is well. If my insurance would cover 4 times a year for cleanings, I wouldn’t hesitate going 4 times a year. I hope my insurance carrier doesn’t change. I will be so angry if I had to switch dentist offices. The dentist is sweet and I’m sure he is excellent at what he does. But it’s the hygienist for me! Quick, kind, and thorough.Thanks guys. See you all in February!

It has been a minute since I was in there to see Sonya and Dr Jeff, so I was nervous. I knew the build up was bad. It was BAD. However, Sonya took her time and was just as gentle and thorough as ever. I kept telling her she needed to "Let it go". As usual, that is not who she is and she did her usual outstanding job and ended up staying later than scheduled to finish. If you are looking for a dental practice that goes beyond caring and is highly professional, you need to look no further than to Dr. Zimmerman and his staff And they are very forgiving for staying away for far too long. 😀

First of all THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! I look at what an amazing job they did on fixing the cavities l had in the front of my mouth. They made them look perfect and natural. I have a vitamin deficiency that is eating away at my teeth and these cavities were huge and had eaten away a big portion of the teeth next to my front teeth. We don't have a lot of money and they did it for a price we could afford and did them perfect! They don't drown you in extra costs and let you put your money into the work that needs to be done! Helped me get an appointment within a couple days! When I arrived for my appointment, they gave me a room right away, and even though it was a difficult extraction, they didn't have me wait long at all. Gave me the prescriptions I needed, and gave me the adequate information for the after care! Overall they took care of me, because I had seen a dentist in Salt Lake City when I was there, and couldn't do the extraction, so I'm very relieved they could! This is my second extraction, and my whole family goes to them! Thanks again!

Always greeted by a friendly staff. Dr. Zimmerman is thorough and explains exactly what he is doing. I've found my dentist office!!! Visit for implant crown was horrible. First tech wedged crown. Dr. said a tight fit was good. Second tech made sure the fit was better. However gum line exposed to food as experienced today. Given option to redo crown. However traveling next month. 700.00 for crown that is not good hurts.

Not very comfortable with being at the dentist due to my gag reflex. However, Farah, with her knowledge and experience (12 years if I remember correctly), made my experience more comfortable. Taking pictures of my teeth was the most troubling. Fortunately, the teeth cleaning was a breeze. She was careful to not to touch the tongue, which triggers the reflex. And Farah even suggested ways to keep my mind off the cleaning so it makes the process easier. The staff was very kind and helpful. Place is cleaning and the wait wasn’t long. I am happy I chose this clinic and looking forward to going back, which is something I didn’t think I would ever say. I am even recommending a friend to this location as well.
