Had to find a new dentist because of my new insurance since I retired. Pure Smiles was in my network and went today for my first visit. These people were so very nice and very professional. They made you feel so welcome. I’m so glad I chose Pure Smiles and WILL recommend them to all my family and friends. You hardly ever find family friendly offices anymore, but this is one for sure!

This was my first visit at Pure Smiles. The name of the business, attracted my attention to them. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of their field of expertise. Soon as I opened the door, I felt very comfortable and welcome. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Kim, the hygienist and Michelle, the dentist were very thorough with explaining to me my diagnosis and what needs to be done to make me have a better and pure smile. They took lots of time with me and made me feel important. Staff there are a true example of professionalism. I highly recommend anyone to come to them for dental care. The name speaks for itself. They're AWESOME!!!

I've been going to this dentist office since I've been in elementary school and now I'm an adult. Even living overseas I would wait for my once a year visit back to America for my checkups and dental work (a broken tooth or crown) at pure smiles because I won't go to another dentist. I trust them. They are very gentle (like no pain) and personable and I can relax in their chair and just let them do their work. With not even a cavity since my teens how many people can say they look forward to going to their dental checkups. I can.

The first thing I noticed when I went for my visit at Pure Smiles was how clean looking and smelling it was. The next was how beautiful the lobby was. I was there to have a very old filling replaced. The assistant was very nice, friendly and professional. The dentist was also. Most importantly they did not hurt me. The filling was done in no time and I actually enjoyed the ladies. The front desk is organized, knowledgeable about insurance, and professional. Not to mention just plain nice. To say the least I have a new dental home.

Going to the dentist is not everyone's favorite day and I am a perfect example of terrified, but the small cozy office is very welcoming and stylish and the staff is so wonderful they completely put you at ease and do an amazing job! The receptionist and the hygienist (I had the pleasure of receiving services from) were absolutely welcoming and helpful in answering my questions. I don't know if any of you get anxious about visiting the dentist office for even a routine teeth cleaning but personally I am. All the staff and Michelle made me feel relaxed and comfortable the entire visit and made sure I always felt comfortable and relaxed. I had a return visit for a cavity and a crown procedure and experienced the same friendly and caring service. They are also very prompt on getting all customers on time for the scheduled appointment time. A very professional and courteous operation. This is first dentistry I have been to in a long time. Dr. Gilich and all of her staff are very professional and kind. They take time to explain everything to you, answer any questions you may have, and make sure that you are comfortable throughout your entire visit. At the end of the visit they don’t rush you out like doctors or other dental places, which is nice and makes you feel valued, instead they help with any last minute questions and let you know that you can call if you need anything. The prices are very reasonable and they also offer a plan that gives you 2 cleanings, an emergency visit, and 20% off of certain things. If you do not have dental insurance, that is worth getting because it goes a long way! This is by far the best dentist office and staff anybody could ask for. Anybody looking for a good dentistry, look no further than Pure Smiles!

I had to make an appt short notice before I moved. As a new patient and the clinic knowing I was leaving the area, the staff and doctor fit me in the day I called for my exam and cleaning and were also able to get me in for my cavities almost immediately. The did a phenomenal job and the composite looks amazing, no grey or silver from the amalgam fillings others use. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to establish a dentist. Oh, and very military friendly!

I'd like to first state that I have no recollection of ever going to the dentist office prior to this visit. The reason for not going has always been fear of how painful stories at the dentist usually are. The reality of the visit at Pure Smiles was the complete opposite though! The staff was very warming, like family, and did not hesitate to make me feel comfortable and at ease with the visit. I originally came in for a whitening but after review the dentist (Michelle Gilich) and hygienist (Cindy Le) agreed I needed a deep clean. I was pretty hesitant in agreeing, but after a detailed explanation I immediately agreed to it. Now I'm not sure how most offices take care of their patients but once again I was treated very welcomed when I came back in for the rescheduled appt for my teeth. Miss Le was able to get me cleaned and taught me a few things to prevent future build up of calculus. I have another appointment in 6 weeks and I can honestly say I can't wait!

I've been wanting Invisalign for a long time. In fact, I've had 2 different consultations in the last 6 years - one with a general dentist and one with an orthodontist; however, the cost was always too much for my family's budget. I mentioned my desire for orthodontics at my first appointment with Dr. Gillich, and she mentioned she was an Invisalign provider. She explained how closely she worked with the Invisalign company, and after her amazing staff worked with my insurance company to ensure coverage, I was convinced I was in good hands. Genuinely wonderful experience. The Air Force didn't have a doc to do my annuals so they made most of seek civilian care. I've never been a fan or kept up with dental care but they team here was so lovely. The location was clean and well decorated and my dental hygienist was personable, patient and kind. We're actually relocating out of the area soon but I may just have to make the trip back and start keeping up with this. 10/10
