I am over the age of 50 and this is the one and only time I have received a phone call from the doctor himself checking on me the day I had my surgery. I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Harborview and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The staff was all very patient, kind, and detailed. They were able to answer all my questions I had before and after the surgery. I was a bit nervous for this procedure but Dr. Rosetti and his staff made me feel at ease. A few hours after the surgery Dr. Rosetti calls his patients to be sure they are doing fine once they have made it home. This is the only doctor's office I have been to that does this. 1000/10! I was fortunate enough to only have two of my wisdom teeth come in, but I became even luckier when I was referred to the marvelous Dr. Rosetti! Everything went smoothly and I’m healing up nice. Had little to no pain. Definitely a 100% stress free oral surgery. (Even though I have a fear of dentists!!!!!!!!!! 😅) I highly recommend making an appointment with Harbor View. Their clinic is cozy, the staff is very friendly and they were always willing to help me. All questions I asked were answered and reassurance washed over all my concerns. It was very pleasant thr surgery I felt numb for the few days but it was normal but they doctor said it’s okay to feel numb because you’ll take the medicine to make sure that your pain is manageable. Everyone on staff is really nice. My first initial visit I had to wait for quite a bit after my appt time (there must have been an emergency, he made up for it with how great he was!) but for my actual surgical procedure he had me in and out. Let me start by saying this office is wonderful. Before I knew about this office, I tried one other place. I had a lot of trouble with getting them to put my information in their system so that I could have my oral surgery. I called every week for about a month. They always promised to put my information in and call me with information, but they never did. After I realized that I wasn’t being taken seriously, I went on a search for a new place, and I was recommended Harborview in Gulfport. From the beginning, I felt important and prioritized, and I had a perfect operation and recovery. Highly recommend!!!

Quick and Easy! It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed and I’ve had no issues! The best part is the “ goodie bag” they send you home with after the surgery. It has everything you need and clear instructions on what do for the next 2 weeks. Which is really helpful considering you are a bit confused until the anesthesia wears off! Over all a really good experience, surgery was fast, very minimal pain, and the doctors were really good. So I’d say a very good experience except the fact that they didn’t call me back like i was told they would when my medication was making me very ill. I had called them before they closed on a Thursday, no answer, 2 times. Then I called before they closed early in the morning on a Friday, got ahold of someone who said they’d have a nurse call me back, and they never did, and I was very scared due to how sick the medicine made me. The nurse I did talk too for my check up though was very thoughtful and sweet about it all though.

What an experience! This is an incredible practice and staff that live up to the standard of excellence. They have been super informative, accommodating, and even caring after the surgery. As far as some of the negative reviews saying “the place is too small” or that “they ought to grow larger,” sometimes larger is not the answer. In a smaller, more intimate setting, the staff can actually focus on caring for the patient rather than protecting profit margins and paying bills. I had my first ever major surgery yesterday morning (wisdom extraction for all 4 teeth). I was very nervous the night before but I was able to take Valium the morning of surgery to calm my nerves and all of the staff was easy-going. They all made sure to answer any questions I had. Surgery only took about 45 minutes. I felt great until I did have issues later that night & the following day (today) with the pain medicines not working well but M(r)s. Mary answered my phone call at 10pm the first night, called me at 7am and again at 12pm the next day to check on me and Dr. Rossetti gave me different prescriptions by 12:30. I was blown away with how fast they are in what they do. I’ve never had a doctor’s office treat me as good as this place has. I didn’t feel like a patient—I felt like family. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your oral and facial surgeries. I know I will be referring this place to anyone who will listen. LoL.

Awesome experience here. My 12 year had 4 teeth removed due to braces. The whole operation took about half an hour. They gave us a list of acceptable post surgery food items which made it easy for us to know what she could and could not eat. She was back up and running the next day. Pretty quick and informative follow up appointment as well.

Took the meds before my wisdom tooth extraction and everything on the day of the surgery went as planned. 3 days later I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. My son recently had all four of his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Rosetti and all of the staff at Harborview Oral Surgery were incredibly efficient, helpful, professional, and friendly. They have this down to a fine science. Appointment times were flexible and we were seen on time! No long waits which is a nice change. Detailed instructions were given both before and after surgery. They were always just a phone call away with any questions during recovery. My son had a problem with one of the pain mediations and the staff took care of it ASAP getting a different medication that worked better for him. Of course it's no fun getting your wisdom teeth out, but it's reassuring to know that you are in good hands at Harborview with Dr. Rosetta. I highly recommended them!

Expectations and preparation were very well communicated for her to have the best recovery. And she did! The appointment was morning of that flooding rainstorm in Gulfport. Anyone who is nervous or has anxiety about the surgery or the anesthesia you have no worries. I went in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed and 1 was broken . I was very happy afterwards. I remember coming in going to the back getting in the chair getting the gas and I.V. it felt like I was out for 5 or 10 minutes and I woke up with no pain from any of it. I followed the instructions given to me for healing and there was only minor pain that with pain meds isn't real bad I was back to normal after about a week.
