Not sure how Dr V could have anything short of 5⭐️. He is one of the kindest, most thorough(yet speedy), and extremely knowledgable dentist. He makes you feel like you’re important and heard. Dr V took over my old dentist practice and with any change of a provider there is a little hesitation. Dr V has honestly been one of the best dentist I’ve had. He has completed anything from a filling to wisdom teeth extractions. He does all his procedures with extreme kindness for the person receiving the treatment. I can not forget to mention his staff (most who have stayed from the previous dentist) are all angels!

I'm so glad we found Dr Mitch! I can honestly say he is one of the best dentists I've ever had. Here's why: he has always been punctual, he genuinely cares about my dental needs, always discusses options when there are any, his wonderful staff takes care of the insurance billing and when there was a problem with my billing (on the insurances end) they got it taken care of. Now, the most important fact for me is he is gentle and is always checking in with me to make sure I'm ok and not uncomfortable when working in my mouth! Believe me, I'm a chicken for pain and I've never left his office crying! Kudos Dr Mitch! I'll be forever grateful 🙏

FEAR!! That's what came to mind about finding a dentist. All my fears began to fade away when I walked into this dentist office. With the warm receptionist to greet you and an overall feeling of calmness in the office I knew I was in the right place. The dentist makes you feel at ease and there's no judgement. I was embarrassed by my teeth but they assured me that down the road I would have a new smile. I had 11 teeth pulled, cavities filled and I was fitted for a partial. Thank you Doctor Vander Baan for making it practically painless and giving me a little spa treatment. Everyone in the office celebrated my new healthy smile!

When my former dentist retired, he recommended Dr. Lambert. I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to see Tom, a man I have known on and off as casual friends for over 30 years. My wife has sensitive teeth and difficult dental needs; after one visit we both knew Tom would be our new dentist. Their entire team does great work, as they are very diligent and display excellent professional care to our special needs. At our last visit, when entering the lobby, we were greeted and waited only a few minutes. The receptionist and staff were pleasant and courteous. Our dental records were transferred from our former dentist. This summer my employer had changed to different dental insurance and the office staff updated our records without any issue. We were pleased to see that all rooms were very clean and now have specially installed air purifiers in every patient room. I can sense the staff are diligent in cleaning, as sanitation is important for good patient care. The dental hygienists were kind and very informative. Dr. Lambert took the time to explain and answer all our questions. I felt we got excellent service in a safe, pleasant, CLEAN professional environment. Tom is now our new, permanent family dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Lambert for many years and I have loved every visit from day 1. Not only are the staff humbly friendly, they make you feel as comfortable as possible during your visit. I'm immediately offered a blanket, warm neck wrap and optional hand waxing. I recently completed Invisalign and of course walked away not only with straight teeth, but a crazy amount of cavities. I had three different visits within about a month to fill said cavities. Dr. Vander Baan exceeded my expectations with each visit! Dr. Lambert and his team are the bomb dot com! I get a bit nervous going to the dentist and they make sure I'm comfortable during every visit. They even have television monitors in each room so that you can get lost in an HGTV show during your cleanings or procedures - I consider this to be the height of luxury! I really do recommend Dr. Lambert if you are looking for a dentist who is down to earth, that will listen to your concerns and make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Lambert is the best dentist I've ever been a patient for. I have been coming to Dr. Lambert's office for several years and keep coming back because of his excellence in all parts of dental care. The office staff is warm and super friendly. When going to the dental chair, I'm offered paraffin wax for my hands, a hot towel for my neck, and a warm blanket. Sitting down at the dental chair, there's TVs to help put me at ease through the whole process. But now the real excellence! Dr. Lambert uses technology every place he can to provide the best service possible. There's technology to detect cavities early. And if a filling or crown is needed, Dr. Lambert and his staff do an excellent job and do what it takes, even extra work, to make sure everything is done right and feels good for a lifetime. And if a root canal is needed, Dr. Lambert refers to an endodontist that has the same level of care as himself. If you come to Dr. Lambert, you can expect excellence.

Went in yesterday for my first ever “serious” dental procedure... a crown, left with a quality temporary crown and returned just over 24 hours for my permanent crown. And the fact that you don’t have to do an impression for the crown is amazing... especially for this pregnant momma who can’t that stuff without gagging! Like many people, I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. My first visit here was an awesome experience! From being welcomed by Brittney, to being helped by Michelle and Dr. Lambert, each step along the way fantastic. They go above and beyond in making you feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Lambert has a beautiful office with excellent staff. The women at the front desk are kind and helpful and the hygienists are extremely knowledgeable. I had my slightly delayed dental follow-up with Dr. Lambert and his expert staff today. The delay, not surprisingly, due to the pandemic. All public health guidelines were followed- masks, screening questions, temperature check etc. The treatment room where my cleaning and exam took place was equipped with a HEPA air filtering unit and an ultraviolet air purifier. The air was noticeably fresh. The cleaning process was revised to minimize aerosolizing of oral secretions and was thorough and carefully performed, as has always been my experience. I knew before going that I would be 100% comfortable with the care I would receive at Dr. Lambert's office. I was easily that, and more.

Dr. Lambert has been my dentist for 25+ years and I can say with great confidence that he has literally saved my smile. For almost my entire adult life, I have absolutely hated my smile. I did not like the spacing between my teeth, the shape of my teeth, and uneven gum line. This was the by far the best dental experience I have ever had! Dr Lambert, along with all the staff, were so warm and thoughtful. They greeted me by name when I walked in, brought me right to the procedure room, and very promptly began the dental procedure (after plenty of laughing gas, of course!). Until I walked out the door, I felt like everyone truly cared about me and my teeth. Moreover, due to the enormous size of my cavity, just about any other dentist would have had to put a crown on my tooth (~$1200). Dr Lambert, however, very skillfully made a filling fit just perfectly. He worked very hard because he didn't want me to have to pay the price of a crown. He truly cares. The 'before' picture of my tooth looked dreadful, but the 'after' picture looked just perfect! Thank you again, very much, Dr. Lambert!

This dentist office is amazing. They really help those who are nervous at the dentist to feel calm and relaxed. They cover you with a blanket if you're cold, give you a paraffin wax treatment on your hands, and let you pick the channel you'd like to watch on television. There's even a TV on the ceiling for when you're laying back in the chair! Besides all of these extra things, they're really good at what they do, which is the most important thing. They really want to educate people and help them, and they do really great work. I recently had to get my first crown done and they helped me feel at ease about the whole process. I'm extremely happy with the work Dr. Lambert does. 100% of the pain I previously had in my cracked tooth is now gone!

I've been a patient of Dr. Lambert's for more than 30 years now. Going all the way back to McKay Tower days downtown. A co-worker recommended him, after I had more or less ignored my teeth for several years. Sure enough, they needed a lot of work. And my gums were in horrible shape, leading to 'planning and scraping', which is just as miserable as it sounds. Since then, my oral health has been whipped into great shape, thanks to Dr. Lambert, and especially my hygienist, Lori. Three visits a year, too many crowns(and root canals) to mention, and seeing some revolutionary changes in dental care have brought me to my present condition. Teeth in great shape, along with the gums. My latest crown (replacing one of the first Dr. Lambert installed) just cemented in this week, following a new 3D procedure that makes the whole process a lot less painful, and quicker. Literally. The temp crown installed on Monday popped off Wednesday afternoon. I came in Thursday morning to have it recemented, and Missy met me at the front desk to report the new crown was in, so they would just cement it , and she would cancel the appointment for the coming Monday! This office is always at the cutting edge. In case you're wondering, no, this office does not work cheap. Dental care, or any kind of health care, is rarely cheap. It is rare these days, however, to be so satisfied with what you get for your health care dollars.

I've been trying to get them fixed for years but on a fixed income and no insurance was not having any luck. Until I enrolled my youngest son at Baxter community center c.d.c. I had been a few times and went in for a regular appointment for filings and that's when I met Dr Lambert, at Baxter dental clinic where he volunteers his time helping those in need of dental care with no insurance etc.. Where to begin...... Deep breath.... Well, my name is Geoffrey and I have a phobia of the Dentist. It began when I was a young boy and it has haunted me my entire life but Dr. Lambert and his staff (Special shout out to Karen!!) changed all that for me. After 23 years of not seeing a dentist I finally broke down and had to go. So, I did my research and found Dr. Lambert... Here's the short version of my story... I was an EXTREMELY scared, nervous, anxious, white knuckled 46 year old male when I went in to the office. After 20 minutes of waiting in the car with my wife and her loving persuasion, I finally went in dragging my feet. I can't tell you how wrong I was to feel the way I did, EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE were so kind, caring, understanding and professional that the minute Dr. Lambert came in to see me and talk to me I was already starting to calm down. Dr. Lambert was just awesome and really made my day, along with his Dental Assistant Karen. They really, and truly were genuine people who care for their patients. A little background on me, When I was younger I was introduced to "dipping". It was the thing to do down south, especially if you were involved in sports. So, my dumbass tried it and I was hooked. Well suffice to say, I did for an extremely long time. After many years of not seeing the dentist I finally had a tooth that cracked and got infected along with other bad teeth and gums. Dr. Lambert, Karen and his staff took care of me, walked me through everything (including setting up my oral surgery appointment to have 4 teeth removed) I walked out of there actually excited (and NERVOUS) to get this done. Suffice to say, after the surgery, I quit Dipping. I did this, not only for myself, but for my wife, family and yes, Dr. Lambert and his staff. I figured if people are going to care for me and take interest in my well being it was time. So it's been a month and I'm getting ready for my 3rd visit to Dr Lambert. I couldn't recommend anyone HIGHER!! So if you are a person who has a phobia of the dentist, someone who is afraid, gets anxious or nervous.... Trust someone who's been there... THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!
