People dread going to the dentist, and they shouldn’t when they go to NorthPointe. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love seeing Ann. She is so sweet!! Even though I go every six months, she remembers our conversations from my last cleaning. She is also informative and gentle while cleaning my teeth. Everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Love that they have a dental membership plan in-house if you don’t have dental insurance. It’s super affordable and the care given is great. Happy with this dentist and hope to continue coming here.

It had been 15 years since I had last gone to the dentist. I’m missing two teeth, and was just generally terrified and embarrassed and going to the dentist was the last thing I wanted. Finally mustered up the courage to go and see about fixing my smile back in April, and I’m so glad I chose Northpointe. I’ve been in several times now, and like other reviewers have said, the entire staff, both clinical and administrative, is so friendly, down to earth, and understanding, it’s a judgment free zone, and that includes matters of finance. It was easy and comfortable to talk to the front desk staff about procedure costs, and when I expressed that I was a little anxious about whatever I happened to be having done that day, clinical staff made sure to explain what they were doing step by step. These are genuinely kind and empathetic people, and hearing them laugh and chat with each other in the office is an excellent indicator of the kind of warm environment they’ve cultivated. If you’ve been putting off going to the dentist for whatever reason, know you’re not alone, and that you would be in good hands at Northpointe.

I highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and they work with you. I recently fell outside in a parking lot. Not only did I have a concussion but I also damaged my teeth. Dr Yun got me in that day and assured me that he would do everything he could to save my teeth. At the front desk Amber was amazing. She knew I was struggling so she took extra time to calm me down. A dental visit can be a nervous experience for many. Northpointe Family Dental made the my visit a welcoming one. The smooth sign-up as a new patient, the friendly staff, and the relaxing aesthetic of the office made my first visit a positive experience. Also a toothbrush in your goodie bag! My last dentist didn’t offer them and toothbrush head replacements cost almost the same as a tank of gas.

I did my research. I booked appointments all over the City in search of a dentist who would take my dental health concerns seriously. The way that I felt about my teeth was how I needed the dentist to feel about them! I am a 40 year old woman whose come from a pretty under privileged background. I've had public dental care most of my life and in my opinion, my dental concerns were drastic. I needed root canals, crowns AND Implants. I am so THANKFUL for finding Dr. Yun. He is a Perfectionist about his craft - Regardless of the preexisting damages or concerns. The staff are also very friendly and considerate. They really get to know you personally! I've since started sending my family members to Dr. Yun's office because of how intentional this office services it's clients. I'm finally getting the results I was searching for and it feels pretty good to know my smile will stay with me much longer in life!

After researching, I came across NorthPointe Family Dental and saw such good reviews that I had to try it out. I have been here over a year now and my experience has been excellent every time. Dr. Suk Jun Yun really cares for you and even if he is busy he will take to time to an excellent job. He is very personable and you can tell he is very experienced as well. His office staff is also very welcoming and friendly. They take covid precautions very seriously as well. I have recommended this place to many of my friends. A few of them have made appointments here and told me they had such a good experience. Worth making an appointment!

I’ve struggled with my teeth and smile for along time and I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentist I’m that person who will go to the dentist and then to a different one and a different one never going to the same place because they are either overwhelming try and get you to buy stuff you dont need and lie to you telling you you have gingivitis when you don’t and just are plan rude and treat you like a number so I’ve never gone to the same dentist twice until I found north point family dental I have been going to them for 7 months now and choosing them as my dentist was the best decision I ever made I had lots of cavities and had some teeth that needed to be pulled. They didn’t shove things that were unnecessary down my throat and put on a sales pitch they treat you like family and give you your options and let you choose what you would like to do with out any pressure!! And that is awesome! Once I took care of my necessary dental needs I figured it would be a good time to fix my smile!! I’ve always been insecure about my smile I had twisted and gap teeth that just made me feel very insecure and I hated to smile with my teeth. They worked with me side by side coming up with the best and cheapest plan that fit my budget and what would be good for best out come and when I tell you my results are absolutely amazing!!! I smile in the mirror every day in awe because I never thought I could have this good of a smile my teeth are perfect and I can’t wait to get my clear mask in the mail so I can show it off even more!!! If you are needing any type of dental work I highly highly suggest north point family dental they handle everything in one place and I’ve recommended them to my entire family and friends they are truly the best and I thank everyone there who worked with me to get my new smile!! My family and I have been with this dentist for a little over a year now. I love the family atmosphere and I highly recommend them because of their good customer service and that the dentist is very knowledgeable and trust worthy. They do a good job with young kids as well, my 5 year old had to have a cavity filled, she told me it didn’t hurt and she wasn’t scared because they made her feel safe/comfortable.

Prior to choosing Dr. Yun to do the work, I visited three other dentists to get opinions and pricing. Dr. Yun's approach (thorough and affordable) made me feel the most comfortable and now that the work is almost complete, I know that I made the right decision. He explains things well and takes time to answer questions. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Once my last implants are finished I plan to stay with this office for general maintenance... I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I love this dentistry practice. Not only is the dentist committed and strives to do good by his clients, but he is also a nice guy and has a phenomenal support staff. They are always clear about the treatment recommended and what costs will be upfront. They are also very kid-friendly with toys and legos in the reception area, juice boxes to drink while they wait, and of course little toothbrushes and extras. I also really appreciate how patient and kind they are in regards to any and all pain that I may have experienced before or during treatment (side note - pain was not caused by any of the work they did, in fact it's what brought me in). Typically I hate going to the dentist, even for the most minor things. With Dr Yun and Northpointe Family dental it is different. The office and staff are warm and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. They make every effort to make you feel comfortable during your entire visit. They have some of the most up to date equipment that I have ever seen in a dentist office. I had some pretty serious issues with my teeth, but I wasn't shamed for this, the doctor made recommendations on how to better care for my teeth and gave me an up front plan of how we were going to repair my teeth. He did everything he could to ease my fears and explain exactly what was going to be done during each procedure. As for billing, Lora worked with my insurance company to get me the best possible rate and they were incredibly fair on their pricing for services. I have already recommend this office to several of my coworkers and highly recommend them here as well.

Ok, so yesterday was my first visit to North Point Family Dental and needless to say, I was a bit anxious as switching dentists is never an easy task particularly when the patient has substantial dental work on the horizon. After a decent amount of research, I choose to check out Northpoint due to The fact that they offered numerous solutions to my dental needs. Also, because most of their work is done right there without the need for referrals. I was met at the front desk by Brittany who was extremely friendly and assisted me with all of the insurance forms. Next, the dental hygienist, Ann, Sat down with me in the waiting room and the two of us got to know each other. I expressed my concerns with looking for a new dentist and one by one she began to alleviate my fears. Dr. Yun came out and introduced himself to me just as Ann was escorting me back to the room. I can’t thank her enough for her thorough explanations of every step I was about to take. From x-rays all the way through cleaning there simply was no fear, pain or uncertainty. Next, Dr. Yun clearly explained my next steps as well as options for a long term care i.e.… Finally, I met Laura who explain to me my insurance and the coverage the insurance company would provide. It’s never been explained to me so clearly! I guess, that’s all I was looking for in switching to a new dentist - clarity. With no uncertainty. And that’s what I received at Northpointe family dental and implant center. Had my other dentist taken the time to explain steps, procedures and options I may have never left. Where my previous dentist seemed to focus on my dental complications, North Point opened my eyes to the ease at which my-long term dental goals can be achieved.

I love this office! Dr. Yun and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are not pushy or assuming. Dr. Yun will tell you what the problem is and what needs to be done, but he doesn't pressure you into making a decision right away.
