I am always scared of going to the dentist. But the hygienist here are phenomenal! They are so kind about checking in on you and making sure you are comfortable. I am consistently impressed with each staff member I interact with and continue to go out of my insurance network because of they’re stellar service. Five stars to their hiring department. Love this dentist. I have always been terrified of the dentist, sensitive teeth, unexpected zings of pain and here I am made comfortable and relaxed and visits to the dentist are so much easier. The hygienists are personable and understanding of my feelings, they are gentle and sensitive to my concerns. I no onger fear my dental visits and recommend this very caring team of professionals. Great staff from the minute you enter the lobby until you leave to go home. The ladies at the entrance and exit are knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Hallas is great, he listens to your information and explains any procedure clearly to your satisfaction. I had Sammy as my dental hygienist and she is wonderful, gentle and considerate.

Dr. Hallas is always such a treat to see! He is so friendly and professional. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my oral health. Sami was a fantastic hygienist and my teeth feel so clean and ready for another 6 months. The parking lot is large and easy to pull into and I love grabbing a burger from Mr. Burger after my appointments. The ladies up at the front desk greeted me with warm smiles and helpful information regarding my insurance. Overall my whole experience at Lake Michigan Dental was 10/10.

We had an emergency visit for my 94 year old mom of which we are grateful they could fit her in the same day. Everyone was kind and helpful. On our way out we had to get help finding someone to do extractions ASAP. We received the best of care coordinating this appointment. We also appreciate the medications despensed to my mom so we didn't have to make another trip to the pharmacy. We were given clear instructions and understand that at a later date we will be returning to talking about dental replacements.

I am especially happy with Dr. Mike, who has taken the time to help me overcome my fears, experienced from childhood dentistry that didn’t go so well. He is professional, precise, honest and gentle. Had to have a replacement crown and a cavity repaired. Dr. Sampair and his assistant did a great job in performing the various procedures to remove the old crown, repairing the cavity, and affixing a new temporary crown. Both were very professional and actually made the experience fun overall. I would highly recommend Dr. Sampair and LMD to anyone looking for a new or replacement dentist.

Like many people, I missed my last 6 month cleaning at the dentist due to Covid-19. I was just in today and was really happy. My original tech retired over a year ago so I didn't really have one assigned to me to replace her. The one I had today, Hannah was great! In fact I requested she be my regular tech going forward. She took my special needs and concerns to heart and accommodated me perfectly. Great outfit! Highly recommended.

The hygienist was on time and friendly. She carefully took x-rays so the film didn't hurt my gums. She cleaned and polished my teeth gently so I didn't feel any discomfort and explained how my teeth and gums were doing. She was very professional but also friendly. When the dentist came in, he checked a crown that had chipped. He quickly polished it to smooth out the chip. I was treated courteously by all of the staff and felt like a valued client.

Dr. Hallas at LMD listens to concerns and explains all of the options. Dental work can be very expensive so he doesn’t push options that you can’t afford. He’s very knowledgeable, more than any other dentist I’ve had. He’s a specialist for people who have dental problems that other dentists don’t want to work with. It seems most others are solely into cosmetic dentistry now and don’t care much about those of us who have conditions that cause us to have more decay. He won’t do what’s not necessary. He filled a couple of teeth for me that I know my last dentist would have insisted on crowning. (And my last dentist charged my entire yearly limit…$1000…on one tooth cleaning.) LMD is practical and everyone there has been so helpful.

Best experience ever! I picked this office randomly bc it was close to my house. It all started when I called to make an appt. The woman on the phone was so so nice and inviting. I was so embarrassed it had been YEARS since my last dental appt and she made me excited to come in. That called me hrs later with a cancellation appt, literally getting me in the next day!
