Today was my first experience with vetter dental and it was an amazing experience. Today I brought my 3 year old in for her second dentist visit ever, and they were so amazing with her she didn't want to leave. The staff was extremely professional and polite on the phone and in person. This dental office is 100% straightforward and doesn't hide or wait for your treatment to be done before you see the bill no matter how small it is. Prior to any work being performed I knew exactly what my out of pocket would be for the day. Everything in this building was new and far more advanced than I've seen at other dentists. The chair had a massage function while you were getting work done. There were two screens dedicated to the patient for whatever you wanted to watch one at your feet and one overhead. The waiting room is clean with an amazing coffee maker. There are more toys and child entertainment options than one could possibly ask for, and the wait was extremely short I was taken back almost exactly at my scheduled time or earlier. I've been to a lot of dentists over the years this was the first to give out their personal cell number for emergencies. I had a great experience with Dr. Vetter I am glad I chose here for my family of 6 and I'm sure the rest of my kids will be equally as happy with the care they receive when it's their turn.

Very cool place! Had lots of fun toys and games for kids in the waiting room. Staff was very friendly and welcoming when you walked in. This was my first time here so the hygienist walked me through everything they’d be doing that day and what it would cost with insurance. Had large TVs in every room to watch while getting your teeth cleaned. Dr Vetter was very personable and kind and took the time to get to know me while I was there for my first appointment. Had a very nice coffee machine to use after your appointment as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new dentist in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

Let me just start by appreciating the awesome staff at Vetter Dental especially Mrs Wendy who cleaned my teeth. I had a last minute cancellation for my child care so I carried my baby to my dental appointment. Mrs Wendy was very patient, she gave me breaks to attend to the baby when need be and did it with a smile on her face. I felt so at home. Today was also the first day of them moving to their new location & let me tell you, it’s breath taking. In the waiting area they have this amazing setup where kids can just be kids have fun e:g games etc. Let’s just say it is family friendly. If you are looking for quality care, Vetter is the Place for you. I will keep singing their praises until everyone experiences what I experienced. My teeths feel & look clean. I am a brand new person and this was only my first time. I am looking forward to my next appointment. Also, Dr Vetter is very friendly and welcoming. We need more providers like him.

I’m a new patient at Vetter Dental now and everything about my first experience with them was wonderful. The hygienist herself was very kind and treated me more than JUST a patient. Dr. Vetter also took the time to introduce himself to me and made me feel very comfortable as a new patient. This was my first appointment at Vetter Dental and I had a great experience. The Dental Hygienist, Jenny was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Vetter listened to my concerns and dental history and gave me confidence that my dental needs would be met. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. Best dentist experience by far! Bailey (I hope that was her name) was amazing in understanding my needs, answering my questions, and gave me an overall awesome exam/cleaning! Dr. Vetter and the whole staff, were so nice and so fun to talk to. It was even my daughters first time at the dentist and she had an absolute blast. They put on some songs from her favorite movie on the tv screens in the room, she felt so comfortable and had tons of fun during the whole process. They even gave her a cute stuffed toy at the end for her first visit! She is begging me to come back! All I can say is wow..from the greeting at the door, arcade games in the lobby, cool high end tech equipment, and the AMAZING staff- I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Vetter dental is better dental! Super cool new location, it’s way bigger, plus there are refreshments, lively beats and video games! They always seem to have the latest teeth tech, which makes the dentist a very fun experience. The facility is super clean and everyone is so friendly. Plus Dr Vetter is always lookin fresh in his sneakers. I definitely see myself coming to Vetter dental until I move away or maybe die.

Dr. Vetter’s new office is beautiful and so high tech! The back massage while getting my X-rays and cleaning was so nice. Dr. Vetter and the hygienist I saw today were very nice and explained things really well. I have been searching for a new dentist and came across Vetter Dental, to say I was impressed is an understatement! I typically don’t care for the dentist and feel like they are judging your mouth (weird thought, I know!… also looking at you Aspen Dental). Vetter Dental has me excited to go back! Right when I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes. My hygienist felt like an old friend and walked me through what she would be doing and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process as well as prepared me for what to expect. Dr. Vetter was also super kind and I felt like he actually cared about my health and was sure to answer any questions. Wow! i cannot say enough good things about Vetter Dental. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and friendly. The staff i interacted with were personable and professional. My hygienist explained to me every step of the process, all expenses reviewed, and the best plan as a new patient for my oral health. I understood everything more so than any other dentist i’ve been to about the details and inter workings of my oral hygiene and care plans. I was asked several times how i was doing when getting my teeth cleaned, and afterwards how it went and if i was still doing okay. You can tell everyone focuses on good patient care and satisfaction. I have been going to Dr Vetter for the last year +. I had just moved here and went out on a limb choosing a new dentist office. I was blown away by their exceptional customer service, both in office as well as their communication over the phone/texting. I was pleased then, but their new location is out of this world. From the touch screen coffee machine, play area for kids, tvs on the ceiling, massagers in your chair… there is nothing else like it. All of their employees are extremely kind and intentional. I am so happy I found Vetter Dental my first try at looking for a new dentist office. The best of the best all around!

tl;dr This is the one, the high reviews are legit, your search is over. First off, they have an absolutely gorgeous office. Everything is super nice and the staff are all really friendly. It's so nice you forget you're doing this semiannual chore of oral maintenance. I went for a normal cleaning. The hygienist was really skilled so I didn't really feel a thing. Also got to see a picture of her new puppy, so A+ experience in the chair. Beyond the appointment itself, I really appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment online and fill out every bit of paperwork in advance. I arrived early just in case but I had literally nothing to do because it was all properly in the system. I can't remember the last time I visited any kind of medical professional without having to sit down with a clipboard for 15 minutes. Definitely will be recommending this practice to my local friends and going back for all my future dentistry needs.

My family is new to the area so my 2 year old daughter and I saw Dr. Vetter and his staff for the first time and we had a great experience! Right away I noticed it was a very clean environment which is very important when it comes to a dental office. My husband was supposed to be there during the visit to watch our daughter during my appointment since we had our appointments at the same time but unfortunately couldn’t make it due to work. I was extremely nervous about how my daughter would do without me. The staff was so great and patient with her! She normally is very shy so I was surprised they were able to even do a cleaning on her. After she was done they brought her over to me and gave her some coloring pages to occupy her. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable as well. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone!

After calling all over town I was blessed to contact Vetter Dental. I cannot recommend them enough. It was the first place that was upfront on insurance and willing to properly run my insurance.. a lot of places don’t or say they can’t which is a scam and not ethical. I had a dental emergency with my child and as a new patient they got us in right away and were so kind and easy to work with. They were prepared with costs and what insurance covered and didn’t and provided me all options without pressing anything- allowing me to properly decide what’s best for my child. Many places will say they don’t know costs insurance covers and make you front it and it’ll take them months.. but not Vetter Dental! They were kind, wanted us to have a great experience, ethical, prompt, honest, affordable, and just all around the best experience we have ever had. You can tell they love what they do.

I’m a student at NDSU and I recently had a concern of a cavity. Since I am far from my normal provider and wouldn’t be able to get an appointment back home for a while, I looked for somewhere here In Fargo. They were very helpful in getting me in and addressing my concerns and I was able to get an appointment to get a filling before I would even be able to get one with my normal provider! I would definitely recommend if you are looking for advice or a new provider, everyone here is very kind.

I was extremely nervous heading there, but as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk really know how to calm any of your anxiety you might normally have while going to the dentist. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We had a little hiccup with my insurance and they took the time to try and figure it all out and educate me about it at the same time. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Both the assistant and Dr. Vetter were very gentle and detailed. The chair was incredible too, it had a back massager built into it!! Years ago, I experienced extreme trauma involving a ‘botched’ oral surgery. For obvious reasons, I have been too petrified to see a new dentist, until today. I was referred to Vetter Dental through a friend, and had nothing but wonderful experiences. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and presented with me with helpful options to make my experience as stress-free as possible. Additionally, instead of Dr. Vetter just ‘telling’ me I needed follow-up dental work, they showed me the x-rays and pointed to the areas in need of work, and the staff was upfront about out-of-pocket expenses that insurance would not cover. I would HIGHLY recommend Vetter Dental for many reasons. First of which, they have taken careful precaution when it comes to COVID-19 and client safety. Went to Vetter Dental after a few years of neglecting my teeth. Between kids dentist and orthodontist appointments, I did not take time for myself. My husband had taken our children to see Dr. Vetter and they were telling him that a cancelation had been made for next day if he wanted to come have his teeth cleaned, instead he gave the appointment to me and I got my teeth cleaned, and an assessment on the back teeth that were giving me pain, two weeks later they took out my tooth and were very upfront about everything they were doing so I knew what to expect. It has been many years since I've gone in for work. I had a filling that fell out and I was feeling an immense amount of pain. Even during the Covid outbreak they still were able to see me. About a month ago I had my 4-month cleaning. Everything went very well with the process with Sydney as I have come to her for several years now. I also had a check-up with Dr. Vetter, meeting him for the first time. He noticed a couple of teeth in the back starting to crack and discussed what that means and what we should do. He also took a digital picture of these teeth so I could see what he was talking about. This was very helpful. I will be coming in to take care of one tooth in 2 weeks to prepare for a crown. I went to Dr. Vetter for an emergency tooth exam today. I was expecting to lose a tooth or be schedule for a root cannel, but with his knowledge and an amazing CT scan system we found out i was having major sinus problems causing pressure on my tooth nerves. We even triple checked the teeth with a cold test. A little antibiotic regiment and ill be as good as new! Heres to saving a tooth!

I chipped my front tooth so randomly on a Tuesday night and called multiple dentists on Wednesday morning to see if they could fit me in. After trying and failing and hearing “can’t get you in for 2-3 weeks” my self esteem was feeling crushed. I landed on Vetter and the experience from the first phone call was AMAZING! The lady made me feel so at home and understood that I wanted this fixed ASAP. She couldn’t promise it would be fixed today but she at least got me in to see Dr. Vetter. When I got there, he was running maybe 5 minutes late and personally came out to greet me and apologized for being behind and he would be right with me. The second I got into the chair I felt comfortable and they made me feel understood that, though little, the chip getting fixed meant a deal to me. They stayed after they needed to to fix my tooth that day. Someone who they had never seen before and owed nothing too. I am forever grateful to you guys. Thanks for the laughs and comfort on a day I was feeling less than 100%. I plan to switch my normal dentist to these guys and plan to tell all I know to do so!

Doctor Vetter and the staff do a very good job! I am a person that has been terrified of the dentist since I was young. I also have PTSD and very high anxiety and they all do a very good job at keeping me calm and being patient with me. I am actually becoming less scared to go to the dentist. Great staff. It’s amazing how you feel like they are friends, even though you only see them every six months. I loved the text messages that reminded me of my upcoming appointment. Biggest thing is it doesn’t hurt. They use the amped-up water pick (I’m sure they have a different name for the tool) instead of the iron hook to clean the plaque. Of course they need to do some cleaning with the hook, but most is with the water pick. No joking, I look forward to going to the dentist. Amazing staff, neck pillow, massage chair...least stressful part of my day.

I was traveling to North Dakota for business and one of my teeth cracked leaving a gaping whole in my mouth (did not look good). I called Vetter Dental and asked if they could try and fix this problem as I had four days of meetings before I could see a dentist back in Los Angeles. Dr. Vetter luckily rearranged his schedule to see me the same day as I was driving through Fargo. He fixed my tooth (did a great job) within 45 minutes and charged me a very reasonable fee (in LA it would have cost 50% more). He did this knowing that I was from out of town and was probably not a repeat customer. Great doctor, great staff. Thank you Dr Vetter. I set up an office this week in Grand Forks - if I have additional cosmetic dental work in the future I will try and schedule while in ND and come to your office.

I had pain near one of my wisdom teeth. As I have been having chemo treatments I needed to get in right away to make sure it wasn't something to serious. I made an appointment online at 9:30am and was seen at 2:00am the same day. After X-Rays and a quick exam, I got a diagnosis. Dr. Vetter even communicated with my oncology team at Essentia to make sure my antibiotics fit into my cancer treatment. I'll be coming back when I get a break in chemo to extract the pesky tooth! Very impressed with communication and environment. P.S. They offer communication via text as well as phone calls and an online portal. It is very convenient!
