I usually don’t do reviews, but was to great of an experience not too. If you are looking for a friendly and understanding office, this is the one. They take alot of steps to make sure you are comfortable that my other dentist did not. They also don’t judge you on the health of your teeth. Great place, where I’ll recommend everyone to go!

How time flies by! I have been going to Smile Care since at least the 1990's (perhaps even earlier) and continue to go because of the professional care and services they offer. Even with major changes over the many years, they are still offering excellent dental care! Highly recommended!

I really appreciated the staff at this office. I felt like the hygienist listened to me and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth without making me feel sore afterward. Dr. Ryan also listened to my concerns as I have had past experiences with dentists who want to “proactively” fill my teeth when it is not necessary. He assured me that he would wait to treat until needed. He also caught some wear pattern on my teeth that I wasn’t aware of before. I was grateful that he saw that and look forward to correcting it. Great experience!

Becky, my long time dental hygienist is awesome. Does a thorough cleaning and is good at providing tips and education as she finds any areas that need attention. Both dentists are welcoming and do a good job of keeping you in the loop if a treatment plan needs to be established.

I had my initial appointment today, which was moved up due to a cancelation. I will say I do not like to go to the dentist because there seems to be a lot wrong and the pain that goes along makes me very anxious! Rhonda was my initial contact hygienist and let me tell you she was absolutely wonderful. She did everything she could to help me relax and feel welcomed. She listened and asked questions about me and dental related. The dentist I just as perfect! Making sure I was at ease and had the best bedside manner I've seen in quite some time!! He is thorough and explains everything. You are not forced to do any treatment you aren't comfortable with. Things are scheduled by priority and when you are ready! The only thing that took me by surprise was that the new patient appointment is paid out of pocket with Delta Dental and they reimburse you. 280$ later that is the only thing I would have wanted to know upfront, only because if I didn't have the money then what? Anyway this place is the place to go and makes me feel comfortable moving forward with prevention and care. Thank you everyone who helped me in the office. I will see you at my next appointment. Arguably the best team you'll find in the FM area, Doctor Ryan is knowledgeable and down to earth. Doc's policy is to wait and watch versus being "drill happy" and that's something I highly appreciate in him. Additionally, the staff are a joy to be around and will point out both areas you are doing great in and areas that could use some improvement in your routine. Smile Care is the best!! Growing up, I saw a pediatric dentist, but started seeing Dr. Paul as a student in college. The switch was amazing... from the moment you walk in the door, it's a completely different atmosphere than anything you would normally experience at a dental office. Smile Care is professional while personable. My hygienist Rhonda is great, and she and Bev have been wonderful with my three-year-old, as was Dr. Ryan. I'm so glad they let you watch a movie with headphones while you have your appointment! Works wonders for my toddler. I don't see Dr. Paul much, but he's been very kind and knowledgeable the times I have, not pushy at all about getting extra work done.

The office staff is always friendly and knows you by name, the hygienists are thorough but never rough with your mouth, and both Dr. Paul and his new associate Dr. Ryan are great at explaining what's going on and what they plan to do.

I have only been to this office once so far, but I have a very positive first impression. I have a history of childhood mistreatment by a dentist and experience a lot of emotional discomfort when I have to go as an adult. I had been a patient at another local office for years and they were okay, but I still felt like I was "white knuckling" my way through each appointment. After one appointment with Dr. Ryan and his staff, I was feeling more relaxed than I can ever remember. I hope it lasts and I'm able to continue feeling this way, but so far, I'm very happy!

I switched dentists after going to my previous dentist office for over 20 years. This has been the best decision I could have made. I wish I would have switched sooner. I went one time on an emergency basis and then I went back 4 months later to do my work-up with the dentist. At my second appointment 4 months later, he saw me in the hall and called me by name, before my actual appointment with him. Impressive!!! I have received the most thorough check up ever and learned more about my teeth and the health of my mouth than I ever knew or had been told. I now know what might cause me trouble in the future and they also answered every question I had. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. I felt totally comfortable while still being treated in a professional way. A "five-star rating" is not high enough. Thank you to all of you at Smile Care!

This morning I had to go to dentist to get a 30+ year old bridge replaced. My how times have changed! I used to cringe and grip the arms of the chair when the novocaine needle came out. I did the same today...ready for that bitter taste...and the terrible sting of the injection. I felt a slight poke and that was it. OH and NO taste at all! If you've been afraid to go to the dentist because of the pain and discomfort, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Ryan. He has the most up-to-date equipment and techniques. I'm still in disbelief...it was a piece of cake!

Smile Care is the absolute best! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful, professional, and just plain fun to see. I actually like going to my appointments—and who likes going to the dentist? When I first started seeing Dr. Ryan, I looked like Austin Powers. Since then, I’ve had microabrasion to get rid of white spots, Invisalign and equilibration to fix my crossbite, bonding to restore the shape of a few worn teeth, and a gingivectomy to add height to one front tooth (yikes, I sound high maintenance). I’m so incredibly happy with how everything has turned out! After 38 years of not being able to close my mouth properly and feeling self-conscious of my teeth, I FINALLY love my smile! Dr. Ryan has been especially awesome. He’s taken time to really explain things to me, listen to my goals and concerns, make different treatment suggestions, and calm my anxieties along the way. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him and his team. I’m so thankful that someone suggested Smile Care to me, and I will be referring every single person I know there for the rest of my life. P.S. It’s also a great place for cleanings, x-rays, fillings, and other (non-high maintenance) dental work.

It is amazing to be able to go to your dentist and be known by name and valued. Dr. Fredrickson has always been on the cutting edge with his practice and cares deeply about his patients. I'm scared of dentist, but when I called in to talk with them, they treated me as a person not as a number. They small talk with you and tell you all of the facts before you set anything up. The doctors there are amazing they walked me through everything and even called me after hours to make sure I was ok. This place is amazing. Yes I'm still scared of dentist but I'm willing to go here and get the care I need for my mouth. They even worked at closing time to get me out of pain for an little while tell they can get me in for the whole procedure. They even let me watch Netflix to relax to during my procedure. My son, Miles, just had his first appointment at Smile Care and had Bev as his hygienist. She was so attentive and made him feel so calm and at ease, showing him all of the tools and how they worked before using them on his teeth. He was so excited to pick out a new toothbrush and a chapstick! The staff is very friendly and everyone made Miles feel like he was special and were excited for him at his first appointment.
