As a dental hygienist, this is where I chose to take my newborn baby for his tongue and lip tie revision, and I was not disappointed. Dr. Rosenfeldt, Audra, and Sylvia (Sylvie?) were wonderful. Dr. Rosenfeldt thoroughly explained the procedure before and asked several times if I had any questions or concerns. I was able to observe the treatment and they handled him just as I would want my baby handled in that situation. After the treatment, I was settled back into their lovely mother’s room, given water and snacks, and time to feed. Post-op instructions were reviewed in depth, the stretches demonstrated, and I was made welcome to call Dr Rosenfeldt, even outside of office hours, with any questions or concerns that might arise. I’ve been through this twice before with our other babies and this was by far our best experience! If you have any reservations about having your baby seen, please rest assured that Serenity will take the absolute best care of your baby …and you! If I were looking for a practice to switch my family to, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Serenity! They treat you like family here :)

We had the absolute BEST experience with Serenity Valley Family Dentistry and Dr. Rosenfeldt. My mom instinct and my daughter's symptoms were telling me that she had a lip tie. I had expressed my concern to lactation specialists, her pediatrician, and even saw a pediatric surgeon for the tie. All said that her tongue was moving as should be and that her lip appeared to be tight, but that there was nothing they could do about it. I was about to give up, but was referred by a family member to get one last opinion from Serenity. I am so glad I did. Dr. Rosenfeldt did a very thorough examination of her mouth and found numerous causes, including a severe lip and tongue tie, to our feeding issues and the other symptoms my daughter was presenting with. The procedure was quick and the support we were given from all the staff immediately following the procedure was insurmountable. Dr. Rosenfeldt even took time out of her evening to send me a quick text message checking in on her. It was so great to truly feel listened to and supported. I cannot recommend the Serenity Valley Family Dentistry team enough!

Fantastic place to get dental work done! The staff is very kind and did all the leg work with getting my charts transferred from my old dentist. (Which let me tell you had been the beginning of the biggest headache of the year until Serenity took over doing it for me.) I am just so appreciative of the amount of work they did for me to get me transferred. When I came in for my first appointment they asked when I walked in if I was Olivia. I said I am and they asked me about things that we had talked about on the phone when I made the appointment. That goes a long way. They remembered me and showed me that they remembered me and that shows that they care. My last dentist left me with trust issues but Serenity easily gained that trust. Their staff thoroughly explained everything they were doing and why they needed to do it. And as an added bonus they give you a hand spa treatment while you get work done. Who would've thought that covering your hands in wax could feel so good! The staff was all so friendly and outgoing and even broke out into a few Disney songs while doing my dental work! The rooms are cozy with a nice big window looking out into a garden/park! I recommend Serenity to anyone looking for a place to comfortably get some dental work done at a fair price :}

The staff members at Serenity Valley are excellent. They know our family on sight (which is amazing to me, considering we're not there on a monthly basis or anything.) They are compassionate and very responsive to little reactions and such, managing any pain very proactively. They are friendly and welcoming, and the last few years with them have been the first period of time in my life I don't dread going to the dentist!

Best dentist I’ve been to by far. I’m terrified of going to the dentist. The last time I went, I went to a pretty popular one in the fm area and didn’t have a good experience, making my anxiety about it way worse. I tried these guys out and got a cleaning done earlier this year and fillings done that I was too nervous about getting done at the other dentists office. They were so gentle and so kind. They had me watch Netflix to keep me distracted and were so sincere. I’ll be a life time customer now and won’t wait years in between visits out of fear because I know how kind and good they are.

I was on my way and received a call just to check on me. I was 30 minutes off on my appt time. They were gracious enough to allow me to keep my appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in many, many years due to a serious phobia, but I went Tuesday for an exam. Emily was my hygienist and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns with empathy and patience. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it. She congratulated me on getting to this step: walking in and getting the exam. I'm actually looking forward to the cleaning appointment that I have next! Dr. Sarah was equally nice and equally gentle. I could not be happier with this choice. Our entire family goes to Serenity Valley Family Dentist...the staff are friendly and welcoming starting the moment you walk in the door! They are so patient and kind; my 8 yr old is extremely anxious and they are GREAT with her. My husband and I go to Serenity Family Dental, and now our young daughters have also been getting regular appointments. Everyone we've encountered there has been friendly, genuinely kind and patient with all of us... even my resistant 2 y.o. with a very short attention span. They take extra time to help each of us relax and get comfortable for our appointment (from a nice, warm paraffin hand wax dip for me to letting my girls try out some of the dental tools and select their favorite show to watch as entertainment). The staff comes across as a devoted, nurturing "family-like" team unit, and they show that they care individually about each of my family members with their service. We'd highly recommend Serenity of Fargo for any age.

My son and i just started to go to Serenity Valley Family Dentistry and they are so great! they made us feel comfortable and were concerned for how we felt and didn't want us to be in pain and uncomfortable. My son had his 1st dentist appointment ever here and i was nervous how he would do and he did great they were so great to him and wanted it to be a great experience for him. I also had a filling fixed and they were great even after i had left there and the numbing went away and i felt like it needed to be touched up they fit me in that same day to make sure i felt comfortable with how it felt and it was great they didn't want me to leave until i thought it was good. thank you so much for all you do and your friendly staff is so awesome!

The doctors and hygienists are all very upfront, their process of speaking with you before and after the appointment (even with kids if you sit in the waiting room) is appreciated and they operate in a very personable environment and always with smiles and positivity. It has been hands down the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dentist, and not just for myself but for my entire family. My hygienist, Jeri, was had a great personality, excelled at her work, and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was going on each step. I took my twin boys to Serenity Valley Family Dentistry for their first ever visit to the dentist and it was a fantastic experience. The staff that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We were taken back and the kids were in separate rooms right next to each other. The wonderful hygienists that worked with each of them were so great at describing the tools and how they worked and what they were going to do to their teeth. They gave them headphones and an iPad to watch while they were having their teeth cleaned. They even put sunglasses on them to protect their eyes from the light while they were watching cartoons. Dr. Sellers did a great job of answering our questions and giving us information about any concerns she had. She was very warm and down to earth with the kids as well as with us as the parents. It was a great experience for all of us, especially for a first time dental visit. My boys were asking the next morning when they got to go back to the dentist again!

I made the decision to seek a new dentist for 2017, and after having an initial exam I knew I had found the right place. Talk about a fun group of professionals! I felt comfortable with the exam, analysis, plan of attack, and my required expenses....all of which were struggles for my previous dentist of choice. The building, technology, and overall appearance is state of the art and what I'd consider greatly above the norm, however the most impressive attribute of Serenity Valley Family Dentistry would be the staff. From start to finish I found the staff to be extremely friendly, personable, and caring. None of which are required to be a dentist, but these attributes certainly make them exceptional!

I had my first visit at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry today and I would highly recommend to any one in the FM area to vist them. The Staff was so freindly and welcoming. They did a wonderful job of explaning everything they were doing and why. Sometimes we as patients we do not understand why they would be saying numbers out loud or what differant tools do, my hygienist explained everything she was doing and was sincerely nice. She was so friendly and kind. I had a wonderful chat with the dentist as well. She also explained a concern she had for me and why. She showed me different examples to make sure I understood. I called with tooth pain and got and got an appointment that day. They determined I needed a root canal elsewhere but Dr. Rosenfeldt did an awesome job with both crowns that I have received from her. She was very attentive to my comfort during the procedures. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately, and I got to watch Netflix during the procedure. They use the latest technology available to create the best experience possible for the patient. My crown was created digitally and fits my mouth better than the original tooth. As for the teeth cleaning and exam they do just as excellent of a job!!

I needed a dentist for my 7 year old daughter. I don't have dental insurance and needed to pay with a credit card on the spot. They give you a discount for paying on the spot. This is a great place for children's dental work. The prices are good for people paying cash. The place is comfortable. It's walking distance to a bus stop at hornbachers even in bad weather. I've been here 3 times now and plan to stick with Serenity for all her dental care.

Our family absolutely loves this dental office! My husband had his first experience not suffering from canker sores after a cleaning with Wendy. I learned more about the effects grinding/clenching is having on my teeth than any other encounter with a dentist. My 2.5 year old son was comfortable enough to accomplish his first xrays and cleaning. My 9 month old daughter goes in next week for an assessment of her mouth development which could be affecting her sleep habits. Our encounters with Dr Rosenfeldt and Dr Sellers have been exceptional! Absolutely love the care that my entire family receives at Serenity Valley Family Dentistry!! We've been trusting them with our dental needs for 5yrs now. When we first started coming, my daughter (age 2) was absolutely terrified due to frequent ENT/doctor visits. The entire staff were so patient and kind. Her first 'exam' was done in the lobby showing off her teeth in the big mirror. Next visit we actually got her to sit in the exam chair (on mom's lap). And by the 4th visit she didn't even need Mom to walk back with her. They greet my entire family of 5 by name, are so gentle with procedures, and are professional while giving you personal care. I referred her to SVFD, because of how much I love this clinic! My co-worker reminded me that this clinic was considered out-of-network for our insurance policy, and to be honest, I knew that but totally forgot. Dr. Rosenfeldt changed my entire experience in regards to dental clinics and dentists in particular.
