My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled. The practice was able to get her in within a week for the surgery, from the day I called the office. The receptionist was friendly & kind and got us in within 2 days for consultation, as my daughter was having severe jaw pain. We found out from the surgeon that my daughter’s pain was related to sinus, throat or viral illness. We went to the Urgent Care down the street on the surgeon’s advice, and found out my daughter had strep throat. She immediately started feeling better with antibiotic treatment. The surgery of the pulling the wisdom teeth went well. The staff were wonderful! After the wisdom teeth were pulled, my daughter had several days of pain. We called the office, they listened, gave advice, but said “if that doesn’t help, call us back.” We were satisfied with our care & happy with our treatment.

The staff are nothing short of professional, amazing and funny. The are always watching for facial distress and on top of getting it under control before it’s out of hand. My first time experience was a great one after oral surgery and would highly recommend them to Friends/family and anyone beyond that…..thank you for making this a great experience!

Had to have the roots of a broken tooth extracted. It was quick and relative painless. The injection of lidocaine did sting a bit. Staff was easy to talk to and they gave me a good explanation of what was happening. Will return for the next bad tooth extraction. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Freml and my nurse ROCKED! They explained me through my wisdom tooth extraction before and throughout, comforted me, and I felt NOTHING during the surgery. I received local anesthetic and was nervous about pain - only a bit of pressure and some dental noises, but otherwise, I would opt to stay awake if I had to do it again. Highly recommend!

Awesome experience from my first visit for a consultation, the removal of a tooth, a bone graft so that an implant could be placed, placing the implant! Had to come back after a year and they were absolutely wonderful, had to have my crown removed (the crown was placed at a different location not oral surgeons) and they were absolutely wonderful finding the cause of the problems I’d been having! (Not something they did!) they fixed me up and left me directions to contact them if I have any further issues, so we don’t have any problems in the future!

I just had my wisdom teeth out with this clinic, and the experience could not have been better. When I say that I’ve had a lot of dental procedures, I mean it, and this one has been by far the best. The consult was informational but not intimidating or scary. When I got there for the surgery itself, they were very kind, positive, and made me feel very safe. I have issues with needles (I mean, we all do, but I have pretty bad issues), and the nurse, Caitlyn, made it completely stress-free for me. Dr. Morio was very pleasant, and made sure to check in before I went under. Overall, it was the most fantastic experience I’ve had in this area. Would definitely recommend!!!

I am always anxious when going to A dentist when I have a tooth pulled.. My dentist Dr. Joan Palmer suggested this company and. Dr. Schwarzkopf because my molar crown came off in the tooth crumbled so I need surgical care. Not knowing this company or dentist like I know my dentist and her staff I was very apprehensive and fearful.Of the pain this may cause. Dr. S and Was cordial, calming, efficient, and effective. The whole procedure of signing in, doing minimal paperwork at the door and having my tooth pulled took less than 45 minutes. I left with minimal discomfort and throughout my first day minimal pain. Dr. S has a warm and winning personality and very efficient and gentle. and great at his job. The entire staff was warm and efficient.I Will be sure to recommend this doctor and the staff to anyone in need of surgical dental care. I appreciate their texts their emails and answering my call, and sending the paperwork by email so I can get it done in an efficient as well as their text reminders. I appreciate the thoughtful package that you leave with with one or two gifts but a booklet of what to do and even recipes to make for your first few days. Had a tooth pulled for the first time. Not fun, but the Dr. S. did a nice job considering it isn't a fun thing. The nurse was amazing! One of the best.... I was referred to Oral Surgeons P.C. to have two wisdom teeth removed. Their office runs very smooth, very efficient and the staff is very kind and courteous. They have a beautiful office that is very neat and clean and has a very good flow to it. I met with the doctor for consultation prior to the surgery day and he was very easy to talk to. Took time to get to know me as well as some of my medical history before he moved on to the surgical procedure and what to expect on that day. Surgery day went very well both teeth were removed with no problem I was in and out of there in less than one hour.

I like many people am not really fond of going to a dentist, but this experience was superb and I’m talking major surgery. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this Dental facility without a doubt.

The staff was great, they informed me upfront what to expect as far as my insurance and my obligations. The nurse was personable and answered some of my questions. The consultation with the surgeon was very informative and I was very satisfied and felt good about the procedure I decided to do.

Very professional. Was in a lot of pain about 3 to 4 hrs after the surgery. Went out to get my meds in pain just had some ibuprofen. When I got home took the Tylenol and am completely free of pain. Played pickleball 24 hours later forgot to take pain pills still 0 pain. Nice work Dr Raddich and crew!

My entire experience was excellent. Every nurse and receptionist was helpful through the entire process. I am physically disabled and they were compassionate and helped accommodate me as best they could. The nurse's obvious desire to comfort me while doing her job was appreciated. Mike Motion was my surgeon. He was friendly and open and answered all my questions at the assessment. Prior to surgery his manner was assuring and professional. Afterwards he said he would call to check up the next day. I figured an office staffed would reach out, but Mike called personally to check on me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have heard a lot of people saying how bad their pain was after this same procedure, but I was able to do my daily activities and work that very day. I went here to get 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed. My dentist gave me a heads-up that it was not going to be an easy procedure, so I had some anxiety coming in. However Dr. Mike make me feel as comfortable as possible. He was very human. He addressed some of my fears and made me feel like they were rational. Best of all, he did everything humanly possibly to make the procedure as drama-less and comfortable as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else besides this place.

I had my two remaining, impacted, wisdom teeth removed here. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the place. They explained my options, how the procedure would go and gave a cost estimate (I ended up paying less!) at my consultation. At my extraction the nurses and doctor were very friendly and kind (and I'm someone who is not normally great with medical stuff). Things went off without a hitch and their follow-up care was great. My only two things to keep in mind. One, the remit date for the bill I received was very close to when I received the bill (though you should have a 30 day grace). Two, they stay pretty busy so my consultation was a month from when I called (though my extraction was only a week later)

Went it for two teeth removal and a biopsy. Instead of just doing they biopsy they thought the healing was going fine so wanted to wait and see how it progresses . This was great because it saved me mone. During teeth removal I didnt even realize one was taken out it went so well. I used local numbing and they patiently waited until I was ready and didnt feel anything before they started. Would recommend and will go to again if I need any work done.

The only reason I gave a three was because the staff is really nice and helpful. However Jeffery A. Schwarzkopf, DDS is abrasive, rude, arrogant and always in a hurry. I went in for a follow up after having a tooth pulled last Tuesday Mr. Schwarzkopf didn't even take the time to listen to my concerns. He immediately came into the room and started jamming a medicine pouch for dry socket into my gums without warning. He then proceeded to put more gauze in my mouth as well. There is no reason for his behavior and I would consult another oral surgeon at this location. Update: 04-22-2019 Much more pleasant

Clear instructions after the procedure, and excellent take-home Instructions, including recipes for appropriate soft food dishes and smoothies.
