I originally started coming here thru word of mouth. I needed a mouth guard and my current dentist was charging so much money. I approached Wash Park Dental and they got me in so fast with an affordable guard(the best fitting/comfortable guard I’ve ever used). Within a couple of weeks I had my new mouth guard and decided that I would switch to their office. They explain all of my needs to me, I’m never left wondering how much my visit will cost or if insurance will cover it. I can usually show up 30 minutes early(with a call first) and they get me in immediately. I have been super happy with the service I receive and my teeth cleanings are always top notch. I love the older building and where it is located. Although traffic can sometimes be a little slow. Nonetheless, I recommend Wash Park Dental to anyone that is fed up with their current dental office or looking for their lifelong dentists. They will take the best care of you and with our busy schedules, get you in and out fast. Quality service, quality place, quality employees. Thanks Wash Park Dental!

I wanted to have a dentist in close proximity to my neighborhood and I’m glad I found this place. I have pretty bad gum disease, mostly aggravated by my poor self care while I’m depressed. I also procrastinated to go back to a dentist after a very painful cleaning last time. The team here were non judgmental and didn’t scold/yell at me, but did tell me the honest truth about my X-rays and exams, again with no judgement. They even gave me like 3 different numbing for the intense cleanings I had to get, while my previous place didn’t offer it, causing me to be traumatized. I felt very comfortable here, and though I’m young, I’m quite the veteran to dentists due to my veneers, injuries, and root canal. This is my favorite team so far, even after just one visit. They are awesome :)

Finding an honest dentist is very hard and I feel like Washington Park Dental Center is always up front. Rather than fill a potential cavity they gave me tips to work on the tooth and reevaluate next time. I was able to increase how and when I flossed and eliminated the shadow they saw. I've had experiences in the past where I am not given options and I've had to get a filling or such that I could have worked on. Getting an appointment is always simple and they've always been accommodating to my schedule. They are also always on time and prompt.

Washington Park dental is the most competent dental office I've been to in a long long time. 61 years old and seen a lifetime of dentists I know the difference. The staff is competent and super nice. It's obvious your needs are what matter most. Dr Mike knows things I've never heard dentist say to me, and he is correct. It put me at ease immediately. If going to the dentist can be joyful than it is there.

Today I was seen for the first time here and am so glad I decided to make the trek from Bailey! I have been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months for close to 50 years and not once has the hygienist took the time to explain the gum measurements and meaning behind the numbers without me even asking! Not only that but I was asked to look at my teeth when she was done to make sure she had all the stains removed that had been making me so self conscious! I was so incredibly happy with the results and treatment I received here that I booked my next exam before leaving and had to let people know about this office! Rachel my hygienist was by far the best! I'd also have to say the receptionist at the front desk Jillian was beyond helpful too! Please visit this office,you definitely won't be disappointed!!

If you ever asked me whether I liked going to the dentist, the answer would always be a hard 'no'. But finding Wash Park Dental has been a dream. Wash Park Dental has such an efficient system and hires incredibly warm and empathetic staff. I absolutely love my dental hygienist, Rachel! She makes you feel comfortable and keeps things calm cool and collected when I have dental concerns. She always has helpful tips on my personal dental care, and teaches me about my specific mouth - I always get to learn new, useful information and tips! Let's be honest, Rachel is one of the coolest people out there. Also Dr. Kim is wonderful. He is generous and genuinely curious when I come in with concerns. He helps problem solve and is really patient too. I have an appointment next week and I'm. not. nervous. Never in my life would I thought i'd feel that way about going to the dentist. Went to this dentist for the first time yesterday. I was recommended by my mom who is on Medicaid/Medicare and she raved so much about how kind the dr was to her in helping her with her dental issues, that I decided to become a patient there! When I went for my first visit, I was seen right on time, and the woman who does the cleanings is very gentle yet thorough. Loved meeting Dr Doug and truly enjoyed my first patient experience there. I have had an insane, and not uncalled for, fear of Dentists since I was a teen. That is , until my friend told me about Dr. Doug @ Washington Park Dental! Everyone here made me feel relaxed and appreciated,and when I explained how afraid I was ,on my first visit, the lovely Dental assistant, Joyce, held my hand, and wiped my tear away. The receptionists were completely knowledgeable about every billing question, I had. And Dr. Doug explained every procedure, asked my opinion on this services needed, and had the most gentle, PAIN-FREE touch , Imaginable !! The staff was very friendly and the exam and cleaning were very thorough. Great Care. Transparent billing. In my experience the biggest complaints I've had with dentists has always been getting a clear estimate of costs; and how much insurance pays vs me. That's always been like pulling teeth. Like it's some mystery. The dental Care is five stars. That's the easy part. Everyone was amazing. I had a crown come off and I was concerned and they got me right in. They checked the crown said it was a good thing I came in because the crown shouldn't go back the best option would be a bridge. But Dr. D didn't push like I've had other dentists do in the past. I came back had my teeth cleaned and cavities fixed and I've had no bite issues or extra sensitivity. The parking is in the back but it's a great practice.

I am terrified just about the concept of a sharp needle penetrating my gums, it's just unsettling but.... I gave this place shot (no pun intended). The receptionist Summer she is a sweet kind lady and she convinced me that my dentist Dr. Nack would be very gentle and I wouldn't even feel a thing and he's a very nice guy and sure enough my experience there was incredible! I'm not scared to go to the dentist whatsoever and his assistant Francis is wonderful too and he took such great care of me both of them that I can smile now with confidence even though I was embarrassed at first going in but now I can smile thank you Doctor Nack! It's in a cute quant what used to be a house. Its a cozy environment with excellent staff.

I really love the service's here one thing i loved was i had 2 wisdom teeth really hurting bad and every other dental office told me i had to see the surgeon and would take week's. At Washington park dental they got me in the same day. I was thankful to walk out with no wisdom teeth.

Wow what a woundful place. That coming out of my mouth is amazing in its self. I am almost 40 years old and have been sacred of going to the dentest my whole life. So because of that my teeth have suffered. Dr. Nack is so wounderful. im not scared anymore i enjoy him and his stuff.
