I am no fan of dentists but Dr. Harrison put me at ease right away and did amazing work for me. Her staff is incredibly friendly and GENTLE. The office is modern and exceptionally clean. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I also fortunately found it to be really affordable which was a nice surprise. I will be going here for as long as I can and I would absolutely recommend this pace to everyone, they are top notch, I am feeling great about my teeth again.

Best place every to get you teeth worked on. Everything about this place is great. You feel right away when you walk in that you are going to be in great hands. Ever staff member I came in contact was friendly and professional. From explaining everything that was being done to the modern style of the office, you can't get a better experience. I am by no means a fan of going to the dentist, as most of my experiences have included long waits, and what generally feels like a waste of time. However, the ladies at City Park Dental were very sweet, and got me back to the room quickly, took care of the cleaning, and sent me on my way. Dr. McDavid was very professional, and was able to break a lot of stuff down in layman's terms which I really appreciated. This is what a visit to a dental office should be like. Looking at some of the 1 star reviews this place get is actually pretty comical- I really don't get the hate. You see folks complaining that they have a filling/crown/general tooth issue all in the same breath that they are saying they haven't been to a dentist in YEARS. If you don't take your car for routine maintenance for years, and then something goes wrong, do you get mad at the mechanic for saying it needs a lot work and that it is going to cost money? No- because that would be ridiculous. You know full well that your negligence is what ultimately costing you that money. Some people seem to think that the folks at City Park Dental group are out to get them, but it seems to me like lack of personal responsibility is actually being taken out unfairly on a very professional and courteous bunch at CPDG.

This was my first time visiting the City Park Dental Group and it exceeded my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a routine cleaning done and got right in and out without a single wait. It is obvious the office is equipped with the most modern technology, from completing medical history forms on iPads and electronic signatures to the cleaning technologies they use. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable and walked me through the steps they were taking and answered all questions that I had. I would recommend this office to everyone I know. Nothing better than the feeling of a clean mouth and being able to trust your health professional!

The doctor and staff are always professional and kind. I have had several appointments ranging from cleanings to caps and I’m always very happy about the results. The office is very clean and modern. The front office staff helps me to understand the billing and my insurance claim process. Plus they give to Charity Water! I was so impressed I donated money to the water well build in Ethiopia.

Outstanding. I've never been to a dentist appointment that made me Giddy with Glee without any drugs until I went here. They are a most fantastic crew. I was walking by and popped in to see if they took my insurance and the receptionists introduced themselves, answered my questions (yes to my insurance btw) and then introduced me to Dr. Harrison who was simply lovely; she then spoke to me for a good 15 minutes! Then they gave me a tour of their whole, high tech, very clean and welcoming dentist office. They made such a big impression! So when I got work done here and they treated me well and professionally and made my trip a breeze (staff even babysat my infant while I got extra work done- they offered and were Wonderful with her). I'm a picky person when it comes to Docs, especially for my teeth, and these folks are the best of the best. Highly recommend them. I liked them so much I signed my husband up for cleaning, too!

I moved back to Denver a year ago and had some anxiety about finding a new dentist as friends and family didn't have any good referrals. But I guess that was meant to be as I stumbled across Dr. Harrison and am really glad I did. My genetics don't lend well to me having good experiences at the dentist but Dr. Harrison put those thoughts at ease with her office full of modern dentistry. I have dental insurance though it's not great (and I know I am not the only one in this boat!) and I appreciate the transparency of this office in letting you know how much things will cost up front to help you make an informed decision. I am referring my sister and a friend who recently moved here to Dr. Harrison's office for sure.

I came to City Park a couple of weeks ago having not been to a Dentist for some years before hand and I was a bit nervous. Though, immediately as soon as I sat down in the lobby everyone working there made me feel at ease. After meeting with my Dentist about the work needed on me, I felt as though everyone there helping cared more about my teeth than I did. (And I take good care of my teeth) Everything was thoroughly explain to the point where I adequately knew the procedures as they were happening and every employee lit up and were very easy to talk to. If you're going to get your teeth cleaned, I recommend requesting Dr. Kassy because of how professional and down to earth she is. She's also very accommodating and will help you get your teeth right back on track.

I had my first experience with City Park Dental for teeth whitening two weeks ago. Everything about the visit was just great. I attribute this to Dr. Harrison and how well she runs her practice. Scheduling was easy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. And more importantly, everyone was clear, helpful and professional during the entire process. My teeth look great and I am very happy with my results. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Harrison & City Park Dental because everyone deserves this high level of care. I have been coming to this clinic for almost 2 years. Because of my gum disease, I have to go in for a deep cleaning every 3 months. Even though it's not a pleasant experience, but the staffs, hygienists, and dentists make sure that I feel comfortable at every visit. My most recent hygienist, Risa, was tremendous and took the time to make sure all of my trouble spots are properly cleaned. I am thankful that I found a compassionate and competent dental clinic.

Dr. Harrison and her staff really made my dentist appointment a breeze. I don't normally leave reviews, but they deserve it. I got my cavity filled in a very short amount of time, and it was relatively painless. I like the fact that they use modern equipment as well, as I'm technologically savvy myself and look for the same in those that I do business with. Highly recommended for families and professionals looking to get in and out of the dentist office in a short amount of time with top notch service.

I had come from a competitors dentistry and was so upset with how I was taken care of that I looked into City Park Dental Group. As soon as I walked in, my mood completely changed. Everyone was so friendly and GENUINE. They loved what they did and it showed! My dentist was very clear and communicated with me about what my teeth were like and what needed to be done and why. I don't particularly like going to the dentist but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I love this place and will keep recommending it!

Had a great experience here. They got me in same day for a serious toothache. The Endontist was in also so they were able to get me straight in for a much needed root canal. Then I had a same day crown made. The whole experience was great. The attention to detail is great, they gave ma a blanket because it was really cold in the office and I was there much longer than expected. They also explained things to me in great detail - even while they were working. They also took incredible care, even massaging my jaw for me when it got tired and I needed a break - how awesome is that!? It's rare I write an online review for something like this but my experience was great. Dr Tran is pretty awesome - gave me some breathing routines before numbing me for the root canal and made the entire thing pain free. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for exceptional staff and an attentive pain-free experience.

I can honestly say I've never had such a good experience with any dentist's office. From the moment I walked in the door, Sarah greeted me by name and made me feel very welcome. She'd made note of my latex allergy and reassured me that they were aware of it and would take the appropriate precautions. It had been nearly 10 years since I've seen a dentist regularly, and my teeth are in dire need of care. No one made me feel bad about the shape my teeth are in, which was a huge factor in avoiding the initial decision to seek out dental care, once it became financially feasible. Instead, I felt like everyone there understood that this happens, and that they truly wanted to help me get myself back to where I want to be with my dental care. I saw Dr. Ladue, who did my exam and walked me through her concerns and thoughts about where to go for a care plan. She asked me what I was most concerned about, and was up front and realistic about the costs, factoring them into our plan of action. She made me feel so listened to and comfortable, really checking in on other health conditions that affect my mouth and making me feel like being at the dentist isn't a terrible thing. I also saw Cassy, the Dental Hygienest, for my cleaning and gum disease screening. She was incredibly warm and personable, and treated me with so much respect! I never felt lectured or patronized. She walked me through the procedures she'd be doing and the tools she'd be using, checking in often in my comfort level. She was so aware of the reality of pricing being something that we've all got to be concerned about, that it put me so at ease. It's hard to bring up money, because we should all be concerned first and foremost with our health, but the truth of the matter is that finances matter. I have good insurance, but it doesn't cover everything. And while I make decent money, I also have rent, car payments and other bills. To have everyone be 100% up front about costs, offering them before I can even ask, is just a major human touch that I never even thought about. Not having to nervously ask "How much?" right as you're getting ready to leave is a game changer. I got to choose my services, and postpone others, based on cost, without feeling guilty or "less". I seriously cannot recommend this lace enough. I've already made my next 3 appointments, and am setting my husband up to get him in :)

Dr. DaNea Graves is an excellent dentist. She is informative and has a calming presence. She has a light and thorough touch. I would highly recommend her as your new favorite dentist in Denver.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed and all went fairly well. The staff is great and Eric is great at explaining the financials of the situation, including what your insurance will cover and why. They used an independent contractor for the surgery and he does a great job, I'm leaving this review the day after surgery and don't feel any pain (I'm only using ibuprofen and Tylenol on 3 hour cycles). The only reason I removed a star is because they really make you feel awkward if you don't want to go under anesthesia. I understand it makes it easier for the surgeon, but it wasn't something I wanted to do and almost felt bad for making that personal decision. I do have to say, if you don't like being drunk and or high I would advise against the laughing gas. I was recommended it and I had quite the anxiety attack. I would have rather been fully aware and felt a little bit more pain. Overall though great office and staff! Thank you guys.

I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Tran, it was obvious that I needed it and it wasn't the first one I've had. Seriously though, i didn't mind it at all. It was easy to schedule the appointment, his team traveled to my local dentist, the procedure was fast and painless and he talked me through the whole thing, and was never left out of the loop. She didn't rush the cleaning nor did she shy away from really digging in between my two bottom teeth which is a problem area for build up. My daughter recently had an appointment at City Park Dental. We were in the neighborhood about 2 hours before her appointment time. I called and asked if they could get her in early. The receptionist was so nice! She checked and told me to bring her in right away and the Dr. could see her. It was a pleasant experience, as always. I believe it is important to have a great physician but even more important to have an amazing hygienist (the person you seen 90% of the time if you have healthy teeth). Kassy, hygienist at City Park Dental, has been a joy to work with! In my experience she is extremely is professional, honest and caring. I literally will not make an appointment for a cleaning with anyone else. She relates to her patients, understands & listens to their concerns. CPD is Amazing!!! The staff is great as they are always outgoing and very caring, not to mention they do great work. Easy to work with financially as well. Found this office by chance looking to have a tooth pulled one morning being in excruciating pain. I now drive an hour and half simply because I refuse to go elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The office is nice, and they seem to be up on their technology which is kind of cool (I'm used to standard cleanings but they have all kinds of things to "better" this process). However...they try to upsell a lot of their specialty services and I tire of turning down five services every time I come in for a cleaning. They also seem to have a little problem with scheduling (several times I was told my appointment was at time A, only to show up and be told I am early because my appointment is at time B).

Hands down the best place to get your smile restored and maintained. Dr. Harrison and her amazing Staff are by far the most caring and professional people I've ever met. Every bit of work they did on my smile was smooth, gentle, and honestly I don't think you could find another place who could do it as painlessly as these guys. I can't say that I didn't like my experience at the clinic, but the way they deliver news, the way they force you to make "right decision" is just too much. I was offered to do the root canal and a crown for my tooth with a price of $4k as a necessary treatment. Went to the other clinic for a second opinion: no root canal or crown required, simple cavity treatment needed. Saved $3.8k using another dentistry.

I had my very first appointment with City Park Dental today and cannot recommend them more highly. Top to bottom, the experience was wonderful. Streamlined with an incredibly friendly check-in and check-out process, the visit felt less like a transaction and more like an authentic exchange. Dr. Dumbell address my questions and concerns thoroughly, presenting different options for future work I'm aware is needed. There was no sense of rush or hesitation when I posed query after query and she was wildly helpful and kind. Kasandra was amazing and took extra care aquatinting herself with my oral history and areas of concern. Not only did she address potential problems, but she thoughtfully helped me consider a budget. Her technique and approach were exacting and her eye for detail fantastic. For the love of all that is holy, go see these folks! They made what is an oft-dreaded trip to the dentist a lovely experience.

I've been going to the Cherry Creek location for many years and last year moved to City Park. My experience at both offices has been nothing but accommodating, easy and overall a pleasant experience. Over the past few years I have had many procedures including two perio surgeries on different sides of my mouth, fillings, an onlay, a root canal which included internal bleaching of my front tooth, and 3 perio cleanings each year. The team that has helped me throughout these procedures has been excellent and I'm grateful for their expertise, professionalism and friendliness.
