The front desk staff is friendly, efficient, and fast; Quinn has delightful chat and is excellent at what she does, taking care to be gentle but thorough; and Dr. Burnett has exceptional bedside manner and is an outstanding dentist. From checkups to fillings to emergency care, they’re consistently awesome.

My original appointment was several more months out bc of availability but they put me on a wait list which only took a few days for a slot to open up. I LOVE this office! Like many others, I’ve had a real phobia of dentists, but after a year of going here I can honestly say that this office has cured me of that fear! Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. Everything that they use is top notch and new, and the office is very inviting. I had to have some fillings, and was veryy nervous, but it went so smoothly. I was told every thing that was happening, my X-rays were right in front of me to look at, and I felt much more at ease than I ever have at a dentist office. I cannot recommend 38th Modern Dental enough. I also am a cash pay patient, and the prices are very reasonable and I never feel pressured for extra services. Pricing is transparent and again, open communication. Just go here and you’ll understand my infatuation!

What a great experience getting my teeth cleaned recently at 38th modern. Not only was the tech super knowledgeable and friendly, but even with inflammation in my gums the dentist was very adamant about informing me of the quick and painless process to alleviate this issue. My first appointment here was an outstanding experience. The front-desk was prompt and very friendly. My hygienist, Laura, was extremely nice and did a great job explaining what she was doing and why. She was extra careful around a sensitive area I told her about. Dr. Norman was also great. My initial impression is very good. I was checked in and had my situation assessed. My options were explained to me in detail, and I had an opportunity to ask questions. Dr Norman was very professional and blunt, which I went in a dentist. The gentleman at the front desk was efficient, but friendly. But I want to single out Laura in particular for her kindness to me at a time when I am dealing with a great loss. Laura is the most thorough and knowledgeable hygienist I’ve ever met! She also made it clear to me before I left that I could call her for any further questions that I might think of, and would respond to me within the day. I feel very good about returning for my second appointment. Update: I had my second appointment today, and my initial impression and review were correct. I am very impressed with all of the staff here. From the front desk to the dental assistants, hygienist, dentist, administrative staff, this practice is the real deal. A very dedicated and professional staff here. And if that isn’t enough their humanity, friendlines and personalities are still there. My cleaning and fillings were done with the absolute minimum of discomfort - I am a wimp about dentist visits! I’m not dreading my next visit. In fact to an extent, a look forward to it.

Everyone at 38th is friendly and helpful. What I personally like best about them is that they take the time to explain what is happening before, during, and after a procedure. They are communicative via phone, email, and text and they keep appointments quick, which is a plus because no one wants to sit in a dentist’s chair all day. I had a great experience at my first new dentist in over a decade today. Very clean, professional, efficient and knowledgeable team all across the board from Julie at the front desk, to Laura the hygienist and finally Dr. Norman the dentist. I was in and out with X-Rays, a full cleaning and fluoride treatment in less than an hour. The majority of my visit was spent with Laura, and she made my teeth and gums look and feel amazing, all while making me feel comfortable and like I've been coming in my whole life. I've found my new dentist now, and i'm looking forward to following through with my treatment plan here!

I had a great first visit with a warm greeting at the front desk. The lobby is cozy with coffee, tea and water. They were running a few mins behind but kept me in the loop on when I was going to be seen. My hygienist was so friendly and thorough! She took photos and X-rays and listened to my concerns about sensitivity on certain teeth and took extra care while cleaning them! I had to leave before I could see the dentist for my final evaluation but will be returning for that exam next week. I definitely would recommend to friend and family!

Decided to try this place after driving past it. The office is incredibly new and truly uses the latest and greatest. The staff are all super kind and knew me by name the second time I arrived. The X-rays and cleaning were the most thorough I’ve had in my many checkups throughout the years. Chris explained everything he was doing at a very technical level - personal preference of mine. Definitely found my dentist in Denver.

The staff at 38th Modern Dental are incredibly nice and professional. The facility is brand new, clean, and comfortable. I had a great cleaning - I warned my hygienist of some sensitivity and she was careful to avoid any “zings” while still doing a thorough job. I cannot speak to any dental procedures other than the cleaning, but I would definitely recommend this group for regular dental care and maintenance :)

This place is great! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Went in for general preventative care/cleaning. Xrays are done digitally so they are very fast and there is a screen in front of you so you can see everything yourself. They talk you through what you are seeing and what they looking for, which is really nice since I like to know the small details of things. Will definitely be coming here for future cleanings!

The whole of the staff is awesome and welcoming to be around, and the office is nicely put together. I am absolutely pleased with my experience on Wednesday. I must start by saying that I'm extremely skeptical and mistrusting when I read good reviews, especially about dentists. I worry they're going to be a quack or that they're trying to just make whatever money they possibly can. Not here. From start to finish they were genuine and fantastic! I feel relieved to have found a dentist office in which I can sit in the chair and feel relaxed, and not worry that they're going to sneak in a quick procedure that will cost me $500. I don't have dental insurance, and haven't seen a dentist in 4 years. I had to find a dentist on a whim as I have some severe gum pain above one tooth. I found 38th modern after doing some Google searches and comparing pricing. 20 for an exam and an xray. I was worried they were going to try to upsell me on other procedures the whole time. I went in expecting to spend at least half a grand, based on previous dentists I've been to, but nope. The dentist and the assistant did their thing, gave me a couple of prescriptions, and sent me on my way. They did not try to sell me on anything extra. I even told them I haven't been to a dentist in 4 years, and not once did they use that against me to sell me on something extra. They did exactly what I came in for. They gave me some medical grade mouth rinse of some sort during the exam. I expected that to be a charge, but nope, they still only charged me the $20 for the exam. This was only my first visit with them, so I may update my review regarding pricing when I do future visits and/or if I get any procedures done. Again for someone in their 20s without insurance, $20 for an exam and xray is the last thing you expect walking into a place as nice as this. I believe we've all experienced fake health care workers in our lives...you know the ones who are speaking to you as if they've memorized a script. The people here are so genuine and you can tell they are treated well by their employer. I was scheduled by Aaron, who was great and accommodating and went out of his way to call me back after finding a time that worked better with my schedule. Melanie was working the front desk. Very communicative and amazing soul. They had some IT issues with their computers that morning, which delayed my appointment a bit, but she kept me updated the whole time. Michaela was my dental assistant. Amazing soul also. We were actually talking about life and she genuinely cared, and vice versa. I didn't feel like I was just another generic patient. Michaela and the doctor (named Norman I believe) made sure to communicate with me and both were very transparent with me about everything throughout the whole appointment. They were both able to just give everything to me straight, which is a rarity in corporate America. Such an amazing experience that I had to ask for names afterward so I could write this review. My only complaint--they have a policy that they cannot give procedure estimates over the phone. Lifting this policy would be very helpful for those who are out of pocket and need to know what they're getting into/know whether they have the funds going into it. Most of us cannot afford to go to a dentist and for an exam in which they find out that they don't actually have the means to pay for a procedure. Exam money down the drain and now this person has to pay for an exam at a different dental office.

The staff there is so wonderful, kind and inviting and the dentist, Christopher, was thorough and really listened to my concerns. We were looking for a new dentist, and decided to ask family members where they go. We were told 38th Modern Dental. After further research, and reading reviews, we decided to give them a try. I'm glad we did. Their office is located on the southeast corner of 38th Avenue and Lowell Blvd. Don't stop at the dental shop that is two blocks further east of Lowell, but on the same side of the street. We did, and found out we had the wrong building. So, just a heads up there. Anyway, the office is very nice, with all of the new technology in dental care. The staff is very friendly and caring. They explained things as they went along. Before I knew it, both of our appointments were done, and we were on our way. Both my husband and I liked the care and treatment given at 39th Modern Dental. Give them a try! I'm glad we did.

After over 4 years of not seeing a dentist and not taking not taking good care of my teeth I went in worried about the prognosis. While they couldnt give me a proper prognosis and game plan this visit they were honest with what they could see at the moment. Eliciana and Dulce took great care of me, getting pictures and xrays and it was the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. I hate the dentist, but 38th Modern Dental made it not so bad. All of the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. They're new but they're good! They've got dentistry down pat. They were very helpful in explaining my full treatment as a new patient. Their intake even includes asking what is important to you in your treatment (overall health? cosmetic looks? etc.). They also even go over how you want to be explained your treatment plan (details of every step? or the big picture?). Granted I haven't been to the dentist in a couple years, but these guys were great. Even when it came to payment plans, treatment plans, etc. they covered it all and made it so easy to understand. Definitely check them out!

so i have an impacted wisdom tooth that needs to be removed ASAP, i had gone to two different dentists today and they told me they couldn’t accept my insurance. went to 38th modern dental and was also told they can’t accept my works insurance. A sympathetic hygienist can make all the difference in a cleaning, especially with sensitive teeth. I didn't feel like a villain for not flossing everyday (we all hate that question right?). There was this questionnaire among new patient paperwork that honed in on how you like to receive communication, big picture or small details, that was almost like a personality quiz.
