I've had one of the best experiences today. I went in and everyone was exceptional. The receptionists, dental hygienist and dentist were all great. I had to get a filling done today. They were so gracious about it and walked me though everything. My teeth has always been an issue for me, but they made me feel comfortable and double checked the numbing (they had no idea I was nervous about it). Highly recommend and Thank you!

Literally the best dentist I've ever been to. I have had a lot of problems with dentists in the past (dental surgeries, extractions, etc) and I'm always so anxious for an appointment. However, 3 years ago I found Polaris Dental and everything with them is different. They're so kind, understanding, and helpful. No shame or frustration tactics used, they're just genuinely happy to be there and help you have the best dental health possible. Their facility is beautiful, they have great newer tech to help provide amazing care, and they have plans to help those uninsured. Honestly I cannot imagine a better experience at the dentist that those I've had here. ❤️

Have been with unsatisfactory dental service for thirty years in New York City. My wife and I are sooooo pleased with the courtesy, cleanliness, quality, care , kindness, customer service and affability of staff and service. Have even become FB friends with them. Doctor and Hygienists are always one to one - so friendly and meticulous and gentle at their work. So friendly, honest and trustworthy. Today, while waiting for my wife, I complacently listened to the desk person relating to customers in person and over the phone, and making appointments for them. Gave her 10/10. And I know. Served and was trained and retired from Civil Service Administration in NY. I feel so pampered in my retirement in Polaris.

I have been going to Polaris Dental Care since 2016/2017 and I will never go anywhere else. I have had everything done here from cleanings to ivisalign and Dr. Khan is the most amazing dentist. I even have my mom going to him now and he's a 45 minute drive from her but so worth it. They care about their patients and I know almost everyone in that facility. Sam is an amazing dental hygienist and Christy is great with making the scheduling and billing a easy process! I just really love this place and I would highly recommend. I've never had a better experience anywhere else. I never get anxious for having to go to the dentist because they are GOOD at what they do. (:

Wonderful people, a nearly pain-free experience and truly excellent dental work and aesthetics! I had a tooth broken as a child, and subsequent crowns, root canals and other dental work did not prevent a massive infection. I had to have two front teeth pulled, the infection cleaned out, and implants installed. I was terrified that it would be painful, expensive, and unsightly. Instead it was a very good experience. Dr. Khan was very attentive to my pain level, so I had almost none, which is amazing since I am a redhead and usually have problems with anesthetics. He took a lot of care to make sure that my implants were stable before putting the teeth on, which made it much less likely that the implants would fail. He also spent a lot of time making sure that it was not just structurally sound but beautiful and comfortable as well. The prices are reasonable, especially for the level of service and quality of work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I look forward to my visits! Thank you, everyone at Polaris Dental!

I was first introduced to Polaris Dental Care when my adult son came home with unbearable tooth pain from an infected molar. Everyone was wonderful helping him with an emergency appointment. I was so grateful for their kind and immediate care. I was looking for a dentist myself and delayed making an appointment because the pandemic hit. My tooth pain sent me to them eventually. Unfortunately my molar could not be saved. Dr. Khan and his staff were very kind and helpful. My tooth was extracted and I am working with them on an implant right now. They do not do rush jobs. Everything is in stages to allow proper healing time. They are very professional, gentle, and they have state of the art technology I have not seen before. I can not recommend them highly enough. Every staff member kindly explains everything before it happens, and they are very concerned with the recovery process. I am recommending all my friends and coworkers to them. I finally found a dentist I feel confident in and comfortable going to.

From the first time I walked into the Polaris Dental Care office I have been better than the years before. I got to see how much of a difference that an warm, competent, caring and professional environment can make in a dental experience. The experience before was filled with pain. From the incompetent dentist to the rude receptionist I questioned whether or not I would find a satisfactory, much less a excellent dental experience. But at Polaris Dental Care from the receptionist (calm, pleasant demeanor) to dental assistants ( whose passion for good dental care) to the billing specialist ( who's warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable guidance) to finally Dr Khan ( whose humble, mild personality is only equalled by his caring, highly competent and professional dentistry) have all contributed to the joy 😊 I feel every time I have a appointment. My coming to Polaris Dental Care truly has been a 5 star 🌟 experience for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

the staff and doctors were all really nice but i just don’t feel like they read my x-rays correctly and ended up doing too much. i feel like they almost took advantage of me when showing me the x-rays i could hardly even see what cavities they were talking about. as well as when they first quoted me on my insurance it was going to be almost $800 to fill all the cavities but they then came back to realized they hadn’t pressed the right button and now it’s $500 cheaper so i don’t know it was just very suspicious.

I needed to get two teeth extracted. This was my first extraction ever outside of my wisdom teeth which I was sedated for. Needless to say, I was nervous. They offer multiple different options to ease anxiety and make their patients as comfortable as possible! I decided to go with the extractions for sake of time and money, and the doctor was completely respectful of this decision. Also he extracted my teeth in literally 5 minutes, I was floored. He asked me to bite down, and how I was doing. I said "good" and he said "great! We're all finished!" I couldn't believe it. 10/10 great staff, and fast and efficient work. Not even 24 hours later and I am only a little sore!

Very friendly staff, incredibly nice facility. Had to have multiple things done, but thanks to Dr. Khan, and his assistant Sam's professionalism/knowledge I was out in what felt like no time at all. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist, but as smoothly as my visit / recovery went I'd 100% recommend Polaris Dental Care to anyone wanting quality/affordable dental work. This is the best dental office! Over the years, I have had a number of cavities and a few crowns. Dr Khan and his staff are highly skilled, friendly and fast. Dr Khan is a perfectionist and does excellent work. Lindsey recently did my numbing for a procedure and did an amazing job, I didn’t even feel the needle and the whole procedure was fast and painless. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a patient at Polaris Dental Care for a couple of years and every visit I’ve had has been great. I had to have a good bit of work done due to putting off going to the dentist for quite a few years and from the start was treated kindly and never made to feel ashamed. I’ve seen both Dr. Davis and Dr. Kahn and Courtney at the Polaris location has done my last couple of cleanings. Every appointment has run on time and with efficiency even with all of the COVID protocols. Alex is the first person you see when entering the building and she's so sweet and friendly. For some background, my entire extended family has been going to the same dentist since we had teeth! So I was very very nervous to finally make the switch to a new dentist, but was referred by a coworker.... And I am so thankful I was! Years ago i had really poor cosmetic bonding done on two of my front teeth and have been so self conscious ever since. The color and shape was really off and it was chipping. I found myself reluctant to laugh around even my husband and feeling the need to edit photos or pose a certain way to hide my smile, which SUCKS when you feel like such a happy person inside. I finally realized i needed to invest in myself and get it fixed. Two weeks ago I had cosmetic bonding done on these two front teeth by Dr Khan and i have not stopped smiling since! His work is art and looks so unbelievably natural. I don’t know how he did it. But I am thrilled with the results!! Worth every penny and more and I look forward to many more years of our family attending Polaris Dental 😁

Needing to have my wisdom teeth removed as an adult, I worried that I would have to visit an oral surgeon. However, this dental practice is full-service, and Dr. Khan and the staff were very informative and helpful. They were able to remove the teeth, and I was given many options for pain management during the procedure. They patiently answered all of my questions and made me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Khan and his staff are awesome!!! I had to have a Alloderm gum graft, and when I say it went smoothly, that is putting it lightly. I have never had anything done to my mouth, I don’t even have a cavity after 52 years of having my teeth. Dr Khan was the best, I had NO pain, at all. Not during, not after, none. His hygienist’s are top notch, I saw Samantha (Sam) today, she was able to answer any questions I had, plus she was gentle and thorough when cleaning the graft area. They made my first experience with something more than a basic cleaning easy. I’m glad I chose Polaris Dental as my new dentist!!

Polaris Dental Care is a wonderful office! I was incredibly nervous as I had not been to the dentist in awhile (not on the top of a poor college student’s list) and was worried I would be made to feel bad about my position; not to mention I do not love going to the dentist. Courtney was absolutely fantastic and was so sweet! She did not make me feel even a bit bad and said she completely understood. She did a great job of balancing talking with me and getting her work done. I ended up needing a filling and got nervous all over again but the dentist came in and again was very friendly and put me at ease. I have absolutely no pain at all and felt very calm and cared for throughout the appointment. Thank you so much for the polite and kind care and welcoming atmosphere. I can confidently say my anxiety about the dentist has been alleviated and I look forward to returning to this office :)

My family has been attending Polaris Dental Care for the past few years to meet our dental needs and I am very grateful for staff there. The team educates us on proper dental hygiene, specifically: how to brush, how to floss, using the right products that fits our needs. My first time feeling like I have the right guidance for my family and I to take care of our teeth. The technology they have is mind blowing and they are very efficient. Every person is nice and really helpful. The establishment is very elegant and clean. My son has been going there since he was 2 years old and they took it slow with him as it wasn’t easy for him to sit there and have someone in his mouth for long periods of time. But now he loves it and he isn’t scared, and looks forward to getting a toy out of the chest and new toothbrush after his visits. I wouldn’t change the staff for nothing in the world. Now I’m taking my new son who just turned 2 and I have no concerns because I know that they will take care of him and make him comfortable (teaching him about dental hygiene, letting him analyze the equipment, turning on kids movies before he gets there) where he would love to come back and take care of his teeth at home. More importantly for myself is that I have a lot of restorative needs and Dr Kahn helps me prioritize what I need now vs later where I’m not breaking the bank. We also will do work cosmetically so I can finally love my smile. My family and I won’t go anywhere else. I love Polaris Dental Care!

Dr.khan was the best ever hands down. I went in for a cracked tooth and I let them know I had really bad experiences w/ dentist before and my anxiety was up and I was very nervous. I selected Polaris Dental Care primarily based on these reviews. Most reviews were positive, but the negative reviews were what caught my attention because Dr. Khan took the time to respond to them in a caring and professional manner. My first visit required a lot of work because I have neglected my teeth. Part of the reason why I have not seen a dentist in so long is because I have high anxiety when I am sitting in "the chair". Dr. Khan and his staff really set me at ease during my visit. I felt no pain throughout the whole visit and I even had a tooth pulled! I received a follow up call from Dr. Khan in the evening to make sure I was doing okay. Great customer service and great comfort - highly recommended!

My wife and I spent a long time looking for a good dentist and are very happy to have found Polaris Dental. The staff is always personal and friendly. We've never waited in the lobby for more than a few minutes. Most importantly, the dental work is fast and painless and we have never felt like we received an unnecessary procedure. I went for my first visit yesterday, had a cleaning and 2 fillings. From the minute you walk in everyone is so friendly-- they explain everything they are going to do and check on you multiple times throughout the procedure. Morgan did my cleaning and she was so friendly and did a great job! Doctor Pipitone is amazing too- he called today to check up on me and make sure everything was good. I have never been treated so well at a dental office before. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I will be telling everyone that is looking for a new dentist in town to check them out!

I feel like I'm in really good hands when I'm there. I've never had ANY pain while Dr. Khan fills my cavities - not even with the numbing shot! They rub this numbing gel on your mouth where the shot will go so you hardly feel anything. And he works really fast, so you don't sit there with your mouth hanging open forever. Plus, the office is gorgeous - I don't even feel like I'm at the dentist! Flat screen TVs on the ceiling so you can watch while Dr. Khan works on your mouth! So glad I found this place. I'm usually pretty afraid of going to the dentist, mainly because I don't like the sounds of the tools and feelings in my mouth. But these people were the first to ever make me feel somewhat comfortable and calm during an appointment. Dr. Norris was great. She performed a thorough exam and then explained what needed to be done in simple terms. For me there's not much more to ask for in a Doctor. The exam room was nice and there was a T.V. on the ceiling which was a nice distraction. I have been to three dentists in the last 3 years. I am done searching, this was the easiest and most pleasant experience start to finish. Update : Went in to get a few cavities filled today. I felt no pain and they used a suction tool that held my mouth open and kept my tongue out of the way. All i had to do was watch T.V. and turn my head. Shout out to the hygienist and Dr. Norris. Incredibly calm and confident which put me at ease.

I came in with so many messed up teeth due to a lack of motivation to take care of them. Yet they looked at them and figured out a plan to fix them up. Sadly I had to take a lot away from the plan due to the fact I was moving across the country very soon, so I didn't have the money to pay for the entire process, but we worked something out. First of all, the assistant was super friendly and performed all the xray with such professionalism yet she made me so comfortable. Then came Dr. Irfan khan, the most friendliest person ever. Explained in detail what he would suggest and will perform and then Finished his job with such ease. His work was perfection yes I repeat perfection. My chipped tooth looked like it never got chipped. To top off their excellent work and service, the price was very reasonable. I have made my choice, I am due for crown pretty soon and this is where I will be heading to for all my dental needs in future. I am all happy and smiley now. I would swear that I had dentist-inspired PTSD! Two months ago, I found myself with 2 infected molars and dangerously in need of root canal surgery. In excruciating pain, I desperately "Googled" for an "emergency dentist". Polaris Dental Care immediately made room to see me within 2 HOURS on a SATURDAY. The office is state of the art, with expert and kind staff. I have been there four times, and have always been treated with honesty, kindness and respect. Dr. Kahn has expertly lead my care, making sure that I understood everything along the process. My teeth cleaning yesterday by Nadia was the most painless, thorough and effective that I have had in over 50 years. They even have been mindful (at my request) to schedule my visits to coincide with my monthly paychecks so that I can comfortably manage their very reasonable dental charges. And they are prompt. They do not waste my time sitting around in the waiting room for my appointment. I unequivocally trust Dr. Kahn to assure that I have the very best dental care. Even his staff will proudly tell you unsolicited that he is "the best". I am inclined to believe them! After a decade of avoiding the dentist, I finally have found a "dental home". Please if you are considering switching your current dental provider or do not have one as of yet... Dr. Irfan Khan is a MUST!!! Polaris Dental Care does a fabulous job from top to bottom! Starting as soon as you walk in the door for an appointment, if calling to schedule, or even if your insurance gives you hiccups and fights claims/billing issues. Pam the one an only who works up front and handles all claims will work with both you and your insurer explaining everything until you are satisfied. The providers are very polite and precise on what is needed Vs. what is not. No scam here or trying to get you to have unnecessary work done. I travel a lot and have been to many dental providers and have had countless work done on my teeth. I would trust any other with the amount of time and work that has been put in.
