It’s always a great experience going into Oak Creek Dental. I had Rachael process me quickly and Nicole cleaned my teeth. I know what to expect and there is never any real surprises. Afterwords the Dr. Comes in to check everyone’s work. I enjoy the system I have in place and it is a reason myself and my family have been patients at this practice for years. Today they were careful with my mouth due to getting my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks prior. It was nice to go in worry free and leave pain free from my cleaning. Keep up the great work :)

All my experiences at Oak Creek Dental have been positive. Today I was assisted by Regan and Nicole. Both ladies displayed professional courtesy. Nicole ensured I was comfortable and explained each procedure to me as they were being preformed. Dr Johnson followed up making sure all my dental concerns were taken care. Brooke gave me my exit review . Making sure I understood treatment schedule and what would be required on my next visit. The team at Oak Creek are exactly what you think of when you want a GREAT dental experience!

Oak Creek dental are very wonderful people! I was in need of crowns and fillings which they did an exceptional job taking care of!! They completed all my dental work in a short amount of time! I was very anxious about my visit but they made me very comfortable. Their compassionate care provided me with a pain free visit. The nitrous allowed me to relax and not be anxious. Dr. Segnini made my crowns right there in his office the same day! His work was excellent in giving me both my beautiful new crowns the same visit! Nicole and Reagan cleaned my teeth! They gave me a comfortable cleaning with no rough scraping! They were both very fun to talk to and I even enjoyed my cleaning with them! Kristin works in the office and she was wonderful with helping me out with all my insurance paperwork!

I’m one of those people who normally hates going to the dentist. I’ve been scarred by other dentists in the past and it doesn’t help that I have hereditarily terrible enamel. But ever since I started coming to Oak Creek about 10 years ago, I have grown more comfortable with the dentist chair. I have complete confidence that not only will they be gentle and effective dealing with my teeth, but also that they will not judge me for either the anxiety or my teeth. They are wonderful people who are kind, patient, and fully explain (or not if you don’t want the details) everything they are doing and what they are seeing. In the past I have travelled hours to come to Oak Creek cause I knew I would get great service and be at ease and it has always been worth the trip.

After having a very bad experience at a different dental office, I was referred by a friend to check out Oak Creek Dental. I am thoroughly impressed with this office and how friendly and welcoming their entire staff is. I was first seen by Taylor for my dental x-rays and she provided me step by step instructions on what I am going to expect when getting these. Jami saw me after and she also provided detailed communication on what she will be doing. She answered my questions and really took her time to ensure I was informed on what she will be doing. Lastly, I saw Dr. Johnson. He was very polite, personable and professional with me and I felt like he took his time. He helped removed some bonding on my teeth that had been left from my previous dentist and he made certain my teeth felt the way I wanted after the bonding removal. They all made me feel extremely comfortable and I genuinely look forward to coming back.

I had a great first visit today! The staff was very friendly, very polite, and always made sure I was comfortable. They explained what they were doing in detail every step of the way. I made the switch to this dentist because my old dentist would poke and scrap way too much and made me feel like I wasn’t taking care of my teeth at all and always recommending extensive cleanings and work. Dr. Johnson had great things to say and was very gentle during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was uncomfortable or just didn’t enjoy going to the dentist in the past.

I’ve been going to Oak Creek for years and all the staff is so amazing. I’ve been seeing Nicole for my cleanings recently and she is so gentle. Dr. Segnini has a really conservative approach to dental care so you won’t get any treatment that he doesn’t feel is best for you. They’re the best! I actually look forward to my dentist appointment every 6 months :)

They are amazing. The people who work there are all friendly. I've never felt judged. They work with me to help me get what I need and to reach my goals for work I need to have done. Most importantly, what they put in actually stays. I've been to chains and within 4-5 years the chain work has all fallen out or broken. Oak Creek Dental uses higher quality materials and the dentists are like true artists to their craft. I know every single time I go, I'm going to have quality work done and I know it's going to stay where they put it. I trust them and the work they do. They are also great with anxious/nervous patients.

Everyone was exceptionally nice, friendly, and seemed genuinely concerned about my teeth and gum health! The lobby and exam rooms were very clean and lacked the clutter of most medical offices. The exam was complete: checking for gum disease, receding gum tissue, signs of oral cancer, thorough reading of X-rays, and possible tooth problems. Staff in my opinion is the best, from the Coordinators, Assistants, Hygienist & Dentist I leave feeling welcomed every time. My Hygienist today was Nicole & her assistant was Reagan. They both were amazing 5 stars very friendly & warming felt like I knew them for years. Unfortunately my old Hygienist Jami moved away but nevertheless Oak Creek didn’t miss a beat.. Hands down the best teeth cleaning experience I had with Jamie. One of the major reasons why I hate dental visits was the bad previous experience of getting my teeth cleaned. This is the first dentist office that ever offered me nitrous when they noticed my anxiety kicking into high gear during my dental procedures, no other dental offices have ever offered that. This makes a huge difference in patient care, comfort, and ultimately, satisfaction! Just to have these options and that level of notice/awareness take place is almost unheard of these days! I love everyone here and how they all treat me. I’ve moved 4-5 times since being in Columbus and while I may not be as close as I once was, I will come back here no matter how far away I am to receive this service. As we “mature”, often our healthcare professionals treat us like we were the patients we always were. While that can be complementary at times, it can be painful at others. I have written reviews for OCD before, but I am updating because I have had another great experience. First, I have been a patient for a decade. And after ortho, I returned to OCD for my deep cleaning and get an updated treatment plan. McDuffey retired. I was concerned about a new and "young" dentist replacing him, but Dr. Latta has been great. And Dr. Segnini continues to be awesome. I definitely feel comfortable and never feel judged. The office staff is phenomenal!! Honestly, the office team may be the best part of the whole deal :-) I am able to send emails to ask questions, get information (to include a clear treatment plans/pricing) and update them on appointments. And despite how many times I ask questions, they always take my calls/emails - and respond quickly and politely. The "con" is that because both Latta and Segnini are very thorough in their exams, it may FEEL like they are over-charging you. They can see problems before they become evident or emergencies. So, trust their evaluations - so you can PLAN treatment instead of being in a full emergency later.

I have been going to see Dr. McDuffee my entire life. The entire staff is incredibly skilled and kind. They make you feel assured in your treatment, and make sure you understand everything that they're doing during your visits. They offered me laughing gas on my last visit for a routine cleaning, as it seems they are very proactive about pain control during your time there. They are able to take x-rays and make referrals to specialists (for instance, an orthodontist for braces). I would highly recommend making this your regular dentist, as they have provided me with top-notch care from childhood to adulthood.

We love Oak Creek. Nobody loves going to the Dentist but Oak Creek makes it as easy and pain-free as possible. Not to mention they have a critical nurse that tends to you if you chose iv sedation like me and he is extra amazing! The other lady's are also very kind. And Dr. Segnini was very kind and had a great welcoming smile that made me feel like he was genuine. I will definitely be going back. 😊 Went back today, was so nervous for my procedure but Adam was there comforting me the whole step (until I fell asleep) lol he was great! I just had a root canal performed here yesterday using conscious sedation and it was such a pleasant experience! I first came in for a consultation and was incredibly nervous about the procedure but they assured me it would be a breeze. And what a breeze it was! I came in on my procedure date and they hooked the IV up and away we went! I can't say enough about Dr.McDuffee! I came in with a molar missing a wall and with a large cavity that I had let go for far too long and I left with a rebuilt tooth! Even better, when I came back from sedation I didn't even know they had started! It felt like I had been there for 10 minutes but I had actually sat for about 2 hours (I think). Incredible people who really have a passion for dentistry and people!

Half the office knows the story of how I stayed away from the dentist for ten years, except for one emergency extraction necessitated by neglect. My daughter found an ad placed by Oak Creek: "Are you afraid of the dentist?" and left it on the kitchen table for me. That was in December of 2005. So I went to Oak Creek, and they were totally understanding and very non-judgmental of the neglect and my fear. Over a few months they did X-rays, another extraction, redid my fillings, cleaned everything up, and even gave me a free whitening kit because I'd brought in the ad! I've gone two or three times a year since then, and even got a dental implant along the way. I get nitrous for everything, even for cleanings. It is so wonderful to walk in fearless and ready to greet the most professional staff in the world.

I have always dreaded going to the dentist, even for a routine cleaning. For this reason I have avoided the dentist for a couple years but decided it was time to suck it up and finally find a dentist. I picked Oak Creek because they offer IV sedation but since I am 4 months pregnant, I knew this wouldn't be an option for awhile. I had Nicole as my hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful! I had zero pain and the entire staff was very friendly and understanding. If I ever need to get a cavity filled I may still go with the IV sedation to be on the safe side, but I know I wont have to stress about a regular cleaning session anymore. Very happy with the care I received and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I lost a tooth on my denture on Friday. I searched frantically on the internet for same day denture repair on Monday and took the day off work. After many frustrating phone calls later...Do not believe that the ads on the internet can deliver what's promised..I finally reached Natalie at Oak Creek Dental.What a relief!! She was so friendly, informative and most important HELPFUL. They had an appointment at 11am and told me I could get my denture back same day. I jumped on it. Then they had a cancellation and got me in at 9am this morning.They called me at 10:45 and said my denture was ready to pick up!!! Amazing service. I've been looking for a good dentist and now I'm excited to schedule future dental work needed with Oak Creek. I rarely write reviews, but thought this was warranted.

Like anyone, I had some trepidation about getting a root canal and crown done, but when the pain became too great, I bit the bullet and called Oak Creek. I'm glad I did. They got me in less than 24 hours later (your mileage may vary - I feel very fortunate in this regard). Great staff: Robin, Ashley, Amy, Jamie, Peggy, and Nikki were all grea. McDuffee knows his stuff. Efficient, friendly, compassionate dentistry. Highly recommend. I go back in a few weeks to get my permanent crown, and when I do, I will be sure to update my review.

I haven't been to a dentist in over 15 years, today I had a problem with an abcess, I called them at 7:45 am, Natalie found a way to get me in right away. I arrived at 8:15 and they have a very convenient way to enter your medical information on a tablet instead of filling out paper work. I was in a dental chair by 8:45 and I was out of the office pain free by 10:15. I would just like to tell everyone how truly WONDERFUL the Oak Creek Dental professionals were to me... I had been up all night long with severe tooth pain. I was waiting at the dental center when they opened that Saturday morning at 7am. I was not a patient of theirs nor had I ever been there before, but I needed immediate help. From the research I had done online they appeared to be a very competent outfit, so I choose them. I did not have an appointment but Misty and April fit me in immediately even though they really did not have a free space available. They realized that I was in a lot of pain and needed urgent care. They were so kind and compassionate and helpful. I was incredibly GRATEFUL to get in as it had been a very rough night. Dr. Segnini saw me immediately. He diagnosed and explained that I had a root canal that was infected and needed to be redone by a root canal specialist and referred me to Central Ohio Endodontics. He gave me the necessary and appropriate medicine for the infection and for my current pain level at that time. I was very appreciative and feel he is an excellent dentist and I shall definitely return to him. Unfortunately, that afternoon my pain level increased to a point that even with the strong painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs it could not be kept under control. After crying for two hours straight...literally, I was at my wits end and planned to leave for the ER. Before I did though, I called the emergency number for the root canal specialist that Dr. Segnini had referred me to and left a tearful message explaining the situation to see if there was anything he could do. I honestly didn't think I'd hear from the specialist as I had never seen or met him before. To my surprise, the doctor called me back immediately, talked with me about my situation, and found an appropriate plan of action to hopefully get the pain under control. To my amazement...it worked. I am truly in awe of all these medical professionals who cared for me and helped me when I really needed immediate care. I have to admit I was very intemidated when I first arrived, coming from a small dentist office it was quite a big change, but after my visit i could not have been a happier woman.I was pleased with the way the receptionist answers the phone. She says" Hello how can we make you smile today." I thought that was a very unique and comforting way to great a person, that made me smile. This place had team members who take you in a office and tell you all about the company and what to except, her name was Ashley she was very professional.Then their was Robin who did all my x-rays and stayed with me the hole time. LOVED HER!!! She educated me the hole way just as if she held my hand on a scary journey. I don't care how old you are no one likes going to the dentist. Following my x-rays came my cleaning. That's when I met Kristy in my eyes the best hygienist i have ever met!!! She educated me as well and did not judge me. I can admit i was a little embarrassed of my time away. But the ladies assured me that's what their for. I love them chicks!! We talked about every thing i felt like I had known them for years. After my cleaning I met with Mandi who went over my finical stuff and man after all i had done a lot of X-ray and my cleaning after my insurance i only had to pay 11 bucks! She let me know up front what i need to pay and what my insurance would pay. When it comes to that stuff i hate surprises.On my way out the door Robin gave me the best dental goody bag a adult could want. It had every thing in it i won't have to dental shop for a while. I always wait until my teeth are bothering me because I am afraid of dentists (once one scars you, you kinda are scared for life). I had been suffering from a toothache for 3weeks when I finally said enough is enough. I called, set up an appointment. Once there the staff was VERY friendly, and didn't give me "the cold shoulder" when I expressed my fears. Peggy was extremely helpful explaining the costs, and helping me with a care credit card. She was beyond willing to work with me and explain the things I didn’t quite understand. I had Dr. McDuffee. He told me what I needed done now for the pain to stop hurting (1tooth pulled, & 2 deep cavities) didn't pressure me to get other stuff done. They gave me a prescription to take (a setative) for I came back. Once back, I was a little drugged, and they put the IV in me. The next thing I knew it was almost 3hrs later. They also did a teeth cleaning while in there. Walked me out to my car, gave my driver instructions to follow when I got home. I came home and crashed. When I woke up i had a voicemail from the ACTUAL DOCTOR- not an assistant. He explained what he did while I was in "lala" land & told me to call back if I have any questions. I will HIGHLY recommend them! They are not overly priced either...plus free laughing gas! I have found a new dentist, that I WILL be going to like I'm suppose to instead of waiting until I'm in pain. Thank you Dr. McDuffee!!!

Highly Recommend!! They are exactly what they advertise but way more than that. I've had a phobia about the dentist for years from a bad experience. And it's kept me away for years. From the first time I spoke with Marichelle to schedule an appt. and explained what happened to me, they've treated me with genuine care. When I came in Malinda, Jenny, Tracey and Emily treated me like family. Michelle stayed by my side as support the entire time with a hand to hold and kleenex to cry. I was on the verge of panic. They held my hand, gave me constant encouragement, no judgements. They greated me with understanding and hugs. Laughing gas at my choosing, just for the asking for my anxiety. Thanks to these fine ladies I made it through the first appt. and was actually EXCITED about the next. Dr. Timothy McDuffee gave me a hug after my xrays and exam. Hugged me like I was part of his family. I'm leaving so many staff out of this, the fine lady at the desk, all the support in the back. THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. I don't know what the problem was with the very few on here who had a problem but for me they must be hard to please. THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO IF YOU ARE LIKE ME!! And even not like me. They erased my phobia. I feel like I have a bunch of adopted daughters now and a new son who is a dentist :). Thank you Oak Creek Dental. More over thank you personally to everyone on that staff. They are worth any drive and every penny. I'll never go anywhere else. ...Fay

Excellent and comforting. No one wants to get a crown or go to the dentist except for cleaning. But today (as has been my experience) at Oak Creek it was another win for a person who dealt with near feeling of fainting when I needed to go to the dentist. I was a patient of Dr. McDuffee and Christy (hygienist) and they were a professional and comforting force for me. When they left I panicked. Then comes Doc Segnini. He was equally as professional, kind and asked if I had questions or concerns. He (and Misty) laid out my plan, didn’t rush me along and gave me true care. I am so grateful and glad to have found this team (from your welcome to your check-out) of dental ‘angels’ that aid me in good health and healing. Check them out!
