Six Stars! Dr. Gibson and the entire staff are very pleasant and professional, they all make you feel comfortable. Jess the Hygienist is wonderful. She is caring and easygoing. Dr Gibson (and Jess) explain everything and truly have an interest in your questions and health. Dr. Gibson made a point to state his office does not do any work that is not absolutely necessary. As Dr. Gibson said he likes to take the conservative approach to concerns. I cannot say enough positives comments about Dr. Gibson and his staff. Side note: I am 64 and have been to many dentist, I will just say, Gibson Dental is top notch.

Definitely recommend! I was a little worried going to a new place after only ever going to my dentist from across town from birth till I graduated college. But they are welcoming, and accommodating. A nice clean space, as well friendly staff. I had to get a front tooth replaced, and they ensured that I was comfortable through the entire process and made sure to walk me through each step. I look forward to my next six month check-up.

I thoroughly enjoy going to the dentist. Gibson Dental makes it even better. Their office is possibly the cleanest offices I've ever been to. Super friendly staff. They are fantastic with reminders. My whole family uses this office. My mother (that took my when I was little), my grandmother, my husband and oldest son. My 4 year old son will be starting there shortly at his next appointment. Dr. Gibson is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, he's always in a great mood and always asks how the family is doing. I couldn't imagine using any other office. He helped me get back to a normal pain free life in a matter of weeks. His staff is very friendly and well trained. The office is very clean, elegant and they even have a coffee maker for you 😊 Update: a few years later and I am still very happy with this office! Very much feels like the staff care about you as a person and not just another patient they see in a day. They are never pushy with treatment, which I appreciate. If you are looking for someone to listen to your needs, and come up with a plan with you, rather than for you, this is the place! Updated update: STILL love this place. Always professional, no long wait times, and I have never felt pushed into a service.

Went in with extreme tooth pain. Had to have a root canal and a cavity filled. Knowing I had to leave for a trip the next day Gibson dental accommodated me and scheduled my procedure for the next morning. I literally felt zero pain the entire time through my 3 hour procedure. The staff and dental assistants were extremely nice and caring. Dr. Gibson was beyond professional and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend to anybody needing any kind of dental procedure!

In my 38 years I have trusted my nearly perfect teeth with 4 dental practices. Dr. Gibson's is easily the best. Every interaction with front desk, dental assistant and doctor have been perfect. My dental hygienist was knowledgeable and thoughtful as she explained everything she was doing all while keeping me extremely comfortable. Dr. Gibson spent a considerable amount of time with me upon my first visit to ensure all my questions were answered after his most thorough exam. All other dentists I have visited are in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Gibson spent at least three times as much time with me. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants to trust their dentist to provide the proper and most careful care they deserve.

I went in at first to deal with the broken tooth and they removed that. Then I went in for a plan to get my teeth taken care of. I have now been there 4 times from my initial appointment and I am in love with all of them. They calmed my fears and have been so friendly and attentive. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gibson and the office; granted I've only dealt directly with Katelyn and Amanda so far, but everyone seems very nice. I have 2 more visits coming up in the next couple weeks to get my major issues dealt with and then need to get a plan in line to deal with some of the other issues. I have complete confidence that they will get me all taken care of and my fears have been very limited. I would, and have, definitely recommend them to others. You can't go wrong!

Dr. Gibson is hands-down one of the best dentists I've ever worked with. I came in as a new patient needing a lot of dental work, including 4 crowns and 2 veneers on my front teeth. Dr. Gibson took a great deal of time explaining options to me (including options with different price points), why he thought certain options might work best, and how we can approach them. I never felt pressured to spend a certain amount of money, and he made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I decided to leave my last dentist after several disappointing experiences and went to Gibson Dental through a referral. Upon arrival the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I had come in for a semi-urgent issue so I was nervous about what was to come. Dr. Gibson thoroughly explained my issue and made sure I was comfortable with a step by step explanation of the process. I didn’t feel like I was being persuaded or conned into something that wasn’t necessary, which I had felt at my last dentist. The front desk staff discussed finances with me and made sure I understood what was being covered by my insurance. For the procedure itself, I had close to no pain at all through out the whole process. I barely felt the lidocaine injections (an experience I absolutely dread because of the insanely painful experiences I’ve had in the past) and Dr. Gibson explained what he was doing every step of the way. For once, I was not trying to find my happy place or “white-knuckling” out of anxiety and pain. I have since been back for a cleaning and comprehensive exam that was thoroughly pleasant. I’m terrible with names but I believe my hygienist’s name was Sherri. She made me feel comfortable and used some technology that I had never seen used before, which was impressive. I really appreciated everyone’s positive and upbeat attitude and I will not be anxious about going to the dentist anymore. I will be recommending Dr. Gibson and his staff to anyone I know looking for a better dental experience!

As far as being a caring doctor, there is a lot to be said for someone who texts you the next day to see if you are alright!! LISA is the best when it comes to Kindness and HUGS! She will also take the time to look at your insurance coverages and advise you of what is covered . Just know, I upgraded my coverage at renewal time...LOL. TAMMY cleaned my teeth and took the time to get rid of some stains with her super duper water thingy! I'm so pleased with not having to look in the mirror and see them. See you in six months tammy!! JESSICA did a perfect job on matching the color of my fillings! I couldn't even tell the difference. Well actually she made them look better....lol AMANDA is the best when it comes to advising of the cost and why the cost and she will get you out of the office quickly so you can rest. Just let me finish by saying , this is the dentist office you need when your uncomfortable about any type of procedure. They're kind, knowledgeable, trustworthy and most of all very caring people.
