I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE. Gentile Family Dental Care are wonderful. I have really messed up teeth and am in the process of getting everything fixed. From the people in the office, to the actual dentist, they are all PHENOMENAL! My entire family gets treated at this practice and I have never ever had a bad experience. They make me feel comfortable and absolutely do not judge me based on my admittedly horrible dental hygiene. I'll never go anywhere else. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WORKING TO MAKE ME BE ABLE TO SMILE AGAIN. I LOVE THIS PLACE THANKS AGAIN!

I hate going to the dentist. I had a bad experience years ago that kept me from getting my teeth cleaned. I noticed some sensitive areas and plaque build up so I had to get a good cleaning. I worked with Kathryn. I had the best dentist experience I have ever had thanks to her. She was very patient and caring. She listened to my concerns when it comes to dental work. She worked slow and easy to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. She explained everything she did in depth and she also did a great job explaining her findings and her concerns without making me feel bad about my dental habits. All in all I will continue going here and working with Kathryn for my dental care. So much so I just scheduled my 4 year old for his dentist appointment.

Excellent! The hygienist was extremely friendly, as always. I forget her name but she is great at what she does..she even remembered my daughter by name, asked how she was doing, even tho my daugter has been living in orlando for the past year. The dentist is competent as well, explains what's going on in my mouth in lamen terms.. they get 5 out of 5 I wouldn't go to any other dentist.

The staff is amazing. When your appointment is up coming you are notified in advance so you do not forget. If a cancellation happens they send you a notice to see if you would like to come in early which has benefited me several times. Dr. Aust is the most caring dentist I have ever had in my life! He goes above and beyond for his patients.

This place has been my choice for almost 20 years. I moved out of state and when I came back to Ohio, this was my favorite dental choice. When I got married and had a child this was my choice. The staff cares about me as a person and are always easy to understand. Working with Insurance has been a great experience and even if I we need more work done, guess what, they are great to work with when accommodating expenses. Gentle Family is truly more like family!

I have thee worst fear of dentists! I went in with a severely abscessed tooth. It looked like a baseball in my cheek and hurt really bad. Not only did they get me in immediately, but to my surprise everyone in the office was very compassionate and empathetic! They listened to my concerns and Dr Shaver and staff went above and beyond to help! I had a tooth pulled and needed a crown. All I can say is wow!! Hands down the best dental office in Columbus! My husband has limited mobility and I was especially thankful that he was seated quickly, given a cushion and blanket, and we were helped through the doors as the outside office doors on Mound Street do not have handicapped entrance. After leaving Ohio, moving to Florida, and then returning to the Columbus area, I can honestly say I haven't found a gentler dentist and a doctor who knows his stuff. Dr. Aust did 2 crowns on my back molars over 20 years ago and they are still in working order and look great. Since that time, had my other 2 on the other side done, and they don't look half as good or held up as long as the ones he had done. I've always felt at ease with him (I had an incidence where the epinephrine in the injection bothered me but he's worked around it). On my recent visit my teeth cleaning was gentile and thorough. Would highly recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist, to the dentist... I have been dreading the wisdom teeth extraction for more than 15 years because I am a chicken when it comes to the dentist😩 ... I wanted to be fully under for the procedure and they referred me to a surgeon. After an extremely affordable quote from them ($2,250 less than of another dentist's quote), and the surgeon's fee for just a consultation, I decided to just go ahead with them instead. They gave me enough drugs to feel extremely relaxed and comfortable before, during, and after the procedure! I definitely recommend this dental office!!!

It was my first time on the 12-06-19, recommended by my boss as they accept my insurces. From the outside it does not look fancy or anything like that. But when you walk in it's super nice and clean and the paint in the room has a very cheering up kinda feeling. But if that does not help with you having a bad day? Then talking with the people there will! They are super friendly and nice. While I was getting my teeth cleaned the lady was very friendly and has a wonderful character. Didn't make it awkward at all and I felt like I was welcomed back at any time. This is awesome because I hate having to talk to people but they made it so easy. Aslo everyone is cute and even the dentist who looked at my teeth and im not even gay. Great places all jokes aside

The people in this office are literally angels! I went into this office as an emergency, they extracted 3 teeth, took care of me after I got dry socket and saw me numerous times afterwards, with no charge, to see the cause of my pain. I ended up having an AVM, which was very serious and I'm getting care at OSU for, but had it not been for this office recommending me to see a neurologist, it may have not been diagnosed. I'm so thankful for all of them and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Dr. Kim Farrell and team do an amazing job! So gentle and thorough. Dr, Farrell also does a jaw and tongue check which can help catch cancer early. If your dentist doesn't do this you should give Dr. Farrell a try!!

Dr. Aust has been my Dentist for 25+ years. I started going to Dr. Aust when my office was near-by and it was convenient. About 10 years ago I moved my office to Worthington but I continue to go to Dr. Aust even though there are several Dentist within walking distance of my new office. Everyone at Gentle Family Dental Care is nice, friendly and warm. I don't particularly like getting dental work done, but, since I must, I want it done by Dr. Aust and his staff. They are the best. If you need dental work done or if you are looking for a new Dentist then give these folks a call. You won't be sorry.

I had a crown put on that broke about two weeks later while I was eating mac n cheese! Clearly, it was the crown's problem, not the dentist's. I called and ended up with a brand new crown (which hasn't had a moment's problem) at no charge. While I wasn't sure if the "lemon law" would apply to dental crowns, in this practice it did. I fear all sorts of dental procedures--yes, even cleaning--but they make it much easier to tolerate excellent dental care with their gentle, caring, friendly manner. I'm a patient for life.
