I had a great experience! I just had three wisdom teeth and #15 (molar) removed yesterday. The staff was great and made sure that I had all the information for aftercare! The gentleman who prepped me and started my IV went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable! I have very minimal swelling and not much pain at all! My only regret is not having this done sooner!!

Wonderful experience with my 4 wisdom teeth extractions! Dr.Fulks & his staff were very personable & made me feel comfortable. I was taken back to a room & sat in the chair waiting for about 30 minutes which sucked because my anxiety was getting bad again as the medication wasn’t effecting me much anymore.. but once Dr.Fulks came in & began sedation, it seemed like i was being walked out the door & to my caregivers car all within 10 seconds. I’d recommend him to anyone!

I wasn’t a current patient but called their emergency dental line. I got a quick response on the weekend and I actually spoke with Dr. Fulks. He made me laugh even tho I was in pain, gave me some good advice and even scheduled my surgery for the coming week. I was a little nervous going into the procedure but his assistant was wonderful and helped calm my nerves, as did Dr. Fulks. I’ve seen several different doctors but I’ve never had one personally call me, post surgery to check on me. He answered any and all questions or concerns that I had. I could definitely tell that he cared and I greatly appreciated that and was highly impressed. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Fulks and his staff for any and all your dental needs.

That was the best medical experience I’ve ever had. I was so scared going in, but the entire staff was so compassionate and sweet. I had such bad anxiety from the IV (past trauma) that I got very nauseous and so light headed I was passing out, but the staff was quick to help and treated me with so much kindness. To the doctor who held my hand, I appreciate you more than you know. And for the sweetest nurses who helped me through the whole prep, words can’t express how grateful I am. I’m so lucky to have had a team like you all. Thank you so much for everything!

I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Fulks and the Surgery Tech were very helpful and kind.The front desk staff was also patient. They eased my nerves and assured me that I was going to be fine, And I was! It seemed like I dozed off for a quick nap and woke up and it was all over. I will definitely go back to Fulks Family Dental for future dental needs if needed!

Overall a good experience- I had 3 wisdom teeth pulled today and the staff was super helpful and told me all the information that I needed to know. I was in and out of my appointment within a hour. My only complaint the girl that was working the front desk seemed moody and in a rush.

My arm is a bit bruised since my veins were being little tricksters, but I’m used to that! Thanks again for awesome experience and will definitely be back if I need other extractions!

I’ve never been put to sleep before so I was a little nervous. The staff were really passionate and friendly all smiles and laugh and they will show Concert for the Patients. I had to have a IV which was good she knew exactly where to put it the needle to get the blood to flow it didn’t hurt at all. last thing I remember was putting the medicine in my IV and she said it takes 60 seconds and I was asleep. when they woke me up I did not feel any pain & my headache it was gone…. if I had to have another tooth pull I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here …..😍🥰🦷💯…

I wanna start out by saying I have huge medical anxiety I have never been sedated for dental work. I was having a molar and a root tip extracted. Everyone in the office is busy and I can see why but Everyone was so nice. The lady who did my iv was wonderful I didn't even feel it and her singing was a lovely distraction that helped put my mind at ease. In the beginning I had BP issues due to anxiety but Dr Fulks wanted to try get me taken care of so we did a trial of the anesthesia and it must of just been from the anxiety issues no sooner then they pushed the medicine and I was out and woke up and felt like I'd only been asleep for 10 mins. I'll always keep coming back to this place wonderful people.

I was so scared until I got to Fulks Dental Everyone is so nice and I mean everyone. I had multiple teeth extracted. At first I kinda freaked out when I seen the IV but the guy that did the I'V was so nice and professional two other nurses came in and talked to me the whole time and did such a great job to calm me. And in the end the IV didn't even hurt. If you want a great Dentist and you have anxiety like me this is the place to go. Great job you guys are the best.

These guys were awesome. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at once. Had them since I was about 16 and have been dealing with severe pain in them due to being broken and constantly getting infected. I went in and I was so scarred and the whole staff was very welcoming and reassuring that I would be okay. I only waited for a couple mins and they took me back to the room and from there I only waited for a couple more mins. The dentist came in and explained everything to me and was very compassionate towards me. I did tell them to knock me out quickly cause I was gonna walk out due to the fear. And they acted quick and got me under. When I left I was still high so I don’t remember it. Recovery was easy and not super painful. They gave me some extra gauze and a lil syringe to help clean the gums. I would recommend coming here. From the time of the phone call to the recovery it was great.

The staff was friendly, kind and attentive. The ladies at the front desk answered questions I had about the new patient forms, they also periodically checked on me while I was waiting to go back, I was ina bit earlier than I needed to be. The dental other medical staff in the back were also friendly and attentive. And answered my lingering questions about my procedure before I was put under for it. Also seemed to run pretty tight ship with little to no delays. I was taken back pretty much right at my scheduled appointment and the Dr's were there shortly after I was seated and prepping me for the work. When completed they walk you out to your car and driver and explain some of the after care to them and provide the driver for you the aftercare paperwork and scripts (if needed) so you don't drop or misplace them after coming out of the sedation. I want to also be honest (and a little personal) my teeth are not in good condition due to years of depression and self neglect. The staff at Fulks never once made me feel bad or guilty about that like someother places have done in the past. There were no rude or condescending quips about why I waited so long to get the work done or at least you're doing it now that I've heard at other dental offices that have set me bback in getting my smile fixed. They were all so kind, professional, and well quick, for lack of better words, getting the work done that I desperately needed.

Well, seeing all the reviews on yelp.. i was terrified to come in. But being that they were my last resort and it took so long to even get my insurance to cover it. I finally went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I realize that most of these comments are from the past so they MUST have fired the people who made them feel that way. Because i had no problem whatsoever with them. At first the communication was off but being in the office i heard the front desk calling people back to back. Even with the texting option, dealing with inpatient and trying to get people scheduled.. you just have to have patience. The mother and daughter at the desk were lovely, and they took me in an early for my appointment as i just showed up thinking traffic would take longer. There was one girl that was quick to respond with paperwork and post op instructions and im sure to some people may seem it as being rude. But thats just the business. You say the same thing more than 10 times a day, you get a little robotic. Especially not knowing what to expect from a customer. People deal with their own life problems, you just gotta try and not take it personal. Sedation was perfect with no complications, same girl that was quick to respond put in my iv and even being a 22 year old feeling like a big baby, she made me feel comfortable. The doc came in, asked if i had questions, i said nope, just want to get it over with. They said "we'll get you relaxed real soon" and turned on the iv then i was out like a light. Woke up and it felt like they didn't even touch my mouth. Just groggy like i woke from a nap and they took me straight to the car. I would say the over all timing was around an hour and a half. But the surgery went by so quick it felt like i was in and out in 20 minutes. Really satisfied with this place and i would definitely recommend. If you don't want to get treated rudely then i suggest you be nicer? And if you don't have patience, you wont make it in this world. Theres billions of us. Don't forget that. Also, I LOVED their Halloween decor. Really brought the spirit :) Side note, i was a 10am appointment. Was told to be there 30 minute's early. I ended up showing at 9am on the dot. They open at 8am. Im telling you morning appointments are always better. So try that before rescheduling so many times cause you're impatient. You can take a day off work or rearrange things to make in time if it was really worth it to you. The place is small but think about everyone trying to get their appointments at the same time cause thats the only time they feel like going. Most people dont know how privileged they are. These other reviews have me questioning the people making them. COMMUNICATING GOES BOTH WAYS. I didn't receive certain information over the phone but after i sent texts asking things, they responded within a day or two. Gave me all the info i need. Because i communicated... some of you are just weirdos and blame other things for your mistake.

This place was absolutely amazing from beginning to end I went in for a full mouth extraction they walked me through everything step by step made me feel very comfortable when I was super scared and anxious and the process went very smoothly I was done in less than an hour getting all of my teeth out and was ready to go I've not had any issues and I would highly recommend them to absolutely everybody this place was amazing!!!!! They are absolutely AMAZING at this dental practice. Got us in very quickly it was my husband, son and myself we needed 27 teeth removed including some wisdom. They were very nice and polite. We had IV sedation and could not feel a thing. Not in too much pain today and we was just there yesterday. They are very nice and good at what they do. I got my wisdom teeth removed here. I called them on Monday (2/7/22) and had an appointment to have them removed by Wednesday (2/9/22). They were super fast about getting me in. The nurses did an amazing job, very kind and making me feel better about the whole process. I wish I could remember one of the girls names, she was amazing! Dr. Fulk was awesome too, he did an amazing job. I’m on day 2 of having them removed and I’m not really in too much pain. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I needed 4 wisdom teeth and one molar removed. I was referred to Fulks by my regular dentist. They called me the very next morning to after getting a referral to set up my appointment. I figured it would be several week to get in. But nope. I got a call to set up the appointment Friday and got my teeth removed today. All of the staff were incredibly nice. John especially! When getting an IV in my hand he had me hold his fingers. I ended up squeezing way to hard and apologized. He was so nice about it and told me it was fine and that he’s done this job for many years so it doesn’t bother him. The staff who walked me to my husband in the car was also so nice. I can’t say enough good things!

The procedure went quickly and was painless. I am still in the recovery stage and it is not bad at all. Make sure you take your meds on schedule it definitely helps recovery. Very quick with extractions. Explained the process thoroughly, the anesthesiologist and his wife/assistant were the sweetest and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t receive any judgement for the condition of my teeth, only compassion. My surgery was approximately 9 hours ago and I am feeling very little pain at this point. Amazing experience from top to finish. I haven’t had any sort of surgery since I was about 7/8 years old. Had all 4 wisdoms extracted. I was VERY nervous about going under and the staff & Dr Fulks made me very comfortable & at ease. I’m about 24 hours post op and I’ve honestly had no pain aside from waiting to get my meds filled after the anesthesia wore off. So far the recovery has been much better than I expected. Amazing job and staff. Thank you!

Despite the patient they had to handle before it was my turn to get my wisdom teeth out. I had a good experience. Assistance & Dr. Fulks made sure to ask if I had any questions several times and thoroughly answered the ones I did have. Procedure seemed to have gone quickly and I felt no pain afterwards. Didn’t feel anything until I had to switch my gauze. When the pressure was taken off my gums I had excruciating pain. The second time around I had to take my meds with gauze in so it wouldn’t be so painful. Feeling a lot better on second day - again overall great experience with Fulks Dental ! Thank you.

Following the pandemic, it has been challenging to get quality care, quickly and with excellent results. Fulks Family Dental has exceeded our expectations in all areas. My eighteen year old daughter was seen quickly following the referral from her primary dentist, for wisdom tooth extraction, under sedation. The pre-op instructions were clear and concise, the paperwork quick and easy to complete, and the office staff cheerful and knowledgeable. The procedure itself was accomplished much faster than I've ever experienced with any of my other children. My daughter's swelling is only minimal, and the medication protocol following the procedure is just perfect to address pain, inflammation, and potential infection. I highly recommend this office and only wish we had discovered them sooner.

I was referred to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they got me in super quick, paperwork was simple and easy. I was called back within 15 minutes of me being there and I wish I could remember my nurses name because she was great. I have small veins and she was extremely gentle with me and helped ease the nerves that I was having. Sweetest nurse and the doctor who did my procedure was also very sweet. She got it done in less than an hour. Totally recommend this place.

I got my top wisdom teeth pulled yesterday morning, and the amount of relief I feel is completely counteracting any pain from the procedure. The process was so fast. I had an appointment 2 days after I talked to them, and was at the appointment for an hour. The nurse or whatever they are at a dentist, was really cool about my phobia of medical anything, and made me feel really comfortable, and again was very quick. So I went and got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed today and I was extremely nervous, borderline anxiety attack. The nurse who did my IV was AMAZING! I wish I could remember his name. I didn’t feel a thing and he conversed with me the whole time so I didn’t feel nervous. He helped me to breathe and reassured me everything would be just fine. The nurse explained what would happen step by step. Then, the doctor came in and laid me back, gave me the anesthesia through my IV and I was knocked. I didn’t feel a thing. They gave great aftercare instructions and were so nice while walking me to the car and making sure I was ok. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone getting an oral surgery!

The staff explained everything to me about my oral surgery and made me feel much more comfortable, they had me in and out in no time at all. The doctor spoke to me as a friend not as a patient and truly eased my fear and worries before being put under. From my first contact with the administrative staff, when I arrived to the desk. To completion of my surgery. Fulks Dental far exceeded my already highly set expectations. My expectations were based on the great reviews that I have read online. Also, Dr. Fulks and staff have recently treated my wife on more than one occasion. Her positive experiences helped to cement my determination to have Fulks Family Dental surgically remove many of my teeth. I walked into their office Wednesday April 27th, 2022 with a very high amount of anxiety and when they took my bloodpressure it showed. My teeth have always been very very sensitive to cold, hot, pressure and even just breathing. Every dentist I have ever been to, if they are working on the right side of my mouth; they have to numb my entire mouth or the air, suction tube and everything will make that other side hurt very bad. Every single person I came into contact with was so polite, professional and showed empathy for my very nervous state of mind and being. Additionally, I was a hard stick for IV placement, for which I take most of the blame. I had not drank enough water the past few days or each day as you should to allow for ease of sticking my veins. But the tech tried a couple times being very gentle. Then she spoke with an absolute gentleman John who got the IV placed. All the while, chatting with me about his military service(for I come from a family of Marines); I loved hearing and discussing this amongst other things. As it did help to put my racing heart to ease a bit. If I was in a hospital, I would say that everyone's bedside manner was exceptional. When Dr. Fulks walked in to prep me on the surgical plan; he was very informative, suggested a little change to the initial referral plan. Allowed me to be the ultimate decision maker; for which was very professional and polite. I ended up agreeing with him to leave a repairable tooth. Then to extract a potentially problematic tooth before it has a chance to flare up. He then administered the IV sedation; I warned that in the past, I have woken up quite a few times during other procedures. Dr. Fulks assured me the procedure would not take long and I would be fine. He was spot on. I was in twilight sleep for the entire procedure, I did not wake up until everything was complete. After a short time for recovery; I was assisted to my vehicle and rode home with my wife. That afternoon I was in no pain, I napped for maybe 2 hours and woke up in no pain or discomfort. Now 24 hours later, I only have very mild discomfort. But this was and is expected for having my molars surgically extracted. Also my bone density under my gum line is greater than most; surgeons have told me. I am honestly so happy with the results and how I feel today. I have returned to my normal routine for the most part. Still have to eat a soft food diet, to allow for healing to occur. But words cannot describe how pleased I am with my experience at Fulks Family Dental. (Sorry for writing a novel). I am just so happy and impressed, I wanted to describe as much as I could. I could share even more positivity. But I will leave everyone with the advice....if you are very nervous, have very sensitive teeth or just need a caring office of medical professionals to take care of you; this is the place to go. Pros: First off , you can tell by this clinic’s check in procedures that they really care about their patient’s well being post surgery. Staff is super friendly and professional. Doctor Fulks was super nice and gentle. Staff walked me out to my car after oral surgery. They sent me home with gauze, syringe for cleaning, prescriptions to prevent infection, inflammation, Tylenol 3 and ibuprofen for pain, and thorough after care instructions. Check in was fast other than the time it took me to fill out the paperwork. The procedure was quick. Overall I had a great experience , it was the first time I’d ever been to this clinic. Cons: This place takes a while to get into because they are one of the only places in Columbus that state insurance will cover anesthesia, and you will also need your X-ray faxed for a prior authorization if you have state insurance. It’s a huge inconvenience, However it’s not their fault, it’s a requirement of the insurance company.

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed today. I have never had a cavity in my life so nothing has ever been done to my teeth but cleanings. I have anxiety so I was intravenous sedated. While I was in the waiting room which is a hop away from the front desk I heard the staff talking about people. I have a prescription I take weekly and I was crying while I was filing out my paperwork so i must have misspelled the medical condition because the nurses thought it was funny and said out loud haha defiancey . First of all I have a medical billing and coding degree and that is a hippa violation all day. Please inform your staff that the girl who misspelled a word due to crying and having anxiety has a degree is not dumb and don't appreciate other people in the lobby being able to hear about my medical history. No one knew who they were talking about besides my husband but that might want to be addressed before a real messy person on caresource handles that disrespect a different way. I'm just polished and was raised with respect and my tooth was hurting so that's the only reason I didn't walk out or say something to her rude self. And yes they were talking about someone that had caresource to when I walked in the door. Came in at the end of that conversation but maybe they need to wait untill y'all close to talk about people geesh. I WANT TO SAY THAT BESIDES THAT I COULDN'T HAVE EVER HAD A BETTER OUTCOME. NOT SWOLLEN NO PAIN MEDS NEEDED. I HAVE YET TO TAKE ONE AND MY SURGERY WAS 12 HOURS AGO! SO THE DENTIST DID AWESOME AND I THANK GOD THE LADIES WERE NOT THE ORAL SURGEON BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY WALKED OUT. Fyi if y'all don't want to take patients that have medicaid then don't , but we are not less of a person than a person who pays out of pocket. And I was referred there by my dentist I didn't pick this office at all. 🤷 Dr Fulks is awesome though I promise you, if you can handle the cocky for no reason staff.

Wonderful staff and wonderful doctor(s) I can’t even explain how smooth the wisdom teeth and molar extractions went! They are very polite and patient! I was instantly calmed and sedated and not sure how long the whole procedure lasted but the doctor mentioned before hand that it typically takes 30-45 mins. I woke up after what seemed like only 5 mins or less of I.V sedation and I was even walked to the car from the bed. We love it so much there,that we’re now getting my fiancé a referral to get her wisdom teeth extracted at Fulks! 10-10 I would HIGHLY recommend!

Just gonna preface this by saying...I am someone who used to be terrified of the dentist in general... and put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for years.... but this year the pain my teeth were causing me was so not worth waiting any longer. My dentist referred me to this office and I could not be happier with the results! My wait to go back wasn't very long, and the assistants who prepped me were amazing, explained what they were doing at each step and friendly and Dr. Cheng (I believe that is how you spell her name?) Is an absolute wiz at what she does. The removal of my 4 wisdom teeth, 2 being impacted was so fast! I regret waiting so long to get them out now, they made this process so easy peasy. Just know that it is a bit of a wait to get scheduled here, but it is so worth it!! If you have been reluctant to get your wisdom teeth out, I highly recommend this office. They have high reviews on here for a reason!

Got my wisdom teeth taken out today. Was super nervous since I never had any surgeries before. But the staff was very nice, made me feel comfortable, explained everything. The only thing I remember from the surgery is when they put the sedation in, and then when they were asking if I can open my eyes and try to sit up. Felt like it took a second. No pain at all, now it’s sore, but nothing too terrible. Didn’t expect it to go this good, highly recommend!

The office staff leading up to my visit was extremely friendly and very prompt. They called my insurance to make sure my operation would be covered and I knew all of that before my appointment was confirmed. I knew exactly what was going to be happening for my wisdom teeth removal before I went in for my appointment. That shouldn’t be abnormal for health care, but it is. I arrived, filled out my paperwork, had an X-ray, and went to the exam room. They developed a plan and presented it to me, told me how much my insurance was covering, and how much I needed to pay. The nurses were extremely friendly and very professional. I was a little nervous and the nurse reassured me that it was an easy procedure and I’d be fine. I paid, and they did the extractions in a very timely manner(about 30-40 min) and then I was on my way. It was as smooth as I could have imagined it being. Fulks is great healthcare and great customer service.. I didn’t think the two coincided. If you’re considering dental work, you will not be disappointed. If it was anywhere but the dentist, I’d be excited to go back. Haha.

I had to get dropped off about 20 minutes early due to my health transportation drop off times. As I came in it was already receptionist on phone (understandable) one came in less than 5 minutes after myself. This one receptionist in particular didn't say anything rude but her approach to say the least was VERY unwelcoming. Sadly it was another situation that I rather not go into details about that happened when I got back to get seated and sedation. The main reason why I won't elaborate on even a clue about what it may be, is because of the sensitivity behind the matter. Overall my wisdom removal was successful and Dr. Fulks was amazing. The staff was kind, efficient and super caring Here I am less than 8hrs later amazingly comfortable. Yes, I have taken one dose of the prescribed pain medication. Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Never been to Fulks before having the procedure, but experience and process when I showed up day of procedure were very smooth. They also provided email and text reminders for my appointment. After filling out some paperwork, I went right back and got setup with the nurse, and not long after the doc came in and procedure began, then I woke up and felt a little soreness but not so bad. Overall I would recommend Fulks for wisdom teeth procedures, they provide directions so be sure to follow them, and I was good to go and back to normal in about a week no problem.

My visit to have all four wisdom teeth extracted went great. The team working at Fulks dental went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They also informed me of everything that was going to be done in great detail along the way, as well as educating me on different aspects of my bone structure, sinus cavity, and most likely how the procedure was going to go based on my X-ray he was showing me. I’m not in as much bad pain as I thought I would be. They took all 4 wisdom teeth out. Prior to surgery I told them I am deeply afraid of needles the assistant nurse I think she was , was extremely nice and gently. The lady who put iv in me was sort of rude and I don’t remember much but when they were trying to wake me up I tried asking her something and she ignored me. dr. Fulks (I think was his name this was when I was hardly awake) yelled saying I was being dramatic because I could not wake up or stand up he yelled (I think) “GIVE HER ANOTHER DOSE SHE IS BEING DRAMATIC “ I was not being dramatic and couldn’t wake up. I couldn’t even stand. They gave me a lot of medication for my pain which may be why I’m not in to much pain. I also remember not having a tongue.

PLEASE ANSWER YOUR PHONES!! it took more than a week of persistant calling to even speak to anybody about my wisdom tooth extraction referral, they did get me scheduled and operated on pretty quickly once communication DID get through. Now I'm experiencing severe nerve pain from the operation and have been calling non stop for hours. ive only gotten through to an answering machine once, hung up on before speaking every other time! Seriously, how is hanging up on patients professional at all?? Not a bad office if you can actually somehow get a hold of somebody, good luck with that part though 🙄

Sooooo, I got my wisdom teeth extracted on Monday. Today is Sunday so it’s been about 6 days. I was iv sedated lol I was so scared they was so caring to my anxiety. This was my first visit here at Fulk Family Dental for wisdom teeth extraction. Every seemed very friendly and informative from beginning to end. If I had To comment on anything (from what I could recall) after my procedure was finished I felt a little rushed to come to it (wake up) of course being on medication I’m sure there are procedures they must follow but as I was In and out of it I just kept hearing “open your eyes” almost as if they were getting a bit frustrated that I just could not. But again I would most certainly refer to any of my friends and family!

I was nervous they would send me away and tell me I'd have to do it at a later date for whatever reasons all the other places I have gone to have done to me. I've been trying to get my wisdom teeth out for 4 years and no other place would do it and made everything nearly impossible for me to get them out. Another tooth has broke and the roots are going into my sinuses I have been in so much pain even quit a job because of how bad the pain finally got. I went to a walk in to my dentist at 6 am after leaving work the night before. And they couldn't pull it because of my sinuses. So they referred me to fulks dental. It didnt take months and months to get me in. They got me in , in just a couple weeks. The waiting room time was literally only long enough to fill my papers out. And I went back and got sedated immediately they were very kind even tried to save my 2 teeth that my dentists back home said were not able to be saved. If the pain hadn't got so bad and if my dentist would have referred me to them way sooner like they should have I would still have my teeth other than my wisdoms. But it was my choice to get those 2 pulled. Thank you all so much! Great customer service! Everyone there, even the ladies at the front desk were so amazing and made me so comfortable like I was right at my own home. I love you all at Fulks Family Dental on east main street Columbus so much for helping me so much! I'm not in pain anymore. And I didnt have to fight to get something done.

I was nervous because some of the reviews weren’t the best but my procedure did go well. My only two complains were I was called to come early because they were ahead of schedule but when I said I could only come at my scheduled time due to being at work I assumed when I arrived since they were ahead of schedule that I would be seen right away but I still had to wait 20-25 minutes after my scheduled surgery time even after arriving 30 minutes before my actual appointment time. Also I informed one of the helping staff that my IV should go in my left arm because I am a hard stick in my right arm but she did not listen and still poked me in my right arm. As I awoke from my surgery it was then found in my left arm. So I was very unhappy with being poked in both arms as it is quit uncomfortable.

I had my wisdom teeth removed, and decided to just get numb. I was nervous, but Dr. Fulks and all the staff there was friendly. When they numbed me they talked me through it so I didnt feel the needle go in. Once numb each tooth they pulled put they again talked me through and made me feel relaxed and pain free. I am a hard stick when it comes to an IV and Dr. Fulks got it on the first try. All the staff was wonderful. If I did have to have a complaint it would be that the way the office is set up not only could I see all the instruments and syringes that were going to be used for my procedure and I could hear everything that was going on in the other rooms made waiting a little stressful, but that was more about my nerves than anything else.

I've also been to several oral surgeons for full extractions and have been sent home moments after my appointments BC there was no vein visible for an iv sedation. I was referred to films dental after I had my baby and they got me in right away. The work on my teeth I've been seeking for years they finally accomplished with no hesitation. The last thing I remembered was meeting the dentist then I was home. I had all my teeth pulled and I was amazed on how little pain I feel the next day. Dont get me wrong, it was a little painful more sore at first but I've only had to take pain medicine once since ive left their office and its been almost 24 hrs. I got all 4 of wisdom teeth pulled here today. I was referred to Fulk Family Dental by Comfort Dental, my primary dentist. Front desk left a good impression. She was knowledgeable, courtesy, fast with my paper work. Very clean establishment. There’s a brown haired young woman who does a really good job talking to the patient and explains everything you need to know thoroughly. She has a good personality to match her work ethic. She tended to me & contributed to her team. The gentlemen who inserted my IV is a professional at his job. Good sense of humor & precision are admirable. Only disappointment was that I wanted to keep just 1 of my teeth afterwards to show my daughter. They said I could, but they never brought it to me despite asking twice. My daughter is sad about that. She’s 6, hasn’t seen a lost tooth before and was curious. Makes me believe my conspiracy on the tooth fairy using our teeth to make dentures. Other than that, I’ve had a great experience.

After a root canal went bad that was done at another dentist's office, I had to have the tooth extracted. The thought of it was extremely anxiety provoking for me. I also had had a bad experience with the prior dentist - expounding my anxiety about dentists. Two days ago I made the 1.5 hour drive on the recommendation of my primary dentist - who doesn't do root canals and extractions. My anxiety just grew as I got closer - but I could feel the infection and the urgency to remedy it got me there. Once I was there the whole staff was so professional and courteous. They knew I was anxious because I had mentioned it on the phone and I felt that everyone was working together to make me feel safe. The dental assistant, Joe (I think), was just fantastic. His mother would be proud. He talked me through every single detail and the nurturing quality of his personality was really really appreciated. The dentist was warm and his work was swift. They had me taken care of, Joe even put my coat on me and walked me to the door. I truly felt... loved.

My wisdom teeth were super close to my nerve, which can be tricky when removing wisdom teeth due to the risk of transecting the nerve. I am in zero pain and have not required pain meds. Due to the pandemic it has been so hard to find a dentist to remove my wisdom teeth. Dr Fulks and his staff were amazing and I look forward to seeing them for future dental care.

Had teeth cleaned and thought they did a good job.l am nervous about Dentists and nitrous eas super expensive. I think Dr Faulks and staff want you to be happy in the end.Just make sure they take their time on first visit to explain game plan throughly...and cost. Dr. will take time with you.
