Always a pleasant experience going here. Front desk is always super pleasant as if ypur family that they are happy to see. I love how they always offer u a water or even a blanket. I had work done by Mrs. Sabrina and she was really cool to talk too. Made me feel at ease about my procedure. The dentist is a young looking man and very professional and friendly. I love the 1st appt gift you get. Wish there were other ways to win the prizes besides referrals tho. Love this place!!

I've never had a bad experience. Office staff is always welcoming. Hygienists always personable. Dentists are always thorough with good bedside manner. I've never felt pushed to do procedures too soon, if at all, and they're always very understanding if I want to wait until later to do something. I've had filling-happy dentists in the past try to fear-monger too much about something that "may or may not" become a future cavity, and they are not like this.

I have been going for years and it's often a pleasant experience because the people there are cheery, polite, and caring. They aren't pushy and monitor my deductibles when I ask. They offer alternatives or will truthfully state what are urgent treatments. I'm now a senior citizen and still have nice teeth from years of being a regular patient.

Went to 3 different dentist. Broken tooth with the absolute worst pain. None of the three could numb me enough to pull my tooth. And of course no one helps with pain anymore. As much as I love my beautiful teeth. I I had to get rid of this horrible pain. Went to Fixari. The dentist and staff were absolutely AMAZING. So compassionate. He did not give up or in and Finally I'm free for that tooth. I suffered for almost two months with this tooth only to have dentist numb me then referring me to an oral surgeon. I'll never understand it and I'll NEVER go anywhere but Fixari. From the time you enter until the moment you leave. You are with the real professionals that care about you and what they are doing. I'm so grateful.

This was our second visit, but both visits staff was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The facility is clean and you always know what to expect. My daughter is getting braces and has no fears of going. They make sure she's comfortable and have genuine conversations with her. I also like their availability in scheduling. They have both early morning appointments and late evening.

Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I've had a long standing relationship with Fixari and a number of procedures over that time. I've never left in as much pain as i did today. Dr. Cheney is personable and he keeps you informed along the way. His hands however aren't steady and he seems to look for more procedures that you need. The list just kept growing and so did my out of pocket costs. The assistant Savanna was pleasant but not careful and kept aggravating my already sore and sensitive gums with her tools. Shana was pleasant but seemed to scoff when I said the impression mold was hurting my tender gums. She seemed surprised that the numbing agent didn't prevent the pain I was experiencing. I'll continue to patronize but things really have changed and not all in the best of ways.

Always satisfied with the service I receive at Fixari. I appreciate being treated as a person and not just another number. Very humbled staff and they’re always working together to ensure the best patient experience. Quality over quantity at this place. Prices are reasonable, they make it possible for you to protect one of your most prized possessions your SMILE. They keep my Smile clean, bright, and healthy. Somehow they seem to do it with minimum pain. I recommend Fixari most of all for the quality, honesty, hospitality, and great patient experience that I receive. Also they’re pretty good about accommodating emergencies same day next day service. They understand nobody can be walking around in pain for to long etc. I feel valued at this clinic and that’s important for me when I’m spending my hard earned coins.

I'm so terrified of getting any dental procedure done but Dr Bobby and his assistant London made my visit so comfortable!! I had an extraction and with the numbing and gentleness, I had no pain!! I feel so relieved and thankful they made me feel at ease the entire time!

I’ve never had any teeth pulled besides my wisdom teeth at osu but dr Matt Chancy and his assistance were wonderful. Kept checking on me to make sure I was good during the whole process. He did it pretty quick, I told them I had to pick up my son at 345 from school and we were done with some time to spare. Highly recommend

I am unbelievably grateful for the team at Fixari Family Dental. I was having a dental emergency that had me in severe pain. Other offices in the city offered to see me either late next week or the following week. I was in so much pain, I knew I couldn’t wait that long. I was unable to eat, sleep, or go to work. I called Fixari Family Dental and they asked how soon I could get there. They saw me just an hour after I called, on a SATURDAY! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by several friendly faces and felt comfortable in their beautiful, modern office space. I was also given a new patient goody bag, how nice! I knew I was in good hands once I met Sabrina and Dr. Anna Nissen. They made me feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. Sabrina was very careful and comforting as she took x-rays and impressions of my teeth. She was also very friendly and great to talk to! Dr. Anna was so informative and kind. She came up with a treatment plan that would address my pain and put me on track to restore my smile within the next few months. It’s been a few hours since my procedure. The numbing has worn off and I am no longer in pain. All in all, I would definitely recommend Fixari Family Dental, and I will definitely be returning!

I believe my dentist’s name was Dr. Wes. Emily the beautiful dentist assistant referred to him as “the gentle giant”. He is AMAZING. So skilled in his craft, incredibly friend, and ridiculously hilarious!!! My visit could not have been better! From the moment I walked in the door they exceeded expectations. The receptionist (didn’t get her name) is so professional you would think you walked into the White House. Highly recommend, and this is not even me being generous.

I'm new to Columbus and needed some urgent dental care. Fixari Dental got me in to see Dr. Max Grossel the next day at the Kimberly Pkwy office. The entire office and professional staff are responsive, friendly, compassionate and competent. Katie who cleans my teeth it's fantastic she's very thorough and would not hurt you for anything. I couldn't see myself going to any other dentists and doctor Nate is my favorite of all he is so gentle and just a fantastic dentist. I love them all I never have a problem getting in and something is wrong I would prefer them to anybody who needs a dentist.

Also don’t forget your cookie on the way out! They also have cool drawings like right now they’re giving away $100 towards a pumpkin patch I would recommend this awesome place !

What an amazing place. My girlfriend visited first thanks to a reference and then I went there myself the very next day just because their service is beyond amazing. We got offered cookies, coffee, and water. Receptionists were amazing and super friendly and the staff there were very thorough with their procedure and went over the details with both of us. I had a lovely time today. I went in to get my braces put on and everyone was friendly and professional. Kayla helped me with my finances. Debbie was really helpful when doing the imprint of my teeth and the wires for my braces! Dr. Lawrence new exactly what he was doing and that made me calm to know that I was in good hands. While waiting for me Meghan helped keep my mom comfortable. Everyone there is just awesome at their jobs and great at making you feel safe.

I enjoy my experience here. Peggy the Receptionist is so kind and takes well care of me while I wait to be seen by offering refreshments. The dental hygienist Shauna made my teeth feel like a brand new pair of shoes. The financial advisor Meg was clear about what decision where right for me. It was easy to under where I wanted to go with my dental plan. Last but not least Dr.Nate took my wisdom tooth out so smooth I had healed within 48hrs and had no pain afterwards.

Like most, the dentist is not my favorite place to go to. I had a tooth in excruciating pain for three days and they were able to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. In my mind I knew I needed a root canal because I've experienced the same pain before. I was nervous because with my first ever root canal it was a terrible experience. I can say Dr. Yin and his wonderful dental assistant Shardae did a FABULOUS job! I did not feel the needle when Dr. Yin was giving me anesthesia. Shardae was gentle and sympathetic to my apprehension and nerves. Root canals are also very expensive and they set me up with an affordable payment plan so I could get it taken care of that day. All in all, I am extremely pleased with my first experience there and will be going back.

Great Choice as far as dentist offices go. Got me in as soon as they could when I was having terrible pain in one of my molars. They’ve got what might be the best dentist I’ve ever seen one Dr. Yim who performed the needed root canal. Any Dentist that can stick me with a needle and not have it hurt is amazing in my book, the nurse Paige who assisted was nice as well.

Excellent experience during my six month check-up today. My goal has always been to keep my teeth in the best condition always. My cleaning was painless an outstanding again today. I love the way my hygienist continually educates me on how to maintain proper dental health. I want my teeth to last a life-time. I'm not really sure what to think of this place yet. I came in with severe pain and an abscess in my gums that was infected. The nurses/hygienists were perfectly wonderful and took care of me like I was family. The Dr. upon seeing me did acknowledge the infection, but declined to begin a course of antibiotics without explanation. I can only assume it was because they couldn't check my insurance (Saturday visit) and since I didn't have $1000 just lying around to give them for the procedure he was recommending, they weren't going to get any guaranteed money out of me. Second opinion from the Dr. at the urgent care facility my family uses that had exactly 0 problems running my insurance on the weekend was to take a round of antibiotics to keep the infection from spreading, pick up a prescription for an appropriate pain medication that didn't interact negatively with my other medications, and follow up with a dentist during the week. They seem competent, and I'm open to adjusting my review if I go back and am able to get care, but given that the Dr. was willing to let me sit with an untreated infection in my mouth and recommended ibuprofen (which has a dangerous interaction with one of my other meds) I'm hesitant to go back. When I called after my appointment (and before seeking a second opinion) to ask why antibiotics weren't being prescribed and what the risks for delayed treatment were in my situation, I was informed that the Dr. "...might even get back to [me] today!". I can't even eat because of how much pain I'm in, but okay I guess... :/ I can't recommend them in good faith, but likewise I won't tell anyone to steer clear either. Like I said, they seem competent and I probably just had a bad experience because I was a risky patient to take on (from a financial perspective). I still would have preferred an answer other than [just suffer until Monday when we can call to verify your coverage]. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fixari Family Dental has been treating all my dental needs long before I had kids. I now have a 12 & 8 yr old who have been patients since they were both 3yrs old. The staff are friendly and personal. They listen to your concerns and treat your individual needs. I especially look forward to catching up with our dental hygienist, Katie, when we schedule our cleanings twice a year.

Dr Fixari was very nice and friendly and provided me with great information about my treatment plan. There was one hygienist that did my bite wings that was very nice and efficient. The other hygienist however was not as professional, making comments about my hair texture and somewhat racially uncomfortable comments. She did a good job but her overall patient interaction was not as professional.

He needed some minor work and Dr Max numbed him without him even knowing there was a needle involved! They also do great charity care, helping those who wouldn't otherwise be able to get things fixed

I absolutely love this place. The doctors are so kind and gentle. I used to think that I was afraid of the dentist until I came here. From the bright and friendly greeting from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental assistant and the doctor it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. I've seen a couple different dentists here and each one is so patient and caring. You won't believe it, but they have fresh baked cookies for you to take home after your visit. Yum yum! Don't go anywhere else, you will love it here.

This was by far the best dental office I’ve been to. Their hospitality was outstanding! They make you feel Lille a queen from the moment you walk in. The receptionist serves you coffee or tea with a cookie. You also receive a goodie bag and a gift! A water bottle and a welcome letter. They also have an affordable program for your services. The experience was amazing from walking in the door and being greeted in such a professional manner I’ve never had that at any dentist office I’ve ever been to. The check in process was so easy and smooth and you feel very valued even offered water, room temp or cold ! Oh you can’t forget coffee and cookies yes folks cookies lol. Hey why not enjoy a nice cookie before the dentist sees you :) . Once I was taken to the back it was sooo nice and organized I got a lovely tour of the establishment there soooo many rooms and even seen a couple of the Drs. before they seen me it’s amazing to know Dr. Fixari is even in the practice this was a wonderful experience 30 + years of experience and still thriving. Wonderful first experience. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful and took the time to get to know me. They explained in layman's terms everything that was going on in my mouth, things I wasn't aware of at all, and gave me suggestions on how to better care for my dental health.. My experience was pretty good. I am not a fan of the dentist office and as such I have a mess of work to get done. Found this dentist office because of the full sedation dentistry. Went in on a Tuesday and was fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Jensen the next day. My experience with Dr. Jensen was AWESOME. Kind, gentle, and non judgmental. I actually don't remember a thing after he put the IV in my arm. My only two issues are that no one told me I had to have someone else there to drive me home with a full sedation. Maybe that is suppose to be understood, but it was just dumb luck I had a friend bring me. The other issue was communication between offices. I had my x-rays done at one office and procedures done at another. My anxiety level shot through the roof when they asked me to do more x-rays....I told them they were already done...and they called the other office and had them emailed. You would think the person who scheduled my appointment would know to send the x-rays over.....or someone. T Dr. Jensen was wonderful and my experience with him was the best dental experience I have had, but these little details make me hold back on the 5.

I had an infected tooth that needed pulled right away. I couldn't find a local dentist who would see me and pull the tooth the same day. Dr. Mike got me in, gave me an honest evaluation of my options and then worked me into his very busy day to get the tooth extracted. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Someone said that their prices are high, well the dentist who would not pull my infected tooth for at least a week was a little cheaper, true, but the care provided is not nearly as personnel. Dr. Mike and his staff showed that they really cared about me, sometimes that will cost a little more. Well worth it in my opinion.

Fixari Dental is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to! Last July I visited another dentist that ended up botching my Trigeminal Nerve giving me Trigeminal Neuralgia which is unending nerve pain in the face. The botching came from a terribly done bridge. That December I visited Fixari to get fitted for a new bridge by one of their prosthodontist. Fast forward 7 months later I still had the temporary on due to my serve facial and tooth pain. I finally made the appointment and had the final bridge placed by Dr. Fixari who did a fantastic job! They also had time to get my dental cleaning done all while numb so I wouldn’t feel pain. They took time to listen to my story and were completely compassionate and helped make me feel the most comfortable. Because of them I haven’t felt any extra pain from the bridge placement allowing me to get back to my life. An amazing dentist overall! Highly suggest this place!

I went to Fixari Dental one day when I was in a crazy amount of pain bc my anxiety about going to the dentist stopped me from going earlier. My regular dentist couldn’t get me in until after the weekend so I found the phone number for Dr. Fixari nline. I drove from Powell to the Eastside because they were able to get me in that day and they were One of the very few places that showed I could be sedated for a tooth extraction. They were so kind and so patient and extremely understanding of the fact and I was so nervous and even shaky... I told everyone about my experience because I have never had a positive dental experience before that. They sent me with a goodie bag when I left I got a thank you card and envelope a few days later and even bigger than all of that, dr fixari called me the next day on a weekend to make sure I was doing OK. My dentist that I’ve used for years has never personally done that. I recently noticed that they are adding a new office right by my house in Lewis Center and was so excited! Surprise surprise I have not driven back to the Eastside since my visit for a cleaning or any routine dental work but I definitely be starting that as soon as I see that the new office is open!

My husband and I both go to Dr. Haddad and can't say enough good things about the care he and his staff have given us. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but along with the gentleness and the attention to my comfort while working in my mouth, they have heated massage dental chairs and a TV on the ceiling to watch while they are working on you! There is never any shaming from them or pressure to have work done. It had been 5 years since I had been for an exam or cleaning because I hated to go to the dentist before I found Fixari. I have been going to Fixari Dental for probably 20 years and they always seem to attract talented dentists. My recent visits have involved root canals, a crown, and most recently, a molar removed, ugh. I will be having an implant in it's place. Getting molar pulled is not the funnest visit and Dr.Hatim Leghuel told me exactly what it would be like, I mean exactly, like how I would feel each day right after the procedure and the days for my recover and he was right. He had me come in a week later just to make sure it was healing properly, without infection, at no charge. I have read some reviews that crack me up. I have not for one minute thought I was not getting the absolute best dental care and long term recommendations for my teeth and have never thought they were trying to get me to buy something I didn't need or wouldn't be beneficial. Fixari has some of the dentists in Columbus.

Dr. Vince and the entire staff at Fixari Family Dental - Kimblery Pkwy location were amazing!! My guy is a nervous dentist goer and they made him feel calm and not scared. Dr. Vince chatted with him to make his comfortable and told him exactly what he was doing. We had to make a follow up appt and they were really flexible and had availability that worked with my schedule. Very happy with our experience!
