Literally the ONLY dentist I trust. Their level of education in dentistry is beyond any degree. Everyone is very nice and their spirit is very uplifting. I’ve never experienced the kindness and consideration of my emotional feelings going into any other dentist office. When I walked in already on edge and needing support “Members Only” by Bobby Blue Bland was on inside on their radio playing….. I played that on the way to bury my grandmother Daisy Lee in 2019, I didn’t know what to do, how to feel or anything and they got me all the way together. AMAZING!!!!

dr. di is a very professional dentist. i am especially impressed by his heart to teach which is important to me. i did a lot of research on my own specific issue before going to see him, and i found him to be very knowledgeable and open to discussing the options i was most comfortable with. i felt heard and respected for my own views and felt treated like a human being. his office staff is a great team of people who work well together. will definitely be going back for my future dental care.

Dr. Gian and the team are amazing. I established care this January and there's no one else I'd want to see. After searching around and getting voicemails elsewhere, I was scheduled for an appointment here the same week I called, the online paperwork was easy to complete, and I was seen on time when I arrived at the office. I scheduled as a new emergency exam patient during a snow storm, they quickly got me booked at their next available appointment. Dr Cait was so wonderful and knowledgeable. I was very particular about my teeth and she was so patient and did not finish the procedure until I was completely happy with how it looked. Pam at the front desk and emergency scheduling hotline was so friendly and helpful. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, truly dependable and talented practice.

When looking for a family dentist, I wanted to find a practice that was super informative, clean, and friendly. Growing up, I didn't take good care of my teeth and now facing the repercussions of that. I had a crown removed due to never receiving a cap, which resulted in tooth decay. The tooth started to chip away, effecting the tooth closest to it as well. They asked me what my plans were for my teeth and came up with an entire dental plan. They explained the procedures they would be doing in great measure, making it easy for me to understand. It resulted in them pulling both teeth. Getting teeth pulled is never a fun experience but I felt safe. After that, they made plans to fill that space with a tooth implant. Dr. Caitlin Kiracofe was the one who pulled them and she was amazing! I just recently went back to continue with the plans and talked to Dr. Gian DiMichaelangelo as he will be the one implanting the new tooth. We talked and he asked me what is most important to me about having a healthier mouth/smile. He seems to really care about giving people a smile that they are proud to have. After the serious stuff moves out the way, he plans on giving me veneers because I am not happy about my front teeth. All of the staff is truly amazing and I honestly wouldn't trust my journey to a smile I want with anyone else. If you want a place like anything I described above, this is your place to go!!

They take time to educate and walk you through every step they are taking and are so patient and kind! Great experience with the whole team here! Came in for a chipped tooth/ grinding issues and they were able to detect the issue immediately and come up with great solutions. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely helpful and gave me very detailed explanations of what my insurance would and would not cover and made my experience very enjoyable and easy to understand! I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and Dr DiMichaelango’s office was the only office that responded to me. Not only did they respond they got me through the night and into the office early the next morning and took amazing care of me! I must say I'm very pleased with the service I received. I have such a fear of the dentist and had been looking for a dentist for a while. Being diabetic I knew I had to find a dentist quick. I've always had bad experiences with the dentist and I mean BAD. My husband has been going to DiMichaelangelo Family Dental for about 6 years he said to me why don't you try my dentist? I said will they let me come in and just talk first? He said call and ask them so I did. I spoke to Ms. Pam and she was glad to let me come in to meet the Dental staff first so that I would be comfortable. I appreciate it they did what other Dental clinics wouldn't. Really nice and down-to-earth. Pricing was my top worry but they were super accommodating and walked me through the line-item costs of everything they do, how much the insurance would cover, and how much I'd have to pay. And it honestly wasn't even that much, less than what I'd planned to pay. The actual dentistry part was very gentle and they treated me with a lot of respect and were very honest, it meant a lot. Definitely the best dentist I've ever been too.

I made an appointment because my wisdom teeth are giving me trouble, I told Pam on the phone that I haven’t had a job in 3 months due to the COVID crisis, and she told me not to worry and to come in for a free appointment. They checked out my mouth, took pictures, talked with me, and discussed payment options for the Xrays I need. The appointment was completely free. They spent over an hour with me, for free. It’s unbelievable. They’re insanely helpful, and it’s because they genuinely want to help (not just because it’s their job) they actually care. I have never felt more welcomed anywhere in my life. DiMichaelangelo Family Dentistry is the most wonderful place you will ever find to have your teeth worked on. They are truly a family of caring, and knowledgeable dental professionals that go out of their way to outshine the competition, even staying open until 7 or 8 pm on most weekdays. If you have an emergency they will answer the phone 7 days a week and if necessary open their office and treat you on weekends. They also go out of their way to keep costs as low as possible for you including annual plans that may or likely will allow you to drop your dental insurance. From a personal standpoint, they will treat like you are part of their family making you feel at home and even throwing in some humor at times. From a professional standpoint there is no better. If calling day or night your initial contact is often Pam DiMichaelangelo who with an angelic voice will thoroughly walk you through your concerns and the next steps to be taken. If she has to call you back to determine dentist or office availability you can be sure it won’t be a long wait and you hardly have to ask Pam a question because she doesn’t miss anything. When you first arrive at one of their offices you will be greeted with a smile and discussion of your appointment and expected duration . Office managers such as Pam at the Karl Rd office do a great job coordinating with the dentists by walkie talkie to get your billing/paperwork done in advance to minimize the time you are in the office. And to make you feel better they will offer you a fresh baked cookie (non Covid times only). Last but not least the dentists are true professionals. Laury DiMichaelangelo or Dr. D as he likes to be called is the best dentist I have ever had and I’ve had several good dentists over the past 60 years

I called at 930 in the morning for an emergency tooth extraction as a new patient Pam the receptionist told me to come on by 11! When I got there I was greeted with a hello and a smile and I’ll be right with you. I was explained all paperwork thoroughly and then sent back to a chair immediately (less then 20 mins). Once I was in a chair the dental assistant (sorry I forget her name) made me very comfortable was very quick with my X-ray and had me ready to see the Doctor. Dr Michael is awesome and professional and very friendly he extracted my tooth in less then 10 minutes AMAZING!!!! I have had other extractions and took almost an hour and trust me this one was the worst one because it had broke and had a temp bridge done the year before! I’ll just say that I will recommend ANYONE here and I’m glad I chose this faculty!!!

I started my journey with Dr. D and Co. About 5 years ago. They offered me a no judgment zone and helped do what I needed to in order to have a healthy mouth again. They will tell you how it is, however they wanna pressure you nor will they make you feel terrible about your dental habits, they just want you to be in better shape then when you went in. They have quelled my fear of the dentist and I could gove nothing less than 5 stars. All the doctors and Hygienists do a great job connecting with patients and Making them fee at ease, especially Deb. From the time you walk in the door and see Pam’s awesome smile to the time you leave with a cookie they truly put you first every step of the day. 10/10 would recommend

Hello Columbus Metropolitan Area! My name is Keith Reaves. Years ago, I was a patient at DiMichaelangelo Family Dentistry. I was treated with such exceptional care and professionalism, that the experience stayed with me even after all of those years. I never forgot it. I moved away briefly, but upon my return to Columbus, I decided to visit DiMichaelangelo Family Dentistry again recently, just a few days ago, at their Karl Road office. The same location I had visited all of those years ago. This time my experience was even more exceptional. Although my personal insurance provider was not accepted by their company, Pam and Doctor Cait were both very kind to me and took the time to listen to me about personal dental health, as well as giving me very helpful advice. Pam took the time to explain to me that DiMichaelangelo Family Dentistry insurance providers in the company's network, provide their customers with the best dental health coverage, not just basic dental health coverage, which is great! At the front desk, Jessica, Julia, Cadee and Sonny were all very helpful, friendly and professional. Assisting me with a concern that I had from my previous dentist. They all greeted me with smiles. They treated me so warmly and made me feel right at home. They were all, everyone at the Karl Road office, so very nice. Even pointing me in the right direction with a concern that I had with my previous dentist. I also called their Westerville office today and was greeted with the same friendly professionalism by an employee by the name of Ellen. Although I have never been to that location, or ever met Ellen, I could hear her smiling throughout our brief phone call. She was very sweet and sent me a text message containing very helpful information. Had to get an emergency extraction while on vacation. They welcomed me, the staff was more than helpful and I felt as safe as going to my dentist back home in DE. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone. They even gave my poor boyfriend a couple cookies while he had to wait for me. You do get the option to take someone back with you if you need the support. If I lived in Columbus this would be my dentist, hands down. Dr. D was great, his assistant Amber was sweet and helpful as well. Thank you for everything.

When I come for my visit the staff does not leave anything undone or unanswered. They do everything for you! Due to my schedule it is challenging for me to make an appointment sometimes but schedulers wor with me to get me in. From Pam the receptionist to the two dental hygienists Debbie and Sunny and then to Dr. Morgan and Dr. Kenyon. I feel so confident in having my care team be them! Pam always greets you with a welcoming smile and she is such a pleasant person! Sunny helped Dr. Morgan with my wisdom teeth extraction and he was very nice and helpful, I was awake and during the entire procedure Dr. Morgan kept telling me it was okay and how great I was doing. I have a lot of trust in him. 4 days after surgery, I thought something was wrong and I walked right in without an appointment. Debbie and Dr. Kenyon took me back right away, they were both very comforting told me their thoughts and reached out to Dr. Morgan, they told me someone would be in touch with me. Now mind you, it was Dr. Morgans day off and he personally called me on my phone about 20 minutes after i left the office asking my symptoms, telling me what to do and to keep doing. He said if i need anything that i could call him. If that isnt team work and being a back bone for your patients, then i dont know what is. I love coming here!

I went into the office after cracking my tooth over the weekend. I went in thinking I would just receive a routine consultation and x-rays, but not only received a through consultation discussing my options from knowledgeable staff but they also were able to give me a root canal and temporary crown the same day. I have never been a fan of the dentist but I was impressed from the time I entered the office through the time that I left. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and broke down my insurance coverage and what I would be responsible for. They worked with my insurance company to ensure that my out of pocket expenses was as minimal as possible. During the procedure I felt no pain and was extremely relaxed. I will definitely return and recommend anyone looking for a good dentist to visit their office.

I had a BAD tooth that needed to be pulled ASAP. After a weeks worth of Google searches and phone calls, I found North Columbus Dental Group and I'm so happy I did!! I was able to get a next day appointment and they walked me through every step of the extraction process from the initial exam and xrays to my payment options and the procedure. Dr. Di and the ENTIRE STAFF are phenomenal! I have a fear of the dentist but I'm glad to say that after my visit, I am actully looking forward to getting the dental care I need, and that's here at NCDG. Pam and Natasha at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. They were patient, informative and so kind! When it came to the procedure, it was quick and painless! Dr. Di and Chris talked me through everything they were doing and put me at ease. I walked away with a pulled tooth, a bit of pain, but alot of information and confidence to continue my treatment plan. I recommend Dr. Di and his staff to anyone looking for a dental office that is very professional but also makes you feel at home.

These people are THE most wonderful people ever! After a horrible experience at Immediadent left me with a missing crown at the end of business hours I was desperate. When I called in hysterics, they said they could get me in right away. They made me comfortable and eased my anxieties. The entire team was warm and friendly and made me feel welcome. I was in extreme pain when I went here for the first time. Dr. Sweitzer was so nice and kind. He showed me the x-rays to show me there wasn't any need for a root canal at this time. He thought it could be the "bite" since it was a newer crown. I just wonder how many other dentist would have just performed the root canal instead??? They are my new dentist!
