The staff treated me so nice. They were very thorough in explaining the procedure and post procedure care instructions. One of the dental assistants Crystal, was so nice and really helped me to stay calm during the procedure. She has such a sweet voice which kept me grounded through the intensity of a double extraction. Dr. Cain was amazing too. He really made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety about a few things. I knew I was in good hands. When I start making moves toward implants, I will be going to see Dr. Cain and the staff at Columbia Dental Health Clinic!! You guys rock!!

I was very satisfied with my visit. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed. My pain has been very minimum. Dr. Cain made me feel confident that he knew exactly what he was doing. The staff made me very comfortable during my visit and provided me with necessary medications to keep me comfortable after my surgery. The process lasted less than an hour. Staff were very clear and concise with pricing and how the procedure would work. Definitely would recommend this office.

Dr. Cain and his assistant (I can’t remember her name) but she was really sweet and they both were very helpful in keeping me calm through what I felt would be a very difficult procedure. They made sure that I had a very painless and comfortable experience. They were very straight forward and direct with everything and gave plenty of helpful information during my entire visit, and I am so grateful for them doing that. I came into the office extremely nervous about how things would go and turn out, my blood pressure was accelerated and everything but they made this the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I absolutely love the Experience! Down from the Front Desk ,to the Assistants, and up to the Dentist Doctor B. Cain (who’s humorous and a doll) . Everyone was so nice and showed so much hospitality! My daughter originally had her 4 wisdom teeth extraction surgery scheduled at another facility and they called the morning of the surgery to cancel. My daughter was in pain and I needed to get her seen ASAP. I was referred to Columbia Dental Health Clinic and we received an appointment for the same day! The entire experience from the front desk staff, to the X-Ray tech, the dental assistant and Doctor Cain was outstanding! My daughter came in nervous because originally she was supposed to have anesthesia but she walked out saying that hands down, this was her best dental experience ever and she didn’t even have anesthesia! From the humorous friendly banter, to the thorough explanation of the procedure, to prompt skillful service we were both impressed. Dr Cain even gave my daughter some advice as she prepares to enter the world of nursing. Customer focused care is rare to find nowadays. It is good to see that this practice gets it right.

I called and they got me in the next day early in the morning 9 am. I was out the door by 10:45 and I had an impacted wisdom tooth that was hard to get out with an infection. I was very nervous and they made me feel comfortable. The most pain I felt is the numb needle after that just pulling. It’s been over 12 hours so far and I feel good thanks to my prescriptions. I was even able to do my clients hair the same day! Thanks Dr.Boom I send you and your staff blessings and abundance.

Nikeita is amazing too, I could tell she was smiling through her mask, professionally silly (helping to calm my nervousness), and very compassionate!!! Highly highly recommend them for your dental needs!!! They don't just deserve 5 stars but 10 👍 as well, hopefully I'll never have to go back but I certainly will if ever need another extraction!!! P.S. I have a huge fear of dentists but they made me feel comfortable and Dr. Cain kept asking if I was ok or in any pain, which I was ok but no pain!!!

My son just had 2 wisdom teeth removed. The staff that treated him were nice. My main concern is he received no written instructions regarding after care. I was waiting for him and I received no after care instructions. I am a nurse and know that written instructions should be given to all patients especially post procedure patients. I was there with him. He DID not come out of the office with anything at all.

I walked in wanting to be sedated, but looked at the price and said bump it and stayed up like a champ. Felt no pain at all 💪🏽. They were amazing with me. I had to have 8 teeth pulled out and couldn't afford the sedation or laughing gas. I have severe anxiety and was starting to have an attack when they calmed me down, talked me through everything and were very attentive to my pain tolerance and anxiety. Easy in and out. I got an appointment quickly, for the same week. Arrived at the office, they filed my insurance, and I paid my copay. He numbed me up and got the tooth pulled. Whole process took less than 1 hour. Very efficient and friendly.

I really wish I could give 5 stars!!! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming! I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. Unfortunately the two at the bottom are still embedded in the gums so they referred me to a surgeon but they were able to get the top 2 out with no problem. I was very pleased with the dentist and with the assistant. I didn’t have any pain at all. Everything was explained throughly before we even began. I literally didn’t have to ask any questions! This facility is amazing!!!

I went to Columbia Dental Health in Columbia due to the rain and it was pouring hard. I called in to let the nurses know I was lost and late. They only stated to be careful and come on in. That my safety was more important than trying to rush. They also took me in and took GREAT CARE OF ME. If u have any dental work that needs to be done please call this office…. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments like many other people and my experience two years ago at another location only made my anxiety worse! HOWEVER, this place was absolutely great! They’re fast, informative, and the procedure itself was absolutely PAINLESS! When I read all the reviews I didn’t believe it honestly but I had my appointment yesterday and it’s true! The recovery process isn’t bad at all either and my medicine was ready for pickup ONCE I left the office. Great! Dr. Cain and Crystal are absolutely great!!

☆ Highly Recommend ☆ Dr. Broom☆ Extraction(s) Date 11-05-2021 She is an AMAZING dental surgeon that's for sure! If you have any dental work especially extractions needed, this is the place to go, from the office assistant to the surgeon and her assistant's. I've truly never thought I'd have hope in any dentist ever again after my last experience 12yrs ago here in the small town I live in, but let me tell you I have ALL faith in this lady and her entire staff. I am a person who battles extreme PTSD along with very severe panic and anxiety attacks for the last 16yrs and absolutely ZERO pain tolerance topped off with my traumatizing fear of dentists, to say the least they had their work cut out for them. I made sure she clearly understood this during the consultation and was assured by her and the nurse I'd be just fine. Of course I left with complete fear that things weren't going to go good the next morning at all. I'm am so pleased to brag that she made sure I did NOT have an attack and the extraction(s) pain during surgery was minimal. The whole process gave me complete faith in this team, if I ever need work done again, I would definitely ONLY go see her! Totally worth the drive to have a great dentist with an awesome team like hers that truly cares about their patients and actually takes into account fears anxiety and disabilities. There is so much I could say about my visit with them, from the lovely nurse whom sat and comforted me the entire time (3 extractions), to the sweet assistant whom stood by and helped, to Dr.Broom herself, from beginning until the end of my visit, even making a few jokes which definitely helped my anxiety. Overall 10/10 she did a great job! The extractions seemed very thorough, although it was a bit painful and stressful of course, please trust and believe me when I say, she did all she could to ensure my health was in a good state, along with my mind, during the entire process she also tried to keep me as comfortable as possible! ALL while focusing on getting the job done safely and accurately. If you are have any dental needs or especially if you need emergency extraction(s) SHE'S THE BEST in the business, along with her staff being just as top notch as she is ♡♡♡

The only reason why I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that the patients are told to go wait in their car until they are ready for you. Other than that, the staff are very nice and Dr. Diane Broom is wonderful. She is very caring and so kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing oral surgery. She alone deserves 5 stars!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! April sets an excellent and inviting front desk experience with the other staff continuing that tone through to the chair. Madison and Dr. Broom managed pulling three wisdom teeth in a snap and were constantly interested in my comfort and care. For those worrying about pain, I am hard-pressed to imagine anyone in the nation who could make it more comfortable. It was essentially painless.

My first time at the office, am 63 yrs. old, while the Doctor and her assistant tried to be nice, I would have appreciated being addressed as Miss or ma'am every few seconds when they were talking to me or questioning me. They made me feel like a kid, when ok Sweetie, alright Sweetie, are you ok Sweetie? I was even asked by the Dentist, are you mad Sweetie? I was laying back in the dental chair with numbing medicine in my mouth. I couldn't smile constantly.

I was so scared and overwhelmed with anxiety and Jay really comforted me and basically held my hand thru the whole thing. I have a bad infection on my lower jawline and under my mouth going down my neck. I had seen a general doctor first about the lump. Was given an antibiotic which did not seem to help, so 2 days later I went to my dentist about the swollen lumps. My dentist referred me to a second dental office to check out what was going on, they as well were not sure how to address the problem. The second dentist referred me to Columbia Dental Health since it was 2 buildings down the road. I walked into the clinic and said I was referred and they immediately gave me paperwork and a pager and said they would being preparing a room for me. The lady to the right was so super awesome to get me on the schedule immediately to be seen. Dr. Cain began right away numbing me and extracted my tooth. Explaining when I would feel pressure and when he had to press on the lumps where there is no numbing agent. To prepare me for the pain. He and his assistant were so nice and offered me a blanket to keep off the chill. After emergancy extracting my tooth and managing to squeeze some infection out through the tooth hole Dr. Cain ordered a stronger antibiotic for me to start taking instead of the antibiotic the first doctor had ordered. The following morning the office called me to check on how I was doing, which was good enough to go to work, even after having the doctor extract my tooth and squeeze on my infection lumps! I was just so happy to have been able to sleep through the night for the first time in over a week!! I totally am satisfied with how the office handled my issue, how comfortable everyone made me feel, and the aftercare. This is now the second day after my visit and I'm thankful for the work they did. Yes I am still in pain but who wouldn't be after having a molar pulled?! I'm thankful though because I am able to hold my 9 month old daughter again because before the visit to Columbia Dental Health I couldn't hold her with the fear of her touching my face. Overall I was in a huge deal of pain when I went there and I seem to be on my way to recovery! Thank you Columbia Dental Health Clinic!! ~Rachel

Yes getting your teeth pulled is painful afterwards but they did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable and pain free during the process. I would give it 5 stars because if it weren't for the actual dentist herself my experience would've been amazing. The tech was the absolute best. I cannot remember her name but she made me feel very comfortable after I told her how anxious and nervous I was...I'm terrified of the dentist, always have been. Diane Broom walks in and comes off as very sweet, the tech tells her how I'm feeling and she reassures me everything will be fine and makes me feel more at ease. During the procedure Dr. Broom was extremely rude to me, very condescending and spoke to me like a child. After she was done she got up and walked away and didn't say a word to me. If you are someone who suffers from major dental anxiety I highly suggest you see the other Dr at this practice because this lady was rude and shouldn't work with anxious patients.

I went in a little over a week ago to get my wisdom teeth removed and my experience was fantastic. All the nurses and staff were so pleasant and kind. Dr. Cain did an amazing job, and was so patient. I went back after feeling a lot of pain and discomfort and was in and out all within 10 minutes. He gave me some great advice for helping to maintain the pain I was feeling and within a day I was already feeling better. I’m so glad I went to this Dentist office. This place is so wonderful. Went in for a 1pm appointment. Got there at 12:40. They gave me paperwork to do in my vehicle ( no one waits in the office) turned in paperwork. Back in the car till 1:20. They give you a buzzer like restaurants. It buzzed. Went in. Immediately had X-rays. The dental assistant was the sweetest 🥰. And explained my X-rays. Dr Cain was amazing. They could of sent me over to have CT scans which would of been $280 out of pocket but assured me it wasn’t needed. Wisdom tooth was extracted. Both humble and persistent on asking how pain level was during removal👍🏼 I’m 2 days out of extraction. Pain level tops is at worst a 4. Bottom left wisdom tooth. Was given Ibuprofen 800 and Hydrocodone. Been on time with Ibuprofen and took 1 half of the Hydrocodone. I don’t like opioids. Took the half the first night. The ibuprofen every 6-7 hours is what helped me instead of every 8 hours. With food or in my case soup or heavy broth. I highly recommend them. Very compassionate and humble.

Dr. Brandon Cain was an absolute angel!! I have had the worst experiences with dentists and have severe anxiety and he was so sweet and caring and so very patient with me. He made sure I felt absolutely no pain or discomfort. If I felt the slightest pain he would stop and take the time to numb me more. He worked so fast and efficiently I didnt even know when he had pulled the teeth he just said "its out" and I couldn't believe it! On Friday, May 21, 2021, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I a voicemail from Dr. Broom. I had an extraction on May 8, 2021 and a follow up visit on May 14, 2021. My pain level was terrible and I was disappointed that after a full week, it was not getting better. In an previous review, I stated I was forced to deal with this level of pain for several days. Well, Dr. Brooms call to me was to check on me and explain why she didn’t provide additional pain meds. She also asked me to come in that day so she could take another look. Her call and willingness to see me again meant the world to me. As of today, I am feeling better and now I have a better understanding about prescribing pain meds. This was an unfortunate situation made better by Dr. Brooms call and reexamination of me. It also confirms my initial opinion of Columbia Dental Health Clinic. They are very caring, compassionate professionals. Thanks so much Dr. Broom and staff.
