I was very impressed with my visit to Aspen Dental. The lady that worked in XRay department was so helpful taking care of my needs while with her. Rachael was so busy at the front desk taking care of clientele very courteous at all times. I can’t forget the manager, went out of his way telling me about the products & prices. They were short staffed today. Dr. Was so friendly and introduced me to the digital work that is in Lexington Aspen Dental, great personality . I would recommend Aspen Dental because of the comfortable feeling while there.

I have been to Aspen Dental on Harbison Blvd several times since I relocated to South Carolina State and have been doing so the last 4yrs and have always been highly disappointed. I have made several complaints about their poor customer service, hygienic and Ortho services. However, today on 7/11/22 my experience with a new Doctor named Dr.Young was the best experience I have ever encountered. He was courteous, very informative about explaining exactly what he is going to be doing and he also made the experience very comfortable. DR. Young is by far the best asset to Aspen Dental! You’re the only the reason why I would stay with Aspen Dental and we need more Doctors like you! Thank You for all your Services…

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Harbison, from start to finish! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about my issues. I didn’t have an appointment until 3 weeks out and they were able to squeeze me in today due to my pain increasing. I would definitely recommend them to any and everyone!!

I was not crazy about having to drive out of town to see about a root-canal, but this office was very nice, clean and easy to find. The staff members were more than competent and easy to talk to. They answered my questions, explained procedures and made suggestions that would make it easier for me, regardless if they lost business.

Struggling with tooth pain, I called them at 7am in hopes of them helping me later in the day or even early the next day. After given a referral I tried Aspen on Harbison. Staff was nice and friendly except one person by the name of Christina. Run if you get her. She was also rude to another patience in the opposite opp from me one other time I was there. It's hurtful being talked to any kind of way. The doctor stood behind his Guarantee and remade my dentures. I ran into that person again today and tried to give her another chance and she was rude again she has a very bad attitude and is not friendly at all. I asked to see the doctor and the issue was quickly resolved. The last time I was there one of the Dental Assistants my friend Lashonda and the doctor helped assist. I do not want Christina to help me with anything else.Thanks to Lashonda she told me that the doctor was good the last time and that is why I came back. I was going to get my money back and my friend Lashonda assured me that everything would be fine. If she does not like her job maybe she (Christina) needs to find her another job. After this is all over I will take my business somewhere else if need be. I can assure you I will not recommend anyone to go there as long as she is there. Everyone was courteous. The doctor explained everything to me. the fact that I had to go in as a bit upsetting but it couldn’t be helped. I know they said they would call me back to set up a follow up appointment. I only gave them a 3 star because it was my first time going there. We shall see how things go after this.

I had made a future appointment because I was having mild tooth pain but my tooth had other plans. Ended up as a walk-in first thing in the morning. The front staff was very accommodating. They weren't sure if they could fit me in but as luck would have it, they did. Everyone was extremely nice and compassionate. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have found this office. I had an amazing experience with the staff and the dentist. They clearly explained what the problems were and were able to tell me upfront how much things would cost. I was even able to get an urgent filling done today. Best part is that they didn't give me a lecture about drinking less acidic drinks or anything. They kindly recommended that I keep brushing twice a day and floss at least once. I used to hate going to the dentist, but I was happy with the outcome of my experiences with them

My experience with Aspen has been great. The personnel is great. Everyone is pleasant and courteous. They take the embarrassment away, as they were not disgusted by what they saw in my mouth. I had waited so long because of embarrassment, but they put me at ease. Now I can speak, smile, even grin 😁 and not cover my mouth. I found out the other day that I have bone loss around my back molars. Yay! But even with the bad news, Donna (the hygienist) and Dr. Young were both very friendly and helpful in fixing this problem so it doesn't get worse. The strange thing is that previous dentists (and I've seen quite a few after traveling around my military husband), no one ever commented about the bone loss (which is obvious in the X-rays and looking at my teeth). I'm glad I found someone who can help me.

This was my second visit to the office. I am having an old crown replaced. I was checked in quickly. I was taken to the room on time. I must admit that I’m extremely pleased with the service, and professionalism demonstrated by Aspen dental. I was very reluctant in receiving any dental service coming from SC. I began to research and found out about Aspen dental. I went through the reviews and felt good about setting an appointment. They moved my appointment up three weeks so I called on Friday and was able to be seen on Monday. The entire staff is just great. They’re very personable and make you feel right at home. I’m also thankful because the work that I desired to be done was going to be scheduled for a few weeks out but Rachel promised if an opening came she would call me directly. She held up her promise and I was able to receive the work desires the same day. Also, Rachel made sure I saw the breakdown of charges for my visit and applied a discount. Traditional Dentist offices just throw numbers, and do not show why you’re paying a certain amount. If you’re on the fence about receiving any dental work from Aspen Dental Harbinson location you should get off the fence immediately and schedule an appointment. I’m well pleased and will invite anyone I come in contact to them! Thanks again a Happy, More than Satisfied Customer! I must add to this, Mrs. Ande has worked with me from day one! She’s is the absolute best, she is very skillful, and precise. I’ve basically considered her to be family now! No Dentistry has ever deserved a five star rating from me ... until now. I am 67 years old and have suffered dental pain and procedures in every area, Aspen Dental was the first dentistry ever to calm my apprehensions and view of "the Dentist". Excellent personnel as well as social distancing were displayed. Professional staff working with one another in an actual humble way. My Doctor Heather Ryan was exceptional in every area. I've been going to Aspen Dental since 2019. In 2021 I was supposed to have more dental work done!! But no-one wouldreturnmycalls!!!! Once I went up there. I realized everyone was gone. Ande the new hygienist was amazing. All my questions were answered. And the 3-d picture of my gums and teeth were mind blowing. The new dentist Dr. Young scared me because he was too young!!!! But his knowledge of dentistry calmed me down. When he told me that I didn't need a specialist to extract my tooth. I knew he knew what he was doing. I've had a tooth extracted before that needed a surgeon but the dentist removed it instead. Can't wait to get started on this new journey. This was my first time going too a different dentist. I had been a patient with my first dentist since a child so I was definitely nervous going too someone new. Aspen Dental is amazing! The staff was great. They went over everything I needed done that my old dentist didn’t tell me. My first visit I had too get an extraction did. Dr Yelisetty was great! I didn’t even feel it when I was given the multiple shots in my mouth. And upon pulling the tooth it didn’t crack or break. And with my insurance, definitely AFFORDABLE! I look forward too getting all my treatments done. I highly recommend them!!

This was my frist experience with Aspen Dental. My brother is blind and I contacted them to help him with his teeth. He knew they were bad and he was looking to get his teeth pulled and have them replaced with dentures. I was late getting to the appointment and I took great care of him. That was so special to see. They checked his teeth and explained everything to him and didn't rush through and showed real concern for him. Also the atomsphere in the office was welcome. Overall, my experience was good, probably better than expected. I have seen the same dentist my whole life and he stopped practicing so I didn't have a dentist for a few years. The place is very clean and offers free consultations and x-rays to see if anything major is going on. Heather (I believe is her name), was very nice and knowledgeable when teaching me new dental hygiene practices. She did my cleaning very well and took her time making sure it was done thoroughly. It's also a plus having TV's in each room by the equipment so if you're a little anxious about getting dental work done, that kind of takes your mind off of it. The prices aren't too bad if you have insurance to help with the payments. I go back in a week for a follow up and I am sure it will go well again.

The staff were helpful in processing intake info with me as a new patient. I was hoping for a cleaning the same day, but ended up scheduling it for a later date. I was there for 2 hours which included x rays, inspection by a dentist, and a hygienist. Wait time was the only issue I had based upon what they did.

Awesome people! I gave 3 stars because I was expecting to have an option to receive same day care but there wasn't one. Also they say they have payment options available but its only available if your approved. I also think the prices are a little high on some things that I think should be more affordable or at least offer more payment options.

Great experiance! I've been to quite a few dentists and this office is where I felt the most comfortable. The dentist and staff were open and honest about the work I need done and made a plan that made since! They didn't try to pressure me into getting all my work done immediately but after examination and xrays determined there were two items that needed attention now and the others could wait. I have already recommended Aspen Dental to my husband and that list will be growing!

One star minus = the condescending finance receptionist explaining my future below gum line large cleaning quote , and never to be covered by insurance was because of my preventable / lack of hygiene . I had to visit Aspen dental due to wisdom tooth pain in October 2015. I got appointment afta week which is always a case with Aspen. They did x-ray and came up with details plan. I didn’t go for that. I asked for tooth extraction and they did it. After my insurance i had to pay only $65. I felt happy and had not any issues after extraction. I recommend others to try it if you are not in hurry because getting appointment is bit difficult.

Doctor was as gentle as he could be. The procedure is nothing that is a breeze. However, the doctor and his assistant made me feel as comfortable as I could be. I truly enjoyed my resent visit to Aspen Dental. The office staff were very professional and the doctor did an outstanding job extracting my infected tooth. No pain after numbness went away. I'm One of those men who will let you know when you're out of order. I'm a Vietnam veteran and I was willing to die for my country. I'm also a senior citizen. But, one thing that I have in my favor. I have a good friend who is an endodontist and I get his advice first plus, by me being able to use the V.A hospital, they would let me know who they approve of. Now, I did not ask the V.A. about Aspen Dental, I just wanted to see for myself just what mattered the most to them. I'm pleased. I'm also a man who would search around for other dentist and compare prices. But, my first impression was great. Aspen is also telling me that I have periodontal disease. Again, I will compare prices and choose the best option that fits into my budget.i read the comments that other people wrote about the Aspen dentist they went to. So sorry to hear that they were treated so unprofessional. Believe me,I was paying attention to whatever they were doing. Will they take care of my periodontal disease. That depends. Whomever the V.A recommends, that will be the one that I go to. It also helps to have good Dental insurance and I have one of the best. Physicians Mutual Dental insurance. No deductibles. The Aspen Dental that I went to is located on Garners Ferry Road. Again, very professional and a great doctor.

I was referred to Aspen by my mother who wanted to me to complete some long overdue and VERY needed dental work. I have EXTREME dental anxiety and past dental experiences made me more than leery of dentists and dental offices. After deciding to go through with the procedure, Dr. Yellisetti and all of the dental hygienists were awesome. They were calming and never once shamed or embarrassed me. The only issues I had was billing. The procedure was paid for up front and out of pocket. However, I was apparently billed incorrectly. Long story short after months of questions and 3 different office managers, it was resolved. Special thanks to Tori. She stayed professional, kind and understanding through my ranting and frustration (which had NOTHING to do with her) and resolved the situation within minutes. Had it not been for Tori I would not have been able to provide a review, which would unfair because they do have an excellent staff and courteous staff...but PLEASE don't play with my money or credit rating!

I REALLY like this staff! From the front desk receptionist to the billing specialist, everyone was so respectful and down to earth. Went in to have a toothache diagnosed. Cracked tooth beneath cap. Received a referral and scripts for pain and infection should one pop up. Only complaint is the wait times were lengthy and they are almost too efficient. To be fair, I have been to the same dentist for 30 years and they are like family. Could not use my old dentist because they are not in my new network due to losing coverage from old employer. The results would likely have been the same. Will schedule with endodontist July 1st. Root canal or extraction? We'll see...

The receptionist when I made my first appointment was awesome, the receptionist who rescheduled my appointment was great and the receptionist at the front office was even better! After meeting the receptionist, I then met Saasha the Assistant who never gave up, until she got the prefect x-ray of my teeth. Who didn't judge my journey, who understood that sometimes "time" plays a role in your decisions to make needed appointments. After meeting her, I met Dr. Yelisetty, "wow" on a scale from 1-10 he gets a "10" he is absolutely the best!! He looked in my mouth with care, giving me a mirror so that I could be a part of the process. He gave me options and never made suggestions until I asked for them. He made me feel good and told me what was good about my mouth. For the first time in my 30 years of dentists, he is the first one to tell me the good :) Now, last but not least, Mrs. Jessica the last person I had to see before leaving, "money talk time". This is always the time I hate the most because I am always given an outrageous price and no help at all. But not today! Mrs. Jessica fought really hard to help me figure out a way to afford to pay for the work I knew I needed, after all this was work I have put off for years. The compassion that she showed, the resilience she exhibited, even when the computer froze up and she had to reboot it. The confront in her conversation while I waited, was like talking to a family member. All while the rest of the family stopped by Dr. Yelisetty, and Saasha, making me feel even more care. I love this place and it was so much more stuff that I could say, but I know, I have said enough. But I will leave you with this, it is hard to find a good dental office, one where you really feel loved and valued. But I promise you, this is the place to call home!

I was pretty salty that they couldn't fit me in yesterday however i am currently in a lot of pain and cant wait for my extraction in less than an hr. Their prices are a lot cheaper than another place i was quoted so im thankful for that since im paying out of pocket. Will update after the extraction (local anesthetic only) on how it goes but i honestly dont care if they use pliers at this point. Only thing i will say is that the xray machine is filthy like someone drooled all over it and they never cleaned it. Its not a part that my face or mouth would touch but it was gross af honestly. It could be fixed by taking a Clorox wipe to it real quick so it's not really a big deal but cleanliness matters regardless of if you're touching it or not. Update: it was a very quick and cathartic extraction. I was definitely sweaty from the pressure exerted to yank the teeth out but it was a relief. It took 35 mins and i was able to drive 30mins home and take a nap. Im sore but the pain is about 85% less than my toothache so its all good. The procedure ended up not being surgical so it was a lot cheaper than the 550 i was quoted for 2 teeth with local anesthetic.
