All of the staff are very nice, I've had a good experience at every appointment. I just went back for a follow up and adjustment after getting a top denture 2 months ago. The hygienist put a new liner in mine and it fits flawlessly again, and it only took about 15 minutes. Would recommend

From the first visit I felt good about coming here.the first stage went well and then, I had some pain with my lower gums and they fix it right away and then I got my second set of teeth and they fix them to fit tight and snug especially the lower set and that's a BIG PLUS. Now I don't have a worry about them coming out when I'm singing or eating , the staff is VERY WELL Trained from the receptionist to the assistance and the Doctors .. THEY made me feel like family.. Now I'm waiting for my permanent set, P,S YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE ANYWHERE.. SO IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE NEEDS HELP,, THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME TO.

... Yes, I gave them 5 stars...are there 6 ? I had the best experience with the Doctor and the whole Staff. I felt comfortable and confident with the answers to all of my questions and concerns. And believe me, I asked the questions that demanded detailed answers. I have been trying for two years to find the total package for my dental work, and I needed a lot of work. They even gave me options that would fit my budget, but didn't reduce the quality of my Dentures. I can't say this enough, my stress level was a zero... They told me it would be a " painless" procedure and I said " I have panic attacks / stressed when there is someone around my face and neck. I asked if they could put me under sedation because of my panic attacks/ stress? The Doctor said " you won't feel a thing", and we give u three little pills an hour before we begin the procedure . Well, I didn't feel any pain and I don't remember anything about the extractions ...so no stress. I am 100% satisfied. I recommend them to all who need dentures...you won't find better people who take great pride in what they do....shout out to Jay...u da man.

They were quick to set up an appointment for a consult. Very efficient and nice to deal with. Procedure is at least a third less than I thought it could be. Which is a good thing 😁. Going in the morning to get started with extractions and lower implants with upper plate. Looking forward to having a great smile again 😊😁. May update as it progresses. They have continued to give excellent service and I'm making good progress to the completion of my implant. Been a couple months since I have received the final implants and dentures. They are awesome. I can even eat corn 🌽 on the cob. It takes a while but the finished dentures are definitely worth the time and money. Thanks 😁🙋

I went to affordable dentures last year to get upper and lower dentures put in a week before my vowel renewal. I was so concern about my smile. My dentures were put in and i was able to have a great 😃! Im back again to be refitted. Everyone that i came in contact with were very nice and professional. Needed some initial adjustments on the upper denture, the permanent bottoms fit perfectly. I suggest getting the package deal if you need both, be patient and clear of your needs and you will get a good functional set of dentures.

First and foremost, I owe a huge apology to the people at Affordable Dentures. There’s ANOTHER “Affordable Dentistry” which I got totally confused between the two. Affordable Dentures-on Broad River Road we’re punctuate, extremely kind. I am looking to have some teeth removed and replaced. Affordable Dentistry is on Devine st. I somehow got them confused. They, too, were great in what they said they would perform but they do not do the dental work I need. Humana also got them confused. Affordable Dentistry on Devine St is a general dentist, not a specialist. I guess next I have to inform Humana the confusion involved. Apologies to everyone. Personally, someone needs to change their business name to avoid this kind of confusion. I guess this will be up to me, for all this confusion over the names and practices they perform PLEASE don’t do what I did and Go to dentists without understanding what services both perform. It was my ignorance that caused a lot of angst.

I continue to be impressed by affordable Dentures and implants I know several people that had gotten dentures Before I did and the smile makeovers always look incredible. I had 17 teeth pulled at one time after having a partial for a few years and it was like nothing really. The dentures looked great. Almost 6 months ago I had 4 implants on the bottom bridge and I am waiting snaps and abutments to stabilize and lock my bottom dentures It has been referred to as a GAME CHANGER and I can’t wait. I had the best experience ever yesterday. I went in a little nervous, getting implants is exciting but the procedure itself can be a bit scary. Everything went GREAT, little to no pain during and here I am a day later no pain and minimum swelling. The atmosphere was laid back, I felt comfortable, the team checked on me MUTIPLE times throughout... and reassured me on how well I was doing. Which helped a lot. She yes ...I told her I have Dental Plus she said you do not because when she checked on system it just shows state Dental . I told her it is coming out of my check one month...Then she said I need to call because I don't have... I tried to give my card showing I had it & she would not take it..then later she oh it just dated I am glad you told me. I was not happy w/ that process because she was telling me what I had ...

I was very pleased with Dr. Sievers...he was honest about my teeth and didn't try to get over on me by making a partial that I didn't need- which I was told by another dentist that I needed to get a partial- thinking I was going to get it from there office but after poor service of there Lab - made me look some where else and was told about Affordable Dentures and made an appointment and gratefully met Dr. Sievers and all I needed was to get three teeth filled...#thankful for the honest service.

I am very happy with Affordable Dentures. My first visit was in 2013. In the past, I recommended them to a friend and also a neighbor, who were also pleased with their work. I had to return recently for a minor repair and I was happy to see the care they are taking because of Covid, which is having the patient call upon arrival and take care of the paperwork in their car instead of having a waiting room full of people.

Overall I have had a pretty good experience with Affordable Dentures. I have had a lot of bone fragments come out that I was not made aware of the day I got my temporary. set. Once they explained all this to me I was good to go. I was suppose to be finish this month December 2021...but due to a few issues we are going into January.. One thing I really wish they would get some laughing gas....those shots are horrible!

I purchased the Ultimate Fit dentures 2 years ago. Last week I dropped the upper on my bathroom tile floor and it put a slight chip in one tooth. They replaced the tooth in a matter of a few hours. Very patient and kind working with my grandmother who has Alzheimers. They got her impressions and fitted for her dentures with ease. Although she had the bottoms and not the top dentures they didn't try to gouge me to get both of them replaced. They gave her what she needed. I came in a lot of pain and instantly I was given an ice pack and they got me in very quickly! The nurses and the receptionist were very sweet. I'm 39 and I must say that the dentist that pulled my tooth was the absolute best I've had in my life. I've had my share of extractions and I didn't feel anything.. Not a drop of pain at all! I was appreciative of the appointment. Usually this location is very crowded. The staff was very friendly the Dr. DDS as well. My only complaint I'd not taking United Healthcare/ Medicare. They do give you a brochure to apply for CareCredit which reminds me of a loan which will mess up your credit score if you're not approvedand mine was not. If you have anything negative on your credit I'm sure you won't be approved it wasnt. My other issue is that they sedate you but do not put you to sleep with anesthesia. They'll put you in a twilight which won't work for me. I'll need to see an oral surgeon. I've never been brave enough and this is why I have the problem now. A year later almost to the day I've finally come up with the money to have dentures made. I bought the Ultimate package which I was guaranteed the price I received in 2020 that I had received. I was told the prices has increased slightly since then but reminded them that I was told the quote was supposedly good for one year. The fit for my dentures went very well. I was appalled at the $3300 price total which included a gold frame around a tooth which is $275 each. I was charged almost 1500 EACH for top & bottom denture and now realize I paid the increased price which I will take up next week when I pick up my dentures. My appt with an oral surgeon is the 1sr week in November. Im not happy with how you're bamboozled about the so called AFFORDABLE prices but I must say the hands on customer service was always pleasant for me. That's my review and I'm sticking to it. Had upper denture repaired. (Had to leave both upper and lower) When I went to pick it up, I wasn’t allowed to go inside and try them out to see how it felt. I guess because of COVID. They brought it out to me in a plastic bag, handed it to me and said, “don’t drop it and good luck” then closed the door on me. When I got home and tried them out, I found a sharp point on the tooth they replaced that stuck in to my tongue. I had a variable speed rotary tool, so I ended up grinding the sharp point off myself. Someone else would have had to make an appointment and make a return trip to get it done right. Poor quality control and poor business practice of not checking to see that things fit properly. Have used this franchise in Florida and never had any complaints at all. First time I’ve used them in SC and very disappointed.

Affordable dentures is amazing. Typically I wouldn’t start a review so bluntly, but I just had to go ahead and say it. I started going to Affordable Dentures several years ago, originally for several tooth extractions, and was immediately blown away by the care and level of professionalism displayed by the staff. Dr. Davis and Dr. Smith are both respectively incredible doctors, in both precision and bedside manner. Plus they’re both just genuinely fantastic people. I’ve never felt more comfortable having minor oral surgery! Recently, I’ve had complications from a tooth extraction (dry socket), which I’ve been told isn’t uncommon for lower molar extractions. (I don’t smoke and I don’t use straws, so maybe I’m just incredibly unlucky.) Dr. Davis and Dr. Smith have gone above and beyond with the aftercare for my dry socket. They’ve consistently checked up on me, asking me how I’m doing, while regularly rechecking the affected area/minimize my pain. I’m not out of the woods yet, but I surely would have no hope of ever being better if it were not for the wonderful people at Affordable Dentures. Thank you for all that you do! Zachary S. Borchardt

I had an upper denture made at Affordable Dentures in Columbia. I needed 4 extractions which they did before making me a temporary denture the same day... so I left the office with teeth. I lived with the temporary for 1 year to give my gums plenty of time to completely heal and shrink down to normal. The temp was so perfect that no one ever knew they were not my own and I was complimented several times on my smile. I finally went back for the permanent denture and they were also made the same day and needed only a couple of very minor adjustments. I can't say enough good things about this office...from the front desk to the doctors and assistants...you are treated with kindness and respect... which is important when you're feeling embarrassed about your mouth. I also want to give the lab techs a compliment because without a good technician everything else doesn't work. The bottom line...I am extremely happy with the outcome and I feel it was well worth the expense.

I have been there a few times. The individuals that work there has always been kind. They know there job and will help you to obtain the best service that you came for. I have a top partial and a bottom partial. I am still wearing the bottom partial that I orginally got. Affordable Dentures require you to wear it for one year. After that you will go back and be fitted for the package that you paid for. Mine was a medal partial just like my top partial. You have to wait a year because the swelling from your tooth being pulled out. But you are not leaving the office toothless. Love them😁😷🤭🥼🤐👅👀🦷☝🏽✌🏽👍🏽

Great Swift Service! Super Efficient Staff! I recently used this dental service instead of VA Dental service to repair and adjust a 'flipper'. I went in 2014 and got a top partial. Waited a year for the original ones and I truly love them. Now 2018 I went for a bottom partial. If your partial or full set is not fitting correctly they will make it there business to make sure you are satisfied. I will not go anywhere else for dentures. They are responsible for my teeth for the rest of my like. My suggestion is if you need a partial or full plate. Affordable Dentures is the place to go. Also when they pulled your teeth you do not have to be in public toothless because that morning they are going to fit you for your temporary partial or full set. Then you come back that afternoon and get the ones that you will wear for a year until you get your original set. They make sure it fits correctly and if it doesn't the only thing you have to do is call and make an appointmentand they will fix the problem.

I went for a second evaluation. I haven't been there in a year. I was hoping to get 2 teeth extracted due to abcess. Dr. came in an just looked at my teeth and matched them to xray and walked out. I had to ask for antibiotics for abcess. They gave me a phone number to another dentist. They said they don't do extractions anymore. The nurse told me they only do work on a patient that pays the full amount of 3000 dollars. I called the other dentist and they didn't do broken teeth. They gave me 2 phone numbers. Those 2 dentists estimated 300 dollars for extractions in a month. This is awful lie they advertise. Their website and literature both say extractions 90 to 125 per tooth. Also the estimates they give you in office compared to website and pamphlets are 1000 dollars different. I guess its a bait and switch.
