Everyone in this office is always so friendly, inviting, and super accommodating. I see Dr. Jeffres and he is so kind and always thorough when explaining everything from procedures to care instructions. The hygienists are all so very sweet and will help to relax you before getting you taken care of! I had my wisdom teeth removed recently, was insanely nervous and anxious about it and these guys made the experience so smooth and tolerable. I am so grateful to have found this place!

It truly lives up to the name, gentle touch! Dr. Jeffres and his team are by far the best clinic in cheyenne. My mother is a cancer survivor and has had her jaw removed and replaced. Due to the radiation and every side effect that comes along with it. Her case is a challenge. We went to every dental clinic in cheyenne and were turned away. Gentle touch Gentle was our last hope, and they accepted the challenge and have treated her with respect and care throughout the whole process. We will most definitely continue to go here and recommend gentle touch dental to everyone. You will be treated like a unique individual with respect and care. All you're dental needs will be resolved with guidance and a gentle touch!

Recently had a crown done at Gentle Touch Dental. The procedure went very smoothly with no pain or discomfort during the procedure. The doctor spent time to explain each step showing photos and X-rays to help explain things. I was repeatedly asked how I was doing during the procedure and if I was having any pain issues. I have never had that level of professionalism and courtesy from a dental visit (I am 68 years old).

My experience at Gentle Touch has been awesome. From the time I walk in the door until I leave I feel cared for! If you place a premium on customer service and teamwork then you should come here. Of course the dental work is top notch too! I had 5 appointments in 2 weeks and it was painless, hassle free, friendly and efficient each time. My daughter (4 year old) had an appointment here. It was her first time being to a dentist, and she was a little nervous. The hygienist took their time and made it fun. 16 Sep 2022, had a crown come off ( eating Skittles). I was able to get it reattached that very afternoon. Saving me from a weekend of eating sparingly, not that I couldn’t use sparse, eating. The staff is friendly, and although I've only had one visit for myself, I think that they do good work. Due to some personal circumstances, I was late to my first appointment. I had to cancel on the way, but since the staff was understanding of my situation, they found a way to get me in to do a quick check-up and get x-rays done. If this interaction was indicative of how Gentle Touch usually works, I look forward to being in their care for the foreseeable future.

Loved my experience here (as much as you can love going to a dentist). The staff there are welcoming and very thoughtful. They explained everything they needed to do and gave me options before just jumping in. Megan was great at her job and was extremely gentle. She welcomed the "extra" work I gave her with it being so long since my last cleaning. I've had a bad experiences with another company a while ago being too pushy to get me to do a bunch of things I didn't really need. Not this place. The entire experience was wonderful. Everyone here has been great! This is my third visit. Dr. Tatiana Steele was thorough, informative and very gentle. Diana did a great job cleaning my teeth and Linda was so helpful at the front desk! They had massage and heated features for the dental chairs, and they give you sunglasses so you're not staring into the bright lights! Excellent service would definitely recommend!

I have severe anxiety around dentists! The assistants and the dentist were very kind and eased my mind, making sure I was OK throughout the process. The pain was minimal, and my sore mouth was handled gently. I was given a plan of care that outlined every cost I can expect at future treatments. I highly recommend Gentle Touch. Everybody is nice and very accommodating; from the front desk, to my hygienist (Ms. Jocelyn), and up to Dr. Steele. The clinic looks very nice too. I knew something was wrong with my teeth and had an initial assessment from another state but I ignored it. And when I had my appt with Ms. Jocelyn, she was able to identify and proved the initial findings on me. She explained what was going on very thoroughly that’s why with no hesitations, I trusted her with the treatment plan that she recommended. The staff and medical professionals were very friendly and welcoming. The procedure I had was fairly painless. I attribute this to good technique and steady hands. My dental hygienist, Jocelyn K., did an excellent job of explaining my procedure and helping me understand the whole picture. Young Dr. Jeffries (I hope I am naming him correctly) went out of his way to speak with me and inquire about health and procedure, even though he was not officially attending to me that day. I truly feel comfortable about returning for my next appointment without feeling that tightening, tense feeling in the pit of my stomach. The central location downtown is very convenient, also.

The staff was very nice, especially since I was having a bad day myself. I don't like getting x-rays, and think it should be optional for the patient to decide whether they want them or not. There seem to be alot of trouble getting the x-ray machine to fit me properly which was uncomfortable. But all in all the girl was very nice and I am very thankful that you were able to get me in as quickly as you did. The rinse you gave me worked great! Thank you!

They got me in really quickly when I asked if they were taking in new patients. All of the staff were very professional. As a military member they understood how to obtain my dental insurance since I didn't have my card on-hand. I was able to get my yearly cleaning done easily with x rays. I would highly recommend this office to any one who has anxiety going to dentists. I had not gone to a dentist office in an embarrassing amount of time after having a bad experience and finally worked up the courage to go to this one after seeing so many good reviews. I was not let down. The entire team is caring, capable, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable. Kiera and Olga at the reception area are both incredibly kind and make you feel welcome from start to finish. Amy also did a great job explaining my payments and making sure I knew what to do next in terms of scheduling outside appointments. My first appointment was with Megan and Dr. Jeffres who continued to put me at ease when they answered all of my questions easily and with patience. They were very careful and any time I showed signs of pain they would acknowledge it, which helped with my nervousness. When I went back for cleaning my hygienist was Natalie. She did a terrific job! She explained exactly what she was doing as she worked and warned me of what I might feel before it happened so I knew it was normal and could prepare. She dealt with my nervousness and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time I was there. She also gave me so many good recommendations on how to take care of my teeth going forward. I'm very happy with how my teeth look and feel after the cleaning she did. I never thought I would be happy to schedule a dentist appointment, but I truly look forward to working with this office in the future. I appreciate all they did as a team to make me feel comfortable.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, actually the same day. I had tooth pain. The staff was super nice from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and did not talk to me like an idiot. I was expecting a root canal, much to my surprise the dentist suggested an alternate plan with a follow up in two weeks. In don't know if it will work. This is the first Dental Office where I was not told I would need major work after a basic examination. The Dentist took his time asked questions AND listened to my responses. I needed a porcelain crown, I asked for it to be dyed blue. I was told "No Problem." I now love having a blue tooth. March 17, 2022 Had a great cleaning today. Callie did an awesome job. I also had some cavities filled. GTD always tries to complete work in the same visit. When appointment becomes available, I have received a call to offer it to me.

I want to share my experience with Gentle Touch. The name says it all. I was a first time walk in Emergancy patient. I had never been seen in the office before. I was in pain. To my surprise I was able to be seen that day. Dr Jeffries was very professional. I felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Dr. Steele is absolutely wonderful! Very professional striving for perfection and very caring for patient’s needs. My first appointment with Dr Steele was an emergency - my front tooth crown fell off along with the part of the tooth. Dr. Steele immediately found time for me, even if it was before usual work hours. Her staff is professional and courteous and they make me feel welcome, appreciated and safe. Dr. Steele has strengthened the root of the tooth and placed a temporary crown at that day. One day later she built a brand new beautiful crown in her office on the amazing machine type of 3D printer. I recently had my first visit. The dental hygienist and the dentist took time to explain everything, and gave me options. The dentist reviewed my xrays with me, showing me what healthy teeth look like, and exactly what was going on with my teeth. I certainly made me comfortable and I felt informed enough to make the best decision for myself. As an RN, I found that patients did much better if they were educated about their health issue and were able to make the best decisions themselves. This dental office did that for me.

I recently went in for a second opinion. The office I originally went to saw me for literally 10 minutes and took 2 X-rays. That one told me I needed 2 root canals and crowns done ASAP. Thats a scary thought especially when they hand you an estimate for over $4500 for their treatment plan which has to be paid in full before they will start. I felt hopeless when I left there. After some thought I decided I would keep the appointment I had scheduled at Gentle Touch because it never hurts to verify a diagnosis that was made in less than 10 minutes. I am so glad I went in. They listened to my concerns and followed up with full mouth X-rays and even tested the nerves with a cold test. Dr. Jeffers was able to fix both of my teeth that the other office said couldn't be fixed without a root canal. He didn't reschedule me for a later date because I was in a lot of pain and hadn'tt eaten in several days. He kept me in his chair and fixed them on the spot. Which took almost 2 hours. He even had his assistant call me that afternoon to make sure I was doing ok. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I highly recommend this office!!!

We chose Gentle Touch Dental when we moved to Cheyenne in 2017 and I am glad that we did. The staff and Doctors are very friendly, the office and exam rooms are clean and sanitary. The exam rooms offer privacy. We will not be going to another dentist anytime soon.

It was confusing how to do that! :) The dentist Dr. Steele was very explanatory and comprehensive in a dental plan she told me of ~ and what I liked (unlike any other dentist I've ever had) was that she made out the plan, offered what I really wanted, as opposed to strictly recommending, only, and her staff and explanations of the plan, all printed out with expense also carefully noted ~ left absolutely no questions that I would have. She even offered one of the multiple procedures I'll have done that was L:ESS expensive than the one offered through my Aetna dental insurance ~ it is notable that she keeps costs low in order to serve others who may need multiple dental procedures & aren't rolling in money ... :) I felt very well cared for, though she is extremely busy, of course, and I will not start dental work per se, until mid-August. I am delighted that I saw this dentist and will be taking care of my teeth needs and preferences with her!

She didn"t gave ti come on a Saturday but she did. I have sern her previousky also and rmthe staff is very friemdly yet professional. She accepts Medicaid which I am very thankful for also. She is professional yet still warm and caring. I would recommend her to everyone!!! I just saw Dr. Steele again last week. I had rough spots inside my bottom partial causing gum irritation. The office got me in very quickly within a few hours, and she grinded the rough spots down in my partial and immediately afterwards I started feeling better. As of today 1 week later, my gums are completely healed

They did good work, but I went in after a second opinion knowing I had one cavity for sure while the others weren't necessarily cavities but what looked to be 2 small pits that could be problematic. After telling them I could only afford to fix the one and the others we could keep an eye on over the next while to see if they grew, the people in the office continued to try and talk me into fixing everything. I mentioned this seemed a bit aggressive and that I wished to only fix the one and still was advised they wanted to fix 4 cavities. When I mentioned that only one was truly a cavity and the others needed to wait they pushed until I set my for down. The end result was one filling with rx's of floride treatment with my normal flossing and brushing to prevent additional issues. Ultimately I don't know that I will have any more work done here.
