I have been using Espire Dental since they were previously Advanced Dental (for the past 4 yrs) they have been absolutely amazing with myself and my 2 kids. We always schedule our cleanings at the same time so that my youngest could get familiar with the dentist and my oldest could get his teeth cleaned while I also have my appointment. They are great with kids and have little TVs in each room for a welcome distraction. Very gentle hands when it comes to cleanings. We will be sad to have to find a new dental clinic when we move out of state next year, they have been the best we've experienced thus far! I will always recommend this dental clinic to friends when they are looking.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! I feel like I’m coming to see family every time I come! (every six months for cleaning) The hygienists have a wonderful sense of humor as well! They make you feel so relaxed. Amber has some funny jokes!! Rhonda is so informative of costs and goes over everything before they do or schedule work that needs to be done. I have seen each of the Dentist now and I could not tell you who my favorite one is! All 3 of them are so amazing and caring! Amazing office!

Dr. Harvey Is absolutely amazing. He took the time to sit down with me and explain everything as well as answer all of my questions. He is the first dentist that has actually listened to me when I said it's always difficult to get me numb. He told me what he was doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable and as an added bonus, he lightens the mood with jokes. I've been to several dentist and this is by far the best experience I've ever had. Besides being a great dentist, he's just a nice person who seems to legitimately care for people. The hygienists are all so friendly and makes sure you're well taken care of and comfortable as well. I will never go to another dentist again and will be recommending Dr. Harvey to everyone I know!

I just moved here this week and experienced a horrible toothache! The staff was so kind and accommodating for me to get right in! We he dentist was awesome, explained his assessment and even gave me antibiotics for the infection. The staff welcomed not only myself but my service dog, who loved playing with the staff before we left. Probably the nicest dentist and staff that I have ever met! ❤️🐶

I can’t say enough good things about this place! This was an emergency situation. I was traveling to visit my family in Wyoming and I had a level 10 pain in my mouth. My face was swelling and it hurt to swallow! They scheduled me in for the same day and did a root canal and a crown. Dr. Haven is amazing. I am an anxious person and he described the entire process as he was going. They had a hallmark movie playing as I was getting the root canal so it was probably the most fun someone could have while getting a root canal.😂 I also have to say that the lady that schedules is super nice and the rest of the staff is very caring.

WOW! We had an need for emergency service and received top notch care. Rhonda, Frances and Dr. Havens were so courteous and helpful. They explained to us every step of the way what was happening and why. They assisted us by getting the bad tooth taken care of the same day and helping us to get an affordable dental plan. They did not hesitate to answer all of our questions to ensure we were fully informed before we moved forward. Very upfront and honest pricing. Very friendly and made us feel that we were more than just a number. My brother was nervous due to previous bad experiences, but they assured him and made him comfortable. You would not go wrong coming to Espire Dental for your dental care needs. We will be long time patients here.

I wasn’t really sure what exactly I should look for in the online search for a dentist in Cheyenne but noticed that Espire Dental mentioned an option where they can make same day on-site crowns. So I just randomly picked Espire Dental and was able to set up an appointment within just a few days after my phone call. I was very impressed by the whole setup of the office, the very friendly staff, treatment rooms and modern technology. They gave me a great consultation, giving me different options and even though I had to go for the lower priced option I’m so happy about the great results and I finally got my smile back. I also need to mention that all my appointments went very well without any waiting time.

Fantastic ALL the way around! Our family has been going to Espire for almost 4 years now, none of us have ever had a bad experience. At today’s visit, for myself, I got to see the staff step in and care for another clients baby so both mom and dad could get their teeth cleaned at the same time saving them time at their visit. Exceptional care from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. I have a long history of dental work that has let me down and unnecessary procedures performed based on trusting my care to the wrong places. I found this place about 9 months ago and this is the best place I have ever been to. The dentists care, fix dental problems, the right way, the first time. They don't try to upsell something you don't need or send you for unnecessary consultations and procedures. The dental hygienist I go to is awesome. No pain, no zings, no digging fillings out. They are extremely professional, you don't have to wait AND they can make your crowns while you wait.

I called as a new patient this morning with a tooth infection. They gave me an appointment for 2pm the same day! This is amazing, compared to another dentist I called who said they didn't have anything available till April 8th. When I came in for the appointment all the staff were so nice and welcoming. I got x-rays done and the Dr. told me exactly what was wrong and how to get it fixed. He also explained other things that need to be done with my teeth. Safe to say I will be coming here again! I'm still in shock at how good they are. I was traveling west across I80 and cracked a molar - lots of pain, really needed to get something done. I asked a few friends in Wyoming if they could recommend an emergency dentist and that led me to Advanced Dental. They were able to see me on very short notice. I went in expecting to get a temporary patch-up job, but in just 3 hours they were able to give me a permanent crown. To put that in perspective, at my normal dentist in Florida it takes weeks to get a crown. If you're in pain and need help, this is the place to go!

I started going to Espire when it was still Advanced Dental around December 2021. I have had a history of hereditarily bad teeth and knew they just had to come out. I was so scared to be in my 30s and getting dentures. The Dental assistants and doctor Rocknak have been nothing short of amazing. They made me feel so much better about getting dentures and teaching me how to love my new teeth. Sora-Mai and Felicia and Francis have been SO AMAZING in my transformation. They make sure to hear me out with any concerns and tell me to come back if things aren’t feeling right and make sure to tell me that I’m never bothering them by coming back for adjustments. I have honestly never been to a dental facility and felt so comfortable with sitting in those chairs as I do at Espire!

Finding a dentist can be the most stressful part of relocating, but once I found Advanced Dental by Espire I became immediately relieved. They are great people to work with, from the receptionist to the dentist. I went in for a cleaning and a crown on a tooth. They did the crown all in one day. Had an emergency and called in to ask for an appointment, Rhonda had me seen same day, and coordinated my care plan to the last detail. Frances was assigned to me as my Dental Assistant, and made sure that I had everything I needed during the original appointment and those following. Took new patient paperwork in the day before my appointment and mentioned how much pain I was in. The front desk personnel were so understanding and asked if I wanted an emergency visit. Long story short, I had the tooth extracted within 1 hour of dropping off the paperwork. Rhonda explained everything in the treatment plan. Love that they want to make you comfortable (that is hard to do with me) and keep you comfortable. Great experience (or as good as it gets at the dentist)!!!!

Dr. Rocknak and his dental assistants are great! No pain during cleanings and very thorough dental work. It can take a while to get a first appointment but that's because they're such a good dental clinic. Definitely worth the wait! Once you get in for your first appointment, it's easy to schedule your regular cleanings every 6 months after that.

This dentist office is amazing! My son had to have his teeth removed in October before a bone marrow transplant. I called Advanced and they got him in within the week to see about dentures before a trip we had planned to Mexico 3/14. His first appointment was 2/16 and Dr Rocknak went above and beyond! He met with my son during his lunch hour and then he carried the molds (I hope that's what they are called) to Loveland himself!!! My son had his dentures on 3/12!! Highly recommend him and his staff. They are all awesome!!

It's the first time I've really had a dentist stop and explain everything to me and the techs/hygienists are personal and understanding. I had to get a crown put in and they explained everything. Travelling from the UK on holiday I developed a problem with my crown so I called in to the surgery with no appointment. The staff were friendly and supportive and I was seen almost immediately. Advanced Dental however has been my best experience at a dentist by far. They care for their patients and truly desire to help and make the visit as comfortable as possible. When I was there this past week, the dentist and their assistants went out of their way to to make sure I was comfortable and that the work they were doing was top notch. The staff and Doctors at Advanced Dental took the time and fit me into their already busy schedule and explained a dental plan that fit best. Although it was a lengthy procedure the team worked very professionally and respected each other as they communicated about what they were doing. Dr. Shaun Rocknak, DDS & Dr. Christopher Havens, DDS, of Advanced Dental, Inc. in Cheyenne are both extremely knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and kind. I hadn't been to a dentist for 15 years after a horrible experience that lasted 5 years getting my teeth fixed after a run-in with a concrete sidewalk. They didn't scold me at all! But more importantly, they have fixed any problem I've had over the past year. Last week I needed to see them right away. I was told I could come to the office & they would work me in so I might have a bit of a wait. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving at the office, given an antibiotic prescription, & had the root canal & crown placement on Monday. They always explain everything they are doing, why it needs to be done, alternatives, & exactly how long the procedures will take. Their staff members are all knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, etc. Not that anyone ever really looks forward to going to the dentist, but I no longer dread the visits. Have to admit I was a little surprised at the prices after 15 years, and since I don't have dental insurance, they told me about Dent-a-Card. Greatly reduces the out-of-pocket expenses. I am very satisfied with everyone at Advanced Dental & wished I had not waited 15 years to find them!

I read a lot of reviews online, and ultimately chose to go to advanced dental because of that as well as then having sedation options. I'm so glad I chose them! Every single member of their staff, from front desk, to the actual dentists were so patient with me, explained everything, and were so caring and gentle from the moment I walked in. I was able to complete what would have taken me several very painful visits elsewhere in a single visit, and was given IV sedation, so I don't remember a thing! Cannot recommend them enough!

Advanced Dental has been great since day one. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors themselves are so professional and kind. I had a scheduled cleaning and everything was great. A few days following I had a swollen gum and bad pain; I couldn't even close my mouth all the way. I called and they got me in within hours to take a look. As it turns out, my wisdom tooth was angry (I was blessed with only one instead of the standard four). They said it needed pulled. I was expecting to have to wait weeks, if not months, to get in for the surgery. Dr. Rocknak did it the SAME DAY, and all in less than an hour from first arrival. November 2020 update: I was impressed at the fact I had the same hygenist as I had during my May appt. I believe this enables them to detect problems quicker since that hygenist is familiar with my mouth. Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentists are friendly, engaging, informative and accommodating. If you're looking for a great dental care home, these folks come highly recommended. May, 2020: My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Rocknak's and I can give him and his staff my highest recommendation at this point in our relationship. They understand first impressions are important and we were impressed with how easy they made everything from making an appointment to checking in and going through the work up process. We appreciated that they were attentive to our insurance requirements of exactly 6 months between cleanings so that we aren't hit with the bill. The technology Dr. Rocknak employs in his practice played a significant part in our decision to go there, having had crown replacements re-done multiple times in other practices before they got it right.

Let me start off with I am not a fan of the dentist due to some pretty bad experiences in the past. I'm new to Cheyenne which increased the anxiety of going when I unexpectedly shattered my crown. I can not say enough about the treatment and care I received at Advanced dental. Every person from the scheduler, front desk staff, financial miracle worker, hygienist and the amazing Dr. Rocknak. was awesome! I went from shear terror to feeling at ease with the treatment plan the Dr set up for me. I was there a short amount of time but they took off the bad crown and made me a new crown all while I sat in my comfy chair and watched TV. No having to have a temp and come back. It was all done in one visit and best of all my Dr really made me as comfortable as possible and took great care with my work. Thank you so much Dr. Rocknak and the whole team at Advanced Dental. After 33 years with the same dentist it felt traumatic to think of changing our dental care to someone else. Dani was so attentive during my cleaning, Erika was equally attentive and great at keeping me calm when I had to have work done, and even Amber at the front desk cheered me up and made the payment process a breeze! I had work done by both doctors and they were great despite me being a challenging patient. I also wanted to note that even though I had to spend a long time everyone was committed to keeping their other appointments for the day without keeping me there longer than necessary. Dr. Rocknak and all the staff are completely amazing. I have been suffering from incredible pain in my tooth for four months after seeing another dentist and being told I just had receding gums. The staff got me an appt the same day I called to have my tooth looked at! Dr. Rocknak immediately identified a cracked filling and tooth and they got me in the NEXT DAY to get a root canal and crown and did an excellent job. I have no pain drinking cold water now and it is such a relief. I even went back a couple of times because I got something stuck in my gums due to them being loose from the procedure and they were so accommodating and kind and fixed that issue for me as well! They are an incredibly caring, professional and thorough group of people and I am so thankful for the care I received from them.

Went in for routine cleaning and maintenance on my dentures; during the course of repairing the denture DR Rocknak found a cavity below an existing crown. I asked his scheduler how soon could I get in to have it repaired and a new crown installed; she said how about this afternoon! I was not forced to wait; the hygienist started cleaning right on time. She was friendly without being annoying. X-rays were taken and the process was explained. Dr. Havens checked me out very shortly after the cleaning/x-rays were completed. Fortunately for me there was no further work needed. Dr. Havens was friendly and certainly seemed competent. Via computerized sculpting, crowns are made and installed in a single visit, and the several I have had have been perfect as can be to my experience. So easy and fast. So much better than the mouthful of clay impressions, the temporary caps, and the weeks of waiting for the manufactured crowns, which often do not fit right. 5 stars for Dr. Rocknak's friendly and efficient staff and the competence and integrity of his associate dentist. So that adds up to 20 stars, but in my estimation Advanced Dental deserves each and every one of them.

This is the best place to go for any dental procedures. I went there for dentures and Dr. Rocknak and his staff are the best. They put any fear you might have of a dentist to rest and treat you with respect and true professionalism. From the time I had my teeth extracted to the final hard liner procedure, they helped with anything I needed. My wife had her dentures and extraction done in Casper at Hilltop Dental and they messed her up really bad. I took her to Dr. Rocknak and he fixed her mouth and dentures perfectly. I traveled some distance to Advanced Dental and was so impressed by my visit. I have horrible teeth and needed 2 crowns placed on my molars. Dr. Rocknak's office was very professional and so easy to talk to and coach me through my procedure. I was amazed to find that Advanced Dental uses the latest and greatest technology. I was in and out of the Dr.'s office in only a few hours, two permanent crowns and all! No need for a dumb temporary crowns and waiting weeks for them to get delivered. Advanced Dental took pictures of my teeth and there was no need for a tooth impression. My two crowns were digitally created in a few minutes and they both fit perfectly. There was no need to grind down or re-form both of my teeth. The other awesome thing was the computer created a digital crown that actually fit better in my mouth than with my old molars! I can chew better than I ever have. The pain was very minimal and Dr. Rocknak was very gentle on my mouth. The staff was great and would recommend Advanced Dental to anyone. I actually have been telling everyone at my work and neighbors on how great my visit was! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience...and who can usually say that about going to the dentist? They have an amazing staff & a positive environment! My crown fell off & Dr. Rocknak replaced it during my appointment. Loved not having to wear a temporary crown or having to come back at a later date. Another big plus...Dr. Rocknak stands behind his work & is true to his word. My old crown came off last January, and he reglued it in place. He said if it fell off again he would refund my money, which he did. I highly recommend Dr. Rocknac!

Friendly, painless, and quick. This is what anyone would want when they have to go to the dentist. I was amazed that I checked in at 11:00 am and my filling was done by 11:30 am. The technician talked with me and let me see which tooth was going to be worked on and why. They had a TV for me to select a channel to watch. The injection did not hurt at all and they made sure I was numb. I felt no pain. The dentist, Dr. Rocknak, was quick and accurate and I was as comfortable as I could be.

Dr. Rocknak is the best dentist I've ever had. His attention to meeting the needs of his patients is paramount. One recent example: He explained to me that a crown on top of an implant is sometimes affected by the cement used to adhere the crown. To avoid this, he fixed the crown to the implant with a screw and then covered the resulting hole with a filling. The result is invisible, and, if the tooth ever experiences a problem, then the screw can be replaced or, the crown can be taken off without destroying it. His staff, without exception, are the most professional I have ever experienced.

She is gentle and she leaves to feeling very clean and uplifted if you are having a bad day :-) . Dr Rocknak only had to repair 1 tooth that chipped, but he can numb a person like no one's business. I don't remember feeling a thing! The office is very beautifully decorated and feels very cozy especially on those snowy Cheyenne days that I miss (not really) lol. And I dare not mention a visit without mentioning the very first thing you see when you walk in.....Lacey SMILE! It's very contagious. ..and I LIKE IT! All in all, Dr has a great supporting cast, he's an expert at his craft (don't let the fact that he looks like a giant 13 year old fool you. He knows his stuff lol), and Cheyenne WY is a better place because he is there providing outstanding care for those in need. I have my smile back! I've been very sick for many years and lost my teeth from malnutrition. I never thought I'd eat a cracker or nuts again. That icky glue tainted all my food but I couldn't keep my teeth in to save my life. I was so worried about my teeth popping out when I was talking that a couple years ago I started talking and eating while I held my hand over my mouth. It is awful the things you think up to over compensate for basic things in your life! I'm 62...mother,,,grandmother,,,wife...All these different hats I wear. About 10 years ago I stopped smiling because everyone made fun of me. Then one day I met this young, handsome, very nice dentist. Dr. Rocknak is wonderful to work with because he listens. His office is ran like a well oiled machine and the girls in there are a hoot. They know me by name and I love them all! Especially Crystal. Thank all of you for giving me back my smile!
