My mom was not a registered patient and we needed to find a dental provider to get dental medical clearance. These folks were able to get us in quick. The experience was fantastic. This office is full of caring, fun, and very helpful people. They turned over every leaf to assist in payment and went the extra mile in service. The urgency of the need for clearance left finding an “in-network” provider as a non-issue. After this visit we are seeking to switch providers so we can make this our dental home.

My experience was fantastic, they staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dental assistant was gentle and thorough and gave me a deep painless cleaning . Doctor Young was honest and direct while maintaining a comfortable, soothing bedside manner. I had avoided dentists in my past but my experience here has changed that going forward. Also the young woman handling billing was extremely helpful, breaking down my future treatment and helping me understand exactly what my financial responsibilities would be going forward . 10/10 experience from booking the appointment to walking out the door.

I am a nervous wreck when it comes to the dentist. I’ve been going to this office for years and have never had a bad experience. The office staff is so friendly, the hygienists and assistants are caring and gentle, and most importantly they are all kind and understanding of my phobia. The dentist is great as well!! My comfort is their number one concern when I’m sitting in the chair, and coming from someone who requires nitrous to get a simple cleaning, that is priceless! They also take the time to thoroughly explain everything about whatever work I may need to have done and make time for any questions I have. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve been to many different dentists, mainly because I have a hard time feeling comfortable at most places. My first day in this office I kicked my feet up and relaxed. The staff are kind and accommodating. The doctor is professional but compassionate, which I feel most doctors have one or the other and not both. My teeth were in bad shape when I came into this office and they never made me feel insecure/guilty/gross etc; I would strongly recommend this office to anyone

Called with pain in a tooth. They tried geting me in 3 hours later. I wasn’t able to make that, but they got me in the next day. Only dentist I’ve ever been to that I couldn’t feel them working my teeth. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Everyone of the staff that I've encountered at this office are amazing. I've had some really bad experiences with other dentists over the years, so I had avoided getting dental care until I absolutely couldn't any longer. It had been well over 15 years. When I walked into Charleston Dental Associates, I was anxious to the point of tears. Everyone at the office was kind, caring, and compassionate. They reassured me, walked me through every step, and got me on a plan toward saving my smile. I walked out of there crying, but this time it was tears of relief and happiness that I could finally see a light at the end of the tunnel of something that had bothered me and weighed me down for so long. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dentist in my entire 33 years of life. I will recommend them to anyone, and I'm so thankful to them for their care and support.

The people here are so kind and helpful. I get quality care and the wait times aren't long. I've had cleanings done and a filling. I also got a referral for my wisdom teeth removal surgery from here. The staff are very professional and efficient. I took my daughter here for her first cleaning/check-up and I was nervous about how she would react to this new experience. I'm glad to say it went perfectly! She was happy and comfortable. They let her hold certain tools and instruments so she wasn't scared. They explained to her what they were doing and didn't rush. Everyone made it special and fun for her and as a parent that is priceless.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My 2 daughters are new patients and needed work done on top of packing to move out of state, working full time, and kids doing virtual school. They have been really understanding and done everything they can to work around our schedule. They are very friendly and see patients of all ages. Staff is always very sweet and helpful. I never have to wait long if at all. Many times I have walked in an before I could sit down they have called my name. I am horrible with all the doctors names but all I have seen are really nice as well. I have been going to them for years and will continue for as long as they are there. If they ever close their doors I still may follow my hygienist where ever she goes. She is the best!

I have always been deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I have had good ones and downright scary ones. I was so scared to have my tooth fixed. BUT they were so awesome! They were kind to me. They continuously asked if I was ok. They listened when I said that I could feel it and took action for me. I am so relieved and I feel so blessed! I picked this clinic based on reviews, and they were spot on. Call ahead to schedule your appointment as they are very busy, available booking is months in advance. Very friendly cheerful staff, quality preventative teeth cleaning service, good explanation of benefits and home cleaning tips. Very happy with my first time experience.

I never leave reviews but I feel I must. I called at least 6 other pediatric dentist today after my infant son had a slip and fall and no one was willing to see him even for a minute because he was not an existing patient. I wanted to cry because I just wanted to make sure he was ok but that was seeming impossible. This office accepted us right away (1/2 hour later). Not only that but they were extremely kind and understanding of my concerns. Never talked to me like I was stupid like some doctors I have seen. They were extremely gentle with my 11 month old and I will be back with my 3 year old. They certainly know how to treat a patient. ❤️

I called CDA and they were able to squeeze me in because of a cancellation very quickly. My appointment was on time, the staff was SO friendly and took excellent care of me. The staff are all super friendly and professional. The office's and patient room's are very clean and well-maintained. The waiting room has comfortable seating, is very clean, and has never been crowded during any visit that I have had - which shows that they do not over schedule patients causing extended wait times. The dentist assured that I was adequately numbed before starting my procedure and would not begin until I was numbed completely. She thoroughly explained each step to me and answered all of my questions honestly and without hesitation. She even sang along with the radio while doing my procedure. Hahaha! 😁I am very pleased. I highly recommend Charleston Dental Associates! They're incredible and have accomplished making a trip to the dentist super fun.

Can't say enough about this dental practice! As someone who neglected to go to a dentist for the better part of 6 years, I was terrified about this visit. The staff, from top to bottom, made it such an easy experience for me. I was seen right at the time of my appointment, everyone was as friendly, and most importantly, my teeth looked like they were all replaced after my follow-up visit the next day. I had gingivitis, and after one cleaning, my gums stopped bleeding and my teeth have never looked better. It is safe to say I will be using this office until the day I leave Charleston!

I still love this office! Of course I really miss Dr. Graziani and wish he was still there, but the new dentist, Dr. Jackfert is wonderful with children and my husband really likes Dr. Pennington. As someone who is terrified of the dentist and prone to severe anxiety attacks the staff here were wonderful. Everyone was very nice and thoroughly explains what theyre doing and absolutely tries to do everything they can to save your teeth instead of just yanking them out. Very friendly employees and nice and cool environment. The dental hygienist, Bridgette, is very pleasant and helpful. The dental work itself is very costly and not the sturdiest or most reliable. Four fillings on same tooth within 7 months, gets a little old. Ecspecially when they fall out while simply sitting still. It's a little more irritating when they complain about warranting their own work. Warrantees and guarantees hold people responsible and doctors and dentist should not be exempt from them, just as other people and businesses arent. They should not feel entitled and the need to charge you for their lack of quality. Dr. Grazianni, left their and went elsewhere in the state. He is a pleasant somebody that may be a good prospect if you're looking for a good dentist with a respectful and caring attitude
