I’m a relatively new patient, yet my experience has been good thus far. I got my first crown ever, they did a really good job with the final product. The process was a little more painful than I would have liked but overall it was a positive encounter. Cleanings with Jodi are always great - thanks Jodi! Dr. Greg is direct and practical. He tells you like it is and does good work. The admin staff are capable and friendly, and make their processes quick and easy. The other staff I’ve met or worked with have been friendly and helpful. I’m satisfied with their services, out of pocket prices are high but seem reasonable compared to other dentists I’ve worked with. I would recommend Penney & Dunkling.

What a breath of fresh air! I had my first appointment with Dr. Penney yesterday and it was the most relaxing, most informative dental appointment I’ve ever been to. Dr. Penney and his staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and did a very thorough initial exam. I look forward to my next appt (never thought I’d say that about a dentist appt)!

I’m a new patient with several issues, including extreme sensitivity, and everyone at this practice was super nice and professional. Dr. Penney was awesome. He did a most thorough exam and was cautious not to cause me any pain. He explained everything I could expect in detail, taking a great deal of time with me. The office is in a beautiful old Victorian and is very modern, comfortable and clean. I feel confident in the care I will receive here and would highly recommend this practice. I am updating this review as I recently moved to Massachusetts and had the unfortunate experience of going to a corporate-type dental practice, where the hygienists are known by letter (A, B, C etc) I suppose due to high turnover. The exam was rushed and the dentist was more interested in how much insurance I have than anything else. You can't go wrong with Dr. Penney! Everyone at this practice is professional and welcoming, and I never felt rushed. Dr. Penney always greeted me with a smile and asked how I was feeling and what my concerns might be. He thoroughly explained everything that he was doing and always listened to my thoughts regarding treatment and made suggestions. Diane understood how sensitive my teeth are and was careful not to cause any discomfort during cleaning. I will miss this practice and if it wasn't a 5 hour drive away, I would not hesitate to go back.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with both dentists (although I usually see Paul). Both are thoughtful, thorough and sensitive throughout any procedures. The hygienists are wonderful. Everyone in the practice is warm & friendly as well as professional. I always leave there feeling feel well cared for. I highly recommend them!

They have been my dentistry for 24 years, first in Jericho and now 20 years in Burlington. Great personalized service, they take their time to explain everything, always have he latest technology with screens, cameras, 3D scanners. Affordable, too, and mindful of your annual insurance limits to minimize your cost. I have referred coworkers over the years who have also been very pleased and stayed with them.

I have been very pleased with the care I have received. I originaly started with the with the office after losing a crown. They got me right in and worked with me on the insurance, as I had recently switched companies.The experience was very smooth and during the follow up cleaning it was discovered an old filling needed to be replaced. They checked with my insurance company informed me of the co-payment, about a month after the work I received what a bill for another 27 dollars, when I went by the office to pay it,( they have free parking) the very pleasant person at the desk told me that it was a credit. I was so used to bills being higher than expected, so I had not read the letter and just assumed I owed money. That was a nice surprise not only was the co-pay less than what my insurance company said it would be, but they notified me, and offered me a refund instead of just holding on to my money.

I went to their Burlington office a few weeks ago and was very impressed! They took me ON TIME (woohoo!) and were very thorough and professional. The front desk staff, dental assistant, hygienist and doctor were so nice and always allowed time for questions or concerns. At the end of the cleaning the doctor came in and did a thorough exam including a head and neck exam which I had never had done at another dental office and was pleasantly surprised by! Overall, a great experience. I’m glad I switched to Dunkling & Penney
